I placed the order from account name: Ritika contact no +[protected] on 2nd of November by paying 16000 rs from my credit card.
First they promised that it'll be delivered by 3rd, the whole day I kept on waiting, customer support telling me to wait till 8-9 . But IT NEVER CAME.

SAME THING HAPPENED ON 4TH, where I had clearly told them to deliver it anyhow by 4th night cause from 5-7 I will not be in town.

But they didn't deliver it on 4th as well.

They came on 5th to deliver, where I clearly told them that I'll be back by 7th night so you pls come on 8th.

Today since morning I've been trying to get some info about the delivery but such ### up their customer support services service is that they don't have any solution to the issue.
They are constantly just telling me to wait wait and wait.

### highly disappointed by AMAZON.

Will never order again from such pathetic website who can only take orders but can't deliver them in time.

    On 23rd of october I ordered a Nikon D3400 DSLR from Amazon Prime sale . It was sold by mamidi narayan murthy. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st of october . I was tracking the order on hunty.in . It showed that the order had reached Delhi on 30th of october and was out for delivery on the same day but the order wasn't delivered . On 31st the tracker ID was showing the same message of out for delivery bit not delivered on that day too . Then for 3 days the website showed no updates . The order was supposed to be delivered till 2nd of November so I tried to contact the seller through emails . I also contacted customer care service of Amazon, they said that the seller would contact me in 24hrs but there was no sign of him . On 3rd of November the site was updated and it said the order is out for delivery again . But it didn't reach me . On 5th of November the seller initiated a return of the money, till then I kept writing mails to him but there was still no sign of him . So I contacted Amazon on 5th of November, they further contacted to seller and I got to know that my package was lost and they didn't inform me about that . I asked Amazon to convey the seller that I don't want refund, I want want my package since I waited 2 weeks and wasted my time on tracking it and on customer service . They told me that the seller will contact me in 24 hours but there is no sign of him till now . Then I get a mail from Amazon that the reason for refund is customer return, I mean how can you blame a customer for this even when he didn't ask for refund . There is still no sign of seller, and the tracking service's website is not working . They just used my money for festive season and then they return it, this is the service we get through Amazon . I made the payment through credit card so the money will be reflected on credit, that means I have to use that money on credit, otherwise it's blocked . I am very disappointed by Amazon's service and hence I am going to file a case in consumer court against Amazon. Every day I wasted at least an hour I making calls, writing mails and they blamed me for return .Amazon service has no solution for a replacement of my product so I don't have any option left but to file a case against them

      I had purchased a Sujatha Juicer Mixer grinder from Amazon India (E-Emporium as vendor) on 22nd Oct. Which arrived by 30th Oct. However since it had some issues I had asked for replacement which was not honoured by Amazon. Every time I called their customer care they used to tell me that it had been cancelled or the executive could not reach me on the phone.

      It does not even refund the money when their system triggered saying the product did not get dispatched from my side. The order number is Order#[protected]

        I have purchased F&D F3800X 5.1 Speaker and OnsiteGo 2 Year Extended Warranty for Audio Systems (Rs. 0 to 5, 000) 10th October 2018.
        I have successfully returned both items due to quality issues.

        I got a mail stated that,
        1) Your refund of Rs.4049.10 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by[protected].
        2) Your refund of Rs.359.10 has been processed successfully on[protected]. The amount should reflect in your account by 10/26/2018.
        3) The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 711796.

        I have contacted Bank Customer care and Branch for refund status and Amount is not credited into my bank account.

          One plus 6t mobile was ordered as delivery was promised 5th nov for a special occasion.
          1. Packet reach coimbatore hub on 5 nov 8 am not delivered till now (8th 2 pm)
          2. No help from amazon customer service. No update what happened to the packet.
          3. If they cannot deliver, customer should be given option to pick up from local hub. Since last 3 days no update.
          4. Everyday different operator in customer service gives different story.
          5. No solution, no information being given to customer - where is the packet? Why no delivery when tracking shows packet has reached local hub.

