Ive ordered an Moto g5 plus mobile through amazon on 2nd jan 18 and had to cancel it due to inexpected price drop.

Reason of this complain they are showing that we provide the offer for buy the product but when we buy it then they are saying no and back amount in there wallet for re purchases the product with higher rate.

Let me try to explain with an practical example. If you buy a phone on a shop and open the phone and find it defective it certainly shakes your confidence in the quality and you have aab option to buy another company/model with same or more price.

But not at amazon.

I am forced to buy the same phone as the are not willing to give a refund, not even in the form of credit on the account to buy something else from...
