Background:
Amazon.in blocked my account citing the reasons for frequent returns. However, there has been a case of receiving faulty products on 3 occasions, and 1 case of 'no delivery'.
In the case of 'no delivery' amazon.in notified me that the product had been delivered, however, upon contacting customer care it was told that due to a system error, a wrong status message was posted, and that the product would be delivered, however, after a few days the order wasn't delivered and i had to seek refund.
The problem:
In view of incidents like the ones mentioned above, amazon.in blocked my account with over rs 2, 000/- in amazon pay balance (Received as refunds of previous unfulfilled orders). Upon fighting with them, they reinstated the account 'temporarily' and i placed an order for a phone case on feb 12, 2018.
Despite all this, a damaged phone case was dispatched by amazon, which was notified to their customer care with photographic evidence, as soon as the product was received, and they readily agreed to accept the return. Now, the return was received by amazon on feb 18, 2018, and since then amazon had been stalling me for a week initially to issue refund and thereafter, blocked the account again and not replying to emails.

Please help as i have over rs. 2000/- held by amazon.in
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
