Hi,
I am canvena cajetan the account holder of canara bank sawantwadi, a/c no.[protected]. My amozon refund of 866 was initiated by amozon on 14/12/2017 and it should reflect in my account by 5 to 7 days that is on 21/12/2017 but i have till not received the amount. I contacted canara bank customer care but its of no use. Please canara bank deposit my money at the earliest.

Following is the email detail provided by amazon

Your refund of rs.866 has been processed successfully on 12/14/2017. The amount should reflect in your account by 12/20/2017.

The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 268520.

In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

    I had oredered wd 1tb external hard disk and bag cover in date 20-12-12
    Morning 11:00 am my order is successfully placed it sent me a conformation msg but it cancelled my order in evening 6:14 to told me it's price error
    When this time i bought it it's price is 2999 but in this time it's price is 3644 rupees and customer care told me reorder your product..
    My question is when i bought it's product 2999 only so why i'll pay extera mony to reorder its product to buy 3644 rupee

    I had requested an external hard disk of 1TB of the WD element from Amazon but the company cheated me and delivered me some other parcel whose picture I was attached to.
    And the Amazon company threatened me with Rs.2999 so that
    You are requested to take appropriate action on Amazon Company

      On 19th november 2017. I have placed an order with amazon.in with order#[protected]. I had size issue with the product so i had to return. Unfortunately the courier person who had come to pick the product "mangal casual new style denim shirt for boys and men (42)". Informed that he is from myntra.com. So at the same time i have 3 shirts to be returned to myntra.com

      He picked that 3 shirts instead of "mangal casual new style denim shirt for boys and men (42)". I asked him for the return receipt and he told me that i will get a sms but i didnot. The refund was issued immediately i have received a refund of rs745. But the 3 shirts that are picked up are not products of amazon they need to be returned to myntra.com on or before 24th december 2017.

      I have complained to amazon ats person who picked the products from me. I called him. This is his mobile contact number [protected]. He said you will receive it back but it has been 26 days.

      As per amazon policy reply the shirts should be sent back to me. I have sending numerous number of emails and calling amazon and there is no serious investigation done. However the people are so rude sending me an email replying saying we cant give your products back. This is a clear violation of consumer rights and i will file a case in consumer forum.

      I am coming to an end with returning the products to myntra.com the total of 3 shirts costs me rs2695. Which is very huge amount to me. Amazon or its affiliated ats will be liable for the total loss of rs2695 towards picking a wrong product.

      I need the 3 shirts or amazon has to pay me the amount for loss.

      This is the final attempt of communication i am sending it to you guys. The next communication will be legal and i will be filing a case in consumer forum.

        Amazon delivered me a wrong product, only the price tag was excalibur and colour was white with lines and the shirt quality was so cheap and it seemed to be a used one. Trusting on amazon i dint take any pictures and returned it back, after returning it back, amazon claimed that we had sent back the wrong item and also they sent me an abusing email that our account will be disabled if we dont send them the right product to them. Customers be aware when u open the packet, just take an video for your evidence otherwise you are going lose your image.

        Am a genuine customer from past 3 years, but amazon fooled me nicely and threatened me by sending me an abusing email. Amazon customer care also dint respond to our query, had a number of follow up but its of no use, they dint give a proper resolution. I have the email with me which am going to publish in news paper and media.

          On 13.12.17 a sum of Rs. 70398 was debited with reference no LU[protected] and a sum of Rs.22407 with reference no LU[protected] was debited from my account for purchase from my account using my ATM details. Please block the order and credit the amount to my account.

