My account has been put on hold by amazon.in accounts team. I am complaining to their customer service team from 11/10/2018 daily via emails and calls about the issue and yet their is no progress in the resolving. All the customer service says is to wait for 24-48 hrs, that i will receive a call from accounts team. And yet i haven't received a single call from them. Initially they asked me some details which i provided to them and now i'm getting different emails to provide new details which doesn't exist in my case. I have tried many times to directly contact the accounts team yet no response. I have almost 18000 rs in my amazon pay which are useless as account is on hold neither can i use that money on amazon orders nor can i transfer them to other accounts. I don't understand what is the amazon.in accounts specialists team doing even after my 50 mails and more that 50 calls and complaints about the same.

    I ordered for one plus 6 mobile during festival season but got damaged micromax mobile. I daily call amazon customer care to pick up and refund the money like brushing and bathing daily routines. The delivery pick up guys also come and ask for one plus 6 mobile which i never got from amazon. Amazon is very branded company so ordered many items in past one year but now seeing true face big corporate company. Let me see how many months or years or lifetime needed to get my money back. I will post comments daily. This update is as of 30-oct-2018.

      I have bought washing machine from amazon the order was prepaid, i wanted buy another washing machine so i called amazon regarding cancellation of order they said it will get cancelled, but after that i got message that "order is out for delivery" then also i called amazon then also they said order will get cancelled, then delivery boy came and
      At the time of delivery i rejected the order but after rejection i got the message that "your order is delivered"

      After that i have called amazon and the courier company too many times they said it'll take time to return the product

      But yesterday night amazon coustemer service said that we can't refund your order coz the order is delivered

        I have purchased chaoba hair dryer from amazon order id[protected] they send me a faulty product, i asked for a replacement again and again and selected the replacement, after repeatedly asking for replacement they keep on saying they can only orovide refund due to their system fault they can refund only and the price of the product gone high.
        Its very unjustified thry keep telling me that it is the system problem and they cannot do anything.

          I want to share a fraudulent experience of shopping at amazon india.

          I have ordered a sumeet mixer grinder through www.amazon.in amazon india on 14th october, 2018. Order id:[protected]. Payment was done via my debit card.
          This product was supposed to get delivered by 16th october, 2018. I was at home waiting for this delivery for the whole day of 16th october.

          At night i checked my e-mail and i found an amazon email received at 11:19 pm mentioning that the order has been delivered. I got shocked that how they can move this order to delivered state without delivering it. Amazon website order status also showed status as delivered.
          17th oct 2018 10:39 am, i called the amazon agent mobile number provided in the automated sms for delivery but no one answered. After that i called amazon customer service at 11:42 am and reported to them and they said they cannot act upon it until 20th oct and to wait for the parcel. Delay could be due to season rush.

          I waited for 3 days and continued to try the delivery agent mobile number. He didn't pick calls or came to deliver the package.

          I again contacted amazon customer service on 20th oct 2018 1:17 pm and asked them to take this matter into investigation. On 26th oct 2018 i called again to know the status and they advised that they investigated this issue and concluded that product was out from warehouse and delivered to the customer, we can't process return/replace/refund of this product.

          I got really upset and thought to investigate this issue myself so i tried calling the delivery agent mobile number ([protected]) again at 6:50 pm 26th oct 2018. Just like before, no one answered. To my luck at 9:30 pm same day i received his call back and spoke with mr. Puneet rathi, the missing amazon agent, where he confessed that he did not deliver the item on 16th oct night 11.18 pm as shown on tracking details. And that he took it back to store/ warehouse/ office to deliver it next day to me. Then he caught dengue fever and was not at work for 10 days. I threatened him with police complaint and he agreed to pay the amount back to me.
          Soon after that call at 9:58 pm 26th oct 2018 mr. Deepak ([protected]) called from amazon transportation services and asked why i’m lodging a police complaint against his agent and advised that he will investigate and come back to me the next day. On 27th oct after repeated chasing he advised at 3:51 pm that the package is lost and that the delivery agent is responsible and he will pay my money back. He also mentioned that there is no point doing a police complaint as they have not done any theft and that the police might end up taking money from me itself!!
          Money has not come to me yet as on 29th oct 2018. Moreover, i am not interested in getting cash from someone. Amazon india is responsible for proper delivery of the item to customer. I, as customer, have no concern of what agents, vendors, carriers or means they use for delivering the item.
          I have call recordings for all of the above and was sent to amazon india promptly. Upon which, to my surprise, amazon india has the same stand as before and claiming that the package was delivered to the customer and no action or refund can be authorized. They also sent me contact details of their legal dept to send legal notice.
          I raised multiple complaints at amazon customer care with audio proofs of phone conversation, but the problem was not even acknowledged, let alone resolved. They still think that the package was delivered to me.
          Now i feel cheated and mentally harassed by this kind of pathetic service from amazon india. These giant e-commerce websites are openly looting people and are relying on our crippled law and order situation where consumers cannot exercise their rights properly. However, i will now have to move to legal ways of dealing with this problem.

