Hi all,
My name is deependra. I am writing this mail after frustrating from resolution given by customer care executives and amazon's worst service. Incident below that amazon making fool of thousand customers on account of amazon sale.
I purchased product with given below details in sale on 3rd nov 2018 at cost of ₹5, 499.00 that was scheduled to be deliver till 10 nov 2018. But i neighter recieved order nor product till 10 nov 2018. On 11 nov 2018 when i recieved a status message that as product was found damaged, we are returning this product to seller and refund process is initiated. But as i did not want refund, i called to customer service executive and that guy insured me that you will get product and wait for next 24 hours for updates.

I waited for next 48 hours and then called again on 13 nov 2018.
This time miss tanisha, ordered a replacement order from their side and promised me that your product will be delivered this time by 20 nov 2018

I was checking status of this order continuously, at 16 nov 2018 status shows that product is out for delivery although i did not received any status message.
I did not got any call from delivery agent as well. At 9:05 pm i got a status message saying like hat "our executive was not able to deliver our product (Awb[protected] as you asked to cancel the order, so refund is initiated".
Although i already mentioned that i did not got any call from any executive they marked it by own.
After 5 min i called to amazon customer care and told complete story. He asked me that he is dropping mail to delivery centers to reprocess the delivery.
But in next two days i did not received any updates on this. Finally after two days i called amazon customer care executive again on 18 nov 2018.
Same person miss tanisha, told me that we already dropped mail to delivery centers but as status is updated from their side. Please co-ordinate with them to get product soon.

As asked by her, i contacted on [protected], to reshedule delievery. They said that in next 24 hours they will deliver it again.
But when i did not get any status update or product delivery, i contacted on same no, this time they told me that status return is not marked from our side, its from amazon side as before marking product status, we try min three times to deliver the product.
After huge frustration, i again contacted today (20 nov 2018) with amazon customer service.
Mr ansh gave me shocking news this time that product was damaged again so product is returning again to seller and we will not able order replacement as no replacement available and we can only able to process refund. We can able to provide product if you order product again on current price 11, 999 rs.
I checked on website product is available. How it can happen that product is available and its replacement is not.
Conclusion is that amazon making fool of customers.
Please take appropriate action on this, otherwise i have to take serious action from my side.
I did not want refund, it want only product i purchased.
