I ordered a washing machine from amazon and it was shipped through gati courier but it is not being delivered to me and courier is asking -1500 rs for it so i complaint this to you but still updated wrong tracking that i refused delivery but it is totally wrong because i want my product and i am contacting you for it from 6 november and you are assuring me to deliver it at any cost any how. As of now it is showing returning so i contacted to gati customer service and they are saying that if amazon will instruct them to reattempt delivery then they will attempt delivery so please instruct them to reattempt delivery because already it too much frustrating for me and already you have assured me to deliver it so take necessary action and instruct them to deliver it as soon as possible unless it will be returned.     I ordered one washing Machine from amazon and it is supposed to delivery today which Monday 12th November.
    It is still not Shipped yet from your side and No one inform me regarding the delay.
    It is very disappointing from side.
    This kind of response towards Prime customer is not good.

    For this query I contacted to your customer care but got very Disappointed by the response from your executive.
    After a hold of 15min. your CSA Pratyush is asking for more 48hrs to get the get details

      Very poor and Terrible experience with Amazon. I had placed an order on 13th Oct 2018, it was expected to be delivered on 19 Oct 2018 as per order status. But it was not delivered, then they changed expected delivery date to 22 to 23 oct 2018, but again I did not receive it on 22 or 23, now they changed expected delivery date to 31 Oct, I wanted to cancel it as it would not receive on time, I cancelled it from Amazon app, they said it will be cancelled within 1 working day and your payment will be refunded. But It was not cancelled even after 2 days of cancellation request. So I called customer care, and asked to cancel and refund the amount, the call center person said we cannot cancel it as orders status is not dispatched, while I was speaking and asking for immediate cancel (after 16 days from order placed date) he did not listen me and cut the call rudely. I called once again now there was another person on call I told her my problem she said "we cannot cancel it as its status is changed to dispatched" exactly opposite of what first person said, obviously one them was lying. I asked her to transfer the call to her senior, after wasting 30 min, she again joined the call with some person, who told me that your order will be cancelled withing 48 hours and you will receive the refund amount. Now deadline of 48 hours is finished, still I haven't received my refund or any communication about the same. I want my refund and compensation for not delivering the order on time. Kindly help.

        Sir,
        I have already made a lot of efforts to get my money paid for the product which have been not delivered. I have lodged complaint in national consumer forum vide docet number 988295 on[protected]. Please take strictest action against Amazon India.
        I ordered product on[protected] vide prepaid order paying Rs.11691 through card in full. I was given the delivery date range from[protected] to[protected]. Since i was in dire need of the product, i requested amazon 4-5 times to expedite the delivery. Every time i was told that you have to wait until[protected], which is last date for delivery at my address at Allahabad.
        it is pertinent to note that on[protected] product was mentioned as shipped from Gurugram by bluedart vide AWP [protected]. the status at bluedart AWB tracking was unchanged till[protected] in spite of my repeated requests for delivery. Later on[protected] status was changed returning to seller the product which was never out of NCR region. Bluedart already clarified me on[protected] that delivery address is not serviceable by them so they will not deliver which i have communicated them but Amazon was not ready to listen and asked me to wait till[protected].
        on[protected] when deadline of delivery was passed and i requested to refund Amazon at their end issue anew deadline for delivery, which was[protected] and asked me to wait till[protected]. On[protected] evening when i didn't had any update, i again requested amazon to refund they said refund will be processed soon.
        On[protected], in spite of my repeated requests for refund, Amazon unilaterally shipped the product again. On called Amazon and asked for refund they said that the product has been shipped now and you have to wait until it reached back to Amazon.
        Till now they have not refunded my complete amount. They are deducting
        Rs. 1000 from card refund and refunding this Rs. 1000 in form of Amazon Pay, which i don't want to accept. Please take the strictest action against such fraud actions of very well known companies so that they take a lesson to rectify their procedures instead of harassing most of the poor helpless customers.

          I have ordered for redmi y2 mobile on 5th of nov during the diwali sale. The delivery was attempted at my home against the old mobile. The delivery person did not deliver saying that the mobile is not of good condition. The old mobile is perfectly working fine. The delivery person is not picking up the phone. This kind of gesture not all appreciated from amazon.

            I have purchased a product due to some problem i have cancelled that.amazon people have done the refund successfully but only a part of money is reflected into my bank account and remaining is not and more than 15 days have passed.i have called customer care but still there is no satisfactory response.
            for the mail many customer say that you don't respond to any complains please
            do it.

              It seems to be a fraud website with web layout exactly like same amazon official website. It offers so many products for very very cheap price and make us to share the link to atleast 10 groups. It prompts us to make payments within 15 minutes to an account (Not sure which account). Kindly take action because one of my friend paid money inr5000 around for the range of items specified in it. It is being shared from group to group rapidly. Quick action in this issue will save thousands of poor amazon customers.

              Called 16times...as i was in doctors room failed to take the call and the agent was like he was giving money... Worst thing i get from Amazon for the first time!!

                  I had cancelled a product sony wi-c400 wireless on amazon on 30oct.2018. Amazon has refund my amount in my card on same date but he has given me a last date 9 nov. 2018 the amount should be reflect in ur account but still i had not yet get my amount and i had already contact with bank but there is no refund ofany amount.

