This is to bring in your attention that i purchased a mobile phone one plus 5t mid night black on 24th jan’18 (Amount paid through credit card in advance). The phone got delivered on 27th jan. After opening the packing, i was stunned to see that the phone was not which i ordered instead it was a dummy phone of iphone 7plus. Hence i ordered a return of the product. I didn’t open the seal of the box. The same product got picked up and returned. The new returned product arrived on 31st jan’18. The shocking part is that “again the product was not the one which i ordered instead it was iphone 6s”. This phone was delivered by the courier guy named sultan. I asked the courier guy sultan to open the box and made a video as a proof. Then i called the customer care to inform that the phone is not the one which i ordered. I was advised by the customer executive named shilpa that i need to accept the courier in order to return the product. Also, i made the courier guy to speak to the executive also. I then requested the return, where in the amazon team cancelled my return request thrice for no reason (Return cancelled on 1st, 3rd & 5th feb’18). When i spoke to customer team then i was advised to wait for another 5-10 days as the legal investigation would take place. After 20 days on 24th feb the exchange took place. Then for next 10 days i was informed that they haven’t received the product in the ware house. Then finally i was asked to send the image of my adhaar card for further investigation and wait for another 5 working days. Then 10 days later i was informed that the product received is duplicate and we would not be able to help in any way and can’t provide the refund against the paid amount of rs 32, 999. I request your intervention to resolve the issue for me and get the refund back to me. Your prompt response on this mater will be earnestly solicited. Status

    Have ordered honor band3 on 4th april 2018, today received the product but found fake product inside the box.
    Went to check again on amazon website the said item was automatically cancelled.
    I have paid rs.1500 top the delivery boy and when opened found fake item with non function.

    Need my money back and how amazon can do such things and allow fake sellers to sell their product on their website.
    Attaching, order confirmation, delivery msg, package image, delivery person receipt details.

      I ordered a iphone 8 plus from amazon and i got the product delivered without the charger and the power cable and also the phone was dead on arrival. I called amazon immediately and told them about the missing accessories and dead phone they told me that full refund can only be done because they had no replacement with them after that they informed me that there is no pickup services available in your location so i gave them my relative addresses for the pickup. The next day ths pickup executive came and rejected the pickup saying that they are not allowed to pick the product with missing accessories and then again i contacted amazon for it they told me that they are creating a new pickup for me and they have forwarded the details about the missing charger and phone dead. The executive came again for the pickup he again rejected the pickup that they have to check the imei no of the phone but he was unable to check because the phone was dead. There were multiple pickup created but no proper details were provided to the pickup executive. I changed my address to the original addres and asked them to create a return from any courier. They created a return saying that the refund will be processed within 48 hours after the product is delivered to us. I agreed to their decision and sent the product through bluedart on 7 april 2018 and the product was successfully delivered to their biwandi warehouse on 10th april. The package was sent in a secure package of bluedart with all the return process images which i have sent them including the courier receipt of the return. On 10th i called them to confirm the delivery of the product they told me that it will take 48 hours for the refund to be automatically initiated if its not done within that time they will manually process the refund. I waited for again 48 hours and called them directly on 13th april they told me to wait again for 48 hours for the refund. I again waited for the refund till 15th. On 15th when i called them they are telling that they have escalated the issue and told me to wait till 18th april. I waited till 18th and on 18th they are saying me that they have not received the product only. Its not possible only. The item was delivered to them on 10th and on 18th they are telling mw that they have not recieved the product. Amazon is fooling me from last 3 weeks and giving me fake promise every time of refund. I also gave them return process images. I have all the evidence that the package is successfully delivered and delivered to the correct address provided to me. The courier bluedart also provided the name of the person who recieved the product "pritam" and they also confirmed the reciipt of delivery. Please consumer court help me in getting my money back to me.

        I ordered a tshirt from amazon on 1 april 2018 and delivered on 11 april 2018 when i open box i received empty pakage. I complain to amazon. They said that give us 2 days we will refund your amount or replacement the item. After two days when i contact them then they said that we cannot refund your amount we can only replacement the product. Then i said ok. 2 days passed my ordered is packed but not dispatched. I agin contact then and said that i need refund not the product then they said tht we can refund only when the order is dispatched. Now today my order is dispatched and i contacted them now they saing that we will refund only when item is cancled. I try to cancel but item is not cancling. My order number is

          I ordered this phone, I wish I ordered from other online service now. Its all because, the product is damaged, its battery is draining fast.
          So I just ask to change it, to which amazon india service center said that they will picking that item from me and then they will provide an exchange.
          But its now to 1 month and 2 weeks, but no one came yet.
          I talked about 9 times I guess
          or say 5-6 times
          these guys always keep saying you have placed pickup request
          but agian next day I get message Its being cancelled
          Now the item says it can only be replacable uptill 24th april

          more screenshot of my transcript, also you can see here about how these guys who where telling me that they have everything from their side and there is no pickup available to your doorstep, just transforms after heiring that am going to complain here.

