This is like to inform you that one branded smart phone purchased from amazon on 15th march 2018. That means i have bought this phone just 25 days ago. Now i am facing big trouble on the smart phone.

Basically, after connecting the charger to the smart phone, the % of charging is decreases gradually and the battery is not charged 100%.in this situation, i need a replacement of this phone.

    Sir as i order a product from amazon and i have gift card of rs 3658 in it and i ordered a mixer juicer grinder worth rs 3668 as i have to pay 10 rs more to place the order i paid it from my fathers debit card of state bank after sometime i got a mail from amazon regarding that your account is locked verify your debit card last two digit and billing address so i send them the picture of debit card as well as billing detail at there email [protected]@amazon.in
    after that i got mail that verify the card detail by visiting your branch and say them to send us a mail but as the bank manager told me that fax service not available at our branch he give me a written note on state bank pad to send them i send it to amazon after they didnot replied my mail as after somedays i received a mail that your acc related to mobile no [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com is closed permanently and said you have done transaction without the authorization of card owner as my father well knows about the transaction sir i want to complain against them as you know 3568 rs is not a less amount for a middle class family i send you the screenshot of email they send me and the note that was written by bank manager of my sbi branch i m attaching it
    and sir after that they didnot replied to my mail when i talked to there costumer support they said to send a email at [protected]@amazon.in but all time they say me same thing and didnot reply to my mail

      We have returned our order on 11th of march 2018 but the amount of rs.699 has not yet refunded its being a month you might have received the product but why are you not refunding our balance.
      Please refund our balance as soon as possible or else we may take further decision against this.

        I had placed the order of some books at amazon. My order id is[protected]. I had placed it on 8 april, 2018 and it is excepted to be delivered on 16 april, 2018. But today 12 april, i have received a call from a courier service that they have to deliver books today only.. I requested them to deliver the book after 3 days as i am at there.. But they insisted me to deliver today only. They said to me if they don't deliver than they will cancel the order. I requested them to not to cancel the order. But they refuse to accept it and talk to me rudly and cut off my phone.. Therefore my request to them to not to cancel the order and to deliver the order whatever day i request them to deliver.. Because i want the product to be delivered. Please give quick response..

          Dear sir,
          I, sanju abraham ordered a bounce back xiaomi
          Mi redmi note 4mobile cover on 23 march 2018
          But i never got the product and got message stating that product is delivered to me on 29 march 2018.
          When i informed that i didn't get the product amazon customer care first stated to wait for few more days. Later i did not receive product and cal they said product has been delivered already. Whatever you need you can do. Go on court or complain. They can't help. Later i cald amazon and courier guys delhivery courier service told them to send me the courier acknowledgement receipt if courier is delieved. Both has not responded or send me anything.10april 2018 some guy seems courier cal's me and tel he will give you product but don't complain
          What is happening when i pay money upfront for the product, i not only get product but getting blame that i received it and telling lie.
          I have all proofs with me. Mail, recordings.
          I need justice for consume court.

            I order my product on 8-feb And 12-feb is the Delivery date on that day i received delivery conformation Message but i Can not received any Product .             i can return product on amazon by the reason of defective product or replacement 1-2 times on my account this is not mean that this issue amazon company use to refuse to give my money ..

              Background:
              Amazon.in blocked my account citing the reasons for frequent returns. However, there has been a case of receiving faulty products on 3 occasions, and 1 case of 'no delivery'.

              In the case of 'no delivery' amazon.in notified me that the product had been delivered, however, upon contacting customer care it was told that due to a system error, a wrong status message was posted, and that the product would be delivered, however, after a few days the order wasn't delivered and i had to seek refund.

              The problem:
              In view of incidents like the ones mentioned above, amazon.in blocked my account with over rs 2, 000/- in amazon pay balance (Received as refunds of previous unfulfilled orders). Upon fighting with them, they reinstated the account 'temporarily' and i placed an order for a phone case on feb 12, 2018.

              Despite all this, a damaged phone case was dispatched by amazon, which was notified to their customer care with photographic evidence, as soon as the product was received, and they readily agreed to accept the return. Now, the return was received by amazon on feb 18, 2018, and since then amazon had been stalling me for a week initially to issue refund and thereafter, blocked the account again and not replying to emails.

              I have attached screenshots of various email exchanges.

              Please help as i have over rs. 2000/- held by amazon.in

                Sir, i had ordered 3 products from amazon india app (All three are prepaid products) on 3rd of april. And suddenly i received a message from amazon saying my products are undeliverable. I don't know what the real issue is, but these big brands are creating inconvenience and killing a lot of time of the people this is second time i am facing this problem.. Although, amazon refunded my money through amazon pay balance. But they are playing with public time and money. There is need of the hour to take some serious legal actions against this big fraud brand.