            I have ordered honor 7x black but i have received blue honor 7x mobile on 13-oct-2018. I have called amazon customer care and reported issues on 13-oct-2018. They telling we will investigate and will update you like this. My opinion is i don't want refund and i need replacement while receiving honor 7x blue and then i return blue honor 7x mobile. While calling customer care they are telling your compliant in under processing we will update on 29-oct-2018. I am not received call from amazon, i called 30-oct-2018 but they are telling only refund not replacement. I have ordered genuine product but received wrong product.

              Product skybags 29 ltrs blue casual backpack (Bptaz1blu) booked on 25th oct, 18. Was to be delivered by 31st oct. Received sms today morning. When i called up the delivery boy, he says he has left the job. Bad job by amazon.

              Today is my evening is my travel, and if i do it receive by afternoon, i am going to fall in a big soup. I did a mistake by booking this product. A product that is not delivered after 6 days of booking!

                Dear sir, my issue is regarding late arrival of my item (Approx 15 days) and that too a wrong item for which i have already paid during order. I contacted customer care when wrong item reached which i not accepted and took its photowhich i emailed them, they told to call after 48 hrs again to customer care and my replacement with correct item will be made in place of refund for which i insisted. But after due time, i called again, this time they told, item is returned to seller and refund could only be done and i have to again place order.
                My point is i paid 15 days back at offer price and i wanted the right item, which they denied.

                  Hi,
                  I am deepak kumar, a prime customer with amazon. I have placed an order in amazon on 03rd oct, 2018 with the order id:[protected]. It was a hard disk and a mobile holder and as per amazon it was a third party seller named "jalaram store". Before placing an order with the third party seller i had contacted the amazon chat support to know the details of the seller and wanted to know whom to contact in case of any issues. The chat support person gave an assurance that amazon will take all the responsibility and all the sellers are amazon verified and trusted sellers. After that i placed the order.
                  I got a tracking number from the seller on 4th oct, 2018 and the tracking reference number is cg[protected]in belonging to india post. Since then i was trying to get the details of the shipment which i was not able to get as there was no information and it was saying "consignment not found" in india post site.
                  After waiting for few days, i raised a request to the seller on 10th oct, 2018
                  Dear sir,
                  I am trying to track the details of the consignment for a long time but not able to get. Its been more than 3-4 days but no info. Please help me tracking the details.
                  Indiapost doesnt show any information.

                  For which i got a reply,
                  It will tracked from friday (Oct 12th) as we reshipping it and updating new tracking id.

                  I waited for the same and did not receive any mail with new tracking details on 12th oct. So i sent a mail to the seller on 14th oct,
                  Dear sir,
                  It is like 10 days you have given a tracking number but nothing is updated till now. Upon contacting last time u had told me that by friday a new tracking detail will be available. But unable to find anything. Can u please update the details.

                  The seller replied back on the same day with,
                  We will deliver the product to door step at expected delivery date provide while ordering. Generally product takes 7 to 9 days for delivery and in some cases it may delay and for same we will inform before delivery date.

                  I contacted the customer care just because the seller had not responded back with the tracking number. Even after a mail initiated from the customer care end, the seller did not provide the tracking reference number.

