It was an order for two numbers walking stick.
The said sticks supplied by m/s ashapura enterprises, 31, israil mohal, okd bhagwan bhuwan, gr. Floor, shop no. 4a masjid bunder road, mumbai, mahrashtra 400 009 in.
The handle of one walking stick was defective and has broken.
I sent complaint to the said supplier but he refused to accept it and told to refer to amazon.
I request that the defective stick supplied be replaced with a new one or refund the money.

No action has been taken by Amazon so far. They should hurry up and give me feed back whether they are going to replace the defective piece supplied or not?
There is no response from Amazon.in so far. It appears they are not taking any cognizance on this complaint.
Please explain what I should do? Should I go to consumer Forum at Lucknow?

    1. I have return a black shirt cost 395 which still not refunded.
    2. I had ordered fastrack goggles cost 1569 which was missing in delivery actually your delivery team club 5 order in one delivery box and i got all remain order except goggles, 5 day back i had reported regarding that to your executive and he asked me 5 day time to investigate but still i haven’t recive my refund rs 1569
    3. I had ordered a parx belt cost 494 which i returned, actually that buckles coloure was removed from some place so i return that belt but your account team mailed me and mention in that mail that i return different item and due to that he or she freeze my account so i have some question through you to your account team that
    A) have i return some other brand belt?
    B) have i return some other colour or model or size belt?
    C) my waist size is 30 so is there any hole on the returned belt?
    D) is there any used scratch marks on belt which usually scratched in using?
    Other than that i need to know
    A) there is more than 500 rupes in my amazon account how can i take it back?

      I had ordered combo 3 mobiles on 19th october, 2018, received it on 26th october and the phone batteries was defective, it just became dead. I raised a replacement request on the next day as amazon india. I called then the customer representative said pickup will happen in a next day and post that they can initiate replacement, as i dont have a spare phone and i had bought this phone on exchange i requested them to do it earlier and they said ok sir please wait for a day for the pick up boy to contact you, if not call us tomorrow we will order a replacement for you, since then i am continuously calling them but neither the pick up boy come nor the refund.
      Everytime they tell pick up created to next day untill till date. I had a fight with them as for me they are amazon people i cant call the ceo to place my order, after that they said ok wait for sometime, i will talk to concerned team and after a long long hold, she tol me wait for sometime, i will get an update for my phone return or refund, still nothing has happened.
      This is extremely unprofessional. We buy product online for our comfort but this has caused me major discomfort mentally.
      If anybody reads this, please its a request replace my product i have paid 1299 rupees only for this and i need my phone. I dont understand why cant amazon people check with their vendor and order a replacement for me. We buy from those vendor on the trust of amazon but this doesnt seem that way. I am deeply saddened by this. I need my phone i ordered or my phone i replaced.

        I have ordered for a boat basshead 100 headset worth rupees 439 and a paraqon slipper costing rupees 219 and did payment through my credit card account which is from central bank of india (Cbi). Later i cancelled the order due to some reasons. I received my refund of rupees 219 on 31st november. But i have not yet received the refund amount of rupees 439 for thr the cancelled boat basshead 100 headset which is also having the same reference no as of the boat basshead 100 headset. How can i get my refunded amount? Where is the problem? Where can i consult to get my amount of rupees 439?

          Order placed @ 26 september 2018, the container was not giving me enough confidence to use it, it looks like a fake or sample product (Info on container is painted by marker) and i need this to return asap. I am extremely unhappy the way amazon is reacting on this issue. It is been all most 40 days chasing to them but nothing happened. Finally i have no other way but to publish it to the consumer forum. I will take liberty to take it further.

          This product was from seller 'helloyehlo' seems to be a worst one do not buy any thing from him, selling fake or sample products.

          I want to mention mr kulwinder and cc team from amazon always giving me unfruitful answers rather they are happy to provide scripted answers all the time.

          This settlement communication is sitting on almost 50+ mail communication but no one from amazon is coming forward and resolve this.

          Also looking to get some mail contact for escalation.

            I had ordered a lenovo laptop and received it on 18th october'18, while checking the item warranty it shows the product is registered 60 days before. I am afraid that the product received was a used one. I noticed the warranty details on 28th october and raised the complaint and they (Amazon cs) said it will be resolved with 3-5 business days but still, it is not resolved.

            Also, advice me on how to claim for this product. Now in amazon website its showing zero orders in last six months.

              I ordered two products on amazon through amazon app on 28th october 2018. My order no is[protected]. I did payment while placing the order in advance. The date of delivery was given 2nd -5th november but it was expected to be delivered on 2nd november as per date showing on amazon. Now amazon is saying that the product could not be delivered to you. I talked to amazon customer care and they are saying that sorry for the inconvenience. Product cannot be delivered as it has been returned back to seller or lost somewhere before reaching me. This is a big cheating or negligence of amazon online shopping services.

              After complaining refund was initiated that too incomplete. Partly refunded to my bank account and remaining as cashback offer which was separate offer during purchase and amazon says that the remaining amount is adjusted in cashback as amazon pay balance which cannot be utilized elsewhere except at amazon. Not refunding the actual amount which was debited from my account. Take action against amazon

                I ordered one plus 6t mobile from amazon courier on 1st november. Delivery guy came with the package on 2nd november i gave my otp to him, but he couldnt able to scane the qr code. Later he said he will not hand over the package to me because he couldn't scan the qr code. I called amazon customer care, i let delivery guy to contact his higher authority but non of them are very responsive. My problem is not solved. Delivery guy telling me he doesnt know when can he deliver the package. Am going out of station from 3rd november. One plus 6t is a new mobile, i was hoping so much to use that mobile in my journey, but with amazon service, i am highly disappointed. If anyone can help me with this issue, i highly appreciate it.

