I had just received a call from a person, who was insisting me for registering with amazon as a seller. When i refused to register and said gently that i am not interested in online selling, he used abusing words... He said "bhad me jao..."

He had called me from justdial website. I received his no from justdial after finishing the call. I called him back on that no. And when i asked him why he talking in this manner, then he was speechless... Using words like, "bilkul sir," "jee sir"...

Is this a way to talk with the customers???

This is not expected from such a reputed company as amazon.
This person must be punished...
He didnt told his name. But the no is [protected].
So i request to take a action on this person.

If this is not a right place for such a complaint, i request you to forward it to the correct desk..

      I have ordered a tempered glass from amazon on[protected], order no.[protected]. And its delivery date was[protected], i reccieved that product on[protected], but the status under my orders on amazon site still showing "preparing for dispatch", the problem is i recieved a wrong product with wrong invoice and amazon people are saying wait for two days sometimes saying wait for 3 days, sometimes says wait for 1 day and so onnnn... Please help me into this.

      after posting the complaint here, the next day i checked the order status and i was happy to see the status of my recent order as delivered, because after that only they have to process my return request, so now they processed my refund return request. all thanks to consumer complaints. thank you thank you so much.

        I returned an item to amazon, but i didnt get my money yet.
        I contacted them regarding the issue, they replied me through email stating they following details. And they advised me to contact the union ban of india. When i contact the bank with following reference numbers, they said they couldnt locate my money.

          Dear sir,

          I am santosh kumar singh. My amazon account name is aryan.
          We have purchased mobile phone from amazon 04 march 2018. But we have received defective product from amazon. So we have reported with your customer excutive for this refund and repleacement as on date 05 march 2018. But your excutive said that we will sent my engineer to your home after than we replaed your product. But no any body visited in my home and my complint is automatic closed by your service team. Next day we have again raise complint for replacedment but your team is not supported me. I have many time contact your call center for this issue but not any respone me. I am very unsatisfied with your service beacuse my totally money is waste for purcased defective product. I means that it is fraud site of amazon. And i understand you have lost your customer.
          I want to know that why are you cheated with customer. Above details are mentioned below kindly check this issue and confirm me why you're not provide resolution me. I am waiting for your reply. After i will take action on this.

            Yesterday i baught new nokia 5, when come the delivery boy, after verifying me and my product and also sending me a delivery message he told me that, if you want to get it you can pay cash by hand or by atm card, if you use card you will get 10% discount, but at a instant i was not prepare. I also tried him for suggesting but he gave no chance he just delilvered the product - is he man/ robot ; also he replied me that if you had called me i will remind you by using card payment you will get 10% discount. First of all the boy did not call me any more, reminded me that he will come at 9 pm but came 2 pm. Phone no. (Amazon agent)-[protected]. He also said me that it's your responsibility to call me not amazon. Traking id of the purchased product[protected]. Please help me.

              1 order amount is refunded by amazon on 3/4/18. Some amount is received in my amazon pay a/c but rs 1058 is still not receive in sbi bank. As i call to customer care in amazon they said that they have already process the refund. From his end. Needs to check with bank only. But when i called to bank they clearly said that they have no option to check this type of query. You have to check with your merchant. Now from last 3-4 days i am daily call to sbi and amazon but still no result. Pls help to get the refund amount. Providing some details below.

                I bought a book named “epidemiology made easy by poornima tiwari”on 23rd march 2018
                I paid by debit card ₹400.
                Then i received an email that the order got cancelled on 28 th march 2018 because the seller had to cancel it because he did not have the book.
                But i did not receive any email about the refund. I beleived amazon and waited till today (15th april 2018). But now i am not able to reach the customer service whatever i do.
                They don’t have a mail id for customer complaints. And when i opened my orders, it doesn’t show the cancelled orders and if i filtered it to cancelled orders, they don’t give any options to complain and we can only view the order. When i viewed the book again, i can see a different seller (Previous one was naveen book seller and now sunrise book store). That is why l approached this website.
                Kindly help me get the refund.

                  I ordered a product from amazon with cod option. The delivery guy came and told me to use cards when i said i have cash and i have used cod option he started fighting that "my amazon account should be linked with aadhar, don't you listen narendra modi!!!", he also said amazon has set new rules. I mean what is this?? He refused to give me my order so i told him to go back then finally he give me my product with cash.

                  Please go through this issue seriously, i have attached the delivery report. This is completely unacceptable behavior of delivery guy and rule of amazon (If that is!!!).
                  Ps : i tried to mail amazon at the given website suggested by amazon itself for customer complaints but msg was sent back to me saying service not available, how are we supposed to complain without a properly working amazon mail id? Screenshots are duly attached as proof.

                    I have ordered a product of bliss of earth from amazon on 8th march, 2018. The product would be delivered on 13th march via blue dart express. But it was not. But whenever i contacted blue dart assured every time that it will be delivered as soon as possible. The guys are really bad behavioured and i dont get the product till date.                       Your sms to me as product has been delivered but my ordered product is not delivered so far. This is an illegal activity and cheating. Legal action will be taken against your company with press meeting for exposing to the public as your compan's cheating with in 3 days. Delivery boy call me on[protected] for delivering the item and he says that the item will be delivered today itself. But my ordered item is not delivered and sent 2 sms from your company as your ordered items is delivered. But my ordered item is not delivered on[protected] am. I request to you immediate action for the same with the fraudulent activity of delivery teams. I also informed you police case will be registered within 3 days for cheating.