          I need to file the complain again, because the order Id (which was given by customer service amazon india) was wrong, I checked it again and its different. So they bluffed me again.
          Complain :

          For sake of convenience I have filled a duplicate of this complain with replacement order id here :
          The new id[protected]) refers to the replacement issue of same product motog5sPlus
          and older id[protected]) refers to the pickup issue.

            I have ordered one pair puma men's white and electric blue, lemonade running shoes-8 uk/india (42 eu[protected] sold by cloudtail india pvt ltd through amazon india on 02 april 2018. I have already paid rs 1727.00 by debit card in advance. Initially company assured that item will be delivered by 9-12 april 2018, after that by 19 april 2018. But today is 23 april 2018.

            I have cancelled my leave for this stupid behave by company as well as india post.

            I need compensation.

              I have ordered aphone which was not charging and then i said them they said they are sendinng a replacment and when i get replacment after 6 days that was missing charger in that
              after that I asked them for refund and when they were providing me refund they asked me to give one more chance to amazon and purchase a new phone again and then I again ordered a new phone and that was also dead phone I was asked to charfge that phone to 6 hours after chaarging 6 hours it was still dead then they again said for replacment and said sorry many times
              this is happening from 28 march but when I asked them to send the replacment fast they denied to that they were checking my patients I think

              I want a proper action against them

                Sir i have ordered lenovo k6 power yesterday at 20:44 and the payment was successful (I have amazon account on the number [protected]) but when i checked my orders today, it was not there in my order. Amount was deducted from my account and there was no order confirmation message. I am not able to understand how this order was cancelled automatically.                   I purchased books on amazon on 11th of this month using my canara bank debit card. But, i cancelled my order b'coz of wrong adress. Then i'm waiting for refund of 315 rupees. Still i didn't get refund.

                        I bought a combo of schwarzkopf bc bonacure repair therapy under order number:[protected]. The product is fake and at the cost of a real one. I don't know about the nature of chemicals used in the said product. While amazon claims to be the best, they allow their sellers to sell fake products and take a huge chunk out of the customer's money.

                          The amazon delivery person didn't deliver my order. He had no patience to wait until we came to the door. The delivery person name was Ashok (Amazon/Seyon Enterprises)-Ph.no-[protected].

                          He answered irrelevant to the questions asked on call. Rude and showed attitude towards me saying, do whatever you want, you can't do anything.

                          He said he will give it back to the office and asked me to go and collect it.

                              Respected sir,
                              Already made a complaint to yourself on 17/04/2018. No action has been taken on amazon. After making several calls to amazon and getting assurances that within two days you will receive the payment, make a complaint on your bank we have issued refund order and issue is closed from our part. Today also on 22-04-18 after calling them at 10:40 am. They say "afzar" there has been some issue from our part you will receive the payment within two days.
                              It looks like they have no respect for indian consumer complaint forum or indian consumer complaint forum has neglected indian customers grievances
                              Before i had made complaints against no broker and flipkart which were resolved within 24 to 48 hours. Today it's sixth day, no action has been taken on lair's amazon.
                              Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

                                My issues:
                                1. As mentioned above, i ordered for a 32gb/3gb variant of redmi 5 gold. However, i received a 16gb/2gb variant black.
                                2. Being a prime customer, i was assured a delivery on 15-04 by 21:00 hrs. But, their representative gave me a missed call from a different number which when called back on, the representative told me he doesn't have my parcel!
                                3. When i called on the number provided to me by the company, the delivery boy did not pick up the call.
                                4. I got a parcel on 16-04 that too with a tampered sealing.

                                Since the parcel was meant to be a surprise for my mother, she was not aware of the product being ordered so she ended up opening the tampered seal. Moments after she called me, and to my surprise i got to know, she was delivered a wrong product!

