I want to inform u that I have purchased mobile Moto g5s plus on 24.10.2017. Now there is problem in charging of mobile since a week. Mobile takes too much time in charging and also battery doesn't get fully charged. In Half an hour only two to three percent of battery gets charged. The mobile is under warranty period. and copy of bill is also attached. So you are requested either to replace the mobile or to cure the defect at the earliest. Thanks .

ORDER #[protected] was placed on 14.04.2018 and Rs 4, 857/- was deducted for the same from my account. i canceled the order for some valid reason and till date i did not receive my refund amount back.

    This is regarding the return for an order #[protected]. I raised a return for this item on april 11, 2018. It had been picked up from my place by their courier partner after verification of proper tags and other features without any issue. Now i got an email (No phone) from amazon on april 21, 2018 that the item which i had returned is not the same. I requested amazon to check with their courier partners because he picked it up after verifying all parameters. Also when i told amazon to send me the pictures of the t-shirt which you have received they said we have discarded the item. Rather than checking with their courier partners they are blaming me. I am not new to amazon and buying products from them from last 5 years. I don't think anyone can do such cheap thing just for the sake of rs 719. At least they should have checked with the courier partner once. I request you to kindly look into this matter. Hoping for the positive reply soon.

    My concern is why the courier guy has not been investigated when he successfully collected the item after verifying all parameters. Moreover on being asked to send me the picture what seller received, I got an answer that they have discarded the item. Which is difficult to digest. But being a customer I am bearing a loss.

      Sir, last year i do not found any transaction in my pass book, i have provide the bank account (Bank of baroda) details to amazon.in for refund, but that amount still not credit to my account. I had contact with amazon but they provide refund reference number and suggest to fill charge dispute.
      For amount 2749/- rupees refund reference number is[protected]
      And other amount 1976/-rupees refund reference number is[protected]
      So please check these and provide this amount in my account.

        I have purchased webcam from amazon and received the package yesterday. And they webcams are not working. When i try returning the product it says not eligible for return.
        I called customer service and told them the products which i received yesterday from amazon are faulty. Then they were saying to send the products to vendor by some private courier. Then they will look into it. I don't understand why i should courier to vendor if i have received faulty products from amazon.
        Please help me resolve my problem.

          I have ordered trimmer from amazon. My first order was cancelled and i contacted amazon executives they told me that sir pls order again and this thing will not repeat and if same happens again then amazon will provide you free replacement and they have sent me mail that if amazon fails to deliver your order amazon will provide free replacement and i ordered again and my order again was cancelled and again i contacted amazon executives and now they are telling me that sir our executives have made wrong commitment and making excuses. Pls look in the matter and take action against amazon and ask them provide me free replacement. My order no. Are[protected] and[protected]

            This is in regard with the purchase of a ceiling fan from Amazon.in for which the order was placed on 2.04.2018 with order number[protected] and an amount of INR 2849.00 was paid for the same. The order got delivered on 7.04.2018 to me. When I opened the package, I found the small plastic cup of the fan was damaged. I requested for a replacement for the same. On 9.04.2018 the package got collected from my residence. On 10.04.2018 I received a message from Amazon that said that the replacement order I requested on got cancelled. Upon talking with Amazon, they said that the package was not picked up. Later on communicating with Mr Arjun from Amazon by Email, I received a confirmation mail stating that the package has been collected and is in transit and the refund will be processed once the package reaches Amazon fulfillment center which would be within 10 days from pickup. Today being 16th day from pickup, I mailed them again for the update and I am asked to wait for 3 more days. Amazon being a big company has many employees and every time I call them I need to explain every person as to what I am facing and the same gets more and more difficult to follow up. The executives promise a call back but never call. I have no other option than to raise this issue to the court of law. I have attached the screenshot of the confirmation mail that I received from Amazon. Also since I live in a society under CCTV surveillance, I will be able to get the recording of the pickup.
            Now they have stopped responding to my mails and messages.
            Please help me get back my hard earned money. Also the people should know that Amazon cannot be trusted as much they claim to be trusted.

            I got a call from Amazon today and they are not helpful at all. They are just trying to cover up their mistakes.
            The lady who called me said that there was a telephonic call made from the person from the transportation department of amazon and that I had cancelled the scheduled pick up. I asked her to check the phone records and then conclude on things and she refused to do so.

            If there is any phone record where I spoke to Amazon pickup agent then only there is a possibility for them to ask the same but here since they are not investigating and only concluding, things will not solve. Because they are lying on this and trying to cover up their mistake and save the thief from their side.
            I still need your help.

              I made an online payment of Rs.8999 to buy mobile from www.amazon.in, my payment failed but the amount got debited from my account.Now both my HDFC bank and Amazon is not ready to refund my amount.

              On 23rd February, 2018 my mobile got delivered from amazon, the delivery boy asked me to pay through an Ezap link. The amount of Rs.8999 got debited from my account but the delivery boy said he did not get confirmation so he cannot give me the mobile.He went away with the mobile saying I have cancelled your order, your money will get refunded.

