I have ordered mi a2 on 10th october 2018 during the amazon great festival.
During the purchase, it was written that i will receive a cashback of rs. 1000 as amazon paybalance if the order amount is above rs. 6k. I ordered the phone for rs. 13500 (Including sbi 10% off). So i'm eligible for the offer but i have not received it yet after 1.5 months. I have contacted customer service but they said repeatedly that they will look into the matter but nothing happens. And it was also not said if described anywhere that i won't get that cash back if i pay using sbi debit card.
Even many users have reviewed that they have received the cashback (Rs.[protected] = 12500) including bank offers.
So, please take necessary steps asap.

    Hi,

    I have been denied access from amazon call me and live chat facility due to an issue of order pickup and return confusion i called amazon customer care more than 4-5 times today as none of the executives were able to solve my issue. But the issue is genuine and i am concerned regarding it. I request amazon to kindly unblock me. I have been a loyal cusomer for past 3 years, the least that the team could have done is imformed me.

        Hi m prime customer i hv ordered full face slimming mask, according to d measurement i hv ordered medium size but today i hv got dis product n size was not proper, i need small size of mask (Everybody knows sometimes according to d brand size differs) i called cc of amazon i told dem my issue, they transferred my call to concern deppt. Jst to change the size they transferred my call to concern deppt. "dat deppt straight away denied to change the size, i told dem i didn't use it yet i hv chkd d size only, u plz tk bk dis n give small size mask, i hv already paid from d card, it's useless for me so plz change d size, m new in hyderabad n stays in outskirt of d city, i didn't get d things here, so i hv to purchase things online, amazon is d only site where we can get almost everything, i hv no other option purchasing things from amazon,, i hv faced lot of issues even earlier but didn't follow up dem properly as every has lot of work to do rather dem following up, now after sales service of amazon is pathetic, i hv even mailed to amit of amazon but no reply, order id[protected]

            We received damaged tablet from amazon on 18/11/18. Already first time without key board only tablet sent. That is taken back and sent another one. That is also in damaged condition. Nobody is responding for further action. Please do the needful. Key board buttons also damaged condition. Packing box also in damaged condition.

            We received damaged piece. We need replacement or money back. Amazon not responding now properly. Priviously the same day Amazon responded and next day item has taken back for replacement.

              It was suppose to be delivered on 15/11/18 but the delivery agent never turned up. And updated as delivered to customer.
              After lots of emails and calls (Binod, anmol, chitralekha). It got to know that it's a mistake and replacement was placed.

              And again i haven't received it as delivery agent keeps cutting my call and simply updates as 'unable to contact' and fails the delivery.

              I don't know how amazon hires culprits as delivery staff. It is really frustrating to deal with all this nonsense. I have filled a complaint in e-consumer portal as well reference id:[protected]

              I have ordered OnePlus 6t mobile . Due to address change problem I have cancelled my order .and they said the money will credit in 4 to 5 days but still the money is not credited.

But the delivery man (whose office is in my street) without coming to my home, voluntarily returned it and stated that"party refused to accept.soon i contact amazon for redelivery of article the same was rejected.i was mentally suffered by that act.u have to compensate it.

                      I have ordered redmi 6 pro (Black, 4gb ram, 64gb storage) on 13 november 2018 was expected to be delivered on 19 nov
                      When i called on 19th then one delivery boy said i cant know area so i cant came,
                      Again on 20th i called but unfortunately his number was unreachable and since then i waited till yesterday,
                      When i called today dated 22 november then he said your courier has been returned to seller.
                      Seriously i didnt get product after so much followup and it has been returned...
                      What is going on with amazon..

                      I need full money refunded and extra money for my harrasment.
                      Kindly look into this asap.

                          Which was to be delivered by 9/11/18 was marked dwlivered by the delivery agent without the otp.
                          I got an e-mail regarding my order to be arriving on 9/11/18 at 10:20 am and the order was marked delivered at 12:43 pm the same day.
                          On this i contacted the delivery executive and the call was connected though after the product being delivered it should not had happened.
                          The executive told me to deliver the product by evening itself or the next day as i was not present that time.
                          On asking that why the product is showing delivery he replied that the product is with him.
                          On 10/11/18 i contacted the customer support as the number of the delivery agent cannot be connected because the computer was telling its inability to connect due to not having any order out for delivery at that time.
                          The customer care executive told me to wait for 5 days as there is some server error and the order is thats why showing delivered.
                          On calling on 16/11/18 i was asked to wait for 5 more days as the internal inquiry period was to start.
                          Today on 21/11/18 i was told that the product was delivered on the stipulated date and that amazon cannot help me any more. I was asked to "do it my own" by the executive in an unpleasant manner.
                          I am sharing the contact number of the agent which i got +91 [protected] with pin 1755.
                          I only had a conversation with the delivery executive in which he told me that he has my order on 9/11/18 and that too after my order was delivered.
                          I never shared the otp with the agent.

