    Dear sir,

    Kindly amazon.in order[protected]. Retuen was initiated on 27 nov. After repeated reminders no one came to pick up the item.

    Every time amazon say item will be picked up in 72 hours and after expiry of 72 days they say item will be picked up in next 72 hours.

    Item is delivered in 03 days and for picking up no one come for 08 days.

    I was promised and assured, supervisor ms seema, this is last time, she will personally supervise, item will be collected.

    I am waiting for courier from last 08 days, every time i am promised, next 48 hrs, item will be picked up.

    Amazon failed to keep is word repeatedly, matter of shame for amazon.

    You are losing trust of customer.

    You delivered the order in 04 days from bangalore and could not collect in 08 days.
    Shoe some self respect and dignity for self.

    You are deliberately troubling your customer, you retained my money for none of my fault.

    Please refund my money, you failed on your part, do not punish customer for your inefficiency.

      1. Ordered xxl size, qty 03 of this item.
      2. We have received all three, wrong size (Xl).
      3. While, contacting amazon they have created replacement order for only one.
      4. Next day, however, collection agent has shown that they need to collect all three.
      5. Hence, all three are handed over to him. (Attached acknowledgement picture of amazon collection agent).
      6. Amazon delivery agent called on delivery date and confirmed that they have received replacement item of only one (Not three).
      7. While refusing to accept only one item, we have demanded all three.
      8. They retuned the item.
      9. Contacted amazon service center and they blame that since it was not accepted (They feel, i need to accept wrong quantity), no more replacement is possible.
      10. We have explained if we go for "refund" we shall loose 15% fashion cash back as order value will that case fall below rs2000.
      Need resolution of this case and expecting correct size (Xxl) qty - three, should be shipped immediately or bring some better resolution.

        complaint about saregama carvaan

        I have purchased a saregama caravan vide invoice no sdea-23 dated[protected]. I have already activated warranty through my registered mobile no [protected] with the company. Now my caravan is not working properly. However fm is working but uploaded songs are not playing. So you are requested to kindly replace it as soon as possible.

        I have brought phone on[protected], and i have checked the phone and put on charging the phone is hitting to much and i contact to customer support since last 20 days but nobody can resolve it and give me schedule for inspecting, on schedule day no one are coming at my address and i have received mail that is of service completed.

        It is world big company and after 20 days if problem is not solved please do action on it we are your genuine customer.

        And i have contacted for my problem since i received device but still i am not happy with the way amazon support are doing with me i am latterly tired and wasting so much time for that and on scheduling time i have leaved from my company i am employee then noboddy are come at my placed

            I've ordered 3 items on 25th oct 2018. One is about to delivered on 27th oct but not done. Others should be delivered on or before 31st oct even not delivered. Delivery guys just giving missed calls and sending msgs like we could not contact you, will deliver items on next working day.
            Even customer care representatives saying that it will be delivered in short time but not happening.

            I used to call everyone to tracking my order even i did cancel my travel because of that items will be delivered if i go home.

              I have purchased a bajaj shakti gl 15 liter geyser from amazon. I have purchased this on 25th oct and payment has been done to them in advance. They have delivered geyser and geyser was not working and i have requested for replace. But they have refused to replace after 3 days and committed me to refund of my money after collecting the geyser. But they have not collected the product and their customer care is telling me that product will collect tomorrow from last 5 days. Today i have seen on their site. If it will not collect till 10 nov 2018.
              Then no refund will be given to me. I am facing very big problem in my family due to this.
              I have paid on 25 oct 2018 and till today 3rd november 2018 i dont have geyser. My son is bathing in cold water and he is suffering from cold.
              I am very much upset due to this unprofessional behaviour from amazon. I am feeling cheated and harrased by the amazon india..
              Kindly look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible..

                amazon is such a poor organisation. who is never called me before my complain.. but without confirming me their guys are comming to my house to pick the product and they are harrassing me in almost midnight at 11.40 on 4th november 2018 for withdrawing my complain.. i am shocked to see the pathatic services given by amazon. such a big name can do this kind of activities..
                kindly look into the matter? what they want from me???

                  I have paid amazon prime membership for having guaranteed two day delivery. Amazon is incapable of ensuring guaranteed delivery due to the irresponsable and incompetent behaviour of the amazon transportation services of the edapally, kochi sector. I have yet to receive order no.5919 of 30/10/18, order no. 4755 of 28/10/18 and five earliers orders of october were either not delivered, or came damaged.

But, till now it has not been delivered and in the section track package, it is given that on 30th october delivery was attempted but it is not so, it is a false statement, they even have not tried to deliver and today, it is 3rd november and delivery has not come.                         No action has been taken by Amazon so far. They should hurry up and give me feed back whether they are going to replace the defective piece supplied or not?
                        There is no response from Amazon.in so far. It appears they are not taking any cognizance on this complaint.
                        Please explain what I should do? Should I go to consumer Forum at Lucknow?

