Dear amazon team,

I have ordered samasung galaxy note 8 on 05.02.2019 wich was suppose to get delivered on 06.02.2019 (Under prime 1 day delivery).

Details as under:

Order date -05-feb-2019

Order total - rs. 44, 040.00 (1 item)

Unfortunately my order was cancelled. Upon calling your executives with got 3 different reviews from 3 different agents.

1) brijmohan - customer care executive.

He informed due some internal issues your order got cancelled.
Upon pressurizing to know the issue he inforned that product was not available at seller.
If item was not available what shipment you did.

2) usman - customer care executive.

He informed that it was mistake from our delivery agent. He accendently cancelled your order whereas he was suppose ro cancel someone else order reason been that someone else refused to take delivery.
Now why i should suffer.
If this has been done why they can not create replacement from their backened team.

3) nikita b - customer service executive

She informed that i cancelled the order. If i have cancel it i would have done it immediately.
I am following up with your team since morning 6:30 am. If i would have cancelled why i should start following up in morning hours.

All of above executives never promised me to reaolve the issue. Sply they told i
We can not do anything.

Upon refund none of above agent promised for faster refund.

The only thing they asked is to replace the order and we will see this thing wont repeat again.

I have spent already 44000 for this order how i can reorder again.

This is you amazon who claim to be biggest ecommerce website of world.

This is your standard.

Now if you can help me to get the order delivered do that or atleast refund the money immediately. I shall order from flipkart or paytm. At least they are better than you.

They resolve the issues far better tan you. Infact you have zero capacity to resolve.

      Sir i have ordered a mobile cover worth rs 399. And i have returned that to amazon. They have generated my refund on 25/01/2019. But my refund is not reflecting in my account after 8days. When i call to amazon they have given me reference no :[protected]. They told me to file charge dispute form. But bank cost mout care is saying there is no sch form.

        Hello team,

        I am very disappointed for service i received. I purchased a pair of shoes worth cost 3000 inr. On 26th january morning i received a message that your order will be delivered today with pin which has to represent at delivery time. After that 11 am i got status in app. That it has been delivered however i didn't received any packet for delivery. Same day 26th jan i called customer care a guy responded and said we are investing it and asked me to call back after 3 days. After 3 days i called no status and amazon representative said there were no complaint registered for your item. I was so surprised.

        After that he said you can file and investigation we will get back to you before 5th feb and said i will receive a call but no one called me i have all records handy and phone calls recorded too. Your representative lie and said they tried reaching me but number was not reachable. My both number works well and i live in place where there is no problem of network. I can show proof of that. No again i called amazon and girl name deepika said they tried calling me... But didn't connected. This is very strange and disappointing. Today i purchased only 3000 rs item if i would have purchased bigger item then i would have be in mess. This is very shamefull and unprofessional support. Now again i have told to wait untill 12th feb. How can a company be like this in sorting out a small item. This is ridiculous. I want a replacement of my shoe pair as soon as possible if not then money back and i will never purchase anything from you bogus company. I have all call recordings with me i spoke to you guys

          Dear sir/mam
          I order a product for my my family and 0n 9-jan my product was out for delivery but some busy shedule
          They unable to receive product. Yesterday finally product arrives on the address after delivery boy call me but i was not there
          On the address actually i live in gujarat and my family was live in jaipur
          And they were out of the home that's why the package was recived by landlord lady. At late night when my brother
          Open package, in the package have (Intex 4.1 hometheater) not that shown in the website but my family
          Don't know about that what i ordered for them but in the next morning when i talk to my family
          After they tell me that he received wrong product and i call to delivery man about this but he says i can't do
          In this matter you can directly contact to amazon.in team.

          After i share all the issues that i faced after they take almost 1 month and finally they give me fix date that was 5-feb but when i talk today's morning they said wait till evening. Than i contact at late night and they told me wait 3-4 more days because we can't receive any update from our team and they unable to do anything.
          They only give me dates on dates and wasting my time.
          This money lot's of matter for an middle class family.
          Resolution = i requested to you give my money that i already pay to amazon.in and let me out of this problem, and stop wasting my time because i am very ireetated now!

