I have been a regular and prime customer of Amazon.in for more than 1 year. They have charged around 999/- for prime membership offering faster and assure delivery at my home address. I have ordered dozen of product in very short period of time. But non of them were delivered at my home address and returned to re-seller. I have been complaining about the same to Amazon customer service but all get nothing but consolation. They are not providing me proper solution and every time time come up with reason that package is returned because it was damaged. I need compete clarification regarding each product which wasn't delivered. and I want my membership fees to be refunded as the service which was promised is not fulfilled .

    Dear Concern,

    I have order heavy duty foldable on 30-oct-2018 of Rs1249/-.Initially the delivery date was 5-sep-2018, but till not delivered and revised date was 8-sep-2018. Today is last date to pay my credit card payment . I haven't paid my credit card bill nor product delivered. With frequent calls now you have informed that product was lost in transit.Because
    Delay my bank has been charging me 550+GST For late payment of credit card bill.

    I need compensation for not delivered and my money was holding with you for this period.

      Amazon India did not deliver my item containing stapler instead of repeatedly asking about refund for it instead they stated a false statement saying that they delivered my item.The order was made on 26 september but resolution was still not provided and customer care representative are misbehaving when asked for.This is torture to genuine customers worst service by amazon India and such incidence are occurring on regular basis

        Amazon delivery service is worst. The delivery agents doesn’t respond properly & also rejects the parcels by themselves. I have complained amazon for this but still there service agents repeats the same. Delivery agents ask us to come to the place where they are, instead door delivery. Amazon prime delivery of no use as its only our loss of money. The deliver ery never comes. They update reports falsely as the system is under there control. Please be careful to shop on amazon.

          I had a order placed with amazon on 13th june 2018 with id[protected] the item was a "samsung 80 cm (32 inches) hd ready led tv 32fh4003 (Black)" i had a prime membership at that point of time (It was purchased on 9th jul 2017 with id[protected]. I was due a 10% cash back on sep 20th latest as i had used my citi bank credit card that had that promotional offer at that point of time. I have called the customer support repeatedly for close to 4 times now. Every time some one promises it will be resolved in 6 working days.. But that never happen. I am almost fed up and looking for a way to sue the company for what they have done to me and the mental stress they have caused.. I was due close to 2000 inr as cashback for that order.

            I register complain for product return on amazon on 5th November 2018 and got pickup date 8th November 2018, but no one came for pickup, next day i again register complain for product return then i got pickup date for 9th November 2018.
            On 9th November 2018 i got a call from courier boy (name AMAN) said i will not come on given address so you come to me with product. Again i call to customer car service on amazon but they did not take any action against courier service.
            I want to complaint against amazon courier service and amzon india coustomer care service for not pickup product since 3 days.

              Second time Amazon cheated me.The courier arrived at the TVM at both time, but the agent doesnt delivered.2 times they returned back to seller without informing me.By giving money simply i have wasted 30 days forthe delivery.

              Very much irritated with the amazon.Most of times the delivery agents are not picking the phone.The customer care executives are saying foolish things only..
              The seller is contacted for knowing the feedback.But without getting the product how can i send a feedback.By this type of activities from amazon, it will affect the seller credential also

                I received message on 7th November as Arriving today however by eveining receives another message as We attempt to deliver your order & The courier will attempt to deliver again.

                The same messages on 8th November as arriving in moring & failure on the evening however there was no phone call or any attempt/visit of delivery to my home happened.

                Not sure why AMAZON follows this strategy this is either to showcase that they tried to deliver on November 7th as per order expectation though it didnt happened because this sounds like problem happened from consumer end where nobody was there to receive the delivery.

                Attached my tracking details for more insight.

                Once again bad experience with AMAZON.

                  I have been ordered in amazon website on 17.10.2018. Till date 09.11.2018 the item is not delivered, i have been contacted with the customer care n no of times, they are telling they have been lost in transit, i am not okay with the answer which they proposed as below.
                  1. Refund only product cost
                  2. Rs.50 as penalty
                  3. One month prime extension

                  I am not satisfied with above reply becasue

                  1. Since the product lost they have to inform, i haven't received any call or mail, instead of this i have got mail like, the item is delivered.
                  2. How can i rate item without.

                  How many days the amount which i paid can hold?

                  Still they are not clear about the delivery of the product.

                  What is the penalty?
                  Item cost: rs. 245
                  I need it like per day rs. 1000 * 25 =25000.

