I purchase a band 3 from amazon, but some parts are missing from packet when i receive the courier.
Instantly i contact amazon for return, and very next day ie[protected] item was returned.
I contacted many time to customer care, and every time they assured me that refund will issued earlier.
Lastly on 18th they reply that item has received at our warehouse, and refund will issued within 3 days approx.
But on 23rd when i call they reply that i have to write a mail on [protected]@amazon.in for issuing refund.
I mail my issue to them, and i found reply that refund request denied.
Please help me.

    I had placed an order for converse unisex navy sneakers on 22nd december 2018. Since the product was a size larger, we scheduled a return. The return was scheduled on 1st january 2019. On the same day, a mynta return for a jacket was scheduled. Owing to some confusion the jacket from myntra was picked up by the amazon person instead of the shoes.. As soon as i learned about the fiasco i contacted the delivery person, he told us that he would return it back to us tomorrow. The next day he did not show up. On 2nd of january we contacted the customer care about the fiasco. We did not receive any positive feedback about the fiasco. Even after constant calls from 2nd jan, our complaint was registered on 6th of jan. The customer service guy knew about the wrong pick up and told us everything about the jacket. He was aware about the cost, the brand and even that it was at the bhiwandi warehouse of amazon. But they told us that the jacket cannot be returned to me as there is no such policy. The amazon pick up guy was at fault since he did not even once check the product. I believe there is a stark difference between jacket and shoes.
    I even offered to get it collected from the bhiwandi warehouse. Still they aren't ready. I fail to understand that despite knowing the exact details of the jacket, why can't it be returned. I have been a consistent customer of amazon but their failure of solving this issue has left me utterly disappointed.
    Amazon is trying to dump the entire fiasco on my head and isn't ready to accept that the pickup person was equally at fault for not checking the product. The call customer service person even told us that the pickup person isn't aware of the product they are supposed to pick up.
    Amazon is a big brand and the lack of this basic step in their logistics process tells me a different story.
    I have returned many products before, the pickup guy checks the product and then leaves. Also, he is aware of what is to be picked up.
    The customer service people have given up on the issue and this is my last resort. The jacket costs me 2367 rs and i have to return it to myntra. I am providing the details:

    Product-navy blue solid parka jacket
    Cost - 2367.65 rs

    Also the funny part, the customer service team has offered me a refund of 250 rs against the jacket which costs me rs 2367.
    I can collect it from the bhiwandi warehouse if the return is not in your policies

    I have even given the option of collecting it from the Fulfillment Centre

      Hi, my name is manju. I am raising a complaint about the online shopping site amazon. I have purchased a product from the site on 26th dec and raised a return due to quality issue. But the amazon agent mistakenly took a wrong product from my office which has to be couriered to another person. I tried followingup with them multiple times and they didnot shown any heed to my request to return the item and got a mail from them that my product which was wongly shipped has been discarded. Kindly help me out in resolving this issue. As the item which was wrongly taken by amazon agent is a product worth rs 1000, i request you to kindly take necessary action on this issue.

        Since 05 months my amazon.in account has been kept disabled by the company due to some payment mismatch reason. I've called them several times but every time i was given the same solution... Just to upload my latest billing statement and fax my billing address with billing statement. I've repeated these processes many times but till date the problem has not solved. The company person not even bothered to call me once. I've rs. 9000.00 in my amazon pay balance, which is about to expire. Please help me.

          As i have ordered a product in (Sky mate shoe) payment method is card debited in 379/_in date 21_dec_2018 that product is some problem i return the item date 27_dec_2018 product there was refund initiated date 07_jan_2019 and reference number is[protected] and they said amount in 3_5 business days... But amount is not refund back.. But i contact customer service.. They said that money is refund back to your bank and they also given reference number for that transation your reference number is[protected] for your amazon order and also please contact your bank customer service to intiate the refund and please refund is resolved please...

            And for replacement they arranging a visit technical person. After reviewing his report they can replace that too on sunday 5 days from buying date

            Never go to amazon

            Flipkart is better than this it's seems.

