Its is regarding quite ridiculous, irresponsible behavior showed by amazon delivery system. I have placed an order through amazon 2 times but not even received for one time. And the reason being for both times are same. The (Deliver person) updated wrong status that the concern person refuse to receive the order but the truth is they don't even call me to inform that they arrive to deliver order. Are we fool?
And i faced the same situation both the times.
Order details:
First time when i placed order (#[protected], date was 26 feb, 2018 & the mail i have received that order is out for delivery dated 01 march, 2018, mail received mentioned status: refuse to receive (Which is not done by me) dated 02 march, 2018
Second time when i placed order (#[protected], date was 07 march, 2018 & the mail i have received that order is out for delivery dated 14 march, 2018, mail received again mentioned refuse to receive (Which is not done by me) dated 16 march, 2018.
It is a bull-# delivery system of amazon. It's my humble request to you to please take a strict action against them.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

We would like to inform you that we already had a discussion with you regarding the issue.
As per our earlier communication we would like to reiterate that your product was physically damaged hence we declined to service/repair the product as it was beyond repair,
However we did offer you to for a new replacement for a minimal price which you denied, Hence we were forced to close the case.
Do let us know if you are still interested for a paid replacement and we will glad to assist you.