                  Again on 15th oct, 2018 i had contacted the customer care and requested for cancellation of the product as the seller hasn't given any valid tracking number even after 12 days. A mail was sent to the seller from customer care end like,
                  We've been contacted by one of our mutual customers regarding an order placed with your store. Below is the information provided by the customer:
                  Reason: cancel order
                  Details: customer do not want the item, as its being delayed a lot. So please cancel the item and process refund for the item. Customer do not want it. Please do it as soon as possible.

                  I also added a note on the same ack mail as,
                  Dear sir,
                  I have been patiently waiting for the order since oct 3rd. It was promised by you last time that a new tracking information will be provided on friday, 12th oct. But nothing was provided nor the details of the shipment was not updated for the tracking number given initially. Hence i humbly request you to cancel the product and process the refund as soon as possible and im no longer ready to wait for the product due urgent requirement. Hope to have a smooth transaction now and further.

                  After this i got a reply from the seller that,
                  Dear buyer,
                  We apologize for delay in delivery of product as we assure the
                  Delivery of product between 19 to 20 october.
                  It is humble request to co-operate us so we can deliver product
                  On above delivery date.
                  We are always there for resolution.

                  I replied back with,
                  Dear sir,
                  I was ready to wait for the delivery as per the message you had sent on oct 10th. "it will tracked from friday as we reshipping it and updating new tracking id".
                  I was patiently waiting for an update and then there was no update from your side with the new tracking details. Its been 3 days since friday still no new tracking number was provided. Because of this and due urgent requirement, i had to order a new hard disk from a different seller and im getting it delivered by the end of the day.
                  So i kindly request you to take this cancellation request and process the refund. Hope we will have a smooth transaction.

                  Again on 17th, oct 2018 i had contacted the customer care to know the status of the cancellation and refund and the executive told me that the seller hasn't responded back within 24 hrs regarding cancellation and so she is raising an a to z claim for the same.

                  I got a reply from the a to z claim team like,
                  Hello,
                  We are sorry you have not received order[protected]. Our team is investigating your a-to-z guarantee claim of rs.3, 068.00 and will get back to you.
                  You can check the status of your claim by visiting your account.in the "orders" section, click "your orders". Look for this order in the list and click “file/view claim”.

                  I contacted customer care again on 20th to check the status and they initiated mail to seller,
                  Details: kindly cancel the order as customer doesnt want the product. Kindly cancel the order and we can cancel the claim once refund is issued to customer.
                  Seller replied back as,
                  As a prepaid and self ship order we dispatch it in 24 hours and provide details forward to courier partner so we will try our best to cancel it or another thing is you can refuse delivery for cancellation.

                  I replied back to the seller as,
                  Dear sir,
                  Thank you very much for your response for the concern raised. I agree to the fact that its a prepaid order and you have dispatched the product already, but i would like to ask you one simple question. Why the tracking number doesnt show any records and it says "consignment details not found". (Below image is for your reference). I have received many products through india post and the delivery was smooth along with the details of the product very much traceable.in this case, its completely hidden/ unavailable for the past 16 days since the tracking number was provided. See this from the perspective of the buyer, it will be like the tracking number is completely fake/wrong and again you had agreed that a new tracking number will be provided last friday which did not happen and that is the reason i had to raise a request for cancellation and have bought a new hard disk already.
                  I really appreciate your effort for having posted the hard disk in a competitive price but because of no proper response i was forced to cancel the product. I hope you understand the issue from my side as well and take a bit more effort to cancel the product and issue me a refund at the earliest. This will help to increase your credibility.

                  The seller replied back as,
                  We are working for the issue occurred and it is faced by many india post regions not to all so request to wait till we deliver it as per date

                  Then i have replied to the seller one last time as,
                  Dear sir,
                  I have made my point very clear "cancel the order & issue me refund". I have told many times due to this issue, i have already bought a new one and i cant afford one more. You are expecting the customer to understand the issues faced by you and inefficiency of your courier partner. I have all right to cancel the product before the delivery and i have requested for the order cancellation on oct 16, well before the delivery date and that doesnt even matter as the tracking number provided by you is wrong and doesnt give any details.
                  I am saying once again i donot want the product and i only need the refund for the product. Dont again start afresh asking me to wait for the delivery date as its a fault from your side by not giving the right information to the customer since oct 4th. I am not ready to wait anymore. I hope this will be the last correspondence in this regard and refund will be issued at the earliest.

