Without permission how can do this amazon /hdfc bank

I have given complaint before 20days in hdfc bank, but still not any feedback from hdfc bank.

    Hi,

    I have been a loyal customer to amazon when it comes to online shopping. It a sorry state that my recent experience has given me the most hell of a experience to trust amazon anymore.

    This is with reference to my recent order for nokia 8 phone ordered on 25th march 2018 with advance payment.

    The estimated delivery date was as 28th march2018 and as per tracking the parcel has reached bangalore courier facility as on 26th march 2018.

    I proactively called your customer care to enquire about the delivery on 28th march and was told to wait till day end of the day. I waited whole day and called your helpline again and was assured to wait for more 24hrs.

    Now to my surprise instead getting it delivered within 24hrs the estimated time was changed till 31st march 2018. For which i again dialed customer and complaint where i was given third party delivery number to call and check for the order.

    It was really frustrating as after calling the courier service they informed that the parcel was not physically handed over to them by amazon.

    A product as per your tracking details recahes banaglore courier office on 26th march 2018 and meant to be delivered by 28th march 2018. Upon further calling am asked to wait for some more time probably till 31st march. Till then the order cannot be cancelled. Further order delay means means my money is being utilized by you for 5 days now.

    My question is why due to your internal issues or disagreement with courrier people i should suffer and block my money.

    Despite bitter experience i choose amazon when same product available on other e-commerce portal.

    Is this what you call ethics, integrity and trust you have developed.

    I am sure may customers are facing such issue and you will loose soon.

    I hope this does not falls on deaf ears and you get the process set so we as customer don't have to suffer.

      Guys i ordered cross beats wireless headphones on 2nd march amazon started involving third party vendors and taking lot of time in delivering the products and no cod options for seller fulfilled products and deduct our cards immediately. They sent me a stupid product called cross beats wireless headphones. I read about 500 reviews thinking it might be best as i had paid 1999 for the product. It’s tooo loud when people call and the other side person can’t hear us at all after it’s connected. So i raised a return request, nobody turned up. Again i had to search for the couriers services and ended paying 350 rupees from my pocket. The customer service rep told 1999+350 will be refunded and told to send the courier bill to a respective email i’d. I did so on 12th march i received a message saying my 1999 refund is initiated but till now no traces of my amount. I called up amazon many times they say it’s refunded from their end and it’s 29 th today no money yet. Now they say i have contact bank with reference number. My bank says they have no app to see the reference number and status of to be credited amounts and we can’t help. Amazon is not bothered at all and simply saying pleases contact your bank we can’t help and my courier charges are not even initiated for refund. When i said i will amazon for false promises and the representative says mam you have all rights to sue. This is how the service is.
      I lost 2350 which is not a small amount
      Guys tell me what to do.
      Please don’t trust amazon they are simply cheating us. It’s better we deal with small vendors

      I Was orderr at lenovo k8 note 4gb ram, 64gb rom, but Amazon send item is lenovo k8 note 3gb ram 32 gb rom under box, upeer box write at 4gb, and i am complaint about this product but slow solving in my complaint, please immediate solve my problem and return my money immediate .

        My problem is i gave 4450 rs for a delivery boy job for amazon... I gave this amount as security amount... At last i found that it was a fake one...in between i called amazon customer care. I asked the information about this job. They said a message will come soon. So wait for few days. After some days i got a message in that they have received my request for the appointment of delivery boy. They told to send a courier with the details of identity proof, address proof and 2 passport size photographs. The address was hrteam g-14, first floor, sectors., noida., 201301 uttar pradesh. Next was to deposit the money of 4450rs.. Finally next pvc amount of 120rs. I had a doubt on this last message. So i called amazon customer care. They said it was a fake one. So i want to complain this matter to you. Take some severe action.

          Hi all,

          Please note that i was one among the prime customers of amazon or rather fooled customer of amazon. I had many orders which has been placed through amazon ([protected]@gmail.com) however everything changed over a day when i placed an order for whirpol ac and a stabilizer #[protected]. Stabilizer got delivered on time and ac delivery date was kept changing day by day and finally amazon had cancelled my order with out any communication and from their my good time with amazon started.

