Amazon, i am writing this complaint about my order#[protected] ordered on 26 october 2018. When i received this order, i found the defect on this product with blue dot on screen, with an immediate action, i called amazon cc and he told me that there is no technician can be sent to my address, so asked me to wait for 24 hours. Since i didn't get any response, after 24 hours, when i called again to cc, they asked me to modify the address first then asked me to delete all address and enter the new one. After a long hold, they came back that they cannot put my replacement because the actual address is deactivated and the only option that was given to me is to just get the refund. Now, since i ordered this product with an exchange of my old phone, i end up with no phone with me that i can use, along, now when i got the refund the exchange amount is transferred to the gift card which is pathetic.

Now, i don't even have the choice but to buy something unnecessary stuff from # amazon. But one thing i still want to complain that i don't know your system but customer care know it very well, with all cc guidance that i followed up, i end up with my money and no phone in my hand. Tell me who is responsible for it?

    Iam laxmi rao iam deeply unsatisfied by the way amazon has handled my issue i had ordered a product from amazon a phone and the payment was made but today when i checked on the order page it shows that my order has been returned to the seller when contacted customer service they say my account was put on hold neither i received an sms or a mail regarding the matter why my account was put on hold and why my product is being returned kindly explain the issue my order i'd is[protected] please notify me

      I ordered kids study table with chair on 14th oct. Order number :[protected]. I got the item on 21st oct, but since i noticed that the item was very old and damaged i called up the customer care and requested for refund. I got the update that they will pick up the faulty part on the very next day, but the pick up was not done. I called again on 23rd and 25th, both times i got the same update that the faulty item will be collected on the next day. I called them again on 27th and asked for the reason for not refunding the money. This time the customer care executive today me that they want a photograph of the faulty part and then only they can initiate the refund. This was not told me on the first 3 occasions and they had promised every time that the part will be collected on the very next day. Since i was not happy with the response, i told the customer care executive that i want to escalate it to higher level, but she refused to give the phone to her manager or senior executive. She requested to provide the photographs of the faulty item and promised that the faulty item will be collected in the next 24 hours without fail and once they receive the faulty item, the refund will be processed without any further delay.

      Since i properly packed the furniture, it was difficult for me to open it again. However i took the snapshot of the damaged item and sent it to the provided email id immediately after the call.

      Till now the part was not collected and the only response i got as of now are 3 text messages that the part will be collected today.

      I am fed up with the amazon service and also the unprofessional attitude of the customer care team. I just want to know when you are going to refund the money. If amazon is not interested to collect the faulty item, at least you have to refund the money to the customer. I need a proper update on it otherwise i will approach the consumer court and will take legal actions against amazon.

        My name is rehan qureshi. I have placed an order on 11th october2018,. And on 17th october they deliver me the product. Which was duplicate product so i made a replacement request and it replaced on 18th october but the product was same so i requested for return. The return pickup was on 18th but the pickup agent neither called nor recieved my call. Next day i rescheduled but no one come to pick. So every time i call amazon executive said that "sir humne apka product escallation par lga diya he kal tak pakka pick up ho jaega", it reschedule on 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 but no one picked up.. So i talked to senior exceutive then he said "sir aapka product kal tak pickup ni hota to hume self send kar skte h jo address bill par h through any courrier service and mail the slip given by courrier service then we will initiate a refund for product as well as courier charges. So self send on 24th october and also mail the slip. But when i called the customer executive he said,"we can initiatate refund only after the product reach to fullfillment centre". Its 29th october fedex executive told me that" sir jisko apne product sent kia he wo product accept ni kr rha bol raha h ki peak hours (Sale season) me hum product ni lete apka product hold pr he or diwali ke baad hi ho paega". He give me his contact number and said sir talk to amazon so thai i can deliver your product. But when i called amazon executive said that we cannot talk to thir parties. He further said" jab apka product fedex se return hokar a jae to hum fr se return generate kr denge.
        Amazon is making me fool everytime i call them. Not providing the solution its more then 12 days.
        I am preparing for govt exam time is very important for me.. Please sir help and advice me the procedure to go to consumer court.. I have all the proofs as well as call recordings.

