Get the damage product from Amazon,
I have requested for replacement and very next day executive from Amazon pickup the parcel.

After two day's another executive came for picking the parcel.

I have raise parcel missing issue to the customer care of amazon but no action is taken.

    Refund for two items done by amazon with below reference numbers:

    1) date 19th october, amount 373, transaction number:[protected]
    2) date 19th october, amount 1350, transaction number :[protected]

    But the amount is not credited into my bank account. I already had many calls with amazon customer care, they always comes up with new solution and they given only one reply "from our side we cant do anything, file charge dispute with bank of baroda". I also provided them with account statement and in written from bank that amount is not received at there end.
    I visited bank of baroda two time and called there customer care also, they dont know anything about charge dispute. They are telling that amount is not received at there end, checked this with branch manager also.
    I last call with amazon they asked me to file a complain with rbi, i did that also but still no reply from them.
    Kindly suggest how to resolve this issue?

    They been charge months and months I just went over my statement I have 2 more company doing the same thing my card ending 2885will like to stop asap get all my back the is a mess

      Got package with missing item in the product package. Contacted with the amazon with the issue that i got the delivery with the missing item in it. But they are denying to provide the solution after many contacts viz. Via chat, call, and social media support i. E twitter support.
      But got nothing other than response as we are investing on your issue. But still no solution.
      Neither got replacement, nor reimbursement of the missing item or else. They are only manipulating.
      Told to callback from any superior personal. Neither any senior person in the department attended me where the lower personal do the manipulation in this regard with false information and always asking to wait, but it is more than a month in this issue but no reply from any senior officials in this regard or haven't solved the issue.
      Kindly help me out in this issue.

      Hi sir /madam. iam A. Balakrishnan, yesterday i got a parcel from Amazon(as per i ordered). total cost of item was 375.00 (COD), but the delivery agent charged 400 rupees. he said, 25 rupees for delivery .but that product has free delivery option .

        Was charge by this company $126.14 on 10/27/2018, i do not know what for as i was not available as i was on the road for a family member and my credit card was not on me at the time but in a very secured area. The reference number provided on my credit card statement is :55432868300200958455656
        I am highly interested what this charge is for and where the product is.
        I do not have an amazon prime account.

          This product was paid in advance with the hope to get an early delivery for my patient. My app is showing "product delivered physically" to me on last friday, although neither the agency send me any message or they physically delivered it to my address. The customer care people could not provide me the contact number of the delivery boy or concerned agency. This is a very poor show from amazon. I am totally frustated. I shall think thrice before putting any order here.

            I have ordered on the 10th october 2018, two double pack of crompton aura fans. But i am delivered on 18th october 2018, two single pack of crompton aura fans, when i was not available in the house. Their delivery agent has neither phoned to me nor got the acknowledgement from the inmates of the house. Their delivery agent simply placed the items near the door of my house and went. When i complained against the wrong item delivered on 20th october 2018, i am told that the investing team will investigate and inform me on the 30th october 2018. But their investing team has not sofar sent to me their investigating reports. When i phoned to the customer service on my own to-day, i was told that correct quantity is delivered and the issue is over. I have paid rs. 6838.20 but i am delivered only two single fans worth rs.3400/- then what is the way out for me to get back my hard earned money. I am a customer of them since 2014. I request them to go through the history of my orders. I have not encountered so far such a problem with m/s amazon like this. This is the first time i am encountering a bad experience form m/s amazon. Please help me in coming out of this problem.

            I require their investigating team's reports on the following.
            1. The order is placed with the seller m/s home and kitchen gallery but is executed by sajm online, raj laxmi complex building no aj, gali no 45 kalher villagem bhiwandi, dist. Thane, maharashtra - 421302, in.
            2. How much quantity is given to the courier by your seller and get me a copy of the acknowledgement given by courier to the seller.
            3. The courier agent at bangalore is telling that he has delivered only what m/s amazon has entrusted to him. He require m/s amazon to initiate a delivery investigation against him.
            4. Why the delivery agent has not phoned to me before delivery and got my signature for the correct delivery of the items.
            5. I request to reopen the investigationn with the courier once again and give me justice.
            6. I require all reports from purchase order, packing stage, deliver to courier and deliver by courier to me.
            7. I am frustrated with m/s amazon for the first time. I thought m/s amazon will support me in getting the correct quantity and solve my problem smoothly. But their customer service team is not giving me any information about delivery, courier and not rendering any help to me in solving my problem. I do not know where the fault has occurred. After ten days of investigation, they have not provided to me any investigation report. They told over the period that they are investigating and at the end they simply close the issue neither solving my problem nor giving any report.

