Order#[protected] is yet not delivered, which was expected on 14.10.18. Also status is updated "attempted to deliver" where as no one call me or reached at the mentioned address, then how they attempt to deliver my order.

Till today 15/10/18 i did not received my order and nobody from your side tried to contact for delay in delivery.

Is this kind of service amazon.in is providing to prime customer?...

Agent packing case collected and but not forward to amazon in my inquiry from agent. You are requested to refund amount in my account as missing items during shipping time....

I was buying books from amazon and selected to buy the books from same seller but taking charges for each books.
Please do something in this regard and resolve this issue because this can lead to people not buy items from online store. L will be thankful to you.
