There is a charge on my most recent statement from bank of america. The only indicia supplied to justify this charge are: transaction date and posting date both 12/06; reference number 8507; amount $119.00; and a column entry reading
"amazon prime amzn.com/billwa" with capitalization and spelling as shown but the space between "prime" and "amzm" o[censored]nknown exact length.

I do not believe that i ordered or otherwise purchased any merchandise or service from amazon prime during the billing period of this statement and therefore request that you issue a credit for $119 to my boa account ending in 2821 or remind me of any purchase you believe i made.
I wish to cancel Amazon prime. A charge of 13.77 per month.

    Hi, i alka gajbhiye. I have ordered one kurti as "queen women's a-line kurta (A046-yellow cut button _yellow_small". On 4th dec 2018. Till date i didn't get it but side has shown following order status

    "delivered 07-dec-2018
    Package was handed directly to the customer.
    Signed by: alka gajbhiye.
    Track package"

    The delivery boy named 'akash shinde - mob. No. - [protected]" was unable to find my place on 7th dec. So i went to take it directly from his office that time he was not there and he told us on phone that he will deliver the order tomorrow that is on 8th dec 2018 but till date i didn't get it.
    I request you to kindly take corrective action on this issue.
    Otherwise i won't prefer amazon for any product and don't suggest to other also. Hope you understand.

      But till now it is not cradited on my account. My account is from canara bank loyal school jamshedpur branch. Please sir it's a humble request to you as soon as possible look my complaint and slove it.

        My canara bank account number is[protected]. I purchased realme u1 ambitious black on 5th dec, and paid with rs 6018 with amazon pay & rs 5979.5 from canara bank visa card. Then i cancelled my order within 2hrs of order. I got my amazon pay refund within 2hrs on 5th dec. And got the message that visa card amount of canara bank had been processed & will reflect by 11th dec. Today the 8th business day as per norms. Still i haven't got my refund.
        I got stuck within canara bank customer service & amazon india customer service. Both are saying the fault is of other parties. Amazon says refund processed, canara bank says didn't got that credit.
        My reference number of refund is with photo below.
        Help me.

        I am still not aware who will refund my money. Is it amazon who is saying refund processesd & maybe got stucked in payment gateway or Is it Canara Bank. Today I visited my bank's branch, they told that they forwarded my complain to Canara Bank headquarters & nothing is on Bank Branch Hand.
        Help me to resolve this

          After lapsing of four days of above mentioned order number my paid amount of 9008 inr rupees is not credited into my account.

          I received a confirmation email about refund of my amount on 10th december 2018 in which amazon clearly mentioned that "your refund of rs. 9008.00 has been processed successfully on 12/9/2018. The amount should reflect in your account by 12/13/2018".

          The authorization code for the transaction is 166109

          I want to ask one question from amazon is - are you refund the customer amount by sending it via post or courier and if not then for what you take 4 to 5 days and even after there are no any assurance about refund

            I ordered ddr4 ram model but got ddr3 model. I sent back item asked for refund, tehy said they got item back but are not giving money back or even item back!

            I m student i dont have chunk of money to spend around i wanted to upgrade pc so ordered from prime enabled seller as i m prime member

            And still i m getting this issue can i even hope to get my money back plz?

              I ordered a tripod from amazon at 29th november. The product did not reach to me and at 4th december they returned the item and assured me that i will get back my money. At 7th december they sent me an email that they have issued the refund and the money will be transferred to my bank account by 10th december. They give a refund reference number 856789. Today is 14th december but i do not get my money back. My ordered id is[protected]. Please help me.

                I have returned this product 3 times and told you to cancel this reoccurring charge and you keep sending it every month and charging my debit card. The product is zone perfect nutrition bars. I don't want this anymore. I returned a package on 12/12/18, again.                             I have ordered seagate 4tb hard disk vide order no[protected] dated 07-dec-2018, but the delivery person mr rakesh[protected] did not co operate and instead send back my parcel.
                            When later i called he informed mobile is not working and hence send back. I would also like to inform that mr rakesh has previously delivered package at my residence and also post office persons deliver to the same address.
                            Returning the parcel has caused unnecessary head ache.

                                    From 10th of decrmber which was the delivery day of the product ordered, everyday morning i am getting a sms that the product will be delivered today but even after several phone calls to delivery person item is not being delivered.in the evening i am getting a massege that amazon was not able to contact me.
                                    Because of this i have to postpone number of seminars.

                                      I purchased klider proaudio from amazon.in. it is returned and refund of 2299 rupees is initiated in 14th nov 2018. But i didn't get my refund in my pnb account number [protected]. So they gave me a reference number[protected] for refund transaction and said file charge dispute as "refund never processed ". When i contacted pnb customer care service they said there is nothing like 'file dispute' and said to contact to branch. At branch same excuse is found.

                                        I have ordered a product from Amazon from My debit card on 2nd of this month.
                                        I cancelled the product on the very Same day and claimed refund. I was given the time line of 7th of December. After reconsulting them they acknowledged as my refund was done and it should have been reflected by now in your Account, but It didn't happen and I was given a referral code for that which I have provided to the bank's customer care service person even after that I haven't received my refund.Kindly take necessary action.
