A refund of amount of 599 rupees is issued by Amazon on 2 Feb 2019 but I have not received this amount in my bank of Baroda account yet. Amazon refund reference no. is 74332749034903318011229, issued on 02/02/2019 at 9:35 AM. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Bank of Baroda should improve their services. I bought a OGARTI women's sweater online by AMAZON. Due to size problem I returned it to Amazon. On 17 th Jan itom received by warehouse of company then AMazon issued my refund on 2nd Feb 2019 but still my Bank of Baroda account is not credited by amount 599 rs. Please credit my refund as soon as possible. Thanks.

    I have added 14165.20 rupees in my amazon account at 25 september 2018 money was added success fully in my amazon pay balance. When iam gng to place a order regarding to product there put my account hold. I was contacting them from 6 months are there are saying the with in 24-48 hours my problem will be solved still up to now my problem is not solved. I have done everything what are there are saying still my amazon account is not sloved. What i want to do tell me plz

      I purchased cool pad note 3 touch pad on 26 nov 2017 through amazon order no[protected] and paid rs 2199/-. When i received the item i found the item was not same as ordered so applied for refund. Saller said they have no facility to collect so you sent item through courier. I sent item through tddc on 25 jan 2018. Item received by seller but money not received till date. I tried many times but not replied. I request please return the money

        Kindly find below details for my grievance,

        Returning to seller
        Your package is being returned
        Your package is being returned to amazon.in because it was refused at delivery address or the order was cancelled.

        Grievance details –

        I had waited for about a week to order samsung galaxy m20 in a flash launch sale scheduled at 12 noon on 5th feb 2019. I tried but before i could get the product added into my cart, 100% claimed status appeared. I was really hopeful about booking the same in next sale scheduled on 7th feb 2019. This time i was lucky to have received the product in my cart & i completed the payment using my credit card. As the product was included with prime, i had expected 1 day delivery & i had given my office address for delivery by friday (8th feb 2019). However after the booking was done, expected delivery shown was ‘monday, feb 11 – tuesday feb 12’. I understood that 1 day delivery may not be applicable during such launch sales & was ok for delivery on monday/tuesday. I don’t have complaint for that.

        Now the problem raised when i received a call from delivery guy on saturday 9th feb which is an off-day for office. I told the delivery guy that office is closed on sat-sun, no one will be available to collect the parcel on my behalf & requested him to reschedule the delivery on monday (As was scheduled earlier). He did not mentioned if he agreed to that request or not by saying, “i am taking it back”. I considered that he has agreed, & could not check the delivery status at that time because i was driving. After reaching home when i checked tracking status it said, “returning to seller. Your package is being returned to amazon.in because it was refused at delivery address or the order was cancelled.”

        I was shocked to see that instead of rescheduling delivery on monday, the package was returned to seller. I called customer care helpline, the representative mentioned, she can request for trying a redelivery but that would happen only within 24 hours, which is again a sunday (Off-day). She said she couldn’t help me more on this topic.

        I do not think that i was at fault at any of the time during this whole story, because i was indicated delivery at my office address on working days. Good that amazon works with more than 100% efficiency to deliver package 2 days before, but such efficiency is of no use if you are delivering at office address on off-days! Further to that, my request to reschedule the delivery was royally ignored & package was returned to seller! I expect you to explain why this happened & how can you make things better to retain me as a customer.

          It's almost 2 months to get a genuine issue resolved. Many times i had to contact support through chat and calls. They say they take care but not done.

          After that i started emailing to the support email, still they are just not understanding the issue fully and answering with very generic message and not ready for resolving it.

          So i'm writing here.
          Below are the details.

          Your amazon.in order #[protected]

          Amazon team,

          Support team almost killing me by sending the generic response many times. Don't you people have and read history?
          Please give me details of what was the wrong product i returned?

          1. Order totally 5 items in the original order
          2. Received all of them on time.
          3. Found mismatch in size of 2 t-shirts (Us polo green and white)
          So placed replacement order for a smaller size
          4. Rescheduled the delivery to a later date
          5. But delivery was attempted and fails - this was the main problem and cause all confusion
          6. Then support team placed replacement orders for both the t-shirts but with mistake of medium size.
          7. Both got delivered in wrong size again so i had to place return.
          8. One if the t-shirt i have returned to amazon delivery executive.
          9. Another one t-shirt still with me and want to return.
          10. Finally i need refund for both of these t-shirts

          This details i have explained many times to support and i get very common response based on recent order activity without getting into details of the problem. How many time i have to contact amazon support and i have to waste my time.

          It was amazon system and support issue which caused the confusions and not resolving it.

          In fact for the frustrations i need to demand compensation.
          I'm very frustrated by see a very common emails and not looking into the details.

          Is it a culture of amazon support and wasting time of customers and amazon's money?

