I have made an order on 6th november 2018 wit order no[protected]. The sheduled delivery date was 12th november 2018. On 12th i got a message that order is delayed and will be delivered on 13th.

But till now the book is not delevered, and i have contacted the amazon agent by phone in the number [protected] which was along with the 'out for delevery message' i got. But the person whi answered the call was very insulting and arrogent in his conduct. He stated clerely that they will only delever the order ' in there convinience'. This was such abad experience and has me doubting whether amazon values its customers.

I am now wary of countinuing amazon services and very much dissappointed. I hope to hear a comforting and favourable reply from your team.

    I have purchased an LG washing machine on 3rd Nov at "amazon.in" website, and it was during the discounted sale. At the time of purchase, it was mentioned that estimated delivery is 3-5 business days[As I am a prime customer] which is within 8 Nov. Later, at the time of shipping it was changed to 13 Nov. However, the item is not yet delivered. As my current washing machine is dead, I am in desperate need of this item to be delivered at earliest.

    The item was shipped through GATI. Whenever I tried to contact their customer care, they responded with "Local team will contact me", but no one from their local team contacted me till now. To further elevate the frustration today[13 Nov] by 2:30 PM the status changed to "Out for delivery", but when I tried to contact customer care to get the contact details of the delivery person, they were unable to provide it. After 7:30 I got a message that states "Undelivered due to CONCERNED CUSTOMER PERSON NOT AVAILABLE".

    This story leads to so many questions. How can GATI simply change the status by themselves? Why are GATI/ amazon.in not able to deliver the product? Did amazon.in really ship the product? Are they both trying to cook up a story?

      I purchased JBL 450 BT from Amazon india and it stopped working within 29 days I called Amazon and they refused to replace or refund the product it cost 2890 rs. I contacted JBL and they said will check if they can replace the product but I need to visit there service centre which is not convenient for me since it's in lower Parel. I stay at Ulhasnagar why is should be doing this replacement for d fake product I need my money to be refund from Amazon which they refused to do.

        In connection with installation of my ifb washing machine i have been issued ticket no.[protected] and given two no.[protected] and [protected] to contact installation executives. Unfortunately, the first no. Is invalid and the second no. Is perennially busy. May i know is it the way to help your customer or to take them for ride? I am aghast how a giant entity like amazon can afford to dent its credentials by stooping to such misinformation. Since my package has been delivered late by two days may i expect installation of my ifb will be done tomorrow without fail.

          I purchased JBL 450BT wireless headphone from Amazon and it stopped working in 29 days now Amazon refused to refund or replace it. This is duplicate product for sure since JBL very well and it doesn't stop working so soon. Now it's been 2 months without any solution.When I called Amazon they said to contact JBL for replacement since it's more than 15 days when I contacted JBL they said to visit to there service centre which is located in mumbai. Took far for me to travel as I already advice them it's not possible. No one is helping me to replace this product or refund and such a disappointed from Amazon poor customer service and duplicate product sold online. Be careful of this online purchase.

            I ordered sarees from amazon on 25th october, 2018. It was supposed to be delivered on 2nd november, 2018. But the product was not delivered. When i contacted amazon, they said shipment was late and asked me wait till 6th november, 2018. And i waited till 6th. Then there was no update. So i contacted again then they requested me order again but the sarees were unavailable in the website to order. So they instructed me to wait until 12th november, 2018 so they will get another package of the same sarees, as the previous was lost. Today they cancelled my order without my approval and formal intimation. And they mentioned in the tracking details like i refused to collect the parcel. This is completely stupid. And i need immediate solution for this. I am frustrated after waiting for a long time.

            I want amazon to provide contact details of the seller and amazon should initiate my order again by themselves and want to deliver my product immediately.