              Dear amazon team,

              This refers to my order no[protected] for oneplus 6t (Mirror black, 6gb ram, 128gb storage). The product could not be delivered to me as the delivery boy could not scan the qr code printed on the packet. He told me that this code is not working and either he or some one else will again attempt delivery with a new qr code. I tried to contact him repeatedly, but his phone was out of coverage area or shut down. I was surprized to know that my phone will be returned to the seller and i will get refund of payment made. This is simply unacceptable as i did not have any fault on this. I was ready to accept the order with otp and the delivery boy checked my old phone and found it ok for replacement. Now i am being penalised for no fault from my part. This is not expected from an organisation like amazon. I have uninstalled all the apps and done factory reset of my phone. Now i am being told that i would get refund of my payment as the product could not be delivered due to otp problem. Instead of penalising the delivery boy for misinformation, you are penalising me. I have just talked to harshit of customer care team and appraised him everything. He assured me that he would be taking up the matter with higher authority.

              Please deliver the product by eod today.

              I am eagerly waiting for any positive response from you.

                  My self sanne lal 1january i have purchased women gown dress in site of amazon.in they delivered me 8january when i saw dress that is not good its too thin like paper and size is also not perfect so i applied to return 9january but i have not getting response like call n messages to pickup then i reply again 2-3days regular suddenly amazon. Mail is coming and inform the pickup service is not available you could self pack and delivered the courier so i take packet and go courier office but they are not taking responsibility to this courier. 2times i m going courier office but they not tsking so i inform amazon service then they will say they are arrange pickup service but till that today they only drop me mail and nothing i want my refund 629/-and harrasment charges also i m not free to go courier office daily so i want your help.

                    I have ordered a Redmi Y2 BLACK 4GB RAM 64 GB STORAGE. But when I opened the packet, I was surprised because it had a detergent soap in place of mobile. Mobile packet seal was also broken. It seemed as if someone had sealed with the corner and cleverly sealed it from there. I am fully convinced that I have paid 9999Rs. you for mobile but you have sent soap. I am sending image of the recieved packet inner side and outer side. And i hope you will be issued a replacement or refund as soom as possible. I am many times send image of the recieved products.My all documents have been stolen, whose First Information Report (FIR) I have lodged in the Police Help Center. But I just remember my Pan Number, from which I have already done KYC on your website. But i am feeling that you want to trick me by creating an excuse for ID card. Because I have only my Pan Number, which I remember remember. I hope you do not end your company's credibility by doing this. Because I was ordered to see your credibility in the market. Therefore, I request you to please give me my replacement soon. If anything happens to me, then the Amazon company will be responsible for my death. Because for me 9999 rupees is a huge amount, which I have earned through hard work. I can not bear that you have given me a soap instead of my hard earned money. I am sending all this to all my friends, acquaintances and families that if I die, then I am responsible for this company. Because I am very sad and you have been not helping me till now, because you are making excuses in the reverse.

                            They had put items for sales in the website on 22nd jan at midnight so i got hold of an order for rs 10/-. The order was confirmed and at 11:00 am i get a message saying order has been cancelled automatically. When i call them they say pricing issue thats why vendor cancelled the order. They are trying to play around with customers by saying great india sale. Order number is all this great india sale is crap i order an item for 10/- and 8 hours later it was auto cancelled order #[protected]

                              I ordered a smart tv from amazon and got it delivered on the 20th jan and to my surprise the product screen was broken. I called and spoke to amazon india call center people who were extremely rude 👿. I then sent an email to jeff and someone from the executive desk called me and assured they she has returned and replace my tv will get my replaced product guaranteed delivered by the 23rd jan. However to my surprise i saw that the product will be delivered on the 24th jan and no one informed it to me. I work and i cannot skip one of my work because of amazon failure. I work from 11am till 9 pm and i am unable to receive product on thursday. I was promised the date of 23rd jan. The amount of mental stress that i have gone through is insane. A company that talks about being the most customer centric in the world is mentally and emotionally harassing customers. This has not happened with me for the first time with amazon. There has been multiple instances in the past where i amazon has created a mess for me. I have been a very long time amazon customer and spent lot of money on amazon. The kind of treatment that the call center people offer to the customer is insane. Amazon treats their customer as animals. Amazon has disrespected me and hurted me mentally. I have been given a sick treatment. Last time when amazon made a mess they assured me that it won't happen again. This has happened again. I think i must contact the consumer court and i must file a case. Please assist me to get my product any how on the23rd jan and i also demand a good amount if compensation because of the mental stress i have gone through. So far no help is being offered. I demand my product to be delivered on the 23rd jan and i also demand very good compensation because of the mental, physical and emotional stress i have been going through as i am writing this email. Very very very very very disappointed and mentally stressed. 🤢😢😢😢😢