                          I am your regular customer and i am contacting you the highest inquiry team a customer can reach because of an inadequate response from the customer care service. Please look forward for the severity of the issue and an appropriate action is expected.

                          Being a person attached to the it sector itself i would like to request you to please look into the matter that such malpractices can erode on a great extent. And such errors or theft if persisted in the system can harm you on a higher level.

                          I am attaching all the requisite documents for your perusal.

                                I ordered items on october 28 during sale time, the expected delivery date was around november, 3. Its november 22 today, neither the item nor refund have arrived. I tried to contact them hell lot of time and they provided sellers contact details to me instead. I tried to call sellee as well but it never got connected and they replied on mail by saying its an fba order so amazon has all the responsibilities. They didn't have inventory for the same but the website was showing the same item till few days after i ordered the item. As amazon gurantees a-z guarantee so you have an option to report if you see the order in your order list. However they are playing nice these days, they just removed my order from list so i won't be able to report.

                                  I'm returned the kurti on nov 16 but still refund isn't processed it's almost 5 days complete. And i returned the kurti after few days from the same seller only that one already refund processed. When i contact to customer service team no one give right info. One guy says that it reached fc within 24 hrs refund will process other one tells that it willnt reach fc have to wait some more days very carelessly. You people are fooling customers i can't understand. To take the today's the chatting pics has deleted by amazon customer service end. I got worst experience from amazon.

                                    I ordered a boat bassheadsets from amazon india for rs.499 and it got delivered on 1st november as the earphone kept falling and was uncomfortable i returned the product on 5th november with all the accessories and original packing. First when i contacted the customer care they said that the return was in the last stage and i'll get ny refund on or before 12th november. Next time when i contacted the customer care after 12th november they said that there was some problem in shipping and they are investigating it and i'll get my refund as soon as it was resolved. When i last contacted the customer they said that they didnot receive the product and they just received an empty box and so they cannot provide me with a refund. I returned the product personally but i don't get my refund and i don't get my product back also. I cannot afford to lose 499rs. Please check if you can do something about this.

                                      I ordered an item from amazon and they sent something else... When i raised return/replacement request, they sent another item and did not deliver stating that customer rejected delivery, but actually no one reached out... This become a regular issue with amazon.
                                      We should not encourage people to buy any expensive item from amazon as they are doing lot of fraud and not able to manage customers in india.

                                        My name is deependra. I am writing this mail after frustrating from resolution given by customer care executives and amazon's worst service. Incident below that amazon making fool of thousand customers on account of amazon sale.

                                        I purchased product with given below details in sale on 3rd nov 2018 at cost of ₹5, 499.00 that was scheduled to be deliver till 10 nov 2018. But i neighter recieved order nor product till 10 nov 2018. On 11 nov 2018 when i recieved a status message that as product was found damaged, we are returning this product to seller and refund process is initiated. But as i did not want refund, i called to customer service executive and that guy insured me that you will get product and wait for next 24 hours for updates.

                                        This time miss tanisha, ordered a replacement order from their side and promised me that your product will be delivered this time by 20 nov 2018

                                        I was checking status of this order continuously, at 16 nov 2018 status shows that product is out for delivery although i did not received any status message.
                                        I did not got any call from delivery agent as well. At 9:05 pm i got a status message saying like hat "our executive was not able to deliver our product (Awb[protected] as you asked to cancel the order, so refund is initiated".
                                        Although i already mentioned that i did not got any call from any executive they marked it by own.
                                        After 5 min i called to amazon customer care and told complete story. He asked me that he is dropping mail to delivery centers to reprocess the delivery.
                                        But in next two days i did not received any updates on this. Finally after two days i called amazon customer care executive again on 18 nov 2018.
                                        Same person miss tanisha, told me that we already dropped mail to delivery centers but as status is updated from their side. Please co-ordinate with them to get product soon.

                                        As asked by her, i contacted on [protected], to reshedule delievery. They said that in next 24 hours they will deliver it again.
                                        But when i did not get any status update or product delivery, i contacted on same no, this time they told me that status return is not marked from our side, its from amazon side as before marking product status, we try min three times to deliver the product.

                                        After huge frustration, i again contacted today (20 nov 2018) with amazon customer service.
                                        Mr ansh gave me shocking news this time that product was damaged again so product is returning again to seller and we will not able order replacement as no replacement available and we can only able to process refund. We can able to provide product if you order product again on current price 11, 999 rs.
                                        I checked on website product is available. How it can happen that product is available and its replacement is not.

                                        Conclusion is that amazon making fool of customers.
                                        Please take appropriate action on this, otherwise i have to take serious action from my side.
                                        I did not want refund, it want only product i purchased.