        I ordered a Sand disk memory card & recieved in faulty condition. I am really fed up with amazon. I didn't recieve the refund amount of two product which i have refunded. I never expect this type of service from Amazon.I will advice my colleagues & friends not to buy product from Amazon.
        Amazon appointed delivery boy from my area is very rude and not suitable for his job

          I have ordered one item in amazone site actually my order date on22 nd oct, then also it will be delivered nov2nd. Today 28th i got one email about that order has been returned to seller due to packing damaged. I think its the drama from distributor side beacuse its heavy duty material of royal enfield. I am totally trapped this order was already paid the amound. Till yesterday i have wait for that order. Totaly waste of my time, i believed amazone but its totally now un satisfield. I had order this item rs.624 then now i didn't get the offer now its price is 1118 rs. Totally i am dislike and unsatisfield.
          First of all you will maintain customer satisfication... Otherwise your mark is zero.
          I will put on one case file to consumer court aginst this amazone site.

            I had ordered a product on 25th October 2018. Order number[protected] to my home in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh. The phone number registered to the account cannot receive calls, however messages are received. I got the message "Arriving by 9pm: Your package with AURION 20 kg Vinyl Plates.. is on road with our AmzAgent([protected]) & will be delivered by 9pm. http://amzn.in/d/7anLkm9" on 28th October at 8:00 am. Since I know that the delivery guy cannot call me, I called him at 13:00 with my other number and told him to call on my new number. He said he will be there in 5 minutes. I called him again, then he said it will take him more than 2 hours. I waited for him. I then called him after 4 hours. And he did not receive my calls. At nearly 18:30 his phone was out of coverage area. I then tried at 19:00 and again at 20:00. I guessed he would have been busy. And then at 20:37 this message comes. "We could not deliver AURION 20 kg Vinyl Plates for Home Gym as we could not contact you on the phone. Re-attempt on next working day. http://amzn.in/d/eVyJp8p". Now, when I explicitly told him to call on my other number, why couldn't he contact me. I thought I will do whatever is told on the text and try the next day. So, today, 29th October, I called him again at nearly 12:30. Told him, he recognised me and told me that the given number was invalid and I reminded him of the conversation we had yesterday. He said he will be delivering the product within 2 to 3 hours. After 4 hours I called him again. Now he started ignoring my calls. I messaged him with my number and name and address. He still didn't come. And then again at nearly 18:00 his phone was out of coverage area. I tracked my order and it says "Returning to seller". Now what exactly can I do? And even if he could not contact me on my number, he could have easily delivered at my house as I was there the whole time. Who is responsible for the lost time and energy?

            I also tried calling Amazon Bilaspur Office, but the number that is given on Google seems to be invalid. Hiw exactly can I now contact them if the delivery guy ignores my calls and they have givem the wrong number to Google or haven't updated it?

              I purchased amazon tv firestick and it was supposed to be delivered on 25th october 2018, but it was not delivered on that day, next day i received call from the delivery agent i picked up call but he disconnected and instantly i received message that delivery was attempted, i contacted customer care next day and they promised that it will be delivered by day end it was not delivered and same thing happened next day also and next day also and i have not received product yet, i asked the customer care executive if compensation will be provided for the hassles he did not respond so i got frustrated and i lodged this complaint.i need compensation for the harassment caused along with the product.

                I feel Amazon has become another website to cheat it's customers. I needed the product for some special occassion and hence ordered as the delivery time was shown much before that occasion. However the product was shipped much later than that occasion. Since the product is non returnable, I called customer care to cancel the said product even before shipment. I was told to call for cancellation once the product gets shipped. As soon as I receive the shipped status in order details I called again to cancel the order. I was assured by the customer care executive that the product will not get delivered and in case I receive the delivery than reject the acceptance. Inspite of several calls to Amazon I got the product at my place. I rejected the delivery but delivery boy told that he has already marked product as delivered and hence cannot take it back. It means before handing the product to me he marked it delivered. I again called the customer service and told the whole scenario. I was told that now Amazon cannot do anything hence you have to keep the product. I requested them that since the cost is high and due to Daly
                in delivery I have already purchased it from outside but they are not ready to listen and said you do whatever you can, we cannot cancel the order. This is ridiculous on part of such renowned website and I feel they also started cheating customers. I felt very bad since I was under impression that Amazon is an MNC and has high standards of customer service but I was wrong.

