    I ordered vivo mobile and i got a mail from amazon that payment was not successful and asked me to pay again within 24 hrs otherwise order will be cancelled.. So i paid again but unfortunately payment remitted twice.
    I ordered vivo phone and microsoft 640xl mobile cover but unfortunately i received two mobiles and two 640xl cover. One cover i returned as i have only received the item.

    Wen they delivered he mobile, i was out of station and my parents received.

    Now amazon is not willing to take back the additional mobile and returning my payment. I need help from the concerned authorities for permission to return the double delivered mobile and refund my payment.

    As per amazon terms, we have to return the goods before 3rd november but they are now not responding.
    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    As previously complainer amazon has closed the order with out delivering it as delivered. Cheated me. Please need a serious action and file a case against them. No one has contacted me . I request case on this

    I have placed one order on 06 Oct and I paid it on same day and it's shows me that it will be delivered between 24-27 Oct and today I received one email stating that due to undelivered item we are raise an refund and same will be created in 5 working days...when I call them there are not giving me valid reason or any other options...

      I had bought Mi bluetooth speaker, but received without charging cable which was included in product description. Replaced the product but again the same issue. Amazon or the seller didn't care to check the product before dispatching it. Refund has been requested, I hope this will be done sincerely. Thanks if you are reading the complaint.

        I didn't expect from amazon. Your side helpless only. My total money are wasted. We can't raise manufacturer warranty. They not attend my call or email. All my location does not have any hero shops within 60km. Now this cycle full and full broken. Fully only damaged and wasted part. They cheated me. Please check i already informed many times. Alos i was send repair bill also. My total rs.7909 is wasted. I bought from amazon. But i didn't expect helpless customer care in amazon. You both are cheated me. I'm very disappointed my money lose. Please give my money back or give compensation. Please call me if you need any information.
        Kindly understand my situation. Manufacturer team can't pick up my call and cannot reply my email. 4 or 5 month done i tried many times. No response. My side full amount lose.           I received the order on 03rd of the october a day after the order was placed, to my surprise the box was empty with no product inside the box. The complaint was raised on the same day 03rd of the october. Order number[protected] | 02- oct - 2018 | amount - 25, 599/- | prepaid
          Delivery address - robin. T -23, baba farid puri west, patel nagar, new delhi, delhi - 110008. But no one can solve my problem because of this i am in heavy loss.

            I placed a order with amazon as on 10 oct and delivery date assured was 14 oct 2018. I followed up with them post tat. They did not respond. Post called customer care there representative asked for rebooking for already paid order which i was not ok with extension in future dates. I demanded for urgent delivery as i need it for medical use. He offered compensation and assured delivery later he switched back to delivery. Because 9f this company has lost 3000rs in training the medicine and transport and repurchase. More hurting is they played with me mentally. That's an harassment. Now more hurting is fake closure with delivery status as handed over by hand. They have to prove the delivery. My house is protected with c. C cameras. I can show you no delivery has happened in this reference. Amazon being reputed company playing such cheap tricks is unexpected. I raised a complaint with you and it has no respect towards your the legal entity consumer forum. I request you strict action and huge penalty and my product delivery. Thank you

              I booked ordered on 11.10.2018 still no any confirmation about product

              That product ordered by paying advance payment 26000 rs. By using amazon fesival benefit
              That product was gifted to my brother in his birthday but because of lack of service provided by amazon that dream i cant fulfilled

              Another side that product was received in today 38000 to 42000 rs. Than what i do
              Being huge oppotunity cot of time and money please resoive the same
              I dont wnat to refund but i want to prodcut which i have booked

              So please replace that product still no any confirmation

                I have not received the above order till now and have paid fast delivery charges for the same. Have requested for refund on this item and no one has contacted me on this and unable to reach customer care support team.

                I have prime account in amazon still you have charged me fast delivery charges for two products and the one which was delivered that is also cam by late.