            Dear team,

            I have placed the order[protected]) on 24/09/2017 and after 4 days order has dispatched to my registered address. I have removed the parcel then i have identified the order what i have placed is different to what i have received. Then i called to customer care and returned the parcel what i have received to your delivery boy. Call center people has advised me to cancel the order, based on their advised i requested them to cancel and refund the money which was paid to the order. As of now i have not received the refund from your end nor received the response from your end. Is this the way you are deal the customers? I have given enough time to resolve the issue; you people have failed to do so. I want to file the complaint against you as you are arousing the customers

              Item shows 2 return cutoff dates - 1 is 12 dec. 1 is 19th dec. I have screen shots of both. I tried to return the defective item on 16th dec, but couldnt get it done formally - so wrote to the seller, and no
              Reply. This is a broken 3500 inr item. It must be fixed. I didnt even receive
              From my office till 15th dec, and it was broken in the box!
              The seller should reply to its customers and write back, then fix the defective item. I do think they may have sent an already returned item, as the box wasnt sealed, so purposely tried to get rid of something they knew was broken. I cant find the item on the site anymore. How can you expect a business, which is closed for weekends and has days off for staff, plus needs procedure to implement, test, then report issues with items, to find a defective product within 3 days? And how can you have sellers on your platform who deliberately sell a customer a broken item, then dont try to fix it?

                Dear maneger, let me keep a complaint that when i ordered a product "bosch gws 750-100 professional angle grinder"rs.2, 873 order id:[protected] from amazon.in seller "dtonline" on 12nov 2017, item price is 2, 873, owing to i had amazon gift card problem, doubling order had been ocured. This gift is rs.93 which was added amazon pay balance on 2 aug 2017. Then seller took two different prices 2, 873 & 2, 780 with the same gift card id:. After i canceled one item, the refund initiated: 2, 873 for this item on 28 nov 2017 & refund me rs.2, 780 wrongly on 29nov 2017. I paid using sbi mastecard. I should be obliged if you would look in to the matter & prepare to refund me want of rs.93 & take action against such cheating seller & company. Please notify me about this case via my email..                   I had placed an return request for one of my order on 17/12/2017 and the pickup was scheduled on 18.12 4pm to 7pm, the delivery agent called me and asked if i'm free in morning for which i said no as i have to go to office, i called the agent at 5pm and he said he will come for oickup but never came and moreover i got an message stating that the pickup was attempted but not successful as i was not available, the pickup was rescheduled to 19th dec for 4pm to 7 pm and the same thing repeated, i made multiple complaints regarding this through email and calls to amazon customer care and they assured that the item will be picked up today (20.12), and today again the agent calls me up 11 am and asks if im free, i clearly mentioned that i'm not free in the morning and will be available after 4 to which he said he is not free at that time and said that the pickup can be done in morning only.
                  Now 2 questions
                  Is your customer care team so clueless about the pickup and unable to contact the agent?
                  Why do you have time slot option for return when your agents come whenever they fee like?

                    I have placed an order sarees at price rs. 88/- as on 10 december 2017 at 12:52pm on amazon site. And i pay successfully from my amazon pay balance.
                    My expected delivery time is 14-15 december 2017 and i was waiting for my product for delivery. On 15 december 4:00pm i have got mail mention "this is to inform you that your order[protected] was cancelled. It's very shocking for me. I am very embarrassed how could amazon do this and cancel my order automatically without any reasons after successful place order. I am a prime customer of amazon. Cancel order after price inflation 832/- and ending of all deals/offer on competitive e-commerce site. So please deliver my order otherwise reimbursement inflation price
                    Immediately.

                    I am valuable prime customer of amazon at and purchase more than 30000/- in a year from amazon i am not expecting this type of cheatings and service

                      I placed an order for mobile with exchange, however due to unforseen reasons, i am not able to return my old mobile. I requested them to charge mere 1500 they offered for exchage n they ask me to cancel whole order n place new one. Cce was also very sarcastic. Very disappointed with this. Is it so complicated for them to take this charge n cntinue my order shpment. Even the managr who spoke wasnt helpful

                        I am continuously mailing Amazon.in but they are not replying saying the deduction is through Amazon.com same issue is with Amazon.com, they are not resolving saying I am a member of Amazon.in not .com
                        It's my credit card payment which is of crucial importance !
                        I have neither opted for prime membership before nor recently renewed it

                          I have ordered two different products on amazon on 15th of december and my shipment was by 20th december, in meanwhile yesterday 18th december evening i got a mail and msg regarding that my package was delivered. When i came to know that. I haven't received any courier to the apartment or to my door. I have paid for the above order through a card. So i have complained to customer care about the order in amazon. Still, i don't get any details about my order. Regarding refund or replacement for the delivery. I am using amazon for long since i now. I hope this mail will recover my problem.