                    Amazon india customer care just gave me a clarification that they cannot guarantee/promise a delivery date for the products ordered. So in effect the company is taking money retaining it with them for weeks and making profit out of it until the product reaches us.

                    The customer service also gave me a go ahead to raise a complaint in court as this was not this concern. Such blatant disregard for ethics and integrity

                      I ordered air fryer and it got delivered today (09/11/18). My grandfather gave him money, as i was inside the room. As he gave him more money than requird amount he counted and took all money, by chnce i came out and asked him how muchmoney have you given, he said delivery boy counted he said the amount is ok. I went out side and he was about to start his vehicle, i caught him and he returned extra amount. He said i was about to return. This are your delivery boys amazon.                         Hello,

                        This is regarding the recent issue faced or you can say still facing with amazon.in.

                        I ordered a product from amazon, basically it is a laptop worth 35000 on 6th of this month with one day delivery option i. E it should be delivered by 7th of november by 9:00pm.

                        But the issue started from the delivering of the product, they missed the deadline as promised and they delivered me by next day morning around 7:00am.

                        Till then i was in my patience as i know they can refund my delivery charge.

                        But when i opened the laptop, its completely not working. It got stuck in the middle asking me to connect to the internet. I tried all the ways but couldn't connect to lan as they area is a kind of remote location.

                        Till the time i have already contacted the service desk around 5-6 times. Now again i need to contact them for the damaged product, upon contacting the customer service department told me to contact dell support service.
                        After contacting them they informed me that there is a need for a strong internet connection which i informed them that i don't have here. They informed that it cannot be done using hotspot. I said ok i will contact the amazon customer service. At least i should be able to login then we can update but here starting itself i am unable to get into to the system itself.
                        Now customer service transferred the call to the amazon technical team where i again explained them the whole things and they said they want a denial letter from dell.

                        I informed the team that i have been tossed like here to there without any reason and i cannot contact them again and transferred the call to the customer service.
                        Now they have informed me that they will refund my money when the product is been returned or taken from my home.
                        Till now nothing is been done. The product is with me. Do you really think i need to contact them day by day for this laptop. How many times do i need to contact the amazon customer service. From ordering the laptop to till now i have contacted them multiple times and i m lying now in between the product and amazon customer service.
                        Neither i got the refund nor i got the product replaced.
                        I have talked almost 3 supervisors and around 6 customer service agents and now i have a defective product. I even informed them to give a callback when the supervisor is available, still no call on this.
                        After getting completely fed up for just one product, i am completely done so i came here now.
                        Even i informed them that i will be taking this to a higher level so make sure a callback is been arranged. I was about to travel to bangalore for a surgery of one of my family member. I have just cancelled my train just to get this product and i received a damaged one. Contacting the customer service, they informed me that the refund or pickup will be made by tomorrow or today evening. Now i was about to leave to bangalore by evening and now i have cancelled that too just for a product.

                        Its about 35000 where i need to have a check on this but this is not the way. I have requested them multiple times to deliver on time and the product should be fine. Despite of these many follow up i got this experience.

                            Hi,

                            I have placed an order on amazon.in with order number #[protected] on 28th october 2018 and the item is dispatched on 29th october 2018 with the tracking details provided with the website theshippy.in. This tracking website (Theshippy.in) doesn't contain the contact number or email address. Also, "leave a reply" option is not getting any response regarding the courier tracking shown on the website. No replies either from the website theshippy.in
                            The courier company details and awb number are not provided but an indirect tracking is provided in amazon.in using theshippy.in tracking website.
                            I have contacted the seller in amazon.in using "ask a question" to the seller option but no response regarding the courier or the delivery status.
                            I have waited till today (8th november 2018) expecting the delivery but still the order is not delivered.
                            The tracking on the website is showing "out for delivery" since 2 days but no one from any courier company called me for the delivery.
                            Contacted amazon.in but they are saying that the a-z guarantee escalation team will contact the seller for the order delivery but the delivery is not guaranteed.

                            Amazon.in resolution claims team are cancelling the seller fulfilled orders instead of arranging the delivery of the already dispatched items without stating any interaction details.
                            Why is then amazon.in hosting such sellers who can't deliver the item to the customers ordered on amazon.in website, wasting 2 weeks of precious time of the customers during the festive season?
                            It is really suspicious that all the orders are getting cancelled and not delivered.

