I have ordered samsung 253 litres refrigerator on 28th october when i am ordered it showed the estimated date of delivery 1st or 2nd november when i have contacted customer service they told within two days the delivery will be done and when i contacted on 4th november they told me we are working on it wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours on 6th november when i contacted customer care they told me our senior associate will call in 1 hour...

The above order was placed for three items and got only two items were delivered with one item missing. After receiving the parcel and contacting customer services for missing item, another order was placed. Now the missing item is not getting delivered when needed despite of parcel reaching final destination. Was on phone with customer service for hours now. No one was able to help. Spoke to jagan who is customer service manager based out...

Tracking id shown was aw[protected]in supposed to deliver by 2 nov 2018 and till time not delivered. Got poor customer care service as well and i missed an oppurtunity of buying my selected shoes with a good deal.

In their tracking history it was shown as material should be delivered with in 2nd nov 2018.

Even after calling customer care their approach on my complaint seems to be very pathetic. Even the guy was...

I was not available for delivery and told delivery guy can't receive and don't want now as i was travelling, after 5 minutes got mail item has been delivered.

Asap after that called delivery guy for this he told me talk 2 customer care now it has been 4 days and customer care is telling i ll not get refund.

So my question is if we are getting empty package or not receiving item still we will not get refund from...

I ordered a combo pack of shoes(5). But I received only a pair of shoe that do not mentioned in the website.

I have purchased mobile from amazon vis order id:[protected]. Product already returned to amazon as defective product received yet no refunds received yet from amazon side call centre is not responding for same they are not giving any answers need to file case on urgent basis. For refund they are saying that product is not checked yet and would revert after checking already product delivered to warehouse on 2nd november....

I have the same issue with Crompton fans executed by SAJM online. Ordered and paid for four fans, delivered one wrong colour and the others not delivered at all.

Amazon says there's nothing to be done. I cannot get the product nor can I get the money back.

Feel completely cheated. The reason one buys from Amazon...

I ordered a canon camera lens and i got the package on 27 aug 2018 with the cash amount of 8, 125/- i received it in the late evening and as soon as i opened it i found a piece of marbel rapped in plastic instead of camera lens.
