Dear team,

I live in caribbean and for my old parents i have ordered folding ladder from amazon.in. For last 2 months i am purchasing (4 times) and every time after 7 days they are saying that they will not able to deliver.

In each occasion i have contacted their representative and every occasion they are they apologizing and advising me to order new one and they will take it seriously. They are keep telling...

I have purchased Lenova Laptop Bag 15.5 Inch back pack Black Red (B011RCV8C / JD_05121985_030) thru Amazone online shopping portal.

Recd. same on 30.01.2018.

But the quality of bag is very poor, It was torn form shoulder, stitching quality is very bad.

I do not want use such useless / bad quality bag, cancel the order. Arrange the re-credit the cost which I paid for bag or send us the better...

This mail is regarding my orders made by me and has been cancelled from seller’s side. May I know how it can be possible and how could we believe on bookings that we are making on your website? I booked the phone on 30th jan with amazon promise of delivery on 31th 8:30 pm.

Now its 2 pm on 1st few and i am still awaiting for delivery.

I am expecting your prompt attention here. Also i am expecting 100 rupees back which i paid extra as amazon couldn't stand on their commitment....

I have order the nebilizer for baby to amazon. Ist time order through my relative for me. And tracking detail shows in the account. After some days the part has gone back.
Therefore 2nd order given by me for the same delivery adress. The same cheating for me
Amount has paid both orders ist.
Then i call customer care they me some told me. Delivery adress is wrong. And some item has broken by courrier service.

It is very unfortunate that amazon which has such a stellar reputation for customer service has disappointed big time. Every time i send a mail, it takes weeks for you to respond and then you come back saying that you should respond in 3 days time.

I purchased an item via order number order number:[protected] for an amount of 1255. I returned it through india post consignment number em[protected]in on the 3rd of june...

Today have recive the bp operator order number[protected], very disappointed to sah that the mechine not showing the correct result or giving correct bp.
This is too risky for a paitient as the order mechine not providing the correct result.
However i have order a product first time from amazon and iwas really disappointed from the order product.
Please look into it urgently

Inspite of calling and talking to the person on coustomer care no of times and also sending the detail of my bank statement there is no action from your side. Which is surprising. Kindly resolve the matter fast and credit the cash back amount to my account from which i purchased my mobile....

I have order a dell laptop during great indian sale for 25490
