I requested for return upon receiving the product due to it being of inferior quality. The request was made on the same day of product receipt but the pickup company didn't pitch to collect the items. I made contact with customer service and they rescheduled it for the next day and i received confirmation that they will be picking up the items. However they canceled the pickup. I had to call them (Customer service) again and they have rescheduled it again (4th time) and i am not sure if they will be coming to collect. The major issue is that you cannot go out whilst they have given you an estimated time for pickup and thus you are tied in the house. Hence, i thought they might be able to assist at this platform.     I have bought jbl go speaker from amazon during diwali offer for rs 1400 and it got delivered on 6th nov'2018.
    I used the product till 22nd november but after very next day the speaker stopped working and i could not able to return the product as the return window was closed on 19th nov'2018.
    Well as far as i believe i did not do anything with the speaker nor any water went inside. It just stopped working without any reason.
    I complained about it but did not got any reposes from amazon and i don't know what to do next.
    Please teach this organisation that this is not the way to fool people because its our hard earned money.
    I will be eagerly waiting for our system to do the justice.

      I have placed an order at 10th Nov and then it order reached at my city in 12th Nov but It got canceled from the courier point. I talked to customer care, they said like they raise a ticket for refund still i did not get. So i called them again they said, some technical issue was there so it did not proceed. They raise another ticket for it and told me it would be refunded next week. I called them again then they proceed my ticket and they told it got refunded but you need to talk to your Bank customer care. and they send me a Reference Number[Mentioned Below] which i have to mentioned.
      I have called Bank customer care and told my problem. They gave me one mail id[mentioned below] and told me to send my details . I have sent all the details and still did not get any response.
      Don't Know now what should I Do.

        I m a very old buyer on amazon with 300+ orders till date
        have received a fake/duplicate item from
        cloudtail seller whom i trust most

        i m totally dissapointed since i searched a lot before finalizing a
        cricket bat...

        Me: there are many problem..
        1. my order was for size 4...i received 6 size
        2. fake grain sticker...bat is not even for tennis ball...
        3. mentioned weight is 1.2 kg..i received fake plaster of paris bat of 954
        gm
        4. bottom of bat has plaster of paris...even on back side...
        5. cover is of size 4 but bat inside is size 6

        refer all images...i m even complaing to consumer forum and online sites
        so that others wil be aware before buying

        when i contacted customer support they said they can only issue refund on
        return which will not help in solving the issue since same can happen with
        other buyer

        see so many bad reviews still amazon is selling this item

          Hello Sir,

          I have order an LED Strip light from Amazon which was of 10 meters in length but the package that I received from the distributor "Ex borders" one of the Amazon registered seller contains following.

          one box of LED strip lights which is of 5 meters in length(already shared the images with Amazon and seller)Adapter, pins, Remote controller, instruction manual Even the box (from Manufacture)which they have sent shows it is of 5 meters.But now when i am asking for claim they are denying with out mentioning the reason even asking for several times.They are beating the bush around and sending the same response without any reason, Got frustrated since I have to get half of the product.

          Please help me in this regards.

              Returned the product. Reason missing the part. But still no refund. I am speaking more than 5 months amazon customer care service. They are telling, it is seller product. Amazon will not take the response. Wait to seller will do refund. And they are telling, now maximum product are seller product. Don't buy from amazon. If you buy, that your own risk. I am understand from amazon, what is that means - amazon no money guarantee. My suggestion please don't buy product from amazon.

                Dear sir,
                I have ordered "novel vegetable & fruit chipser with 11 blades + 1 free peeler inside, vegetable chopper, vegetable slicer (11 blades + 1 pillar)" on 2nd nov 2018 but it was not delivered in my address although it's showing delivered in my amazon portal. I have called amazon customer care twice (12 nov 2018 & 17 nov 2018) regarding this issue & they confirmed that this issue took place due to some technical reason and they also assured that i will get it soon. It's now one month over & till date i have not received. Kindly look into.

                  First amazon delivers a damaged product. Then on my replacement request, its not delivering the product since last 4 days... The status flips between out for delivery and delivery next day. Daily a new agent code is given and even after calling at least 10 time to each one, none answers. Several calls to customer care goes in vain. They have no control over delivery. I am stuck with damaged product and the without the agents take it back, i wont have refund also. Order id[protected]

                    My name is deepak email id is [protected]@gmail.com which is registered with amazon. My amazon account is on hold from last 6 months. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                    But last week by amazon pay i did a mobile recharge of 499. They deduct my money from bank but after that i got email from amazon “your order has been cancelled ” they cancel my recharge. They didn't send refund to my account
                    . I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong. I also try to fax my own credit card details but fax no which they given give transmission error and fax not sent, i told these things to customer care but they are not helping me also send again mail with all details that happen with me but they are not response to any my request.

