My name is Santhu and my registered no. Is [[protected]] with amazon. Reason is that i placed a order on amazon yesterday night 11 pm, all of sudden the mobile price was down so that i cancel my order, and after that my account was locked and after that i contact with your customer care they said that your account was hold unless untill your account un hold then only your amount was refunded, am trying to contact with your team several time no immediately response from your team, they easily saying that wait for another 24 hrs then only we can i have the exact details, I was trying to unhold my account since last 24 hrs by sending mails on cs/[protected]@amazon.in and call to customer care . But they are not unholding my account and they are not responding. My address is plot no 2, road no 12, banjara hills, hyderabad -500034.

    My issue is we have received Different product from AMAZON Seller RAGHAVJI TOLARAM, BAVLA, GUJARAT.

    Different Product : Kingstone Data Traveller Pendrive 3.0 64 Gb Pendrive

    We have many times Emails to AMAZON Email ID and Helpline Number regarding refund or replacement of Difference Product but no response from last 28 days.

      We are dealing in furniture item. We delivered a product to a customer and he complaint that it is defective. We tried following up with the buyer but he didn't responded to us for many days. The product was of 70k and we spent 13k for transportation from delhi to bihar. There was mis-happening at our home and we were unable to check our emails but were in continuous contact through email.in between amazon released the full payment to the buyer without calling or confirming if we got our material back. I am continously contacting amazon seller support from last5-6 months and they are telling me to wait since they are doing enquiry for that issue. Now after so much to time neither buyer is responding back and nor amazon is replying to our request. I am really fed up of the loss that we have to bear and also mental trauma that they are giving us.

      Please see below the information that we provided seller support:

      First of all this Claim is not at all valid. As per Amazon requirement of A to Z claim "For returns of business orders wherein damaged/defective and/ or wrong products have been shipped to you, you will be required to inform the seller of such damage or defect or wrong shipment within 3 days of receipt of the goods, to initiate the returns process." We got the email or message for this defect after 8-9 days. It is difficult to believe that this damage was because of courier service or after the usage. Please see the screenshot below of delivery date. We tried calling this person and didn't get any response for many days and then he responded back on 6-Nov i.e. after 12 days. Sending you the attachment of our conversation.

      Despite the above fact, we gave the option to buyer to get the product repaired and we will bear the cost for it. But no response from him.

      Please understand, we sent this item from Delhi to Bihar and it costed us 13, 000 one way and now taking back will cost us total 26, 000. When we know that it is going to cost us so much in delivery why we will take the risk of sending an item defective or low quality. I am sorry we can't bear such a huge amount.

      I hope you will understand our concern.

        This is mazharullah khan. I have placed the order of honour 7x mobile phone from amazon. Order placed on wednesday 14 march 2018. Order no:[protected]. It was suppose to reach on 22.03.2018. I have been struggling to track my order but its not even able track. I haven't received it yet. I have spoke to customer care. They are not even bothering about resolving issue. Amazon executive is telling me that they don't have control on "third party (Courier team/company)". I have paid the full amount (Rs.15999/-) for the same. Every time they are bluffing me that they have written a mail for further process and nothing moving. Even today also (Dated: 28.03.2018) same thing is repeating. Today also amazon is not in a position to deliver me. I have spoke to cc amit, rahul, keshav, data etc.

        Meanwhile, they have even blaming me that ï have requested for late delivery. I swear i have never ever requested for late delivery. They are simply blaming me.

        I am writing this mail to you with lot of hopes that you will take actions immediately.

        Kindly do the needful asap.

          I have purchased a oneplus 5t mobile (Product hereafter) from amazon official website (www.amazon.in) on 16th december, 2017 at a price of 38099. The product is totally dead and i have called amazon customer care on 1st january, 2018 regarding the issue with phone and they asked me to contact oneplus customer care to report the issue. I visited customer care service provider at trust house, 32a, chittaranjan avenue, kolkata on 3rd of january, 2018 for reporting the issue. There i fill the els customer form with the isuue and the token no provided to me is 30.
          I want the replacement of the product but the service centre executive informed that replacement is beyond their power and they can only service the product. Thereafter, i ask them to service the product. After taking the product it has been given to service executive for repair. Ehen the service executive remove the layer/guard from the screen he found a scratch on the screen which is not visible with layer. Same has also been written by me in the els customer form and confirmed by the executive attended by me.