            I want to tell you that for the past 2 days, someone is tampering with my amazon account someone transacted ₹ 800 with my amazon account which took place around 4:00 to 5:00 am in the morning, information about this fraud transaction happened through email when i came to know of this, i immediately filed a complaint with the customer care you should investigate this matter as soon as possible and i have a fraud of ₹ 800. I should get this money back as soon as possible, please improve your services so that no one can fraud anybody else

            I want to say that on february 2, someone hacked my amazon account to buy a google play gift card whose price was ₹ 750

            Two gift cards ordered from my account let me know this fraud address via email

            I immediately cancel this order by calling customer care but i have not received my money back yet.

            Amazon customer care is not taking any action on my complaint

            I am being repeatedly waiting to wait 24 hours

            My account is blocked and i can not order any of my fire tv due to my account block is not working properly please help me in this regard, i am very upset

            There is no action taken on Amazon's complaint yet, nor has any Amazon official ever contacted me. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. I am very upset.

              I ordered shoes in november but the delivery agent gave me a wrong msg as product not delivered but the product was delivered.. Next day i returned the product but till no refund till now.. Around 15 times i have called the customer service. They say that we have emailed your issue and you have to wait for so many days.. I am waiting since november but no refund till now.. Nobody is taking any responsibility.. How much i have to wait for my money only

                Dear team,

                I got a call from an amazon delivery boy named kashif shaikh (Mobile: [protected]) today regarding delivery of water kettle (Tracking no:[protected] i had ordered. He told me that he can't deliver the parcel due to some issues at the entry of building. I requested him to enter through the lobby and have it delivered to the office boy i was sending for parcel pick up. He said rudely, he will cancel it or reschedule it after 7 days. Since i wanted the parcel urgently i told him to deliver it today itself. Not only that he was rude but his behavior was unacceptable. I called him back several time to coordinate the delivery but he hung up on me all the time, then he switched off his phone. I tried one more time but he would pick up and not speak whatsoever. The way he spoke to me and the building guard was very rude. I would like to bring it to amazon's notice that the delivery boy's are doing all sorts of shenanigans to postpone / cancel delivery. Will be worth looking at how they are incentivized. As a unsatisfied customer i would have to think twice in future before i order urgent and expensive orders from amazon. Please get to the root of it and lead by an example. Such rude unacceptable behavior for prime customers will let amazon down!

                  I received a call regarding offers to selected customer from amazon. I was asked to choose a gift. Initially i was asked to pay 5k to generate the transaction id. And then another 12000 for some gst purpose. When i asked to cancel all this and asked my money back, after that i didn't receive any further calls once they knew i figured it out.                     Dear team.
                    I have ordered the redmi note 6 pro (Red, 64gb (6gb ram) in exchange of my old red mi note 5 pro, ordered on 25th jan 2019 and i have received the wrong part on 29th jan 2019, i returned the wrong shipped part which was sent from amazon, i also, waited for the new part delivery but the replacement was not intiated may be of out of stock, so i finally cancelled the order because of amazon mistake why customer has to suffer, till today my refund is not intiated and i am fed up with following up with customer care. @ present i am not having my old smart phone nor new ordered phone nor funds to buy another phone. Totally frustrated with amazon prime.

                      I have returned my product which was shipped to me by amazon with missing parts. I have placed a return and the order of three packs were picked up. Its been 20days and no refund has been processed. It usually takes 5 days at max. The customer service is terrible and always asks to keep patience. They gave a deadline of 24th january to initiate the refund which they failed to keep. After that when i contacted the replies were flimsy and unwanted. All they say is to keep patience and with no reason stated for the delay.

                        I order a camera worth 20990 on amazon india using my indian bank debit card. On the same day i cancelled my order and they intiated refund same day itself on 16/01/2019. With the reference number[protected]. But its been more than 15 days the amount is not credited on my account. The amazon want to file charge dispute for further move. But indian bank, my branch and customer care is not giving proper response. I want to file charge dispute for my money refund

                          Hi, i have ordered a sofa through amazon and when it got delivered i noticed the color difference the material used for different cushions. Raised the issue to cs team who tried to manipulate the ticket to close by updating that i have agreed to take cash of 400rs for new cover (Actually i wasn't even aware of this). Came to know when i followed up on the issue for a solution. Finally after a half an hour of discussion they agreed to take the sofa back and initiated a pick up.
                          Now, they have shifted the issue to delhivery team. Who regularly sends me a message every day morning that it will be picked up and in the evening i will get the message it got rescheduled. Spoke to both cs team highlighting the issues multiple times. But they are just giving standard response as per system. And asking me to keep complaining of its not picked up on time. And same usual time line to wait for next resolution.