                  The seller finally on 20th oct replied back as,
                  We processed the refund for unfullfilable order and will be credited in 3 to 5 working days.

                  After 2 days i got a mail from a to z guarantee team that,
                  Hello,
                  We have denied your a-to-z guarantee claim on order[protected]. A claim can be denied for many reasons but the most common ones are listed on our help pages.
                  If you would like to appeal this decision, visit your account.in the "orders" section, click "your orders". Look for this order in the list and click “file/view claim”. On the next page, click “appeal decision” and follow the on-screen instructions. We may ask you for more information throughout our investigation. Failure to respond within 3 days will mean your appeal is denied.

                  This mail was very much shocking to me as the entire fault was with the seller and the amazon yet nobody contacted me asking for the issue but they have cancelled/ denied the claim and that too i haven't raised that from my side. I replied back like,
                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I had requested for cancellation well before the delivery date on 16th oct itself. Seller had agreed for the cancellation and he informed me on 20 oct that refund is processed from his side and will be credited within 3 to working days. Please check the status and process the refund as informed by the seller.
                  How can you say you have resolved the claim without giving a resolution for the customer who has all the right to cancel a product and request for a refund well before the delivery date. I have informed the seller also that i will deny the delivery form my side.

                  A to z team replied back on 23rd stating,
                  We have closed your claim for order[protected] because the order is not eligible for coverage.
                  To be eligible for coverage, the day you file the claim must be 3 days past the maximum estimated delivery date.

                  (This is not the right way to respond as they have a confirmation that the seller had accepted the cancellation and had issued refund as per the mail i received.)

                  I again contacted customer care to know the status of the refund and it was forwarded to the seller and he had replied back that "it will get tomorrow".

                  I patiently waited till 29th oct and again sent a mail to the seller as,

                  Dear seller,
                  As per your mail, the refund was supposed to be credited on friday, 26th oct. Since i have no message from the bank regarding the credit of the money or even a refund confirmation message/mail from your side, i would like to know the status as this is not the right way. You had promised to pay the money back within 3 to 5 working days and that was on 20th oct and today is 29th. I hope you understand the criticality of the situation and credit the money by the end of the day.

                  The seller again replied back stating,
                  Dear buyer
                  We issued refund for undelivered order which will credited within 3 to
                  5 working days. Humble request to apologize.

                  I told the seller that,
                  Dear sir,
                  The same you have sent to me before 9 days. Below screenshot is the mail you have sent to me on 20th oct stating refund is processed. Now again you are asking me to wait for 3 to 5 working days. You are holding my money for more than 25 days and this is not the right thing you do. Do not test the patience of the customer. Hope you understand.

                  (Again he replied back with the same mail).

                  After this i contacted the customer care and i had to wait for 1 hour to get the call connected to the escalations-manager who again asked me to narrate the entire story and i had told him completely what had happened and he asked told me that a gia form/claim (Guarantee investigation claim) has to be raised and within 12 hours i will get a response and i have to reply back on the same then the process will start and it will take max 2 weeks for the resolution. I did not agree to wait for 2 weeks and asked him to mention in the form that problem has to be resolved within 3 working days. I got a mail after waiting for another 30 mins on call that,

                  As per our conversation guarantee investigations assistance form filled, you will receive a response to this form within 12 hours.
                  As per your request you need the refund to be done within 3days but as per process inform to wait for 01-02weeks post confirmation from cx side. And no commitment done from our end.