          Later on they told that since there is a scratch on the product it falls under the damage category and warranty cannot be given on damaged product. So ask me to pay rs. 8, 000 for lcd damage. I denied and left the service centre and lodge complaint with both amazon and one plus via mail regarding the instances.

          On regular mails to amazon after enquiry they are ready to replace the product but later on denied on the ground that oneplus the manufacturer has denied to replace the product.

          Despite of repeated mails and follow up my issue has not yet been resolved and at last being an aggrieved consumer i am knocking the door of supre authority for justice.

          Evidence of my visit, register can be amailed for your kind perusal.

          Your honour is therefore requested to look into the matter and do the needful and be obliged.

            I have been buying product from amzon on cod bases all time just because i feel insure to use online service to any online shopping portal, but i use service amzon claim to provide (Cod cash on delivery)

            I want to know the reason why i am unable to buy any product by cod
            Your company is doing racism in india,

            As per indian low no company has right to do such thing, if so i want to know the reason why my account is blocked for cod

            If this issue is not solved in next working 48 hours i will take legal action on company for doing racism

                    I have returned this defective product on 20/03/2018 and Amazon's ware house received it on 22/03/2018.

                    Amazon has processed my refund of 4999 Rs. on 20/03/2018 but amount is not reflected into my bank account yet.

                    Amazon's customer representative told me to call SBI bank customer care with 'Reference Number 222914' but bank customer care rejected my request due to bank's security purpose. Amazon's Customer representative is just telling wait one more day to receive refund of 4999 Rs. But I think Amazon is just avoiding my refund request.

                    I request you to please look into this matter and take any further action to solve my refund issue.

                      I want to tell you that man amazone favored 1.5 months ago today.in order to register on the cellar but i forgot amazone com on the cellar and my credit card ₹2568 has been deducted. After i contacted the customer care, the mugs would come to your bank account on the next 8 to 10 working days, but it was said that in the last just on 24th, march 25, 2018, my fees were to be returned to my bank account of 2568. It has not yet come and i have requested it even further 2-3 times and such a time has been given as yet, so far my bank account there is no payment in the area and
                      In addition, i want to inform that if my amazon seller account is not even open then i request you to see my update in that you request to help me if you get my fees back.

But i received a message saying that the product was delivered. So i kindly request you check on this. Right after the delivery we returned both the products back to Amazon . We returned the painting on 23-Mar-2017 and the phone case on 15-Oct-2017 but we didn't get our money till now .

                            I order a product on 2 march and it is not delivered as per time then i call customer services they say it willingly be delivered on 12march and on 12 march its not delivered but on my app it shows delivered then i call again to customer services they say it will be delivered before 15march but it not delivered then i called customer services they say again on 17march it will be delivered but again no delivery then i called again they say it will be delivered between 22-25 then my app showed delivered on 25march then i am calling again to customer service and they saying again it will be delivered before 27 march. Now i have only one work in this month to call amazon services again n again.

                              I ordered this on 8th march this product was a gift for my frnd but after ordering i changed my mood and (That i dont want to gift this board) so i emailed the selller to cancel the product! And i also contacted amazon customer support to cancel the product amazon customer support told me in 24 hr ur order will cancel after 24 hr i again contacted amazon customer care and they asked me more 24 hr so i waited for more 24 hr and after that i got a notification that seller is shipped that product,, so i contacted again to amazon customer support they told me that they will cancel the delivery of product and i will get my money back! Now it was a gift to so i cant tell that person that dont accept that package (It was a gift for someone i cant tell him that i dont want to gift you this -) then as i tired my best to cancel the product contacted everyone one but order didnt got cancelled! So after few days it got delivered and my frnd received the wrong item i have ordered (Nodemcu-wifi-arduino-ide-lua-based-iot-esp8266-development board)
                              My frnd received 4 small boards which are use less for him now i contacted seller and amazon customer care (Seller didnt responded to my any email) amazon customer care say they are contacting seller (I dont know what they are doing but i lost my money because of this fraud seller) its almost 18 days and amazon customer care still contacting seller and seller didnt even responded to my email, he just ignoring my emails! Hope i willget my money back from this complaint or i will gonna file a f. I. R on my local police station laints/amazon-india-c38547. Html

                                I have ordered a sandisk ultra dual 64gb usb 3.0 otg pen drive with order #[protected] on 22nd mar 2018 sold by: sharma sales agency.