          I am totally frustrated and no end to my agony even today.

            I placed a pantry order on amazon on 2nd november and was given a guaranteed delivery date of 4th november. Since i didn't got the product on 4th november i called their customer care number on 5th november and the executive assured that my product will be delivered in 24 hours. After waiting for two more days when i called the customer support, the executive said, if you want you can cancel your order. After waiting for almost a week and calling customer support multiple times, now they are saying to cancel my order. One thing to point out is that the customer support team always talk very politely and assure you that your problem will be solved or they have escalated your complaint etc but the reality is that once you disconnect the call, you will not get any follow ups from amazon and your problem will hardly be solved. I also subscribed to their prime membership thinking that i will get faster deliveries and priority support but i think it's waste. After this experience with their customer support i can clearly say that flipkart customer support is far better than amazon, because when you register a complaint on flipkart, the flipkart team will follow up with you until your problem is completely solved. When a customer has waited long timefor his order and asking him to wait more or cancel the order after being assured guaranteed delivery is not acceptable. I completely lost trust on amazon after this incident as their was no follow ups to my problem and i had to contact customer support myself. If this is the type of customer service amazon is offering i think it's better to stay away as other options are available in the market.

            The company said that some of the products were out of stock, hence my order got stuck, they said they will refund the amount and cancel the product from their end and also refund the cashback discount i availed.

              Amazon logistics are the most difficult of them all. When for delivery, the delivery person will never call from the phone number provided by amazon to the customer. If you don't pick up, the next moment, the delivery status will show that the parcel could not be delivered today as you were not at home. On top of that, if you call the delivery person and ask, he will say that if you have any grievances with his behavior/functioning, please tell amazon immediately and he will know how to sort it out. Besides, amazon goes by the word of their adamant staff only and are not bothered for their customer. With such attitude, the company is bound to sink.

              Amazon delevry a product 7days late and they delevry a damaged product and aftt complain
              they are not picking there damaged product i complain on 29-oct and today is 5-nov.
              And customer service of Amazon talking with a rude words
              Order number D[protected] for a book named men from the Mars and women from the Venus on 21/10/2018 . But it is not delivered till now. So refund my cash .

                I was cheated and fooled by Amazon with fake promises. I have ordered TIMEX J 102 WOMEN'S WATCH from Amazon India tracking I'd is[protected] purchased on 25th october and was promised to be delivered on 31th October. They stopped providing information through trackers then i talked with customer service they told me it will arrive by 1st of November after that they told me to wait, the product is delivered to you between 2 to 3 November. I kept waiting for the product but it was not delivered by Amazon to me. Then I call the customer service again and then they said wait till 6th of November we will provide you the product with 100% guarantee or we will replace it otherwise you can order the same product again and we will provide you the product at the same price. But now they are saying that we will not replace it and we will not provide you at the same price . They are fooling me and wasting my valuable time. I need to file a complaint against these people please help me. The name of the customer executive who told me to replace it or if replacement not possible we will provide you the product at same price is C. MANI & DILEEP

                    I am a prime member. I ordered an hp laptop (15q-ds0009tu) and mouse on[protected]. On 5th, i received a message saying, it will be delivered. Then evening, i got a message saying they couldn't contact me, so it will be delivered on 6th. Then on 6th at 4.09pm, i got a message saying, item was refused at the time of delivery! Nobody came home. Nobody phoned me either. On amazon site, it is "item marked as rejected by you - returning to the seller." (Tracking id[protected]

                    I always buy electronic products and things for babies from amazon. Never had a problem, until i bought a more valuable thing like a laptop! Suddenly they couldn't contact me!

                    If this is how they behave to prime members, what's the point in paying for prime?