                          So far, i have wasted more of my personal time and got mentally distracted talking to these customer services team. Now i am clueless and wonder how most of the people are cheated every day. I have all the proof of these communication in email. Posting here not just to find a solution for me but for a larger mass who face similar problems.

                            I ordered 3 havells electric ceiling fans worth 5000₹ each from Amazon and on 21/01/2019 instead I received one ceiling fan and an electric iron. The deliveryman did not even take the signature for the delivery verification.I did not receive the other two fans . Now Amazon is not taking any responsibility on this matter and saying they have already delivered all three fans which I did not receive at all. Talking to customer care they cannot do anything on it as on their records it days that the order has been delivered.

                              Product not delivered time to time and refund not intiate after product cancelled. My product delivery date is 28 jan 2019. But my product not delivered me. I will call customer service regarding product delivery his say your product delivery late due to some technical issue product confirm delivered on 31 jan if product not delivered refund initiate. I will not give on 31. I call him he say product delivered on 2 feb. 2 feb not delivered i call he say your order cancelled refund initiate within 24 hours. But refund not initiate on 4 feb i call he say within 24 hours yours refund initiate. He making people full and call center service is very bad language use with me.

                                Installation .Samsung service order [protected]/ref no [protected]/[protected].samsung customer care again informed on phone that wall mount stand is to be provided by Amazon as TV delivered on 01/02/19 does not contain wall mount stand as stated in aforesaid order.either product has to be replaced or returned.my request to samsung and Amazon has not been resolved.they are rolling ball to each other with result that my request has been not resolved.now Amazon representing is not responding to my requests.i feel harassed and seek international for installation/ return/ replacement/refund of rs 31000 + along with demoragesof rs 500000/- for incomplete service/ product as they have disturbed me mentally and harrased me beyond any expectations and not resolving my issue despite vigorous follow up.                                   I ordered two krasaa men shoe in amazon.in on 4th october 2018. But due to some reason i want to return one of it, so i return it.
                                  I received an email that product return on 10th oct and refund has been issued.
                                  But still i'm not yet received my refund.
                                  When i msg as refund it displays there is no refund available.

                                  I ordered on 20 jan for two mattress but one is delivered on 25 jan & second mattress is not delivered yet as on 28 jan.

                                    I ordered 1 pr of nitespecs lighted led reading glasses: red (L.25), jan 31-19
                                    Order wa98109 on my credit card on file. I did not want to use amazon gift card, so i contacted amazon right after i ordered it to cancel the gif card credit, which i thought they agreed to. It is still showing on my credit card. I would like the gift card removed from my profile, since i never asked for it and do not ever want it. I have no information on how to contact amazon to permanently take care of this annoying gif card problem. Please remove the gift card credit from my order wa 98109 and charge me the full price.

                                    I have been charged $14.06 for December 2018 and Jan.2019 recurring payment. I will not order from Amazon again.
                                    There is a charge for $6.76 on my account and I have not placed any orders recently. I do not have any orders pending.
                                    I have issue that I am sending mail and keep calling to support team for my missing FBA shipment. And Brand registry issue. but didn't get any resolution.

                                    I am facing issue since 2 months but no one support me or call back us from Amazon support.

                                      A charge appeared on my credit card from amazon prime when i've never been to the website. I have no ideal why i have been charged fourteen dollars and three cents on january tenth and posted on january eleventh with reference number 1976. I do not understand why this error would have occured but it would be greatly appreciated if you would please credit my account.

                                        I am using amazon from very long time and i ordered lots of item from there.
                                        Recently i purchased one item (Generic headset replacement ear cushion) from amazon but that item was not correct. So i return that item. Before returning courier boy check that item and taken.
                                        When i contact with amazon customer care for refunding then they were saying i return the incorrect product. The cost of product is only 350.
                                        How i will get my refund.