                                The matter of major concern is, the imei mentioned on my bill provided by the company is: [protected]
                                And the imei 2 on the wrong product is: [protected]
                                Which means, this is a real fraud on the company end.
                                I tried calling their customer service but they were not able to help and asked me to send pictures, which i did, but they have provided me a maximum time of revert until[protected]The last day until my product could be returned). And since my complaint mail on[protected], i have not received a single communication from the company.

                                I opted for emi to pay for the product, so, now if i return the product, i will be charged extra and the company will keep frauding people like this forever!
                                Suggested solution: please get the wrong product picked up from my address as i have not even used it and deliver me my product at that very moment.
                                I request you to kindly look into this serious matter and provide me with the best suited solution. I am attaching pictures along. Pfa

                                  I placed two different orders on the same day i. E on 13th april 2018 with below list of products. With amazon india

                                  Order1#[protected] with honor 6x mobile
                                  Order#[protected] with jewellery box and screen guard for honor 6 x

                                  The order 1 with honor 6 x mobile is supposed to be delivered on 17th, but on the 16th april (6pm) i directly got the delivery confirmation stating that "the product is delivered and share my feed back???

                                  I just had a thought that was updated mistakenly.

                                  I made a call to the courier guy (Amazon delivery agent phone: [protected] & [protected]), after many calls, he confirmed that he received only two products of order#2 (Screen guard and jewellery box) and he delivered those.in any issue he asked me to speak with customer care.

                                  So now on 18th i reported this incident to amazon stating i didn't receive that product, they said they will investigate and provide me the confirmation within 2, 3 working days. However as i didn't receive intermediate updates i was keep on calling the customer service agent for the updates.

                                  And now on today (21st april) they confirmed that" the product was delivered to me and they have the confirmation too and they are going to help me in this case??? How???

                                  Again i called customer care and explained everything and asked for the proof of the delivery (That delivery guy must be getting the sign and mobile number while hand overing the delivery?) but he refused and said that they don't have access to that. Finally i managed to get the delivery guy number from customer service. I. E [protected].
                                  When i called this number, that guy just cut the call and kept his mobile on switch off mode. I am helpless.

                                  Again i called the customer care, and i explained the response i got and asked him to provide me the address of that courier guy. But he is helpless. And confirmed me that he will escalate the issue and will ask the team to recheck.

                                  Now i called the other number (#[protected]) of delivery agent. He clearly stated that he received only two products and he didn't receive any thing other than that. He is also stated that i need to speak only with amazon customer service for any further and he was not responsible for that. Also highlighted that they will not get signature while handing over the delivery to the customer tracking can happen only through phone calls. Also he was ready to do any extent if i prove that he received 3 products.

                                  Here i want to highlight few points:

                                  1- i didn't receive any cal from amazon agent on 16th april, if the say yes show me the proof.
                                  2. As confirmed my delivery agent, they will not get signature on confirmation, whereas in the delivery feed back it was clearly stated that "it was signed by sindhuja"
                                  3 where is my order now???

                                  The delivery agent(Phone: [protected]) clearly stated that he didn't receive any call from my number (registered number: 98******707) but he handed over the product to someone who called from different number (As per him, that was the number on the shipment- I have the cal recording of him, can share it with you). The product was marked as delivered on 16th April, I am ready to give my cal history to you, also simple thing is if you check the cal history of that delivery guy, and if you prove that he /or I made a cal to that number, then you will find real thief/ or mistake. Just for your information. That delivery agent, I made a cal only once, and he refused to provide me the details to whom he handed over, he said " I won't share, do what you want to do" Surprisingly, I didn't even give introduction to him, but he remembered my name- I can share the cal recording to you, but that is in our local language "Telugu", you need Telugu experts to understand that conversation. After that call, he immediately switch off his mobile.

                                    I am ruma dutta one regular customer ordered one honor 7x mobile phone on 11/04. They delivered the product on 16/04 at my kolkata address. After opening the box i found some soil material instead of phone. I contact to customer care by call and mail. They asked for three days of time. Yesterday they informed me that they closed that matter bcoz they supply the phone to me. How they say like that even they don't give me any receipts or not taken any sign. Plz help me to short out this problem

                                        I had returned my product amount rs. 2199 on 11 feb 2018... And till now my refund has not initiated in my bank account. My order no. Is[protected] and its reference no. Provided by them is[protected]. As they said i charged dispute file... But also my refund has not came. Please do something. My account no. Is[protected]. Please solve this matter.