              I have been facing a lot of problems with my orders lately.
              (Amazon account registered with name Mahek Shamsukha and mobile number [protected])
              I had ordered a book (Vectors and 3D Geometry for JEE Main and Advanced Paperback – 2017) on 30 Oct 2018 (ORDER #[protected].
              I received a wrong product on 5 Nov, one belonging to some Neeraj Kumar in Ranchi.
              Immediately, I called the Amazon customer service and told them about my problem. I was told to mail the pictures of the package, product and the bill as reply to the mail I received from Amazon customer service.
              I did as I was told to but I got no response.
              For over a week I complained regularly about my order and sent the pictures again various times. Again I got no response other than e-generated conformation emails.
              These conformation emails said that my mail had been received and I would be contacted within 6 hours. As over the week, I talked to many associates. Most of them said that they had not received any pictures.
              They suggested me to send these pictures in other forms like drive attachment and pdf format. I did so but got no response other than the e-generated conformation email.
              Finally I contacted another associate and sent the mail on-call. Then I was told that they have noted the problem and a return and refund will be initiated.
              I had been delayed service and when they finally identified the problem, I was not even given a replacement.
              They said that service was delayed because they couldn't open my attachments. Even if it was the case, I believe I should have been informed about this. I had received the conformation mails and had no idea that my attachments weren't accessible. Moreover, the mail read that I would be contacted within 6 hours by an associate (who could have probably informed me about the problem with my attachments), which I wasn't.
              Also, my prime membership had expired over the week and hence now I would have had to pay delivery charges too. So after deliberations with a senior associate, I was promised that if I place the same order again, all extra charges will be exempted.
              So, I placed another order on 10 Nov (ORDER #[protected] exactly like before (on call with an associate) and got my concession.
              On 13 Nov (the delivery date) I got a message from Amazon that my order's return and refund had been initiated though I had not requested a return.
              I again contacted the customer service but it was of no help. I was asked to jest place the order again (which I have).
              I think Amazon should note that I had ordered the book on 30 Oct and have still not received it and I have had to order it thrice till now and there is still no guarantee that I would receive my order.
              I also requested the associate that I should be given one day delivery on new order for the same book as I needed the book and had first ordered it on 30 Nov. He said that its note in Amazon's policy and cannot be done.

                e ordered carpet as per design and given in catalog but received very poor quality carpet where carpet fur are coming out everyday. We asked for return the carpet and supply either good quality carpet or refund the money. This carpet is under 10 days return policy. We want this carpet to be returned and applied the same. No one picked the carpet for last 3-4 weeks. Pickup service has to be provided by Amazon side not our responsibility. How long Amazon want us to wait for pickup and close this? We do not wish to get the money back on filling claim and we need this carpet to be taken back and refund the money. We are not sitting as baggers or cheat here.

                Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                  My package arrived in gandhidham on 6 nov. But till 13 nov. It is not even tried by courier office to deliver it. Its estimated delivery is 13.i ordered it on 3rd november and after lots of complaint they are saying always same that they are apologized for that, but this is their habitual problem.they donot solve the problem, and only try to frustrate the customers.They are totally responsible for this.You can track by awb no. That i have atrached in photos.

                    Hindware chimney was bought from amazon and after recieving the product in cod process, the installation of the product which was supposed to be in the next 72hrs was left aside by the company, even after calling up amazon regarding the issue they were reluctant and directed towards the company toll free number and amazon has sounded very irresponsible regarding the issue then after calling the brand toll free and registering a complaint with a complaint number they didnt send the technician for the next 10days even after continous calling and when the technician says it cannot be installed due to the location issue, tried for the return and refund amazon says the request duration has been finished on 8th nov and sounded very mean and irresponsible all the way. Amazon with its publicity disguise is really cheating the customers and have been a very doubtfull shopping site in respect of its service.

                      I ordered 12 inch cast iron dosa tawa [black with amazon india on 24/10/2018 order no.[protected] and made payment of rs. 1048.00 on line on the same date. After a few days i received 10 inch tawa in place of 12 inch.
                      I contacted them and as per their advice i returned the same through their back pick up service vide their pick up slip no. Awb[protected] on 02/11/2018. I have not received the amount till date. Their contact numbers are not working. They have also not given their mail address any where.

                      I ordered birthday and cancelled it.I haven't received refund amount of reference num 947254 by which tym can I receive
                      My item has been returned vide return item ref no as mentioned above. I have not yet received amount of rs 499/- though one and half month has been elapsed after returning the same. Kindly arrange to pay the aforesaid amount at the earliest since i am being a bonafide customer

                        I ordered some bedsheets 2-3 weeks ago (25-oct-2018) from amazon and i already paid amount through debit card and include amazon pay balance (330/-) of this order. But i had to cancelled my order for some reasons in a that day, but i did not received full refund of that order till now. Refund process will be take maximam 1-2 weak so please refund my pending amount as soon as possible.