                  As per the mail, i again waited for 12 hours and i did not get a response i sent a mail again asking for the refund status, it sent me a automated mail asking me to wait for 6 hours for response which did not happen and finally after 25 hours after the mail commitment that i will get a response from buyer guarantee team, i again called the customer care to know the status. Again it took a long time to get connected to manager-escalations and he never gone through the case history properly and was again questioning me. Finally after few conversations asking for the status he told that its their duty to forward the issue/mail sent and we have no job in the response part which was a really hurting answer for a person waiting for so long trusting amazon would resolve the issue for the self/seller issue. And after that he again asked me to write to buyer-guarantee team directly for the resolution.

                  I had wasted my time, money everything contacting customer care for hours together and finally they say we have nothing to do with this and the other team does not even respond back.

                  I have never ever faced this much of harassment from any customer service end. Amazon does not care for their customer that too even if its their prime customer.

                  I want my money back.

                    I am richa chaudhary, a regular customer of amazon. I used to buy from amazon, coz i have a trust in it. But this time its service is ridiculous.i have ordered an item, adaoni hardware security chain of antique iron. And after placing order, i didnt found cancel option, so i contacted customer care to get it cancelled. They said, we have no option of cancellation, so u can return it. I thought the return will be a normal pickup from my lication and refund process. So i agreed. But after i received the item, i got a mail, in which a full proof return process was mentioned. First i have to download the documents, some of which i have to paste on outer side of parcel, some inside the parcel, after downloading, i jave to get dem printed from printout shop. Den i have to go to post office to get it sent via speed post. In all dis, my money and time both will be expended.
                    Dis is ridiculous. Today i also talked with amaons associate, he said yes u have to follow this, as we dont have a pick up option available. I am saying previously also amazon picked up items from my lication, now what has changed now?
                    I havnt buied this coz i believe in sellers goodwill, i buied coz i believe in amazon. But, i have to sadly say, will never buy anything from amazon in future

                      I have returned an shipment amounting to Rs 2399 but the courier Guy wrongly selected an shipment amounting to Rs 1999 instead of Rs 2399 without checking the order id.I did called their customer care five times, all I got was their fake promise to solve the issue in 2 to 3 working days. I did not get any refund yet even after 18days of my dispute. They have been handling my issue to casually.

                          Ordered the product 1tb surveillance hard-disk in Great Indian festival offer on 10th Oct 2018, and paid for the product online(prepaid order), got the delivery of product on 22nd October 2018 after 12 days of order. and got the delivery in worst packing, which was torn.
                          I am underlining the product i.e hard-disk which is a fragile thing. And while purchasing the product it was a replaceable product. Original box of hdd were missing and due to worst packing i.e hard disk like things should be packed with safety, but delivered in the bare polythene without any safety aspect.

                          When called to amazon the first few day they denies for the replacement as they were stating the product were not available with the same seller who sold it. so wait some day, if it will available we will create a replacement. Then on 30th oct 2018 they agreed for the replacement and they assured me for the rest. But after call disconnection i got the message like they have initiated the return which gives me the refund when product reach their warehouse.
                          Here amazon cheated me, as they are stating on call that the replacement were initiated by them and assured me for the rest by providing the such detail like the replacement product will be delivered to you once they pickup the product. But after call disconnection they did the different, i.e return instead of replacement. and then when connected regarding the same issue they denies there previous statement which were told by previous agent/customer care executive.
                          I want the replacement as i got the product on cheaper price on the sale on great indian festival sale,

                          the procedure, which is not chooses by me, forcefully initiated by Amazon executive by giving the blind/wrong information.
                          (in whole which they did wasted 20days as of now and counting) as per the timeline ordered on 10oct, got on 12the oct, return initiated 30th oct, + 15 day approx to reach the product to warehouse(if pickuped). then inspection and initiate refund and then credit refund 6 to 8 working day in term of paid via debit/credit card. in whole wastage of 45-50 days and what will got nothing, the amount which paid + Harassment +wasting time,

                          as i want the product which i ordered which may give some satisfaction at least got the product in good condition after such hazel.
                          Feels fully cheated by amazon..

                          Overall Amazon is doing the fraudulent business as on the day of order item were in stock and while after order i.e even with prepaid order they are cancelling the said order. That is the clear cheating and playing with customer with these mean by stating something and doing something else.
                          Customer care executive also refuse to solve the issue as i need the product at that time. If you are not able to give the things/product on the stated/listed amount, then why are you listing the item at that price if not you are able to do that. Overall felled as, got cheated by amazon. No solution only refunded the amount.