                E. Awaiting immediate resolution from your end.

                  I brought a backpack quechua forclaz 30 air new backpack (Black) through online from amazon, india @ rs 3, 597/- on 8th april 2015 and made the payment online but for some reasons i cancelled the ordered, but the official from the company asked me to not accept the parcel when it arrives. For the next few days i was out of station so when the delivery guy came he forcefully gave my mother the parcel. So i again contacted the customer service who asked me to return the parcel which i did on 18/8/2015. I have uploaded the copies of the courier as well as the document which signifies that the parcel have been received from the other end. Since then i have been communicating with amazon regarding my refund but today its 2018. I have not got my refund yet!

                  If i would have kept this amount in bank then it would have accumulated to rs.30, 000 /-.

                  I have the copy if the order but as it is in pdf file it can't be updated.

                        I had ordered a product from amazon on 27 september 2018. Expected delivery date was 4th october. They didnt deliver it and changed the delivery date to 15 october without my consent. Again they failed to fulfill the promise and changed
                        The delivery date to october28-nov 6. Since the day i ordered i have been seeing the status as preparing for despatch. Now its more than a month. I paid the money using my credity card. Now they are not delivering the product and not even allowing me to cancel the product

                          I ordered of Washing machine as order No.[protected] on 27th. The wrong shipping address has been picked by APP, I'm calling to customer care for address update or cancel the order since last 2 days but still neither cancelled nor even updated to me. The order is being shipped on wrong address. Requested like anything to them but they are not concerned as I have already made payment. Inspite of calling/ emailing them, they are not responding and not initiating my refund. even they don't care prime customer. Feeling harassed by Amazon.

                            Order #[protected]. I booked it on 11/09/2018 paid win advance. Recieved it on 20/09/2018. Got it installed on first week of oct 2018. One channel is not working from the begining. Contacted amazon on 27/10/2018 thinking the product has some warranty but got a reply return window closed!! I paid rs 3739/- if i have to return now they will pay back 1614/- balance is shipping and import duty deposit. They are not ready to repair and return the product!! This is absolute cheating. Some chinese crap they sell online saying its imported from usa!! And the buyer is cheated and no where to go. Product is faulty since day one. Whattype of business is this??!! Govt should look into this seriously. This is "amazon chor bazar" sell and shut the door. God knows how many millions are effected and cheated by this company.

                                We paid rupees Rs 27, 999/- Online to Amazon on line for the purchase of
                                ONEPLUS-6 64 GB mobile with order number[protected] on 09/10/2018.
                                WE were delivered one package – ( Photo Shown Here in – PHOTO 1. ) on 11 october 2018 at 05:07 P.M.

                                The package had the details as invoice number-DEL4-153 & INVOICE Details - HR-DEL[protected] dated 9/10/2018 FROM AMAZON.IN
                                The product was shown as shipped by E-Mobiles (seller on Amazon.in) with adderess Kh no-18/21, 19/25, 34/5, 6, 7/1 min, 14/2/2 min, 15/1 min, 27, 35/1, 7, 8 9/1, 10/1, 10/2, 11 min, 12, 13, 14 village- Jamalpur, Gurgaon, Haryana-122503.
                                The Package as received was in duly sealed condition.
                                We opened the package & on opening we were surprised that inside contents were not of ONE PLUS 6 Phone but some brand “ itel smart selfie - it 5231“ .
                                WE GOT SHOCKED and could sense some fraud done to us in the case. WE had PAID RS 27999.00 for of oneplus 6 / 64 GB mobile and against some un known brand product costing approx.. Rs. 1500. Approx.. to our judgement
                                We immediately complained on amazon customer care service also we mailed the all details on the mail id of the amazon on 11/10/2018 at 06:36 P.M.

                                In reply they reverted in mail “” From: Amazon.in [protected]@amazon.in

                                After getting this email, we called in amazon and spoke to customer care executive, they replied us we have checked your order from our end and inquired and monitored that there is no fault or any wrong product delivered from our side and they hung the call.
                                Again We mailed them on 23.10.2018 at 3.49 . P.M. as follow..
                                After our above mail, we got some calls from your complaint redressal persons who said they are following up and will revert within next 3-4 days .
                                Today they inform that they have found no fault and right goods have been delivered. And that CASEIS IS BEING CLOSED from them and they cannot and will not do any thing further on the subject.
                                IT is most HAZAEDEOUS to see how the issue is resolved and closed at your end.
                                NO one from your end visited to ascertain the facts on the case . We are still carrying the contents and packing in original .
                                Of course PACKING was opened up as without opening we could never see the contents.
                                THE PHOTOES of PACKAGE & CONTENTS are placed at end of this mail and may be seen.
                                Kindly get the issue examined by deputing some representative .