                            I ordered a washing machine from amazon and it was shipped through gati courier but it is not being delivered to me and courier is asking -1500 rs for it so i complaint this to you but still updated wrong tracking that i refused delivery but it is totally wrong because i want my product and i am contacting you for it from 6 november and you are assuring me to deliver it at any cost any how. As of now it is showing returning so i contacted to gati customer service and they are saying that if amazon will instruct them to reattempt delivery then they will attempt delivery so please instruct them to reattempt delivery because already it too much frustrating for me and already you have assured me to deliver it so take necessary action and instruct them to deliver it as soon as possible unless it will be returned.                                 Very poor and Terrible experience with Amazon. I had placed an order on 13th Oct 2018, it was expected to be delivered on 19 Oct 2018 as per order status. But it was not delivered, then they changed expected delivery date to 22 to 23 oct 2018, but again I did not receive it on 22 or 23, now they changed expected delivery date to 31 Oct, I wanted to cancel it as it would not receive on time, I cancelled it from Amazon app, they said it will be cancelled within 1 working day and your payment will be refunded. But It was not cancelled even after 2 days of cancellation request. So I called customer care, and asked to cancel and refund the amount, the call center person said we cannot cancel it as orders status is not dispatched, while I was speaking and asking for immediate cancel (after 16 days from order placed date) he did not listen me and cut the call rudely. I called once again now there was another person on call I told her my problem she said "we cannot cancel it as its status is changed to dispatched" exactly opposite of what first person said, obviously one them was lying. I asked her to transfer the call to her senior, after wasting 30 min, she again joined the call with some person, who told me that your order will be cancelled withing 48 hours and you will receive the refund amount. Now deadline of 48 hours is finished, still I haven't received my refund or any communication about the same. I want my refund and compensation for not delivering the order on time. Kindly help.

                                  Sir,
                                  I have already made a lot of efforts to get my money paid for the product which have been not delivered. I have lodged complaint in national consumer forum vide docet number 988295 on[protected]. Please take strictest action against Amazon India.
                                  I ordered product on[protected] vide prepaid order paying Rs.11691 through card in full. I was given the delivery date range from[protected] to[protected]. Since i was in dire need of the product, i requested amazon 4-5 times to expedite the delivery. Every time i was told that you have to wait until[protected], which is last date for delivery at my address at Allahabad.
                                  it is pertinent to note that on[protected] product was mentioned as shipped from Gurugram by bluedart vide AWP [protected]. the status at bluedart AWB tracking was unchanged till[protected] in spite of my repeated requests for delivery. Later on[protected] status was changed returning to seller the product which was never out of NCR region. Bluedart already clarified me on[protected] that delivery address is not serviceable by them so they will not deliver which i have communicated them but Amazon was not ready to listen and asked me to wait till[protected].
                                  on[protected] when deadline of delivery was passed and i requested to refund Amazon at their end issue anew deadline for delivery, which was[protected] and asked me to wait till[protected]. On[protected] evening when i didn't had any update, i again requested amazon to refund they said refund will be processed soon.
                                  On[protected], in spite of my repeated requests for refund, Amazon unilaterally shipped the product again. On called Amazon and asked for refund they said that the product has been shipped now and you have to wait until it reached back to Amazon.
                                  Till now they have not refunded my complete amount. They are deducting
                                  Rs. 1000 from card refund and refunding this Rs. 1000 in form of Amazon Pay, which i don't want to accept. Please take the strictest action against such fraud actions of very well known companies so that they take a lesson to rectify their procedures instead of harassing most of the poor helpless customers.

                                    I have ordered for redmi y2 mobile on 5th of nov during the diwali sale. The delivery was attempted at my home against the old mobile. The delivery person did not deliver saying that the mobile is not of good condition. The old mobile is perfectly working fine. The delivery person is not picking up the phone. It offers so many products for very very cheap price and make us to share the link to atleast 10 groups. It prompts us to make payments within 15 minutes to an account (Not sure which account). Kindly take action because one of my friend paid money inr5000 around for the range of items specified in it. It is being shared from group to group rapidly. Quick action in this issue will save thousands of poor amazon customers.

                                        My account on hold from October 24 what are you doing I call so many time so many masseges on email but you do not unhold my account I sent all in information on e-mail but you not unhold my account I also put up 1000 rs in my amazone account you fraud with me.
                                        Called 16times...as i was in doctors room failed to take the call and the agent was like he was giving money... Worst thing i get from Amazon for the first time!!
