We ordered jbl e55bt headphones whose cost was 6, 280/-rs (Inr) and got a small packaging in which it can't even fit, so i (Piyush) opened the parcel to find out there was lakme cream spf 23 which costs 126/-rs (Inr)
Got confused what to do so called costmer care and told the details. They said their investigation team will work and we will get updates within 3 days.in third pic i got email and it mentioned i won't get any refund or replacement as product was dispatched correctly

To get updates i have called alot times, every time there was a new person on the phone to whom i have to define my whole concern from beginning. But now it shows my account was locked and i can't login or can't place refund or replacement.

I have given my valuable time for this investigation i have all evidence. From past few days most of my time was in call with staff

Clearly by seeing packaging we can say that headphones aren't going to fit in it. I want refund how can a company like you can do this

I and my family members are very much irritated with this type of response from your side. We haven't done any wrong/crime that our account should be blocked and our money should go in vain. I think you understand my concern and i request you to initiate my refund quickly

    I placed this order and after typing the address the app got stuck then the order was placed..but my shipping address was different..so i chat with the customer care nad he told he cant do anything about it..so i told to transfer the chat to senior executive..so a guy named Goutham was online said he was from leadership..
    After asking all details he said to cancel the order and reorder..
    So i told i know that i dint need your help to cancel an order..
    Soon after i send that chat my app showed connection lost and when i came back the last was erased.. again i typed something else..it was there..but whenever i argue with him that chat will be erased...and again i tried then he just cut the chat..

      I would like to know the status of my order no:[protected]. A wrong item was delivered to us on 28th nov 2018 and hence we returned the item the very next day itself. We have still not received the exact item which we have ordered and the order update in the amazon is showning as delivered.

          I have returned my product on 13th oct 18 and received a message stating that the refund has been initiated on 15th oct and will be credited into my account within 23rd oct but the same has not been credited till date. I kept on calling amazon customer care and sbi customer care from past 50 days as if i don't have any other work. I was really fed up asking them the same question 100 times with each and every one from where not even once i got proper response. Hope at least this will help me in getting my refund soon.

          No response has been received yet. Very bad customer service and completely disappointed. Have been calling the customer service to provide the details of refund but they are not responding to it.

On the same day i canceled the item and they sent me an email that they successfully processed my money and it will be added into my account by[protected]. They provide me a refund reference number which is 856789, but i do not get my money back. Please help me out to solve this problem so i can get my money back.

              I purchase a electric kitchon kettle by order no.[protected] dated 14 Nov. 2018 after some time this product has over heating due to this problem water and milk burn in bottom of kettle and after that gives bad smell.                 Hi,
                I am using Amazon Pay balance account with registered mobile # [protected].I have booked Red bus ticket for Rs.584 using Amazon Pay balance (Amazon Pay Order #P[protected]. then I cancelled ticket due to personal reasons. The Red bus has processed refund amount of Rs.518 to my Amazon Pay balance account with reference no [protected].But I got Rs.460 as refund (Amazon Pay Order #P[protected]. I have checked with Red bus customer care reg. this issue. They replied that the refund amount Rs.518 is refunded from red bus with reference no [protected] and suggested to check amazon customer care for the same.

                Could you please help me to know the status for refund reference no [protected].

                  I had ordered some products from amazon month back which i returned on 15 and 18 nov 2018.
                  Even after chasing amazon repeatedly they are not refunding my amount ~1100.
                  I am tired of calling them again and again.
                  They are just giving statements like we have initiated refund from our side but i didn't see anything refunded yet.
                  Please take necessary actions.
                  Also they deducted some amount in amazon pay balance without any intimation and my consent.
                  Not willing to buy anything at all from amazon now.

                    So, i have been refused to get the code for the free bullet earphones with oneplus 6t. I will take you ahead with this. It's not about the earphones, it's about the time i've put in through this process to get it right.

                    1. I came across the oneplus 6t prebook gift card offer.
                    2. I called up an amazon official to confirm whether i can use this gift card, despite the fact that i want to eventually buy the phone on emi. He told me to go ahead on the 10th of october, and hence
                    3. I prebooked the oneplus 6t (Email gift card, sent to me by my mother). Emphasis on the gift, because you can share it on email. That's what gift cards are, to begin with, if i'm not wrong.
                    4. I added the gift card to my account, since it mentioned, i can use it against the amazon pay balance.
                    5. The phone went live on the 1st of november
                    6. I called up amazon official, to confirm, whether this gift card will be applicable. I asked the process. The person stayed on the phone while i ordered the oneplus 6t
                    7. I tried adding the code, and it said "this code is already a part of this order" or something of that sort. I asked the official, if this is okay. And they said, yes. Go ahead with the order. You'd receive a code for the earphones by 15th november and the 500 rupee cashback by the end of the month.
                    I placed the order while confirming everything is right, and received the phone on 1st november itself.
                    8. 15th november i got in touch with amazon for the code. They said, some issue has been going on from oneplus's side, and they will send the code to the people. So don't worry. You'd get it. Wait for a day or two.
                    9. 18th november i called up amazon. They asked me to send an email to [protected]@amazon.in. I did. I never received anything but an automated reply.
                    10. 25th-30th november, got in touch with amazon. He said that this is an issue. He will help me. He tried to give me a code, but it didn't work. And, he put me on hold to talk to his team and superiors multiple times, only to tell me that he has escalated the issue and i will definitely get a reply in 10 days. I didn't get a reply in 10 days.
                    11. Today (5th december), 55 days after prebooking the oneplus 6t with the gift card, i was told after calling amazon, that my first step was wrong. After 55 days, after calling amazon before every order i place, after confirming any queries i have before placing the order, and many hours of to and fro, and being told that i will get the code, and being sent a code later, i am told, that whatever i have been wasting my time at is my fault.