          I initiated for a return request for stabilizer and from their each day i was receiving super cool fake messages like return attempt failed/ door locked /house locked/ return postponed with customer consent and so on...! To be frank none called me up and i sat at my home with the well packed stabilizer which needs to be returned further to which i started calling the courier guys who gave me a reply "i am not responsible for this, i will take only the weightless product better call the office directly"

          I tried calling the office number which the so called weightless courier guy has given me and unfortunately the 'office' has nobody to pick the phone up which triggered me that i am totally screwed because if there is none to pick a call, who is gonna come and collect the heavy stabilizer!!

          From there i started contacting amazon customer 'care' continuously for the past 5 days and each day i need to make them understand the whole story from the day i order ac and stabilizer and at the end of each call they would assure and generate a new pick return id which ended up in the same style of nobody even bothered of making an attempt to contact me.

          Finally on my 5th day with amazon support i have asked for a responsible person whom i can speak with and the support agent was least bothered on my situation, literally i was begging for a solution and finally she told me return the product to amazon and if i can send them with the tracking id they will initiate the refund.!

          So if this is your solution or return policy kindly update the new policy in the websites and adds so that we can rethink before making an attempt with amazon.

              Sir,
              I have purchased RAM from Amazon, which was having lifetime warranty of 10 years.But using it for only 2 months my product, my product isn't working since the 1st jan 2018.
              I have filed various complaints to the Amazon customer service since it's fault but non of the time I got satisfactory solution.Someone said that I will get my product refund and someone said there will be no refund as it was my sole responsibility after handling the product.Istill tried to do it my self bt as there are no offices in India of the product I purchased I failed.
              My request is to get either refund or exchange of my product.As I am a student it as an large amount to purchase a RAM.KINDLY HELP ME OUT FROM THIS SITUATION WILL BE TOO THANKFUL TO YOU.

                I bought a phone on 7 of march and it was faulty with manufacturing defect so when asked for replacement the runaround took about 4 working days. Had to escalate calls the technician who was supposed to check the phone never turned up inspire of calling and sending sms say in he is on the way. When escalated the call the piece was replaced. This one has a display failure and your csr don't even have the basic courtesy of listening, the same technician vinod was assigned and still has not visited home. Now they say they can only refund can't replace, why am i penalised for your incompetency, i went by the book and i am buying a product from amazon's to anyone else i don't care if the retailer's have no stock, for me it is just amazon. Now if i take refund buy a phone of same configuration i will be shelling out 1000k extra, am i # to do that or you people think we are fools. I want this issue solved immediately. The mental agony and harassment is been immense. I have nought show for # resolution and no initiative on your csr division part.

                  I am not able to sell products as per your service. When i contacted the customer service they said that my amazon account was restricted to sell on amazon, but he didn't say the reason for the restriction of my account. Whenever i post ads on seller dashboard, it will be deactivated within some minutes. This not for first time, i am trying to post ads since 6 months buy i am not able to post ads. Even i my not received any email regarding why my account is restricted to sell on amazon. According to thier selling service every customer is fre to post ads and sell on amazon as a individual, but restricting only some customers and provide this service to other customers is not fair. So i kindly request you to solve this issue as fast as possible.

Reason is that i placed a order on amazon yesterday night 11 pm, all of sudden the mobile price was down so that i cancel my order, and after that my account was locked and after that i contact with your customer care they said that your account was hold unless untill your account un hold then only your amount was refunded, am trying to contact with your team several time no immediately response from your team, they easily saying that wait for another 24 hrs then only we can i have the exact details, I was trying to unhold my account since last 24 hrs by sending mails on cs/[protected]@amazon.in and call to customer care . But they are not unholding my account and they are not responding. My address is plot no 2, road no 12, banjara hills, hyderabad -500034.

                          We are dealing in furniture item. We delivered a product to a customer and he complaint that it is defective. We tried following up with the buyer but he didn't responded to us for many days. The product was of 70k and we spent 13k for transportation from delhi to bihar. There was mis-happening at our home and we were unable to check our emails but were in continuous contact through email.in between amazon released the full payment to the buyer without calling or confirming if we got our material back. I am continously contacting amazon seller support from last5-6 months and they are telling me to wait since they are doing enquiry for that issue. Now after so much to time neither buyer is responding back and nor amazon is replying to our request. I am really fed up of the loss that we have to bear and also mental trauma that they are giving us.