                            I had ordered black & decker kr554re 550-watt 13mm variable speed reversible hammer drill machine order #[protected] placed on 25th october 2018 been a prime member i was supposed to receive it on 27 october 2018. However till 30 october 2018. I have not been given this product. After chasing the customer service department calling them 18 times in last 24 hrs they tell me that your package has gone back to the seller. I spoke to mira a senior manager with the escalation team today morning. Who apologized but said they will deliver by today. However it was a fake promise made. Since i didn't receive product. They last executive i spoke to mr. Pankaj said that i will have to reorder the product as it was pod he cannot arrange replacement. He said if i had paid amazon there is a provision to refund.

                            So i asked him to refund my prime subscription amount as they have not delivered the product and already charged me. To which he declined and suggested he cannot do.

                              I made the purchase of "dell vostro [protected][protected] cell original battery" with amazon on 18 october 2018 order. It is totally false advertisement it is not the original dell batteries as mentioned, as the battery is giving me bad time because it is not charging properly while connected to adapter, it will take take charge for a while and again it will stop plus the charge will not remain long as expected or supposed to be, i thought it is my laptop's problem so i did all the trouble shooting uninstalling drivers and all the problem was not resolved. I contacted amazon chat no help they inform that only replacement possible i am socked!!! How come you can't take your own product and give my money back? (I do not want so called original product, i will go to dell center and replace the battery i do not want my laptop to go away with your fake battery, please) i was never told that no return and refund on this product no where on the site it is mentioned, i believe amazon and make a purchase, it is amazon fulfilled product, i would have understood if it the seller's product. What don't you take your own product and give my money back...

                              I ordered a Bosch Washing Machine on Amazon in exchange offer and paid the full amount. The Delivery of above order was cancelled by Amazon delivery boy on 15th September because he did not accept my old washing machine in exchange .Over a month has passed and i did not get the refund.

                                  I had ordered 40 years chapterwise question bank of iitjee maths and chemistry from amzon on 4th october and when the order was to be placed it showed 12th october but after placing the order the date shifted to 22nd november. But even after 28th october i didnot get my product. The package reached a wrong courier hub on 13th and it has been there since. When i contacted amazon the cs person always told me to wait for the product. On
                                  28th i contacted the courier hub and they told me that my order was never shipped they just put my tracking number on someone else's order. Very irresponsisive by amazon. Wasted my valuable time as my exams are in january. I am sharing the order id and tracking no.

                                    From now onward i will never believe on products those are selling by amazon as their customer care and technical support is not having capability and transparency to fix any issue.
                                    My suggestion is please do not say /write on your products that you will provide technical support as you have not any technical team also there is no coordination between them.

                                    Since long i was a regular customer of amazon but when i interacted with customer care /technical support team of amazon and suffered with purely non-technical person those are just making fool their trusted regular customer. I am sure the day is not too far when people will stop buying product from amazon.in due to their terrible ccs/ts.

                                    Even after providing physical report which has prepared by visitor engineer they promised to call me back after 24 hours but that was also a fake one. I didn’t receive any call back from amazon.

                                    Finally i quit and lost my trust from amazon.

                                      Hi amazon,

                                      I feel very bad about my recent purchase on "great indian festival". I have ordered lenovo k8 note mobile and paid the bill through my credit card. The seller shipped the product. But i didn't received the product. It was not reached me, so that i have canceled my product. There is no update from amazon after that. I only contacting amazon customer care daily. There is no response from amazon. They simply said only you will get your amount. There is no proper service for this kind of issues. There is no senior techs contact regarding this issue. Even there is no mail or sms from amazon. Very poor service. I will inform my friends to refuse the amazon account and don't buy the products from amazon here after. After i paid my credit card bill, the amazon start the refund process, that is also after i contact with customer care and talk little hot.

                                      And this is not a first time with same issue. This is second time i am facing the same issue. Attaching screen shot for reference. The over all process took around 20 days of time. I spend most of the time for this.
