It was an order for two numbers walking stick.
The said sticks supplied by m/s ashapura enterprises, 31, israil mohal, okd bhagwan bhuwan, gr. Floor, shop no. 4a masjid bunder road, mumbai, mahrashtra 400 009 in.
The handle of one walking stick was defective and has broken.
I sent complaint to the said supplier but he refused to accept it and told to refer to amazon.
I request that the defective stick supplied be replaced with a new one or refund the money.

Updated by bhattgk No action has been taken by Amazon so far. They should hurry up and give me feed back whether they are going to replace the defective piece supplied or not?
Please explain what I should do? Should I go to consumer Forum at Lucknow?