                    Hi, i bought a kevin 32 inch smart tv through amazon online shopping which was delivered on[protected]. I have been trying to reach both amazon and kevin customer support regarding installation for the past 5 days.
                    Amazon says they couldn't do anything regarding installation and they won't accept return also. Kevin seems like a fake company they are not responding to emails and phone numbers are also not working.

                    I didn't unpack the product but still amazon is not accepting the return or not initiating installation.

                      Sir i odered a tshirt and a mojri from amazon and paid them online... But when i got my product i found some size issues and because of that i had to rerurn them.. My order was taken back by them.. And according to them my refund has also been issued on 29 october and 30 october for my two products... But now about 10 days passed out but i haven't got my money yet.. I m trying to contact amazon service but no one is picking up my call...                         I ordered a Keypad Mobile, Nokia 130 DS with Order Number:[protected] on dated 09/10/2018. The product was delivered on 12/10/2018. I raised a return pick-up for the same. The product was picked up on 15/10/2018. But again on 16/10/2018, another courier boy came to pick-up the product which I had already returned on 15/10/2018. On 16th night, I received a message from Amazon stating that my return request was cancelled.

                        The receipt provided by the courier boy during the pick-up on dated 15/10/2018 is not clearly visible.

                        I am continuously contacting the Amazon Customer Support since 17th October regarding resolving this issue. Initially, I was told that my refund will be initiated when seller will receive the item but after that I have been informed that they will investigate in this matter and I am being asked to wait for 3-5 business days whenever I try to contact Amazon Customer Support.

                        I am receiving wrong incorrect information regarding my refund from Amazon Customer Support.

                        It has already been a month since this issue is pending and has not been resolved till date. This is causing a Mental Disturbance and also wasting a lot of my time and resources.

                        I request the honourable court to please look into this matter and help me get the refund + the compensation amount considering the Mental Disturbance caused to me and the wastage of my time and resources.

                          We have sold/ship the multiple product bu the amazon but some of customer generates the return request & in that case when we file the saftey claim amazon denied all the claim & multiple times we asked to share the reason for denying the claim buy they are not ready to answer the query.

                          So due to that we suffered from heavy loss, kindly help to resolve the issue.

                                I have been ordered a book from amazon on date 12 july 2018 of order no.[protected] and i paid 273 by my sbi debit card. After that i cancelled that order but i didn't get my refund money it's already been 4 month. But when i called their costumer care service they are saying that i'm already paid by ref#501962. After that i complain on sbi customer care by complaint ticket no. [protected] but they aren't taking any action regarding my problem.

                                  Sir i ordered 7kg fully automatic top load godrej washing machine from amazon.in on 28th october 2018 and i paid through atm card. My order was successfully placed and i got delivery date between 31oct to 8thnov, as i wanted it on diwali.
                                  After 2-3days my delivery date was vanished from app.
                                  I tried to contact customer care they told me that now it is out of stock and i need to wait for new delivery date. I waited and then again contacted them. This time they told me again to wait and told me that my product will be delivered before or on 8th nov. As i was not getting any delivery date i contacted them again and told them i need the product they told me that we don't know when it will arrive and told me to wait.. Also i told them i will complaint against them.. But they told me that they can't do anything. I asked to talk with their manager but they told me he also can't help. The last person i contacted told me to wait for two more days on9-10nov.. And on 11nov they are telling me to apply for refund.
                                  They mentally tortured me and made fake promises and told me to complaint as if it was normal for them. I asked for compensation but they told me that they will not give me any compensation. The occasion on which i planned to buy product for gifting my family has gone.. Till now i have not received my product.. Please look towards this matter.. And serve justice. I demand refund +heavy compensation for my wastage of time and mental balance. I have recordings also but format is not supported.

                                    The issue that i have experienced was: i have order a mobile redmi y2 on 05-nov-2018 (Special sell offer) and delivery boy without my confirmation cancel by product by putting me in doubt that your exchange mobile is not accepted.

                                    It occurred on: 11/11/2018

                                    1. I want amazon to place my product in same offer in which i order.
                                    2. Contact to agency of amazon here and fire that delivery boy from his job.

                                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                      I have ordered this oneplus 6t on 8th of november & it shows that delivery will be on 9th of november, but the # amazon agent said my last time of duty is 6 pm, i can't deliver it, i don't know do whatever you want, call amazon or anything i want my product on time, this is the last call. You get that.& i don't know how do they even show that delivery is attempted that # agent did'nt contacted me. Try to find out my product, i already make the payment & that was not of rs 2-3k, its a huge amount, so take some action.

                                        I am very sad to explain my story here. I have made online purchase at amazon on 7th october 2018. I ordered g'five z15 mobile worth rs.784. I did my payment through online itself. When i received my delivery, i was shocked to see that my order has been misplaced. I have received some low-quality headset instead of mobile phone (What i ordered). I reached out amazon twice but no proper action is taken on refunding my money. They have taken that headset from me and told, your money will be refunded within 10 days. But now its almost one month, they have not refunded my amount yet. I really feel ashamed of amazon customer. They are trying to keep a fake promise and make me feel like a fool. This is not acceptable at all. At least they should have sent me regular status regarding my amount refund. But they are failed to do that. I am now helpless. Not sure how will amazon will refund my money. But i need your help to get my money back to my account. I have attached the amazon customer chat history for evidence. There you can see their fake promise. Please help me to get justice.
