On 13-oct-18, i purchased moto g5s plus. It stopped working on 19-oct-18, as it was a faulty product - first failure. Support person promised action & call back in 24 hrs. He said phones are tested before delivery. This should not have happened. But nothing happened in next 24 hours - 2nd failure. I called again, exchange was scheduled for 21-oct. Delivery didn't give the replacement phone, as bar code was faulty. Phone sent without checking - 3rd failure. System was updated to show customer has refused delivery - 4th failure. Sadly, your system still shows the same. It has still not been corrected - 5th failure. Anyway, when i called, folks apologized and confirmed the bar code issue on replacement phone. First i was told they would do exchange again, and they have logged ticket in their system to fix the issue. Next day support person said, exchange is not possible, as system allows exchange only once, even though exchange never took place - 6th failure. They told me to return the phone. It was picked up 24-oct-18 at 9am. I tried buying again, got a message there is limit of phone from same seller. Limit was not removed even if phone was now in amazon's possession - 7th failure. Support person named mani promised refund in my card by 26-oct-18 and confirmed that i will be able to buy the same phone at same price. When i called again, support person refused the same product at same price - 8th failure. I asked them to raise a request for all the issues i have faced. There was no response. I wrote the whole story as response to feedback of call. Again, no response - 9th failure. On 27th 11pm, full 4 working days after the phone was picked up for return, i was told phone has not reached the warehouse - 10th failure. I still do not have committed date for refund - 11th failure. I have been told, phone is "likely", to reach warehouse in 2 days. Once, it reaches warehouse, refund would be initiated and and it may take 3-5 days for funds to show up in my credit card. After series of 11 failures on part of amazon for 2 full weeks, i have neither the phone, nor my money, nor a promise to ship the same product at same price for which i bought it on 13-oct-18, once all gets cleared up. Faulty products, faulty testing process, faulty delivery process, questionable integritry of delivery guys who make wrong updates, faulty it systems, which have incorrect limits, customers are not reponded back on their complaints, even though horrors have been committed on part of amazon. Its quite a horror story... You are taking your customers for granted!!!