            I request them to advise me on my following questions.

            3) i request you to send me the photo and diamensions of the consignment at the time of leaving your fulfillment centre/delivery centre on the 10th october 2018. Why you are deputing your investigating officer and the delivery boy with all evidence of correct delivery to my residence for a 'on the spot investigation'?.

            4) what is the guarantee that you delivery mechanism is functioning properly? It is evident from the noida incident reported on 2nd november 2018 by times of india how your delivery team is functioning?

            5) what is the guarantee that a noida like fraud is not happened in my case?.

            They are not replying my queries and theysimply email the same stero type ready made reply to all my emails. I request them to apply their mind and find a remedy for my grievance.

            If they are not in a position to answer all my questions or not in a position to solve my case amicably, i ask their customer serivice department to escalate my case to their higher decision making authority. I request you to take up the matter with m/s amazon and ask them to make the good the loss to me or deliver the consignment as ordered.

              I have ordered a shirt in amazon. The product wasn't delivered but updated the status to delivered. I queried to the customer service regarding this 4 times they replied that it would reach you then and now. Atlast after 25 days i called the customer executive and that person replied that the product may be missed in transit, sorry for the inconvenience and will refund you. But denied to resend the product even. They completely wasted my time.

                  with all respect i would like to bring it to your knowledge that i had order *products* from your amazon few days back. I have already sent them emails and even called on ur customer care that they have sent damaged products and they told me to contact themafter 15nov. This was not the first time. It happened with me many times, sometimes they refund sometimes they reject depends on there mood.
                  Now i have got my order but i would like to bring it to your knowledge that 3 of them were damaged, the oil pack was leaked and suef packet was ripped off. I have already shared the images. When i email them on 15nov they refuse to refund or exchange product.
                  I was expecting a perfect delivery from amazon but somehow it was not what i expected. I would like them to change them on urgent basis. Looking for your response.

                    I have a complaint for amazon which might make them improve their services in
                    The future. The problem is that the *grocery order *i placed in amazon
                    Has perfectly reached on time but the problem is that most of the goods are

                      I had order two watches and one hdmi cable on 27october. They are still not delivered. The app still showing expected by 31st oct. I mean what sort of managment is this.
                      Called customer care like a week back but their four days resposnse time is also over.

                      I ordered watch to gift to on my best friends marriage and it was really disappointing to go without gift.

                          I had return an item on amazon which was paid through debit card. The refund has not come to bank account. They had given refund reference number 164623 and contact to bank customer care. I had called them they said visit bank and file a charge dispute. I do not know how to dispute a file. My order was of rupees 490. It was a shoes. It had passed 16 days to return a order.

                            Sub: fraudulent debit to my savings bank account with karnataka bank ltd, dharwad to the tune of rs26, 778.00 on 18.11.2018 regarding my order no. Order #[protected] for purchase panasonic p100 (Blue, 1gb ram, 16gb storage) on 17.11.2018/18.11.2018

                            With reference to the, i wish to narrate the sequence of events leading to fraudulent transactions in my sb account with karnataka bank ltd, dharwad main branch, having atm card no.[protected]. We had booked above order for purchase of one panasonic p100 mobile set at a cost of rs4, 999.00 and in the website it indicated refund of 50% of purchase amount as it is our first purchase.