              I raised complain with HDFC bank. Customer care people asked me to wait for 15 days for refund. After 15 days they said amount got successfully credited to merchant account so check with amazon.

              Now amazon customer care asked me fill refund dispute form in HDFC back.I filled the dispute form and they asked me to wait for 30 working days. When i followed up with bank again they said the amount got credited to merchant account.

              When I forwarded this to amazon they are confirming that the payment failed and they did not received the money so check with bank.

              I have attached the bank statement for reference.Kindly let me know how to proceed as I am helpless.

                  This is reference to order no:[protected] for item: fitbit charge 2 wireless activity tracker and sleep wristband (Teal/silver) costing rs.14, 319/-. I ordered this item on 28th march and returned it on 29th march because size was bigger l and i wanted s. I have called 4 times to call centre on 9th, 16th and twice on 20th of april. On 16th i was told by the person that he was initiating refund and i should get it in 5 days as i paid through credit card. On 20th i got shock to hear that some investigation is going on because empty package was received by the amazon. Everybody i am talking and writing to at amazon india singing the same tune :simply refusing to listen me and not ready to refund without answering my queries. They are not anwering my following questions:

                  1 what does your pick-up guy was doing when he picked up the package?
                  2 did he go with empty package (This is what your pickup guys do? Taking empty packages back? Why did't he check what he is picking up?)
                  3 what is not guarantee the person who picked up the item removed it from box?
                  4 why are you not sharing me the details of the person who picked up the item from my home?

                  See attached screen shot showing status of return items. Next time we are going to video record the return of items from ecommerce players.

                    Sir i have ordered an lg ac 1.5 ton delivered on 11 april. Then lg installation executive call me for installation and i am out of delhi so he said when you come back please call us now after coming delhi i have called lg installation guy and after no respond of lg i complain about installation to amazon but no one comes and i call 5 days before to lg installation they say we will come tomorrow. From 5 days no one comes for installation and no one calls. Please help in installation of my air conditioner. Even after calling amazon many times issue is not resolved.                       Really very hurtening by amazon which is having fraudulent and cheating seller as TOYBULK who is not fulfilling the confirmed order and showing status on amazon as deliver between 24-26 expedited delivery and charges as 2898 rupee and after 3 days its status always showing arriving, where as item has not been dispatched, seller and amazon is keeping the customer in dark and payment taken as prepaid.why such type of MNC is having partnership with such seller, it should be penalized and black listed.Amazon urs name is not getting fruitful as trustworthy due to such hurtening and fake promises and belief.People will not trust the such belief of you.plz acknowledge and confirm its action.accord priority and deliver the product with alternate means.I need item not the others ways.

                        Worst service policy - amazon india

                        Firstly, i have received a product which belongs to europe market.

                        1. I ordered color – gold, but i received grey. Though the box says gold.
                        2. The screen alignment is incorrect - heavy risk of getting exposed to dust, water, moisture etc
                        3. The hands-free is duplicate – no bass, my previous mobile is also htc one m8, its hands-free was beats and was amazing. But this one’s sucks
                        4. The charger is not suitable for indian sockets. This means, this mobile is not to be sold in india!, however, i don’t care.
                        5. Mobile is getting heated on charging.
                        6. Mobile switched off automatically after reaching 30% of the battery health.

                        I was promised for a replacement, but now they are saying that due to the product unavailability, they will refund the money.

                        I have taken the product on exchange (Rs.2200), i have exchanged a mobile which was working fine.in-return i got product is a defect one/duplicate.

                        Amazon, support center is so pathetic, that they do not understand the customer feelings! Very poor!

                        I want them to address my issue/ change the policy for the cases like mine.

                          This is to bring in your attention that i purchased a mobile phone one plus 5t mid night black on 24th jan’18 (Amount paid through credit card in advance). The phone got delivered on 27th jan. After opening the packing, i was stunned to see that the phone was not which i ordered instead it was a dummy phone of iphone 7plus. Hence i ordered a return of the product. I didn’t open the seal of the box. The same product got picked up and returned. The new returned product arrived on 31st jan’18. The shocking part is that “again the product was not the one which i ordered instead it was iphone 6s”. This phone was delivered by the courier guy named sultan. I asked the courier guy sultan to open the box and made a video as a proof. Then i called the customer care to inform that the phone is not the one which i ordered. I was advised by the customer executive named shilpa that i need to accept the courier in order to return the product. Also, i made the courier guy to speak to the executive also. I then requested the return, where in the amazon team cancelled my return request thrice for no reason (Return cancelled on 1st, 3rd & 5th feb’18). When i spoke to customer team then i was advised to wait for another 5-10 days as the legal investigation would take place. After 20 days on 24th feb the exchange took place. Then for next 10 days i was informed that they haven’t received the product in the ware house. Then finally i was asked to send the image of my adhaar card for further investigation and wait for another 5 working days. Then 10 days later i was informed that the product received is duplicate and we would not be able to help in any way and can’t provide the refund against the paid amount of rs 32, 999. I request your intervention to resolve the issue for me and get the refund back to me. Your prompt response on this mater will be earnestly solicited. Status

                            Have ordered honor band3 on 4th april 2018, today received the product but found fake product inside the box.
                            Went to check again on amazon website the said item was automatically cancelled.
                            I have paid rs.1500 top the delivery boy and when opened found fake item with non function.