                      I have an issue with my purchase of altum 18-mini-2-oe 4-in-1 desktop multi functional electric household sewing machine (White - order id:[protected] the seller 'golden creative". Since i am out of station at the time of delivery, i tried the machine only on november 6th.
                      Hence i contacted your customer care early in november. As instructed by yourself i made messages to the seller though the message center of amazon on 7th november. The reply of seller is simply" whattsapp me". The whattsapp messages are not yet answered. Then i made 5 more email messages to the seller starting from november 10th, and are with same reply asking me to contact via whattsapp. None of the whattsapp messages were answered.
                      Hence i contacted your customer care through chat. As advised by the customer executive on chat i sent a mail to [protected]@amazon.in on nov 27, 2018, 4:55 pm, i got an automated reply on nov 27, 2018, 4:56 pm stating that, i will be contacted in next 6 hours. But till nobody contacted me.3 days before once again. I made a chat support and the person ask me to sent one more mail to the seller. If it is not resolved then, he told me that they will look in to the matter. But nothing happened. Today again i made a chat conversation and now the executive informed me that they are helpless.

                        This is k koteshwar. My younger brother has used the wrong credit card and tried to order on amazon, from that day my account was kept on hold but i didn't get any email about it. On 29th of this month i paid a bill on amazon pay and my money was debited from the account and i got a message that my account was on hold and i need to verify the details of the card which i didn't know. So please help me to get refund and also to unhold my account.

                        Did not request chargers dated nov. 22-23, 2018, I do not understand what was purchased and verified. all I know is that I was charged for something, no order number and confirmation number or id
                        Return applied for 6 times for pickup of item through id & customer care before expiry of return date.after expiry of return date customer care answering that cann't be accepted, call to company of the same product.this is cheating & my future opinion not to buy any item from amazon.
                        I bought A pendrive then i return it to amazon due to some reasons
                        still after 25 days amount is not refunded
                        In Tiruppur, delivery person behavior is very bad, he is not coming to home, rather is calling through phone and asking me to collect the product at his place, if I am not heeding his words, he returns the product by quoting false reasons.

                          My Amazon Account is on hold from 15 days . i am calling daily to amazon but they always say that within 24 hrs. you will receive an message or call but, no message or call i recieve. whenever i call them they say always same words.
                          I have also mail them with my personal email id because i do not have any registered email with the account which is on hold.
                          even they do not reply to email whatever i ask . they reply toy mail only one thing that " we are soryy for the inconvience caused to you " .Coclusion is this they are not helping their customer.

                            I placed order on 11 October with order no.[protected].. this was prepaid order worth Rs 1609/ and was expected to be delivered between 29 oct- 1 November.. But it is still not delivered as on 2nd December.. Neither seller cancelling/delivering order nor amazon taking any action despite my many calls/effforts

                              We are facing very big issues on fraudulence acts. We always have and will ship correct products to the customer but either the customer or we not receive products. The products are getting stolen and no one is helping us through customer service just given time to wait. What are we supposed to do to avoid these?? How are we supposed to take actions against it? Is amazon working on it? How can we help to reduce these? When will this stop? When will we get our reimbursements? Who are the people which are doing these acts?

                                I purchased an item from amazon and paid my item's bill through debit card and due to some reasons i have to return those items and by terms and policies of amazon they have to refund me in 3-5 days, but now its over 10 days and haven't received any amount. This problem is with two of my items. When i called amazon customer care they told that have initiated the refund, now its bank problem due deal with refund. And they provided me with refund reference number as... For item1=[protected] and for item2=[protected]. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

                                  Till yet they have not refund my amount...

                                  Seller is claiming he has got different product.
                                  I am not able to a2z cliam..

                                  Due to product is dispatched by own amazon partner cloudtail, so they are not returning my money.

                                    I ordered a pair of shoes for amazon on 14oct 2018. I recieved the product on 22 when i checked the product it was a fake. I instantly reported a complain on their helpline no. I returned it. Now i asked them to give me my refunds they simply said that it was i who put fake and send it to them. I called them hundreds of time their was no response from them. Please help.

                                      I ordered a casio watch on 16th november through my amazon prime account and expected delivery was 17th november. I did not get any call or message from them but suddenly on 17th the status showed as 'delivered'. I complained to their customer care and they assured me that watch would reach me by 20th november and said these scenarios happen due wrong punching of order. I also connected them through twitter, facebook and got replies that they are doing investigation on high priority.
                                      On 30th november, means 14 days delay, i called the customer care again seeking for a resolution and got a reply that they have asked their logistics and transportation department and they have confirmed that item was delivered on time to me.
                                      I did pre-payment for my order and waiting for 14 days i heard this type of words from them. A mail came from their team stating that they cannot help further as order is shown as delivered. When i asked about the contact number and signature of the person who took the order, they denied providing that information.
                                      Amazon has done a fraud with me. It is their mistake that they have delivered order somewhere else and not ready to accept it. The watch's cost is rs. 2956/-. I want amazon india to apologize to me and return my money back.
                                      Please take hard actions against them and make impose some hard rules so that they cannot fool customer and there is no one like me in the future facing same issues.

                                        Amazon customer care service is very poor. They are not helping customer to get refund from bank. Customer care executives are very rude. My registered amazon email is [protected]@gmail.com. My refund rs 418 is not yet deposited to my bank account. Amazon has told me reference number[protected] on phone call only. Amazon is not ready to give this information in written form by email. They are just telling me on phone call only. As per amazon, they have transfered this on 12 th nov 2018. I have not received it yet. Amazon is telling me to contact bank, howevere they are not ready to send reference number by email or sms.
