Hi, i have ordered a sofa through amazon and when it got delivered i noticed the color difference the material used for different cushions. Raised the issue to cs team who tried to manipulate the ticket to close by updating that i have agreed to take cash of 400rs for new cover (Actually i wasn't even aware of this). Came to know when i followed up on the issue for a solution. Finally after a half an hour of discussion they agreed to take the sofa back and initiated a pick up.
Now, they have shifted the issue to delhivery team. Who regularly sends me a message every day morning that it will be picked up and in the evening i will get the message it got rescheduled. Spoke to both cs team highlighting the issues multiple times. But they are just giving standard response as per system. And asking me to keep complaining of its not picked up on time. And same usual time line to wait for next resolution.

So far, i have wasted more of my personal time and got mentally distracted talking to these customer services team. Now i am clueless and wonder how most of the people are cheated every day. I have all the proof of these communication in email. Posting here not just to find a solution for me but for a larger mass who face similar problems.

    I ordered 3 havells electric ceiling fans worth 5000₹ each from Amazon and on 21/01/2019 instead I received one ceiling fan and an electric iron. The deliveryman did not even take the signature for the delivery verification.I did not receive the other two fans . Now Amazon is not taking any responsibility on this matter and saying they have already delivered all three fans which I did not receive at all. Talking to customer care they cannot do anything on it as on their records it days that the order has been delivered.

      Product not delivered time to time and refund not intiate after product cancelled. My product delivery date is 28 jan 2019. But my product not delivered me. I will call customer service regarding product delivery his say your product delivery late due to some technical issue product confirm delivered on 31 jan if product not delivered refund initiate. I will not give on 31. I call him he say product delivered on 2 feb. 2 feb not delivered i call he say your order cancelled refund initiate within 24 hours. But refund not initiate on 4 feb i call he say within 24 hours yours refund initiate. He making people full and call center service is very bad language use with me.

          I ordered two krasaa men shoe in amazon.in on 4th october 2018. But due to some reason i want to return one of it, so i return it.
          I received an email that product return on 10th oct and refund has been issued.
          But still i'm not yet received my refund.
          When i msg as refund it displays there is no refund available.

          I ordered on 20 jan for two mattress but one is delivered on 25 jan & second mattress is not delivered yet as on 28 jan.

            I ordered 1 pr of nitespecs lighted led reading glasses: red (L.25), jan 31-19
            Order wa98109 on my credit card on file. I did not want to use amazon gift card, so i contacted amazon right after i ordered it to cancel the gif card credit, which i thought they agreed to. It is still showing on my credit card. I would like the gift card removed from my profile, since i never asked for it and do not ever want it. I have no information on how to contact amazon to permanently take care of this annoying gif card problem. Please remove the gift card credit from my order wa 98109 and charge me the full price.

            I have been charged $14.06 for December 2018 and Jan.2019 recurring payment. I will not order from Amazon again.
            There is a charge for $6.76 on my account and I have not placed any orders recently. I do not have any orders pending.
            I have issue that I am sending mail and keep calling to support team for my missing FBA shipment. And Brand registry issue. but didn't get any resolution.

            I am facing issue since 2 months but no one support me or call back us from Amazon support.

              A charge appeared on my credit card from amazon prime when i've never been to the website. I have no ideal why i have been charged fourteen dollars and three cents on january tenth and posted on january eleventh with reference number 1976. I do not understand why this error would have occured but it would be greatly appreciated if you would please credit my account.

                I am using amazon from very long time and i ordered lots of item from there.
                Recently i purchased one item (Generic headset replacement ear cushion) from amazon but that item was not correct. So i return that item. Before returning courier boy check that item and taken.
                When i contact with amazon customer care for refunding then they were saying i return the incorrect product. The cost of product is only 350.
                How i will get my refund.

                  . My name is akash singh. I have purchased a kurti set on amazon on 14th january 2019 due to some problem i returned this product. And the amazon processed my return on the date 15th januray 2019. And the amazon customer said that u get your refund 3 to 5 business day. He give me a date 21st january the refund payment is reflect in your bank. But i didn't get my refund. Then i call again to amazon customer care and tell my problem and he said that we already transit your refund on 15th january please you contact your bank customer care and give me a reference number. Then i call my bank customer care but my bank customer said that we didn't give u details your refund with reference number.                     amazon refund didn't get

                    I ordered on 20th jan 2019 and cancelled nearest day. Mobile headset is refund initiated on 22nd jan and powerbank is refund initiated on 30th jan. Headset is 199rs and powerbank 499rs. Yesterday (2nd feb 2019) i checked my order, then i could see headset status is"return received" and powerbank is "dispatched".                         So actually there are pretty much more orders than this, which were messed up by Amazon...

                        These all order were never delivered, but still they forced me to wait for around more than a month's time and these all orders were refunded at the end without informing or with any clarification.

                        All reps were talking diplomatically and were so stubborn as well as rude some of them were also cross questioning me back.

                        I also made a replacement for these orders but didn't got any delivery.

                        Firstly not sure how do they dare but they make fake promises on email about the delivery, and eventually get it refunded

                        And after refunding they use to increase the price of the ordered item, may be that can be the reason but they bluntly deny to fix the price match as well.

                        So inshort I really experienced a worst time than ever in my life with AMAZON, AND HAD FACED THE SAME RUDE REPS, CHEATING DELIVERY SERVICES, EMAILS WITH FAKE PROMISES AND GETTING REFUND AS BEST SOLUTION EVER, Not for short period of time its was whole DAMN 8 MONTHS AND STILL THE SAME.