                            This is my order id i had returned it through bluedart on 18/12/2017 it has been delivered to elite accessories on19/12/2017 at 1:30pm received by pavan. I had already spent rs1120 as self return courier charge by professional courier on dec 6 but the seller rejects the prodct and it returned to me but still the courier charges has not been initiated. On 17th i received a mail from cs as pls return it by bluedart or professional courier or fedex or dtdc any one we will provide you the courier charge and product charge once it gets delivered. As of that msg i also returned the product through bluedart (Tracking [protected]) and it has been delivered still no refund for product and also for courier charges issued. If i asked to cs they are telling wait wait wait only from the issue arriased. I need to know will i get my refund or not i have done all what are all you said now you needs to give me refund but why making customers to wait whats wrong in giving my money to me am i your enemy making me to wait for long period pls i need a reply sir

                            This is my order id i had bought sricam ip camera on 20th nov 2017 and it has been smoothly delivered to me without any problems but the product is mismatching looks different from which i ordered i aslo attached the pics and intimated this with amazon customer executive and they too checked and created a return for me i also waited for the person from ats to come and pick it but no one cames so i again called to cs and asked why it happens they said our vehicle has been breakdown status has been updated so pls you self eeturn it like that they told to me. The next day i went to professional courier and send it to elite accessories the seller wer it came and send the courier receipt too and informed to cs. They check and they too tracked the product and said once it delivers we will issue your courier charge and product charge i had waited 7days but no response came i tracked and called to professional courier delhi they said the seller is not accepting he is rejecting to accept. Then at the mean while i got a call from seller he said why sending this product to me i said its seems to different he said i wont accept return for that i cant do anything you ask with amazon i only accept service like that he told ans suddenly he cut the cal i tried many times but he scolded and blocks my number. I informed this to cs they said pls again speak with courier team to deliver i also further done what they told but 4times they attempted to deliver the seller rejects then the cs told me to get once itreturn back to you. I also waited again 6days and got the product and i called amazon cs they said wait wait like that many times and no response came from them then after many conversation one person told on 12th dec i am from specalist team i will raise the ticket sont woory your money will be safe pls wait 3 days max you will get solution untill dont return it like that i also waited 5 dys and yesterday i contacted ca they said pls wait again 3days we cant give any solution like that and today one person telling pls wait untill19dec and another person telling pls self return it i am fully disappointed each one telling one thing i need a proper information i need my money back fault is not at my side with in the time frame i returned the seller dint accept ao amazon needs to take responsibility but no one is giving any proper solutions this what the amazon treats your customers i also have my own family and businees i dont have time to speak daily with this issue pls give me aproper solution or else i dont know what to do except filing a case on court im sry to say this i dont want this to happen and spoil amazon name really my entire family is using amazon only but these like sellers surely spoil amazon name take this as my feedback pls and give me a solution i need my money back

                              Amazon people are making fool to customers when i placed an order on 14th dec 2017 that time product delivery estimate was on 18th dec 2017 when i escalate this issue with your executives they said that it was our mistake to delay the product and now you guys updated 23rd dec 2017 date what the #*k is this very third class and poor service.

                              You guys should learn from flipkart how they are very dedicate to delever customer product on time, from today onwards i will never use amazon third class site.

                              I m going to escalate this issue on all social media and consumer forum, shame on you people.

                                I ordered a mixer grinder on oct. 30 and it was supposed to be delivered by nov. 30 but it was never delivered to me. Then i cancelled the order and request ed for refund. Since i was not getting any appropriate option, i selected return and refund. Unfortunately, i did not get refund till date. I also called to customer care, he locked the ticket, and advised me to wait for 48 hours. But the issue has not resolved yet. I am fed up with contacting customer care again. Please suggest, if you can help on this.

                                        I have ordered honor 8 mobile through amazon. They sent mobile with invoice which does not have imei number on it. When asked for they said will get that from seller. Now my phone got broken when i went to honor service center they were asked for invoice with imei number. Even though its in warranty period i had to paid get it repaired. But this amazon people never get that information nor replied back to me.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