                    Moral of the story: even if i follow everything, or question amazon officials to make sure i don't make a mistake and do everything according to amazon, and being repeatedly told that i will get it soon - suddenly, it's my fault. And amazon can't help me. What kind of a ridiculous service is this? How is this my fault? And why do i have to face the repercussions?

                    I was told that you had to buy the gift card from the same account, because you can't treat it like a gift card. So even if i added it to my amazon account, and it mentioned the gift code has already been added, i am not eligible for this.

                      This is first time ever in my life i am submitting a complaint forum. I have ordered an item (Power extra battery grip) from amazon.in and the seller is exborders. I have made this order on 13th of last month (13/11/2018). First thing amazon told me was exborders is the seller and the item will be arriving between 21-28th of november when i made the deal with them (Full payment was done by the time). I have been waiting for either amazon or the seller to respond back to me regarding the shipment. They never did. I started waiting on my doorstep to see if a delivery men deliver the item. Till 24th of november i was having no sign of anything regarding shipment. On 24th, amazon told me item is dispatched and will be arriving by 28th. I have waited then again. No calls or any sign of shipment. But tried to track item, but it was still just "dispatched". I was asked to call the seller to track item. So i did on 27th. Some body from exborders told me, they don't have any tracking details of item. Note that it was just a day before, per what they told me of final date of shipment. 29th of november 2018, when i opened my amazon order page, amazon told me, they they believe the item was delivered. I was like what! Amazon believes seller was already delivered the item, seller (Exborders) told me they don't have any tracking details since it is coming from somewhere of country. Only thing i knew on 29th of november 2018 was nobody knows about this business i made with amazon and no tracking of anything and we were just going in loops, except i knew one thing the i spent my money and lot of time on this to earn knowledge that i was just cheated by what all of them who were involved in this business. Either amazon nor exborders ever showed a sign of responsibility of letting me know the status updates. Even if it was delayed. So amazon asked me to send them a feedback regarding the order or shipment with exborders for some reason. I wrote up all this story in the feedback session. The very next day, i got a call from exborders for the first time to tell me to update my negative review on amazon. And they gave a link to goto amazon and step by step explanation of how to remove or update my current feedback about the order. I thought they could have even more dalay my shipment just because i wrote up negative review. So i updated the feedback. When amazon asked me why, i told them the reason is "others" per their feedback remove page. Same day when the called me, the final date will be on or before 5th of december and today is december, i don't even have a status of "item is ready for delivery" on amazon, but i still have their sorry for delayed shipment. I feel like i am completely cheated by these people. They lack responsibility. I don't know what to do about this. I made this purchase for a reason. Item is required/needed for me to use on 3/12/2018, which is already passed. Please help me.

                          The Worst service from Amazon. I have purchased Asian shoes spicy 51 white womens sneakers Ordered 10 Oct 2018, Delivered 16 Oct 2018, Returned 18 Oct 2018.                                   Many o[censored]s have been buying from amazon.in with several issues. They allow very little of this on their facebook page.

                                  For the past two years i have been experiencing missed orders. Amazon.in feature "leave with a neighbour" doesn't work at all. The neighbour was not called even once. The courier cancelled the order stating that i did not respond. I could not attend to this, that is why i enabled the "leave with a neighbour"

                                  I was given assurance by a cs exec that everything would be taken care off. After every such experiences they sing the same kind of song. I have had five such experiences over the span of 2 years. The account still shows dispatched for these items.in feb 2018 i was offered a cashback of inr 100, which was credited to my account only a few weeks back after a span of 9 months.
                                  Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I have a charge of $ 119 on my credit card on 10/20/2018. I have checked my order history and find nothing for that day or amount. I would like to find out what this charge is for. It is on my credit card on file that I use for all of my amazon purchases. Please contact me so this can be cleared up.

                                      Greetings from calpro food essentials!!

                                      I had purchased plutofit "franchie supporter vide order no.[protected], invoice no. Dl[protected] dated 28th november 2018 costing rs. 348.00 including gst (Copy of invoice and scanned image of the packing box is enclosed). I am a prime member of amazon and shipping is free for me on all the products delivered.

                                      After opening the packet it has been observed that the max retail price printed on the box of the above item is rs.170/- (Incl. Of gst) whereas i have been charged almost double the amount for no reasons. You may note that in india it is illegal to sell things more than mrp and amazon being a platform between buyer and seller should keep a track of this that goods shall not be sold out more than mrp.

                                      Amazon has good customer oriented service policies and i am surprised that i have been shipped the product without checking mrp during packaging.

                                      You are requested to intervene into this matter & refund the excess amount charged to my bank account. Also i need an assurance from amazon that all my future orders shall not exceed the mrp printed on the product.
