I have received a suspicious mail stating that "code 138782."
[protected]@verificationemail.com via amazonses.com. I would like to know weather i got this mail from your side or its an anonymus mail which i have got. If its not from your side do let me know what should i do regarding this mail.
I have already sent the mail to amazon.com/ customer care, they said it is not from them and they asked me to contact you, they also mention that you are their partner site so let me know what to do.

    I have booked tyre puncher kit from amazon on 3-2-2019 but today on[protected] delivery boy delivered a dashmat so i want to be complaint against to amazon company for wrong item delivered by delivery boy so pls kindly help me and resolve my complaint and i paid the item amount -111 rs cash to delivery boy at delivery time so pls help me i am waiting for your response

I never authorized them to do so.Please don't know how to make them stop.I never asked for books nor never received them.Need them to return my money.I will really appreciate if you can help me

      Sir, I had ordered a item in Amazon through my Rupay debit card amount of 2, 099. I cancelled the item due to some issue. So they refund my amount and give me a refund reference no. But my amount is not credited to my account. Three month passed already, I have done all the formalities.
      Kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

        I m regular customer of amazon

        Sandisk microsdhc 32gb memory card
        But later sometime its fault when i go to sandisk they say its unauthentic product. And fake.
        Then i contact amazon they say need physical leter from sandisk and seller reply only "ok"
        Now what i do, in there product it look like real sandisk and have 5 year warranty, what i do now, im stucked
        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Had a withdrawal from my checking account for $119.00 for Amazon Prime without authorization from me. Please refund any monies ASAP. The reference #[protected]
        I have ordered this product long back however I haven’t received it, kindly check and and get back to me or else I have to go for high level complaint .

          I ordered some gits instant food packets (Order no[protected]) my brother who will be leaving for germany and i contacted the customer support and explained very clearly my issue. First they said that there is an "investigative" team investigating my issue and then after some time they told me that after investigating they found that there is no problem in my order so they cannot give a refund. Who is this investigative team that investigate all this issues and how come they reach a conclusion so fast? They do not hear the other party's side and are not at all transparent as to how they reach the conclusions about refusing refunds? I also ordered avene clearance gel (Order no[protected]) from amazon and the bottle leaked in the package and a lot of face wash got wasted and when i complained about this they told me their"investigative team" thinks that there is nothing wrong. What is this investigative team and how do they reach these decision?

          Nobody has contacted me from Amazon yet and they call their customer service one of world's best. Pathetic!
          Do not apply for Amazon jobs in olx... They charge money and keep asking for it... It's all fake... The person name is wahed [protected] this is his number he ask for 3225 rs for employment verification then once the payment is made they don't receive Ur calls

          Order Karbonn A9 Indian on dated 24/01/19, and in amazon says it will be delivered by 06.02.2019, Today i asked the same from customer care and they says please contact courier team.

          I do not know why customer needs to followup with courier team
          I had done transaction of 511 on 31st Dec and due to some reason product was returned on 5the of jan but still amount hasn't been returned..i contacted [censored]ing amazon but those mother[censored]ers only gave reference numbers.
          I need mu refund.
          Cancel order and refund.

            I'm writing to you in regards to this charge that has popped up on my credit
            card for a few months now. I have not used my credit card in a while. can
            you please remove this monthly charge from my credit card. I have never

                My statement from discover shows an item i didn't order and i would like my account credited $119.00. The purchase number is 2tls5y31b4x. I do not want to be charged for things i did not order, and if this is not resolved, i will not longer use amazon. I will expect prompt action or refer this to the better business bureau. I have never had an issue with amazon, but now i am afraid to order anything with this company unless this is resolved.

                  I have placed order for fossil smart watch in amazon and the order was missing inside the package.. I have raised complaint on 25 but still nothing happened.. They told to wait for another 2 days.. Nearly 17 days.. Still no resolution.. 20k order... Totally stupid amazon.. Scam... I have placed nearly 200+ orders in amazon in past but no respect in amazon.. Also i am prime member..

                    I tried calling costumer care but they told me they will resolve my issue in 24 hours. Since 2 weeks i waited. I want my account to be unlocked. Costumer service didn't help me well. I got an email to submit my billing address and 2 digits of card number on their given link from amazon. But i said them 100 times that i dont use that card now. I dont have account in that bank. Instead i recently put a new card. Then too they are saying to fax me. They said me that account department will call me but they didn't. Please resolve my issue.

                        Ordered the above mentined sewing machine on 19th june 2018 with ordered#[protected]. Shipped the machine on 22nd june and it was a faulty piece and replacement done on june 26th 2018. Eventhoug it was replaced, again we were facing the same issue as it was not in working condition.

                        We tried to find the service centeres in hyderabad. But we couldnot find any.
                        Please help us provind the service centeres in hyderabad or provide me the new machine.