                            Need my money back and how amazon can do such things and allow fake sellers to sell their product on their website.

                              I ordered a iphone 8 plus from amazon and i got the product delivered without the charger and the power cable and also the phone was dead on arrival. I called amazon immediately and told them about the missing accessories and dead phone they told me that full refund can only be done because they had no replacement with them after that they informed me that there is no pickup services available in your location so i gave them my relative addresses for the pickup. The next day ths pickup executive came and rejected the pickup saying that they are not allowed to pick the product with missing accessories and then again i contacted amazon for it they told me that they are creating a new pickup for me and they have forwarded the details about the missing charger and phone dead. The executive came again for the pickup he again rejected the pickup that they have to check the imei no of the phone but he was unable to check because the phone was dead. There were multiple pickup created but no proper details were provided to the pickup executive. I changed my address to the original addres and asked them to create a return from any courier. They created a return saying that the refund will be processed within 48 hours after the product is delivered to us. I agreed to their decision and sent the product through bluedart on 7 april 2018 and the product was successfully delivered to their biwandi warehouse on 10th april. The package was sent in a secure package of bluedart with all the return process images which i have sent them including the courier receipt of the return. On 10th i called them to confirm the delivery of the product they told me that it will take 48 hours for the refund to be automatically initiated if its not done within that time they will manually process the refund. I waited for again 48 hours and called them directly on 13th april they told me to wait again for 48 hours for the refund. I again waited for the refund till 15th. On 15th when i called them they are telling that they have escalated the issue and told me to wait till 18th april. I waited till 18th and on 18th they are saying me that they have not received the product only. Its not possible only. The item was delivered to them on 10th and on 18th they are telling mw that they have not recieved the product. Amazon is fooling me from last 3 weeks and giving me fake promise every time of refund. I also gave them return process images. I have all the evidence that the package is successfully delivered and delivered to the correct address provided to me. The courier bluedart also provided the name of the person who recieved the product "pritam" and they also confirmed the reciipt of delivery. Please consumer court help me in getting my money back to me.

                                I ordered a tshirt from amazon on 1 april 2018 and delivered on 11 april 2018 when i open box i received empty pakage. I complain to amazon. They said that give us 2 days we will refund your amount or replacement the item. After two days when i contact them then they said that we cannot refund your amount we can only replacement the product. Then i said ok. 2 days passed my ordered is packed but not dispatched. I agin contact then and said that i need refund not the product then they said tht we can refund only when the order is dispatched. Now today my order is dispatched and i contacted them now they saing that we will refund only when item is cancled. I try to cancel but item is not cancling. My order number is

                                  I ordered this phone, I wish I ordered from other online service now. Its all because, the product is damaged, its battery is draining fast.
                                  So I just ask to change it, to which amazon india service center said that they will picking that item from me and then they will provide an exchange.
                                  But its now to 1 month and 2 weeks, but no one came yet.
                                  I talked about 9 times I guess
                                  or say 5-6 times
                                  these guys always keep saying you have placed pickup request
                                  but agian next day I get message Its being cancelled
                                  Now the item says it can only be replacable uptill 24th april

                                  I need to file the complain again, because the order Id (which was given by customer service amazon india) was wrong, I checked it again and its different. So they bluffed me again.

                                    I have ordered one pair puma men's white and electric blue, lemonade running shoes-8 uk/india (42 eu[protected] sold by cloudtail india pvt ltd through amazon india on 02 april 2018. I have already paid rs 1727.00 by debit card in advance. Initially company assured that item will be delivered by 9-12 april 2018, after that by 19 april 2018. But today is 23 april 2018.

                                    I have cancelled my leave for this stupid behave by company as well as india post.

                                    I need compensation.

                                      I have ordered aphone which was not charging and then i said them they said they are sendinng a replacment and when i get replacment after 6 days that was missing charger in that
                                      after that I asked them for refund and when they were providing me refund they asked me to give one more chance to amazon and purchase a new phone again and then I again ordered a new phone and that was also dead phone I was asked to charfge that phone to 6 hours after chaarging 6 hours it was still dead then they again said for replacment and said sorry many times
                                      this is happening from 28 march but when I asked them to send the replacment fast they denied to that they were checking my patients I think

                                      I want a proper action against them

                                        Sir i have ordered lenovo k6 power yesterday at 20:44 and the payment was successful (I have amazon account on the number [protected]) but when i checked my orders today, it was not there in my order. Amount was deducted from my account and there was no order confirmation message. I am not able to understand how this order was cancelled automatically.