                    I ordered a wonder chef blender from Amazon and want it urgently so I paid for same day(next day) delivery. But even after 3 days I do not received my product. even I call your representative but they do not ready to deliver on specified time (7PM to 9 PM).
                    So just I want you to deliver my product and refund my money. I also want to stop Amazon's this paid delivery service as they do not deliver on time and just loot the money of customers.

                      I am suffering an delivery issue from amazon which seems to be a common problem for all amazon customer after reading reviews from different social media platforms and now i found myself a victim of the same.

                      I have placed an order of philips multimedia speaker with order no[protected]) from my account registered with mobile no. ([protected]) which i received on the requested date for which i am thankful to amazon team but the product was damaged so it is fault of the supplier not the amazon keeping this mind i placed a replacement of the product the same day i received the order and request the amazon customer care to deliver my order on saturday i.e. 27-oct-18 as no one is available to receive the order on weekdays even my neighbour.
                      Despite requesting the rescheduling i receiced a message on monday i.e. 23-oct-18 that my package is out for delivery so i contacted amazon customer care to re-schedule my order again to 27-oct-18.

                      Here begin my journey to call amazon customer care and delivery person every single day for rescheduling the order as for every single day in the morning i received message from amazon the order is out for delivery inspite of my repeated requested of rescheduling the order to 27-oct-18 and today when the day arrived for delivery the order status shows me the package is held and can not be delivered because of amazon failure attemp to deliver the package on dates for which i never requested and also tell them to not deliver on weekdays as no one will be available to receive.

                      If we look at the above scenario when a delivery person comes each day when the package was not expected it incurrs a lot of cost to amazon which can be used to raise the compensation of amazon employee or to increase the standard of customer service.

                      Today i again call customer care and talk with manisha claims to be a senior executive from amazon and she assure me of delivery by today which i see as not possible cause the order status is same as it was before that it can not be delivered and suffering a lot of mental stress of daily calling the customer care for rescheduling and delivery boy to not come to my home as he will be wandered for no reason.

                      I request you all to provide me feasible soluntion to the issue.

                        Hi! I ordered a mobile handset of Nokia 6.1 3 days back and it was supposed to deliver today as mentioned in the instruction of delivery status. When delivery boy came and I was asked about my product, He asked me about the OTP confirmation which I really did not know because it was not my first order which I ordered from Amazon and I told him that I don't have any OTP with me as I did not get any on my number. I do have the order number and the payment details that I already paid through online (Advanced). He said i am going to give you this order unless you did not show me the OTP. I again said that I dose not have any OTP with me and I have the one which I have got when I was doing the payment for this order. He again denied to deliver the product and ran away. I also called to the Amazon customer care and told them all the story and they said that we really don't need any OTP for delivering the order and they said you will get your order after October 30th, 2018 which I still don't understand what is the delivering procedure that they are using. It is a very big disappointment as I have already paid for the product online and now they are confused about their delivering procedures. It makes me headache and big sorry for the Organisation which promises to deliver products on time and after providing them in advance payment they are making customers fools. Please, do something about your delivering procedure other wise you lose big numbers of customers.

                          Hi today ur delivery boy called me at 4.36 pm and told me i was trying to call u frm morning if my no. If he could not contact me frm morning its not my fault whn i got a call i upfrontly called him he was too rude on the call. I am trying to call u frm morning and nw what u want me to do shall i come nw or tomorrow and i have submitted the cash i will not accept the cash payment nw u have to pay by card. I was surprised by his behavior and attitude like a road chap he was talking to me. Still i was ready to make the payment even though i had already kept the cash ready to make a payment. Such kind of people can hit the customer also. Plz try to improve on it.