                          A refund of amount of 599 rupees is issued by Amazon on 2 Feb 2019 but I have not received this amount in my bank of Baroda account yet. Amazon refund reference no. is 74332749034903318011229, issued on 02/02/2019 at 9:35 AM. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. Bank of Baroda should improve their services. I bought a OGARTI women's sweater online by AMAZON. Due to size problem I returned it to Amazon. On 17 th Jan itom received by warehouse of company then AMazon issued my refund on 2nd Feb 2019 but still my Bank of Baroda account is not credited by amount 599 rs. Please credit my refund as soon as possible. Thanks.

                                Kindly find below details for my grievance,

                                Returning to seller
                                Your package is being returned
                                Your package is being returned to amazon.in because it was refused at delivery address or the order was cancelled.

                                Grievance details –

                                I had waited for about a week to order samsung galaxy m20 in a flash launch sale scheduled at 12 noon on 5th feb 2019. I tried but before i could get the product added into my cart, 100% claimed status appeared. I was really hopeful about booking the same in next sale scheduled on 7th feb 2019. This time i was lucky to have received the product in my cart & i completed the payment using my credit card. As the product was included with prime, i had expected 1 day delivery & i had given my office address for delivery by friday (8th feb 2019). However after the booking was done, expected delivery shown was ‘monday, feb 11 – tuesday feb 12’. I understood that 1 day delivery may not be applicable during such launch sales & was ok for delivery on monday/tuesday. I don’t have complaint for that.

                                Now the problem raised when i received a call from delivery guy on saturday 9th feb which is an off-day for office. I told the delivery guy that office is closed on sat-sun, no one will be available to collect the parcel on my behalf & requested him to reschedule the delivery on monday (As was scheduled earlier). He did not mentioned if he agreed to that request or not by saying, “i am taking it back”. I considered that he has agreed, & could not check the delivery status at that time because i was driving. After reaching home when i checked tracking status it said, “returning to seller. Your package is being returned to amazon.in because it was refused at delivery address or the order was cancelled.”

                                I was shocked to see that instead of rescheduling delivery on monday, the package was returned to seller. I called customer care helpline, the representative mentioned, she can request for trying a redelivery but that would happen only within 24 hours, which is again a sunday (Off-day). She said she couldn’t help me more on this topic.

                                I do not think that i was at fault at any of the time during this whole story, because i was indicated delivery at my office address on working days. Good that amazon works with more than 100% efficiency to deliver package 2 days before, but such efficiency is of no use if you are delivering at office address on off-days! Further to that, my request to reschedule the delivery was royally ignored & package was returned to seller! I expect you to explain why this happened & how can you make things better to retain me as a customer.

                                  It's almost 2 months to get a genuine issue resolved. Many times i had to contact support through chat and calls. They say they take care but not done.

                                  After that i started emailing to the support email, still they are just not understanding the issue fully and answering with very generic message and not ready for resolving it.

                                  So i'm writing here.
                                  Below are the details.

                                  Amazon team,

                                  Support team almost killing me by sending the generic response many times. Don't you people have and read history?
                                  Please give me details of what was the wrong product i returned?

                                  1. Order totally 5 items in the original order
                                  2. Received all of them on time.
                                  3. Found mismatch in size of 2 t-shirts (Us polo green and white)
                                  So placed replacement order for a smaller size
                                  4. Rescheduled the delivery to a later date
                                  5. But delivery was attempted and fails - this was the main problem and cause all confusion
                                  6. Then support team placed replacement orders for both the t-shirts but with mistake of medium size.
                                  7. Both got delivered in wrong size again so i had to place return.
                                  8. One if the t-shirt i have returned to amazon delivery executive.
                                  9. Another one t-shirt still with me and want to return.
                                  10. Finally i need refund for both of these t-shirts

                                  This details i have explained many times to support and i get very common response based on recent order activity without getting into details of the problem. How many time i have to contact amazon support and i have to waste my time.

                                  It was amazon system and support issue which caused the confusions and not resolving it.

                                  In fact for the frustrations i need to demand compensation.
                                  I'm very frustrated by see a very common emails and not looking into the details.

                                  Is it a culture of amazon support and wasting time of customers and amazon's money?

                                      I am getting charged $ 13.76 on feb 4, 2019 and $13.76 on jan.28, i do not know why if this was my monthly amazon prime monthly fee why only a few days apart.in pass i did speak to someone regarding movies on prime and he said, it was no charge as long it not a special only and it shows on screen. Please tell me what's going on. I have not ordered any thing in a while.

                                        Today my pick was successful bt the worst experience with amazon pickup agent... Worst agent i have seen with any online shopping site....."he had call me 2 calls continuosly... N when i arrived he was shouted that... He is getting late... N he has to go somewhere else"...