                          1. I have return a black shirt cost 395 which still not refunded.
                          2. I had ordered fastrack goggles cost 1569 which was missing in delivery actually your delivery team club 5 order in one delivery box and i got all remain order except goggles, 5 day back i had reported regarding that to your executive and he asked me 5 day time to investigate but still i haven’t recive my refund rs 1569

I had ordered a parx belt cost 494 which i returned, actually that buckles coloure was removed from some place so i return that belt but your account team mailed me and mention in that mail that i return different item and due to that he or she freeze my account so i have some question through you to your account team that
                          A) have i return some other brand belt?
                          B) have i return some other colour or model or size belt?
                          C) my waist size is 30 so is there any hole on the returned belt?
                          D) is there any used scratch marks on belt which usually scratched in using?

                            I had ordered combo 3 mobiles on 19th october, 2018, received it on 26th october and the phone batteries was defective, it just became dead. I raised a replacement request on the next day as amazon india. I called then the customer representative said pickup will happen in a next day and post that they can initiate replacement, as i dont have a spare phone and i had bought this phone on exchange i requested them to do it earlier and they said ok sir please wait for a day for the pick up boy to contact you, if not call us tomorrow we will order a replacement for you, since then i am continuously calling them but neither the pick up boy come nor the refund.
                            Everytime they tell pick up created to next day untill till date. I had a fight with them as for me they are amazon people i cant call the ceo to place my order, after that they said ok wait for sometime, i will talk to concerned team and after a long long hold, she tol me wait for sometime, i will get an update for my phone return or refund, still nothing has happened.
                            This is extremely unprofessional. We buy product online for our comfort but this has caused me major discomfort mentally.
                            If anybody reads this, please its a request replace my product i have paid 1299 rupees only for this and i need my phone. I dont understand why cant amazon people check with their vendor and order a replacement for me. We buy from those vendor on the trust of amazon but this doesnt seem that way. I am deeply saddened by this. I need my phone i ordered or my phone i replaced.

                              I have ordered for a boat basshead 100 headset worth rupees 439 and a paraqon slipper costing rupees 219 and did payment through my credit card account which is from central bank of india (Cbi). Later i cancelled the order due to some reasons. I received my refund of rupees 219 on 31st november. But i have not yet received the refund amount of rupees 439 for thr the cancelled boat basshead 100 headset which is also having the same reference no as of the boat basshead 100 headset. How can i get my refunded amount? Where is the problem? Where can i consult to get my amount of rupees 439?

                                Order placed @ 26 september 2018, the container was not giving me enough confidence to use it, it looks like a fake or sample product (Info on container is painted by marker) and i need this to return asap. I am extremely unhappy the way amazon is reacting on this issue. It is been all most 40 days chasing to them but nothing happened. Finally i have no other way but to publish it to the consumer forum. I will take liberty to take it further.

                                This product was from seller 'helloyehlo' seems to be a worst one do not buy any thing from him, selling fake or sample products.

                                I want to mention mr kulwinder and cc team from amazon always giving me unfruitful answers rather they are happy to provide scripted answers all the time.

                                This settlement communication is sitting on almost 50+ mail communication but no one from amazon is coming forward and resolve this.

                                Also looking to get some mail contact for escalation.

                                  I had ordered a lenovo laptop and received it on 18th october'18, while checking the item warranty it shows the product is registered 60 days before. I am afraid that the product received was a used one. I noticed the warranty details on 28th october and raised the complaint and they (Amazon cs) said it will be resolved with 3-5 business days but still, it is not resolved.

                                  Also, advice me on how to claim for this product. Now in amazon website its showing zero orders in last six months.

                                    I ordered two products on amazon through amazon app on 28th october 2018. My order no is[protected]. I did payment while placing the order in advance. The date of delivery was given 2nd -5th november but it was expected to be delivered on 2nd november as per date showing on amazon. Now amazon is saying that the product could not be delivered to you. I talked to amazon customer care and they are saying that sorry for the inconvenience. Product cannot be delivered as it has been returned back to seller or lost somewhere before reaching me. This is a big cheating or negligence of amazon online shopping services.

Partly refunded to my bank account and remaining as cashback offer which was separate offer during purchase and amazon says that the remaining amount is adjusted in cashback as amazon pay balance which cannot be utilized elsewhere except at amazon. Not refunding the actual amount which was debited from my account. Take action against amazon

                                      I ordered one plus 6t mobile from amazon courier on 1st november. Delivery guy came with the package on 2nd november i gave my otp to him, but he couldnt able to scane the qr code. Later he said he will not hand over the package to me because he couldn't scan the qr code. I called amazon customer care, i let delivery guy to contact his higher authority but non of them are very responsive. My problem is not solved. Delivery guy telling me he doesnt know when can he deliver the package. Am going out of station from 3rd november. One plus 6t is a new mobile, i was hoping so much to use that mobile in my journey, but with amazon service, i am highly disappointed. If anyone can help me with this issue, i highly appreciate it.