              I am getting charged $ 13.76 on feb 4, 2019 and $13.76 on jan.28, i do not know why if this was my monthly amazon prime monthly fee why only a few days apart.in pass i did speak to someone regarding movies on prime and he said, it was no charge as long it not a special only and it shows on screen. Please tell me what's going on. I have not ordered any thing in a while.

                Today my pick was successful bt the worst experience with amazon pickup agent... Worst agent i have seen with any online shopping site....."he had call me 2 calls continuosly... N when i arrived he was shouted that... He is getting late... N he has to go somewhere else"... This is not a manner to talk with customer... I am not going to buy anything from amazon anymore...                   Repeatedly 3rd time, my order reached the destination amazon station and the delivery agent returned to seller of the same product without informing/calling to me.
                  Delivery agent at narsapur, simply update the system - saying customer rejected at the time of delivery without my notice.

                  My address is same which is listed in amazon website/app and many orders received with the same address.

                    I have ordered for a tortoise aquarium tank and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and i havent yet got it and they have sent me the email that they have delivered the same. And last they called me and informed that they have lost the package and dont complaint they will contact us if they find the product or else you have to reorder the same and now it is shown that it has been delivered and no one has contacted us till now.

                      I ordered iphone x from amazon of ₹97000 and what i received is a dummy phone having android os in it. Called amazon many times for return but they didn't pick it up from last 3 months and every time i got a message that i denied for return as package is not ready.
                      Even imei number of phone is different from the imei printed on the iphone box.
                      Disgusting service. Never buy anything from these scammers. No customer support.

                          As mentioned in subject they have sent me a defected mic first time wen i requested for a replacement they sent again defected one but after returning to them second time they not refunded my money.

                          This is higly pathetic and worst service by amazon india if they do like this how can we trust and order. Thank god i thought of ordering tv and laptop worth 70k if this is a case better we need to purchase from local shops they offer guarrnted service atleast.

                            On 3rd feb in the morning around 8 o clock my id has been hacked and my information was transferred to some other person without my permission .and around 11 o clock I complaint to the amazon customer support and they said me that your account has been put on hold and no order was delivered that was placed using my amazon pay balance after hacking my account.i have complaint many times to this on amazon customer support and they always told me that your orders has been cancelled and we will revert back in 24-48 hours and today at around 9 o clock my account was reactivate by amazon but there is only rs148 in my amazon account . All my money is used by that person and 2 of the orders was delivered. please give me refund as I have already complaint and every time this message given by amazon support that we will provide refund as my account was hacked

                            As I was complaint for all remaining order and the amazon said that we have cancelled other orders but still one order is arriving .what the service you provide seriously very disappointing .Your customer support is too bad . I have attached all the screenshots with it .Please kindly refund my money .Otherwise I will Have to take strict action regarding this as all of this was done by amazon as I complaint many times my account was hacked but they don't take it seriously

                              I ordered 4 items during great indian sale.in that 2 items were shipped in one package and the other two in another package.

                              One package contained samsung 256gb micro sd card and one other item

                              But on delivery the samsung 256gb card was missing. The package was not damaged and didn't seem to be tampered.

                              After complaining to amazon, they investigated and concluded that nothing is wrong and delivery was ok.

                              However when i asked them to share their investigation details, they are not willing to share, as per their internal policy.

                              No body from amazon called me to talk to me. Only aramex called me and asked if the package was ok?

                              Now i have lost around 5000 rs and don't know how to proceed on this.

                                On feb 3rd 2019 around 8 am in the morning my account was hacked and my all details was changed by someone. My email address was changed and my phone no is also changed. I have complaint several times to amazon customer support but no resolution is provided till now. They told me to wait 24-48 hours but it is almost 4 days but there is no resolution is provided. There was around rs 2800 amazon pay balance in my account and all that money was used by that person.
                                My old email account:[protected]@gmail.com was tranfered to this [protected]@gmail.com
                                My phone number:[protected] was also transfered to this [protected]
                                Please recover my account and take strong action to this person who changed my details.
                                I have also attached the screenshots.
                                Please give me resolution

                                  On 5th feb i was told to contact them on 6th feb 2019
                                  On 6th feb, i was asked to contact them again on 12th feb, 2019.
                                  On question them of the delay, no response given.
                                  On asking them details of the investigation, no response given.
                                  On asking them details of the oneplus 6t phone they sent
                                  (Imei number, product number any other details – amazon says we cannot share details)

                                      Missing product. Empty package recived. Courier service confirmed missing product. But no refund my money.

                                      Customer relation team n other team harrasement n do not proper resolution. It's called cheating.

                                      I never buy anything from amazon.

                                      Already 17 days over prepaid purchase. I can't wait. Immediately refund my money. I m worried.

                                      Hope issue resolve quickly.