                            I want the ordered item, which is already dispatched on 29th october 2018, to be delivered without any cancellation.
                            Please arrange for the delivery of the ordered item without any cancellation.

                              Last month I took Amazon Prime membership worth Rs. 999. On 2nd November 2018, I have ordered a product "Mi A2 mobile", order no.[protected] with expected delivery of 3rd November 2018.

                              Unfortunately, I don't received the product till 6t November 2018. I received the amazon agent number on 5th November through message saying the product will be delivered through him today (5th November 2018). I called the number more than 12 times, but the person didn't picked the call. on 5th November night at 8.40pm I received a missed call from the delivery person and received a text message saying "We could not could not deliver the product as we contact you on the phone". On 6th November 2018 I called the same number and he picked the call saying, he is on leave and will not deliver the product.

                              I had similar delivery related experience (giving missed call in the night) with last order dated 14th October 2018 (order no.[protected].

                              I spoke to amazon customer care persons, executive and leader to get the current product also to escalate the issues happening with delivery services. Even after that the order and issues hasn't taken seriously.

                              Since the product[protected]) couldn't delivered, customer service team asked me to place replacement order for the same product which I didn't received, saying they will place the new order and will deliver the product through different delivery services by 8th November 2018.

                              I am still facing the same issues with delivery services with new order (order no[protected] placed on the 6th November 2018 with expected delivery on 8th November 2018. Today I got the delivery agent number through text message with delivery by 9.00pm. Today also, I tried to contact delivery person many times but he didn't picked. When I again contacted amazon customer care at 8.50pm, I received a missed call (on the delivery address mobile number) from delivery person and received text message "We could not could not deliver as we contact me on the phone".

                              Even after speaking to customer care and addressing the delivery person issues, I haven't received the product yet.

                              Today also after speaking with amazon customer care executive for the issues escalated on 3rd, 4th and 5th November 2018, I don't get any answers that why is this happening from delivery services.

                              How the delivery person "giving missed calls" and I am getting the messages as delivery person "We could not could not deliver as we contact me on the phone". Why is this happening?? even after escalating the issue on 3rd, 5th and 6th November 2018 why I am not getting the any updates on issues with delivery services not getting resolved ?? Why the product not delivered today also with this new order too??

                              Since 3rd November I am speaking with customer care, and they are promising every time to deliver the products by end of the day and in night they say we'll deliver tomorrow, but now its 8th November still I am waiting to get the product.

Date i am purchased two Saree was 16.09.2018 of cost Rs.838 from amazon india. date 16.09.2018 bt SBI debit card. Due to damage i returned this item on 22.09.2018. On September 24 amazon issue a refund Rs.838.                                   Received the product on 07/11/2018 with missing part, paid rs.1080.00 and after a while applied for return as i realised the matter on 08/11/2018 between 1.00pm-7pm which was initiated for which i received message on 08/11/2018, but again received a message from phone no[protected] that my pickup has been cancelled, this is ridiculous. I want to return the defective product for which i paid money but i am illegalily not allowed to do so. Kindly take drastic action and resolve the issue as early as possible.

                                    The delivery boy calls and says that your order can not be delivered at home and calls you half km away to pick order.
                                    If you reject to do so, he does not delivers your order and if you warm him for complaints he is least bothered.
                                    I ordered induction stove with prepaid payment and still can't get it due to above mentioned reason.
                                    This is not the first time i have experienced such things, it is regular behaviour of the delivery men.
                                    If the same behaviour happens again i am never going to use amazon services.

                                      The order was placed on 27 Oct 2018 and the expected delivery date was 31 Oct 2018. Also i got the message on the same date at 9:49 AM that the order is Out for delivery (Ph: [protected]). But till now i dint received the order. I have called the Amazon customer care twice and also had Chat twice. Every time the person from Amazon has assured that I will receive the call from delivery guy and the order will get delivered the next day by 2 PM. But nothing happened and as my last attempt i have called the courier company (Ecom Express - +[protected] and they also assured that the order will get deliver by next day. But my bad it dint happened. I have wasted so much of time and calls for one order and also got mental tension because of fake assurance.

                                        I has placed an order of 10059.rs on 24th and 25th both days included. After Which i have Returned few products and the billing amount was reduced to around 5600. Even then for which i am Eligible for 1000 cash back according to there terms and conditions but for the products which i have returned amazon India has minused the cash back amount and imitated the refund. After calling them many times they have responded telling its only on the first order but in the terms and conditions there no mention of this.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