                              I received a call from you executives desk and the person whom I spoke to wasn't helping me through. The man has all the excuses in the world. But he never tried to help me. I was never informed of delivery date change. As I already informed that I have work boundations I cannot take a work off on Thursday. The man on the phone hangged up on me with giving proper resolution. It was Amazon job to inform me of delivery date being changed. It has really been a very sorry state of affair that an organization who claims to be the earths most customer centric company is disconnecting the call on customer face. I have been talking to you guys since two days and my throat is damaged. I seriously consider filing a case against Amazon India. As I have informed that your people from the executive desk assured me that I will receiblvey stuff by Wednesday, if the date is changed due to any operational issue why would I care. I have paid money to you. I expect timely deliver. Why would I skip one day of my work because of your operational failure. As told in the earlier emails I cannot skip my work on Thursday. You must live up to your words. I have no doubt in saying that your service is pathetic. Your treat your customers as of they are animals. When you take money from your customers you consider the customer as God when it comes to service the customer becomes a dog. As I have already informed to you that this is not the first time Amazon has created mess. This is the third time in the row. I was promised last time that I will never face issues on the future, yet it happened. Every customer deserves respect. However, the man who called today was sounding like a robot as if he was reading a script. Jeff you are the richest man on the planet, may I ask you to answer why did this happened third time in a row. Your people are offering me a compensation of 250 INR as if I am a bigger. It really hurts when a long time customer has to face problems because of your operational failure. Jeff remember you being the richest man but you are not God. Time changes and it will change for you as well. I was expecting that the stuff will be sent to me by the promised date and I have recorded that call as well. But it seems you and amit agarwal have sold your souls against money. What if I spit on your face jeff and amit and say sorry. Will sorry cover up for that? You and your employees are shameless creatures. All you want is money, but you don't want to provide service to the customer. I have damaged my throat explaining things to your employees. Nobody wants to listen. They all have similar answers. No one wants to think out of the box to help an affected customer. You take money in one minute but takes your inefficient staff ages to sort out issues.

                              Jeff and amit you both have became blind after you got money. I curse you both die badly. No one absolutely no one in your company wants to take time and think going extra miles to assist the customer. All you need is money.

                              I am highly disappointed by the service which is being given to me in the last one year.

                                  Yesterday, i bought grocery products on amazon.in, in which i had ordered tata tea agni worth rs 109 as what mentioned in website.

                                  Today i received, shocking news is, mrp is only 100rs, and they charged me extra 18rs, as i had bought 2 quantity of it.

                                  Inform them to get my refund at earliest.

                                  Refund my 18rs to my amazon pay balance because seller has charged 18rs extra for this. I've attached mrp changed photo inclusive all taxes.

                                    I have ordered jeans and returned that but i haven't got refund so after 20 days i called customer care and come to know that they have not received same item.
                                    I have returned same item to currier boy and he cross checked properly. He said ok. And even amazon didn't informed me about this.
                                    I dont know where it is changed, please help to get my refund.

                                      As I have been ordered a product from amazon and have cancelled it so there was refund amount initiated from their end on 13/1/2019at 11.10pm and the reference no is 75503729014026192102462 .but amount has not been credited in my a/c till late and continuously i am contacting customer care for this but not getting a reply for this. As per amazon they instructed to file a charge dispute but wen i am trying to get it done through indian bank i have been told that no such facility is there. Please look into the matter at the earliest. Please look into this matter as its very serious.

                                        I order 2 (Two) numbers of sports shoe on 11/1/2019 by pay on delivery vide order no.[protected] dated 11/01/2019 from amazon.in but during the time of delivery i open the box in front of delivery boy and found only one number in the packet. I also ask the delivery boy for returning the packet but he could not return the same. I already paid the amount to the delivery boy. Please look into the mater and solve the problem as early as possible from your end.