                            I had ordered oneplus 6 (Order #[protected] on 10th of october, 2018, received it on 12th october and the phone was defective, it just became dead after 10 days. I raised a replacement request on the 10th day as amazon provides 10 days replacement policy. I called then the customer representative said technician visit will happen in a couple of days and post that they can initiate replacement, as i dont have a spare phone and i had bought this phone on exchange i requested them to do it earlier and they said ok sir please wait for a day for the technician to contact you, if not call us tomorrow we will order a replacement for you, since then i am continuously calling them but neither the technician came nor the phone.
                            Every time they tell me when you see the product is available in stock call us we will order replacement, when i do that they either tell me that they are not able to order have raised a request with technical team they will do the needful wait for 48hrs or they say we are not eligible to order such costly product, i had a fight with them as for me they are amazon people i can the ceo to place my order, after that they said ok wait for sometime, i will talk to the concerned team and after a long long hold, she told me wait for sometime, i will get an update for my phone replacement, still nothing has happened.
                            This is extremely unprofessional. We buy product online for our comfort but this has caused me major discomfort mentally.
                            If anybody actually reads this, please its a request replace my product i have paid 35k for this and i need my phone. I dont understand why cant amazon people check with their vendor and order a replacement for me. We buy from those vendors on the trust of amazon but this doesnt seem that way. I am deeply saddened by this. I need my phone i ordered or my phone i replaced.

                              I ordered all 6 items on 12/10/2018. Two items reached to me on time. But remain 6 are not reached to me. I complent 3 times to your customer call but they are not satisfying me. And when i track my order there is written like "customer refuse order" it is so worst position of your delivery system. When i call secound time to your customer executive he promises me to it will be reached today at 11 am.
                              I dont want to return my money i want product. You all are very shameless people. You provide third class service to customer.

                                This is in reference to the awb order#[protected] placed on 25th oct with tracking id#[protected]. The delivery was supposed to be on sunday, 28th oct but the agent attempted delivery on saturday instead. I clearly mentioned that i was out of station and would like the product to be sent on sunday instead. He said he was ok. I checked for the order status in amazon app and it was updated to 'delivery will be attempted on sunday'.

                                I never got the package on 28 oct, sunday but on monday, the 29th oct i find that the ordered products are returning to amazon.

                                Amazon should make it clear whether items will be returning back after just one delivery attempt because its really frustrating that after having to wait for so many days for the products i get to see that they have been returned.
                                Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                I have ordered a Micromax tv did online payments 10490/-rs delivery schedule as per Amazon 26 Oct but order not delivered yet your delivery system is too bad
                                Pls resolve my problem and deliver my product

                                    I ordered vivo mobile and i got a mail from amazon that payment was not successful and asked me to pay again within 24 hrs otherwise order will be cancelled.. So i paid again but unfortunately payment remitted twice.
                                    I ordered vivo phone and microsoft 640xl mobile cover but unfortunately i received two mobiles and two 640xl cover. One cover i returned as i have only received the item.

                                    Wen they delivered he mobile, i was out of station and my parents received.

                                    Now amazon is not willing to take back the additional mobile and returning my payment. I need help from the concerned authorities for permission to return the double delivered mobile and refund my payment.

                                    As per amazon terms, we have to return the goods before 3rd november but they are now not responding.
                                    Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    As previously complainer amazon has closed the order with out delivering it as delivered. Cheated me. Please need a serious action and file a case against them. No one has contacted me . I request case on this

                                    I have placed one order on 06 Oct and I paid it on same day and it's shows me that it will be delivered between 24-27 Oct and today I received one email stating that due to undelivered item we are raise an refund and same will be created in 5 working days...when I call them there are not giving me valid reason or any other options...

                                      I had bought Mi bluetooth speaker, but received without charging cable which was included in product description. Replaced the product but again the same issue. Amazon or the seller didn't care to check the product before dispatching it. Refund has been requested, I hope this will be done sincerely. Thanks if you are reading the complaint.

                                        I didn't expect from amazon. Your side helpless only. My total money are wasted. We can't raise manufacturer warranty. They not attend my call or email. All my location does not have any hero shops within 60km. Now this cycle full and full broken. Fully only damaged and wasted part. They cheated me. Please check i already informed many times. Alos i was send repair bill also. My total rs.7909 is wasted. I bought from amazon. But i didn't expect helpless customer care in amazon. You both are cheated me. I'm very disappointed my money lose. Please give my money back or give compensation. Please call me if you need any information.