                            1. In order to know refund status of 50% amount, we searched customer contact number in the website and got phone number[protected] at 08.50 am which was not reachable.
                            2. There was another telephone number indicated as amazon customer care number[protected], which was tried at 08.53 am and got no reply.
                            3. Then we immediately received inward call from phone number [protected] saying mr rahul kumar sharma, from amazon customer care and enquired the grievance and we informed him of refund of 50% amount of first order through online and requested for details of the card number, cvv number and started asking for otp number.in the hope of getting refund for 50% we provided the details, in good faith and we started getting messages of deduction of amounts as under:

                            Total rs26, 778.00
                            Mr rahul kumar sharma continued to promise refund of amount of 50% while the above fraudulent transactions were being carried out, and the same cannot be refunded without providing otp numbers.
                            The above debits are apart from debit of rs4999.00 at 00:16:12 hours which is genuine transaction.
                            4. There was no refund of 50% of amount which we were expecting.
                            5. The telephone number[protected] was taken from amazon website.
                            6. After this one mr varma projecting himself from head branch, amazon, mumbai with number [protected] called asking again for next otp and also informed that he will send a link for refund and which has to clicked to get refund. Now we had suspected fraud and did not open the link and he was enquiring about balance in the account also which we did not share.
                            7. At about 10.45 am one mr dilip kumar, from hyderabad called with number [protected] and promised refund and he informed us to download any desk software to the mobile number registered with karnataka bank ltd debit card and provide details for refund, which we have not done, suspecting further fraudulent intentions.
                            8. This being our first experience with amazon turned out to be worst experience and we seek refund of rs26778.00 wrongly debited to our account.
                            9. We request you to verify your branches or telephone number –hyderabad [protected], mumbai [protected] mr varna and bangalore [protected] mr rahul sharma to know whether any of your employees are involved in this fraud.
                            10. We have also informed karnataka bank ltd to block the card and they have blocked the same immediately.
                            11. The matter was informed to your customer grievance number[protected] and had a talk with ms disha and she promised to record the complaint.
                            12. We seek your immediate intervention and request you to refund the amount of rs26, 778.00 wrongly debited to my account.

                            Even after lapse of 20 days from the date of filing my complaint, there is no acknowledgement nor any action initiated in this regard to trace the fraudsters and to refund the money.

                                I have order something from amazon on 5/11/2018 of rs230 and i don't know that my account is on hold and order is cancelled but i make payment with my debit card and when i call amazon they said ok i will fill form to unhold your account i call them everyday but they didn't unhold my account thus my i can't get refund and on 7/11/18 i have received one sms that said my refund is credit to your account on 9/11/18 for pvt and 15/11/18 for govt ref#[protected]

                                  A refund of 985 rupees was successfully processed on 28 october 2018 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                  I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                  Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                    Im mrudula from bangalore.
                                    I purchased ivomi me3s ph from amazon on 2nd august. After useage of 2days it got hang. After 1 wk the mobile got dead i. E software problem. I didnt evn use the for properly for 1wk it got repaired. The product provied from the amazon is the second hand one so y it got repaired soon. I couldnt evn replace the ph because there was no proper response from the amazon to return my ph which costs rs.6000. Im an engineering student. I wasted my rupess by buying from amazon. I lost my money and i dont hv mobile for communication also which is very difft for me.

                                      I purchased a product on 3 november 2018 using my canara bank debit card same was not recived i asked them for refund. As per their confirmation refund was intiated 9th of this month maximum time frame was 5 days. Still it was not reflected in my account. They had provided the refund reference number - 195798.

                                        I ordered a product "everything imported 3.5mm bluetooth stereo adapter audio receiver with dongle transmitter usb mp3 speaker (Random colour)" from amazon.in on 17th october 2018 and paid the cost by debit card on the same day. But the product is not received till datecand not refunded my payment too.
                                        I have contracted seller as well as amazon two times but nobody have given me product or solution.
                                        I am harassed by amazon.in ans its seller jalaram store who didnt dilevered my order in one month within india.
                                        I want this company should get a gud penalty or banned for this kind of situation faced by their consumer. They wasted my onevmonth in waiting for the product to delivered to me. Also the seller should also be punished for its behaviour, its gstin should be banned or suspended for atleast 6 months or a year.
                                        I need the product free of cost as well as delay cost to mee. As the arbitrator may deem fit.