                                It APPEARS YOU had A FLIMSY & stupendous APPROACH IN INVESTIGATION TO PROTECT SOME BODY CLOSE TO IN YOUR shipping & courier GROUP.
                                No BODY HAS VISITED US TO SEE THE CONDITION OF THE packet OR contents. Depute some one to us to physically examine the contents and trace the culprit in the track.
                                In the process – you may find some crack in your system to solve similar other cases.
                                Kindly LOOK into the issue more pragmatically.

                                After on LINE TRANSFER OF MONEY – what protection uis available to a customer if you donot even investigate properly. You must INVESIGATE in REVERSE CHANNEL from our end to your start if you are really interested to investigate this case.

                                  I have purchased an apple iphone 6 on 10 oct in which charger and earphones were missing and then i called amazon and they provided me replacement but the replaced phone is having lots of scratches on it and now they are giving refund instead of replacement and saying u have to place a fresh order but the concern is that i have purchased this phone during the sale and i got this phone at discount so now who will bear the extra cost if ipurchase this phone now.
                                  So either provide fresh replacement or bear the extra cost.

                                    I hv been online consumer of amazon product since long but these days, i'm really facing problem with

                                    — false assurance by customer care

                                    — misbehavior by delivery boy

                                    If you go back to history of order # [#][protected], (Order placed on 13th oct but not yet delivered) continuously, i'm in touch of customer care to follow up these product. Apart of that i made a complain for delivery boy but still no action has been taken, it was assured that issue will be solved within 24 hours but even after 9 days, no reply has been received..!!!

                                    Thereafter, i am pointing out behavioral action of

                                    1) customer care, who do not takes any initiative to customer complain but always act in "parrot fashion"

                                    2) transport/ courier service, who works as they want but no co-ordination with customer care/ customer.

                                    3) delivery boy :- obviously not all, but yes let me mention mobile # two delivery boys (Here who really misbehaved with customer, — courier boy with contact # [protected], (He misbehaved with my mom & did not delivered good after punching delivery. On 19th oct

                                    2) courier boy with contact # [protected], (He did not even reached to deliver place saying false statement & abusive language that phone was not reachable since last 2 days (26th oct to 28th oct). Why only his phone was not reachable to the destination while all other packets from aamzon has been delivered on 26th / 27th & 28th oct.??? (Please check record at your end too).

                                    Sorry to say, i had a good trust for amazon but i feel amazon can not carry it anymore

                                    However, last 15 days of harassment by customer care and misbehavior by delivery boys (On this particulate order) made me to understand that shopping on amazon is simply waste of time / money and it can bring shock-able news to my family anytime

                                    Needless to say, we can reorder the product somewhere else too but can not buy time / family.
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I had bought boat nirvanaa uno earphones from amazon which i got on 15 october. But that product was so poor quality so i requested them for return on 16 october. But till now there is nothing updates from amazon in spite of that i had called them 100 of times but their customers service didn't done anything, they just told from my first call that to wait just for tomorrow we will pick up your order.
                                      And customers services telling me that to ship your product by your own with your own money and then we will refund your money so please tell them that these not my work it's yours.
                                      This is very poor customer service i have ever got from amazon which any customers doesn't want.
                                      So please solve my problem as soon as possible and refund my money.

                                        I have experienced amazon in many countries as a customer-centric company. Their response has always been very quick and the effort has always been to resolve the issue addressed.in india, they have taken on a new avatar. They just ignore a complaint. I try not to buy from amazon in india and i find it is a loss to me because i like amazon and use it in two other countries: germany and in the uk, they are excellent there.