                        As after getting refund for my 15th order I wasn't able to stop myself to put review against the CHEATER AMAZON.

                            Hi, I recently(Sept 18) purchased a Bosch Angle grinder from Amazon India(fulfilled by Amazon) sold by "Maa bhavani power tools" ORDER #[protected]. This product was received by my Dad and remain unused till Dec. In the first five minutes of its use it gave up. I approached the nearest authorized Bosch Service center, where I was informed that its not genuine. Since then I have numerous rounds of discussion with both Amazon Customer representative and Bosch folks with no solution. I'm not a professional power tool user so I don't have any way to say its genuine or counterfeit, But looking at the cover/packaging which I incidentally have with me, it seems fishy.
                            So far:
                            1. Amazon has been asking me to get a service denial letter from the service center stating that its fake which the service center has been denying to provide. I did a little digging around for similar cases and found that service centers never provide such letter on their letter heads(to avoid the liability?not sure though why)

                            2. Amazon has promised to interact with the service center and manufacturer and later backed out saying I have to contact the manufacturer(I have transcripts for the same to prove this) And subsequently closed the case.

                            3. I have an open complaint against Bosch service center for service denial which is as useless as Amazon customer service.

                            From all the transcripts, mails and call recordings I have gathered so far, I'm left with no option but to seek help from "National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission". I'm not sure if its a common practice with Amazon to protect its seller at the cost of tarnishing its own brand value but so far they have been doing a great job there. I believe the poor service/response I have been receiving is somehow correlated with the location of my residence

                            When brought to "Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission", I would would be seeking answers for:
                            1. Why can;t the service center issue a service denial letter stating that its not genuine
                            2. What policy/steps Amazon takes to ensure that the product they are facilitating the sell are actually genuine.
                            3. If its not genuine who is to be blamed, and whom to seek restitution from

                            Was your issue resolved by Amazon after filing this official complaint? Because i am facing similar problem.

                              I had returned 'eureka forbes super clean' costing rs 2499
                              But as per amazon they have refunded the amount in bank account on 24.01.2019 under rrn no.[protected] which is not reflected/credited in my bank account.
                              Repeatedly called to amazon customer care provided me with same answer that refund has been done check with your bank. And while checking with bank they says that they have not received any refund related to it.

                                  Order #[protected] havells jio 1000-watt dry iron (Blue).

                                  I was unavailable at home when the package arrived.
                                  Delivery person marked the product as delivered. When i asked the amazon customer care, they said trouble ticket was launched to locate the product. Then they said investigation has been raised for the same.

                                  After almost 8-10 days, now they are saying that investigation has been closed. They see my signature on the invoice copy.

                                  Now what?

                                  Background case -
                                  I did some investigation from myself. I got the mobile number and vehicle number from watchman's register. I called the number, that delivery boy said -
                                  "sir, aapke iron ka box missing hai aur thode se scratches hai. Chalenga kya? Aap return ke liye request daal do."

                                  I said - "deliver me the product. If i don't have the product then what shall i return back?"

                                  He said yes and done nothing.

                                    I have bought one plus six mobile from amazon on 12th october 2018 with acko screen protection insurance plan.
                                    In december the mobile screen got damaged as it was under warranty i checked for the invoice (As you know amazon provides the invoice online) from my order details. I took the printed invoice to the service center and there i got to know that the imei number mentioned in the invoice is not matching with the product.

                                    Then right away i have raised a complaint with the service center and then the story continues as it is

                                    I have initiated this request on 10-dec-2018 by calling customer care.
                                    They asked me to provide the correct imei details and i have replied in the mail.
                                    Later i got an email mentioning to contact the seller directly for invoice.
                                    So i did follow the process and contacted the seller on 11-dec-2018
                                    Seller replied on 19-dec-2018 saying they cant provide a revised invoice only amazon can provide that.
                                    20-dec-18, amazon customer care confirmed they will provide the revised invoice as the order was amazon fulfilled.
                                    On 22-dec-18 again i have been told i have to wait for 4 more working days
                                    I called on 26-dec-18 asked to wait for 24 hours
                                    Called again on 2-jan-2019, asked to wait for 24 - 48 hours.
                                    4-jan-19, asked to wait for 4 days over
                                    10-jan-19, they accepted their fault and i received hand written invoice from amazon and i informed to approach insurance company. Acko insurance company informed that they didn't receive such information from amazon. Please ask amazon to inform us.
                                    Again i insist to amazon to inform acko for invoice revision.
                                    And they asked to wait for 24 hours
                                    13-jan-19, called, he told to wait for 24 hours (Harshad) and he will definitely help me.
                                    When i contacted on 18th january, i was being told complaint has been raised for this issue and wait (Spoke with abhishek)
                                    Called again on 24th january, they told they have escalated it to the higher level.
                                    Contacted again on 26nd january (Spoke with aruna) she told they have escalated it to the higher level.
                                    Contacted on 29th january they told they have escalated it to the higher level.
                                    Contacted again on 31st january they told they have escalated it to the higher level and still today no response from amazon.

                                    This is how the service from a global organization which advertises everyday in social network and tv claiming they are the best customer service provider.

                                      I purchased one plus 6t mobile phone ₹37999 from amazon on 24/01/2019 and done full payment by debit card but order was cancelled on 25/01/2019 and now amazon is saying that refund has been send to bank. So contact customer service and file charge dispute case with order no.[protected] but customer service and is saying they can file nothing like charge dispute and can only check if money came to your account or not.
                                      Same behaviour by branch also.
