This is sumit rawat, one of an amazon prime member with id - [protected]/ [protected]@yahoo.co.in.
This e-mail is to share an discourteous experience with amazon order id[protected] and top being a prime member.
I order the product on 10th nov18 to gift it to my sister in law on a special day of her birthday 11th nov18. As per product guarantee delivery this was supposed be delivered on 11th nov18.
I was chasing up on to this order like anything to get this deliver on time, i even contacted your customer care to get the exact status as it was showing not dispatched till 11th noon.
After placing the order, i even shared to my family that she would be getting by 11th so that she could receive and advised not to leave anywhere so that she would get it surely on her special day.
Later by passing 11th it was still showing up as on status not dispatched yet.
The same happened to me on order id[protected]. Later i have to buy the same on 15th jul17 from outside paying 2k extra.
I contacted again to customer service after being a joke with in family as i already have shared to her that she would be definitely getting this by 11th nov18.
The executive advised me that, an order is stuck in hub due to some technical issue and this will definitely get deliver earliest.
I even confirmed an agent may this not get cancel?? The agent advised me. No sir this product is sell by cloud tail which is own by amazon itself. These words were really a relief, knowing finally she will get the gift though it is late.
I even chased for this on 12th nov18 and received same answer and the agent even instructed that he has placed a complaint to concern team to get this resolve on earliest.
I called up twice on 12th to get any latest update, where in another agent advised me that a complaint is been already raised and you will get an update by 6pm definitely on 13th nov18.
Today/13th nov18 i had word with a concern team member jerome on transferred call with a resolution that we cannot deliver it to you know due to some technical issue. He advised me to cancel
This order and to place a new one.
I asked him that an earlier agent told me that this product is selling by cloud tail/amzaon itself then why there is a need of cancelling it on turn i was told by he cannot do anything much on this.
Later accepting on cancelling i confirmed there is an increase of price on product now by inr 1000 would i be getting refund after placing a new order. He straight away advised a big no.
Team is this is your service quality to your prime members, is this was my fault?? You even did not delivered it on time which was a guarantee time line. There were some emotion attached to this product as i was gifting it to my family. On top you are asking me to pay inr 1000 extra on that
Please do advise why you cannot fulfill the written commitment on your online selling website about delivery or vice versa, you take care of you members/buyers like this, to pay a new amount or difference of amount.
I even requested to the agent i will buy the same product please do a waiver on price, give me the same price as on it was earlier and again he said no, even sharing that for this i will go to consumer court
As this was not my fault, he straightway said please…i can not
It is already a story above, i am seeking up an exact answer from you guys, will i get this product of mine or not on same price. If yes, please do earliest
On a no, i make sure will share to my friends and family not to use amazon ever.