                      I ordered 2 products(Tracking ID[protected] and Tracking ID[protected] through Amazon in sale. one of them were ordered Via Prime (2 days Guaranteed delivery). I didn't received any Call or message from delivery guy, though the Delivery date for both product crossed more than 2 days. After calling Customer Executive they said within 24 hrs i will receive my product, i waited fr 2 days but nothing happened. Then they asked me to pick up from Amazon nearest hub, once i reached there, i got to know that building is closed from last 1 month. Now they are asking me to cancel the product or wait fr delivery ( but they didn't confirm by when it will be delivered.) After that once i requested for Cancel they added comment there "Customer Refused Delivery". Customer took leave for their delivery, Customer went to the nearest hub fr getting their delivery but just they dont want to take their responsibilities they closed the Incident by adding above comment.

                        I am very heart fully issue affected in Amazon transportation delivery trivandrum anayara office. I odered a product with Amazon site( one plus 6t amount with 42000) i also paid with my card on 2 Nov friday and I also selected guaranteed delivery for 2 day and they have paid additional 80 rupees from my account. And I'm tracking the product on Monday the item has been arriving in trivandrum office. But they have not...

                        I got product delivered today as soon as the product got delivered the agent misbehaved to my wife asking about her through her whatsapp number. I am frequent customer of amazon and i am very much frustrated in this case. I hope there will be severe action from your end in this case

                          The issue that i have experienced was: order expected delivery november 5th 2018, but delivery agent called me on 3rd november and asking me to come and collect order from his place, i said no and given complaint on same day to amazon, and again on 5th of november agent called me and asking extra money for delivery, again i said no and he is not delivered, later in the same day i call to amazon support and cancelled my order. Amazon wasted my time and money and now again they are telling that amount will returned after 3-5 days of product reach to seller for reaching product to seller will take next 10 days and again refund 5 days total 25 days of my time is wafted and money, it even not my mistake it amazon mistake

                            I ordered a slim slot for my lenovo k6 note gold mobile.. That reached at payyannur and collected by ur amazon agent from payyannur. But he didn't distributed that to me. Why r u behaving like this.. U don't have any responsibility to ur costomers?
                            Anyway i am not happy with ur service.
                            So i need my ordered item soon.
                            We r ordering any from u, that's for our emergency needs. But u r not giving the seriousness.

                              I ordered (Order no[protected], dated 30/10/2018) 20 nos. Citra led string strips (15m each) which was delivered to my address by ashish electricals india, a33, ground floor, industrial area, wazirpur, new delhi-110052 on 4/11/2018. But the items supplied were not as per my order, also not as per your bill of supply. They supplied 12/12.5m each strips. I used the lights for diwali purpose since there was no scope to return or change before diwali. Please enquire why your supplier could not deliver the correct item.

                                    I have ordered samsung 253 litres refrigerator on 28th october when i am ordered it showed the estimated date of delivery 1st or 2nd november when i have contacted customer service they told within two days the delivery will be done and when i contacted on 4th november they told me we are working on it wait for 48 hours and after 48 hours on 6th november when i contacted customer care they told me our senior associate will call in 1 hour but they did not call me and on 7th november when i contacted they told me the refrigerator is out of stock after 9days they are telling product is out of stock first they did not inform me about product is out of stock when i called first time customer service if the product is out of stock why should they provide information product is available on website and only i should ask every time and contact customer service they told many time we will inform in 1 hour but they did not inform or call me i wasted my money and time if the product is unavailable i would purchased from some other place why they provide false assurance we will provide delivery 3 to 5days if they can't provide they should not give assurance we will provide delivery in 3days or 5days for wasting my time and money please provide refund and penalty charges for wasting my time and once again i will never trust amazon worst service i have seen ever

                                      The above order was placed for three items and got only two items were delivered with one item missing. After receiving the parcel and contacting customer services for missing item, another order was placed. Now the missing item is not getting delivered when needed despite of parcel reaching final destination. Was on phone with customer service for hours now. No one was able to help. Spoke to jagan who is customer service manager based out of pune location. He was not able to help and was not able to escalate. He was not willing to log this as a complaint.
                                      Now, me as a customer who ordered items for a specific purpose was not able to get the delivery. It has caused me a major inconvenience.