                                Order has been cancelled without any intimation by sms or email. But seller sent his courier person name. Manoj with mob : [protected] without the card machine and deliver me a packet and took rs 900 cash. When i unpack the packet it contains a card reader. I want my refund please do the needfull unless i will take legal action toward the seller and amazon who give support to such a crook sellers. I have packet as well as with me and the delivery person leave with the cash and told me to talk with the amazon.

                                  I made this order on 5 march 2018 for "morphy richards instacook 1200-watt electric kettle" cost inr 2, 890.00 rs

                                  I was promised this to be delivered on 12 th march 2018 as per the delivery message. The delivery message was updated that it will reach by 16th march 2018 on the 12th of march. And i contacted customer care (I have track of chat as email) 3 times and they said it will reach before 2pm 16th march

                                  I was suppose to give the product to somebody travelling abroad on 17th early morning. I informed this to amazon and still they said they will deliver.

                                  But they didn't deliver and even didn't bother to inform me, i had to go to shops on the last moment and go to many shops to find it as i was not aware to make out the exact shop to purchase it. Many home appliance shops were not having it handy.

                                  Amazon returned money without any shame and had no respect for wasting my time and my disappointment of being cheated by them.

                                  I wanted compensated for the metal stress caused by amazon. And also compensated for making false promise via their customer care executives.

                                    I ordered Redmi 5 32GB From Amazon India in first flash sale on Tuesday 20th March 2018. Item was shipped on 20th March from Amazon Transportation Services with Tracking ID[protected] and Estimate Delivery date was 26 March 2018. But Today in morning I received message on 10:14 A.M that your order is out for delivery by our Amazon delivery Agent mobile number ([protected]) and after 3 minutes i received another message at 10:17 A.M that your item has been b delivered.
                                    Delivery boy didn't call me or and he didn't contact me.
                                    So i didn't received my order but it has been delivered. Then i call on delivery boy([protected]). But he didn't received the call and after 10-15 minutes he switched off his mobile. And still he has switched off his mobile. Pls look at this and pls take action agenct delivery boy and Amazon Transportation Services.

                                      Hi,
                                      I had ordered one kids bike on 14th feb 2018. I received this item but the seller sent me the wrong item. I had ordered hand race kids bike but the item i received is foot race bike (I have also prepared a video for the proof that this is a foot race bike). I was informed that the seller will not arrange this pick up as the product was from the third party seller (Irrespective of the fact that it was seller’s mistake). After having several rounds of discussion, i decided to ship this item back to the seller. Also, amazon confirmed that the courier cost will be reimbursed. However, important to note that no courier company is ready to accept this item/ship this item as the product contains lithium battery. This is against their company policy and lithium battery comes under the list of prohibited items. I tried with several courier service provider and even indian postal service.
                                      On 16th march 2018 (2.15 pm), amazon representative confirmed that this seller will have to arrange the pick-up in this case (No matter he is a third party seller) and will resolve this issue within 48 hours. However, there is no development on this issue so far. My money is stuck with the seller and extremely disappointed with amazon service. I have been calling amazon several times but they are least bothered about solving this issue and every time i am getting false assurance from amazon as it’s been now more than 1 month.
                                      In addition, the seller is sending me abusive / extremely unprofessional emails and amazon is unable to stop this. I have completely lost my trust and hope now with amazon. I would require help from consumer complaint forum in this regard as they are not refunding my 11000 rs

                                        I placed order redmi 5 (Gold, 16gb) mobile phone and my order id is #[protected]. Today my order is out for delivery and your delivery agent call me i said you delivered to my parcel my neighborhood he said i cant delivered your parcel to your neighborhood because my manger said i could not delivered any other person so i said today evening i visit your courier office and collect my parcel when i visit amazon transportation courier office i ask my parcel your ats manger misbehave me and he said i cant delivered your parcel i ask why you cant delivered my parcel he said i return your parcel. So i said why you return my parcel without my conformation amazon company attempt 3 times for delivery then any product return you attempt single time and return my product and i saw my parcel on the computer table i said my parcel is here you delivered me but still your ats manger continue misbehave and use abuse word. So kindly humble request you as soon as possible immediately take any strict action against your ats manger and reattempt delivery as soon as possible. Thanking you