                Please help me with this isse, and amazon should not hire people who are this irresponsible.

                  I had ordered an oppo f9 pro on 26th oct’18 under exchange offer. It was delivered on 29th oct afternoon, and my old mobile was taken back as per the exchange offer. Soon after opening the package i found that the mobile phone was missing and only the phone accessories were present (Charger, charging cable, earphone and mobile cover). So, there must be some issue from their side. Was also surprised to find in the amazon box, 2 bills were present with different names (One being in my name). I immediately raised a complaint with amazon customer service regarding this and they sent a mail asking to give the photoid proof with a link to upload it which i also did.

                  It’s being 5 days that i didn’t receive any update from the team, after following up several times with customer service, i received a mail stating the investigation process will take more than 10 business days time to complete their investigation. Now, i am left with no phone and i am being penalized for no fault of mine. How can you expect to wait for so many days as i don’t have any spare phone with me? I asked for the replacement also.

                    Worst delivery by amazon.
                    I have ordered 2 quantities of the nutritional drink and only one was delivered, now more than 10 days are over after complaint no action is taken from amazon customer care moreover the link to call customer care representative is been removed. The customer care representative are not resolving the issue properly, i m charged for the product which i don't even got.

                      Greetings, my account is blocked from India past 10 days and I tried everything but still nothing has been done in this regard. Sent mails, replied to mails, chatted, talked over phone call. All in vein.
                      I wrote many mails and reply to [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.com, [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.com.
                      Sent fax too.
                      I used visa debit card for all transactions and being prime member, I'm suffering. I have around 4000 Amazon pay balance.

                        I have requested a return of an item before 2weeks nobody has picked up my package till now, also they are not giving any return address too, i have called 5times to customer care till now no response from there side. They are not giving any address to send it back and return policy is going to expire on november 8 sir please do the needfull.

                          So this is regarding a referral program for one plus 6 that amazon offered to all one plus 3t, 5 and 5t users, referral program promised that if i get two buyers for the one plus 6 and they use my referral code i would get a one plus bullet earphone free, although after referring i wasn't contacted for the earphones (They said that you would get it by the 30th july) after asking the customer service guys half of them are unaware and refused to help, most of them can't even understand what the program is all about and keep assuring me that they've sent it to the concerned team, i have registered multiple complaints under my email id with the order id on 3rd august 2018 and yet haven't got a response.. I[censored]nable to provide then why give the offer?? To make us customers beg for what you promised?? Or just to increase your sales? Now they come up with multiple excuses and i am tired of contacting them that's the reason i've written to you guys.

                            My account has been put on hold. I have tried contacting your accounts specialists team for this issue many times via emails. They have been provided with the data they asked me to provide. It has been more than 15 days since I started complaining about this to your customer service team via calls and they only say to wait 24-48 hrs to receive a call from your account specialists team. I have added 17990 rs on amazon pay balance via 2 gift cards. Is amazon trying to take my money or are they willing to help to resolve my issue ? If yes then why even after telling me to wait 48 hrs, they haven't contacted me neither my account has been activated. I even have sent emails to investigation team but the same issue. I have described my whole issue in previous mails.
                            I just need you to unhold my account temporarily so that I can use my amazon pay balance and order the product.I just need to place my order as soon as possible.

                            I came from my office to home to receive the delivery of my book after the call of delivery boy having phone number [protected]
                            He does not came & call me to a different place
                            I waited for this order for 20 days
                            At last I'm harassed
                            I want a serious decision should be taken

                              This is to bring to your notice that i ordered a product as fossil smartwatch (Order number:[protected], model number: fossil explorist analog-digital black dial men's watch - ftw4004) from amazon on the 13th of october 2018. It had a price of 20000 inr but i got it at a reasonably good discount for 12500 at that point of time. I had paid the amount online while ordering. First amazon responded that day would deliver by 23rd of october 2018. By 22nd, it even reached the kolkata hub, which is near barasat - the delivery address. But then suddenly, without any substantial reason the delivery date got changed to 26th, and then again to 31st october.

                              Then to add insult to the injury, today amazon told that the product was lost and they would refund back my money. This is totally unacceptable and kind of fraud. Amazon being such a coveted company, i would expect a much more responsible behaviour than this. I was at no fault for this whole scenario - amazon has failed to deliver the product. How can i be compensated for this? I would expect amazon to allow me to get the same product again at the same price which i had originally bought it for - at a later point of time, or a gift coupon which i can use to buy that product at a later point of time, even if the discount is not as much as it is now.

                              I would be obliged if you can kindly look into the scenario and get back to me at the earliest with a positive response

                                    I am located at Gurgaon, Haryana. I want to order item from a seller who is located as nearby to deliver within 2-4 days. But there is not mention of seller location even could know reviews, ratings, feedbacks and selling period on Amazon.

                                    Later, Ordered a Panasonic SR-WA10H(E) 450-Watt Automatic Cooker with Olympia Industries Ltd seller as it guaranteed one day delivery and did not mention any special subscription. Once placed the order the delivery period change upto 7 days which is to pass wrong information to the customers.

                                    Now ordered on 28th Oct with guaranteed 1 day delivery, the courier tracking status show the item stationed in one place for last 3 days, 30 Oct - 1 Nov, Tracking ID[protected]. Kindly do the needful to deliver in time or cancel the order. There is no contact point and the chat service only allow to select an answer as of talking to AI.

                                    The item got delivered the next itself. Items that stay long period in transportation mostly do have issues. Sellers false description as guaranteed 1 day, guaranteed 2 days delivery is unwanted.