                  I order 'the alchemist book' from amazon india dated: 3 april 2018,
                  Order no.[protected] of expected date of delivery is on 5 april 2018 that has failed, again they amend the date of estimated date of arrival of order is 10 april 2018 that was also failed. Not only that one they remove the cancel order button option. Aramex is courier service provider even now they unable to deliver my order.
                  I want my full amount refund.

                    Haeir refrigerator from amazon in october 6th "[protected]@gmail.com". Paid through sbi debit card. No bill given at delivery. Stopped working. Haeir company asking for bill.

                    Amazon account mention refrigerator in cancelled items section.
                    This is foolish and criminal! No proof of delivery. No message no sms.
                    Simply auto driver called and delivery given.
                    Resolve or we'll complain that we didn't get fridge. All proof available

                    Amazon took money and put order in CANCELLED ITEMS section.
                    All details are in the pictures.
                    Message says on 6th October 2017: order cancelled
                    Bank account mentioned payment.
                    Where is my refrigerator? Washing machine and oven???

                      I have purchased a product due to defective i have returned to amazon & they have done the refund successfully on 31-march-18 of rs 449/- & this amount will be reflect in my corporation bank account within 6th april-18, but the amount still not reflected into my bank account more the then 4 days have passed. I had talk with the branch & bank customer care with complete details but still there is no positive response.

                          Initially customer care confirmed i am eligible and once items are delivered cash back will be delivered.

                          Next some technical issues it will be fixed.

                          Now you are not eligible read terms and conditions.

                          Please don't cheat people to shop more and say these stories while giving cash backs

                          Worst experience and not going to use pantry anymore..

                            Do u care for your customers?
                            I[censored] care for us, why are u allowing courier companies like ecom express to handle the delivery jobs. Did u ever check their comapany's reputation here on Consumers Complaints? they had only resolved 24 complaints out 500+ complaints. It was all good back then but now ur service sucks. We are being cheated, abused, angered on a daily basis still u prefer them to deliver ur goods.
                            A day will arrive when people will start buying from shops instead of opting for online shopping. but why would ur company care right.? thats a way for u guys to make money.

                              The delivery boy behaves very harshly to my younger sister just because she did a bit minute of late in bringing the amount, how could the company allow such type of workers who don't know to play his role for which he's meant of his job. There work is only to wait for the customer to take the parcel, and just she was a couple of minute late to bring back the money he lashes.. This is not at all working.

                                I was trying to purchase some household items from online shopping portal.in this process, i opened my account on amazon site but did not purchase anything from this site.

                                On 31.03.2018 at 02:21:14, i suddenly received a message on my registered mobile no. +91 [protected]] that "Rs. 3589.87 /- was spent on ur hdfc bank credit card ending 7548 on[protected]:02:21:14 at amazon prime member fe."

                                I shocked to see this message because i never applied for any membership nor given any directions to credit this amount using my hdfc credit card.

                                In this regards, i have already discussed the issue at toll free number and through online chatting also but no positive response is given by anyone of the team members.

                                Sir, due to this unwanted transaction using my hdfc cr. Card, i am very much disturbed and is suffering from mentally tension, agony & depression. I have lost my mental peace and sleep.

                                Kindly look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount of rs. 3589.87 /- without any more delay. I will be highly thankful to you.

                                It is pertinent to mention here that I have already submitted my complaint no. 1918768 dated 06.04.2018 but no refund has been done till date.

                                In case of any more clarifications / information, pl. Feel free to call me immediately. This may plese be treated as most urgent.

                                  I purchased multiple product from amazon from my company account. I didnt receive gst invoice despite of my amazon account is registered with gst details.

                                  On raising the complaint to amazone call centre, they didn't want to accept the complaint and deemanding to open another business account for same account. Their representative mr. Dinesh disconnected the phone without completing the discussion.

                                  Due to their technical problems i am loosing 8, 000/- rs. Paid gst.

                                    I have ordered honor band3 on 4th april 2018, today received the product but found fake product inside the box.
                                    Went to check again on amazon website the said item was automatically cancelled.
                                    I have paid rs.1500 top the delivery boy and when opened found fake item with non function.

                                    Need my money back and how amazon can do such things and allow fake sellers to sell their product on their website.

                                      I was purchase jeans (Spykar) from amazon.in dated on 26 march 2018. But wrong product deliverd. I immediately inform to amazon.in customer care same date. They are said that product will be exchange as soon as. But second time wrong product deliverd also. I immediately inform again to amazon.in but no any response by amazon.in. I complaint on indian national consumer help line.

                                        I orderd a product from amazon. After receving the product i see that there is a small damage in the product and it is not working and the package also damaged. Now no one take resposibility for that.

                                        . Amazon have to take resposibility and have to return my money or have to give a replacement of it.