                        As an amazon prime member i am paying 1000 inr per year 10 days back i have ordered a tshirt worth 1699 inr with 2 days delivery.

                        After 10 days i got message saying my order got cancelled. Due to this i am unable to gift in my brother birthday.

                        If they are unfit for this kind of speed delivery then why they are keeping money for one time delivery / two days delivery and prime membership.

                        Sir, please check and do the needful asap.

                          I have been a loyal customer to amazon when it comes to online shopping. It a sorry state that my current experience has given me the most hell of a experience to trust amazon anymore.

                          This is with reference to my recent order for dell inspiron 5379 2-in-1 2017 13.3-inch laptop ordered on 7th april 2018 with advance payment.

                          The delivery date given was 9th april 18 to 11th april 2018.

                          Based on my past bitter experience for, i proactively called customer care and i was informed that the product is in coimbatore and they cannot deliver the product as per the given delivery dates. They informed that they escalated to the delivery team and committed me 13th april 2018 as revised delivery date. I told this is gift pack for anniversary and cannot wait any longer.

                          When i called again on 13th april to my surprise product was still in coimbattor. I am not sure what escalation they have made.

                          When i called again i was informed that if they miss the final delivery date too, then i have an option to refund the amount and asked me look from other sources.

                          Its quite irritating most of the times when i call to customer service and the way they respond. I was informed number of time that they will arrange a call with their manager and that never happened.

                          Now i lost all my valuable time, efforts, money and became a joker as i could not gift this product on time. Is this what you call ethics, integrity and trust you have developed. The way a customer hast to face all this.

                          I am sure many customers are facing such issue and you will loose soon

                          I hope this does not falls on deaf ears and you get the process set so we as customer don't have to suffer.

                            Every month i get a charge taken from my bank for $9.99. What is this charge for? It says it is by amzn.com/billing. I pay my bills every month, why am i getting an additional charge??? I don't understand why i get this charge every month and if this is through amazon, i already paid my bill each montg. It makes me angry that this charge is taken out every month and if i don't get an explanation for this i will just let my bank know that this his an unauthorized charge and to stop payment.

                              Order #[protected] : In this order I am supposed to get 15% cash back above order value of 2000. But for some reason amazon has only given me 10% cashback and not the complete cashback.

                              ORDER #[protected] : Haven't received 50/- cash back as promised

                              Both the issues no response received even after multiple followups.

                                I have place order ( no :[protected] on 21.03.2018 in amazon and received it on 26.03.2018. I ordered two quantity Lehenga Choli (Women Baby Pink & Blue Silk party wear lehenga choli FREE_SIZE) | B074JZL1KD ( sparoww ) but they sent only one number. So I returned the same on next day i.e on 27.03.2018.

                                Replacement order no.[protected] on 26.03.2018. it was too late. I cancelled this order on 28.03.2018. I have not received my refund.

                                  I placed an order for honor 7x from amazon india on 6th of april 2018.
                                  As some sale on honor 7x was happening at that time, most of the online websites were offering some discounted rate..
                                  Now i was shopping other things like t-shirts, wristbands etc from amazon, so i thought to order the phone as well..
                                  The discounted price was 9479 inr, on top of that i paid 45 rupees extra to get it delivered by 12th april as i was going out of ghaziabad for education purpose.

                                  Now, the courier details provided at amazon site is a fake one, as when i go to track, there is no option to find the tracking. I waited for few days thinking it was a technical glitch.
                                  When i called amazon on 11th, they said they will contact the seller and the seller will text me the tracking details (Which didn't happen).
                                  I called amazon on 12th.in three long discussions, no solution happened. They asked me to wait until the end of the day i. E. 8.30p. M.

                                  Today on 13th, again when i'm calling amazon, they are now asking me to file claims against the seller and avoiding responsibility by saying as the courier was not theirs, they cannot do anything. Now i, as a customer doesn't have the option to select couriers. That is done between the seller and the amazon.

                                  Why should i be facing a problem for their logistic issue with vendor..

                                  They are now asking me to spend 3000+ rupees to reorder the same phone from a different vendor... Had i bought it from flipkart or ebay, i'd have got the product at a cheaper rate (During 6th of april). Now the offers are gone and amazon is asking me to reorder and repay..

                                  Because of this harassment, i'm going out of the country (First time) and that too without a phone.
                                  P. S. They even charge 45 rs extra for expedite delivery.

                                  But there are some sellers who take responsibility of the orders placed with Amazon because Amazon provides a platform for sellers to sell their products.
                                  Currently, it is the seller who would be able to assist you with the tracking status.

                                    It is regretted to say that i have bean cheated by amazon. Amazon has supplied me a wooden ply board instead of laptop. I have booked a dell laptop at amozon.in website on 06/04/18 and paid the amount 30490 by my sbi credit card on the same day. My order no was[protected]. It was delivered by a person on 09/04/18 at my home address in absence of me. Amazon delivery man has neither contacted me nor taken receiving signature from any of my family member. He just drop the packet and ran away. When i came back to my home from my office and open the packet, there was a wooden board instead of laptop. I have made complain to amazon but no solution has been provided by him till now. He has mailed me that investigation is under process and i should contact him only after 17th of april. One more thing, as per amazon delivery record product was sold by seeba electronics but invoice was sent by shree maruti electronics.

                                        Mobile is defected from the day of dilevery. I have complained it in their customer support & they have said to to change the mobile. They have told that their representative will be taking the mobile back with in 2 working days but now its more than 15 days over from the day of conversation. Plz help me in changing or returning my mobile as soon as possible.