                          Please see below the information that we provided seller support:

                          First of all this Claim is not at all valid. As per Amazon requirement of A to Z claim "For returns of business orders wherein damaged/defective and/ or wrong products have been shipped to you, you will be required to inform the seller of such damage or defect or wrong shipment within 3 days of receipt of the goods, to initiate the returns process." We got the email or message for this defect after 8-9 days. It is difficult to believe that this damage was because of courier service or after the usage. Please see the screenshot below of delivery date. We tried calling this person and didn't get any response for many days and then he responded back on 6-Nov i.e. after 12 days. Sending you the attachment of our conversation.

                          Despite the above fact, we gave the option to buyer to get the product repaired and we will bear the cost for it. But no response from him.

                          Please understand, we sent this item from Delhi to Bihar and it costed us 13, 000 one way and now taking back will cost us total 26, 000. When we know that it is going to cost us so much in delivery why we will take the risk of sending an item defective or low quality. I am sorry we can't bear such a huge amount.

                          I hope you will understand our concern.

                            This is mazharullah khan. I have placed the order of honour 7x mobile phone from amazon. Order placed on wednesday 14 march 2018. Order no:[protected]. It was suppose to reach on 22.03.2018. I have been struggling to track my order but its not even able track. I haven't received it yet. I have spoke to customer care. They are not even bothering about resolving issue. Amazon executive is telling me that they don't have control on "third party (Courier team/company)". I have paid the full amount (Rs.15999/-) for the same. Every time they are bluffing me that they have written a mail for further process and nothing moving. Even today also (Dated: 28.03.2018) same thing is repeating. Today also amazon is not in a position to deliver me. I have spoke to cc amit, rahul, keshav, data etc.

                            Meanwhile, they have even blaming me that ï have requested for late delivery. I swear i have never ever requested for late delivery. They are simply blaming me.

                            I am writing this mail to you with lot of hopes that you will take actions immediately.

                            Kindly do the needful asap.

                              I have purchased a oneplus 5t mobile (Product hereafter) from amazon official website (www.amazon.in) on 16th december, 2017 at a price of 38099. The product is totally dead and i have called amazon customer care on 1st january, 2018 regarding the issue with phone and they asked me to contact oneplus customer care to report the issue. I visited customer care service provider at trust house, 32a, chittaranjan avenue, kolkata on 3rd of january, 2018 for reporting the issue. There i fill the els customer form with the isuue and the token no provided to me is 30.
                              I want the replacement of the product but the service centre executive informed that replacement is beyond their power and they can only service the product. Thereafter, i ask them to service the product. After taking the product it has been given to service executive for repair. Ehen the service executive remove the layer/guard from the screen he found a scratch on the screen which is not visible with layer. Same has also been written by me in the els customer form and confirmed by the executive attended by me.

                              Later on they told that since there is a scratch on the product it falls under the damage category and warranty cannot be given on damaged product. So ask me to pay rs. 8, 000 for lcd damage. I denied and left the service centre and lodge complaint with both amazon and one plus via mail regarding the instances.

                              On regular mails to amazon after enquiry they are ready to replace the product but later on denied on the ground that oneplus the manufacturer has denied to replace the product.

                              Despite of repeated mails and follow up my issue has not yet been resolved and at last being an aggrieved consumer i am knocking the door of supre authority for justice.

                              Evidence of my visit, register can be amailed for your kind perusal.

                              Your honour is therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful and be obliged.

                                    I have contacted many times cc bt no resolution comes. I am fed up by doing calls again and again. Now i started emailing cc, bt cc asked for call only not email. Below is conversation of my email...pls help to resolve the issues

                                      I have bank account with bank of baroda last month i purchase from amazon india universal laptop adapter charges of rs 999/- the product is faulty i return this product hence amazon india refund me rs 999/- with reference number[protected] on 10-march-2018, but untill not credited on my account, please credit this amount and answer me. As early as possible.

                                        Refund Reference Number: 222914

                                        I have returned this defective product on 20/03/2018 and Amazon's ware house received it on 22/03/2018.

                                        Amazon has processed my refund of 4999 Rs. on 20/03/2018 but amount is not reflected into my bank account yet.

                                        Amazon's customer representative told me to call SBI bank customer care with 'Reference Number 222914' but bank customer care rejected my request due to bank's security purpose. Amazon's Customer representative is just telling wait one more day to receive refund of 4999 Rs. But I think Amazon is just avoiding my refund request.

                                        I request you to please look into this matter and take any further action to solve my refund issue.
