Hello,

Every time i purchase product with my hsbc credit card i am facing issue. Last time i have purchased an iphone se which i cancelled before receiving the phone. Amazon mailed me that my amount is refunded but in hsbc credit i was charged i complaint to hsbc they told me that amazon did not returned the money. Yesterday that is 101th dec 2017. I have purchased a honor 8 perl white phone with my same hsbc credit card and i got message today morning that the product will be shipped by today, in the afternoon i received a mail that my order is cancelled and i complaint to hsbc that my product is cancelled as hsbc did not approve the transaction with in 24 hours. Hsbc replied to me that the transaction in been approved. No i am again charged for the product which i am not going to receive and is been charged. Now the fault is either hsbc's or amazon, but i would both of them to solve this issue, is this a joke playing with customers money. I have complaint the same to hsbc with the mail i have received from amazon, same i would like amazon to solve the issue, this is the second time i have faced this issue.

    I got a message from the hdfc back credit card saying "amazonprime membership has raised a debit request for rs.6906.03 on[protected]:13:20:56 on your hdfc bank credit card ending xxxx towards card validation".

    I contacted the amazon.in curstoermer service firstly they told me contact amazon.com service. So again contacted.com service over chat they spent some time and asked me all the details, finally they told me its not related to our service contact amazon.in.

    Again i contacted amazon.in service and they asked me all the details and i told all the details, finally they told me that its not related to our service and contact amzon.com.

    So, they are wasting my time and no one giving proper solution.

    Got a call from +91-[protected] and he says calling from amazon payment support and asked for the card to refund the amount. I said the card details to him by I thinking they will refund the amount, But that person did debit transactions on this card twice and asked the otp I said blindly. Its my fault. That person called only after I registered compliant in this site.

      Hi,

      I ordered a black leather jacket from amazon site on 5 dec. 2017 and my order id is[protected]. Today they delivered to me pieces of old ugly clothes. Before that, i ordered two jackets but both of jackets are wrong size and colour. I have an issue with given order id product, amazon sent me pieces of clothes in the packet. They waste my time and money. I want my compensation again my time. And want a replacement for my product. But amazon agents denied me that they neither give me the replacement or nor give me any compensation.
      I want my product and money back. Kindly solve my problem. And take the action against to amazon india.

      They waste my time only. Since one month they waste my time only and I cancelled my order and mention why did I cancel my order. and reverse pickup was scheduled for yesterday. and Amazon courier agent told me there was no information given to him by the company that Why I did Cancel my product. So he cancels my reverse pick up and asks me to talk with Customer Care and rescheduled the reverse pickup. For the cancellation, I already mention there Why I did Cancel My product. But Company did not mention the reason to Courier agent. This Amazon company is the fucking site. They only waste time and money of peoples. Kindly take a right action against the company. They did not call me for the issue.

        Hello team,

        As per my discussion with your customer care executives, order #[protected]Philips avent 2-in-1 electric steam steriliser (Multicolor) is eligible for return as its not mention its non-returnable product on amazon website.

        We have already contact the seller after the second day of the product's delivery and your team is taking long time to respond so its not my fault.

        The product is itself faulty and not working as expected which is seller fault only.

        Now either return my money or change the product.

        Do expedite the process.

            Dear sir,
            On dated 29th nov. I placed a order online for king size (108*108) bedsheets for double bed pure cotton with latest design by amazon.in.
            During ordering time it was showing and now also showing 108*108 inch for this bed sheet. And i received this bed sheet on 2nd dec. 2017.
            But 2 days before i checked it. I found that the size of bed sheet is smaller then 108 inch * 108 inch.
            And print also different.

            I never thought that i will face this problem with amazon.

            Kindly check and revert as soon as possible.

            On dated 29th nov. I placed a order online for 3d cushion covers butterfly and flowers - best price 16 x 16 inch (Set of 5) by avioni on amazon.in.
            And i received this 3d cushion covers on 4th dec. 2017.
            But i checked and found that the stitching of one coushin was not proper.
            During stitching cloth was not stitched with proper way & now i left the india also so i can not return this items.

            Please suggest me what to do for this issue.

                After placing the order, i see i am not able to log into my amazon account. Amazon have blocked my account and has asked to send some fax.

                Amazon is complete fraudster. I have paid for the order and now cannot access my account.

                They are saying your order will not processed until verification done. How do i send them the details via fax.

                I am not interested in buying from amazon and want to cancel the order and want refund of my money in the same mode from which i paid.

                I have said the same in mail to amazon to cancel my order and refund my money.

                I cannot call them because they don not have any number to contact them

                My money is stuck with amazon.

                        Dear sir / mam,

                        With ref to the order no.[protected] placed on the amazon india e-commerce portal, let me please highlight the issue.

                        1. I had placed an order for a hp laptop with windows 10 on 8th october. However the order delivered after about a week later was wrong as it had no windows and only dos. So i requested an exchange.

                        2. Around 25th october a replacement laptop was delivered which was too slow and hung up too frequently that it didn't seem to be a brand new product. Dissatisfied i requested for a return of the product and the refund of my amount.

                        3. The order was picked up from my residence on 28th october. Please find the pick up slip attached below.

                        Now i was waiting for the refund to be reflected in my credit card payment cycles. After waiting for 2 cycles, i had finally inquired about the status of my refund customer care team on 4th dec only to learn that the product was indeed asked for an exchange / the return was cancelled / the product wasn't received. Ultimately they assured me that the issue would be resolved within 24 - 48 hrs.

                        Now waiting till 7th dec i again emailed to inquire about the status, with another customer care executive replying that issue would be solved within 2 - 4 days. However now on 7th dec, some third customer care executive misinterprets the entire issue and says that the product shall be picked up on 9th dec.

                        Now trying to escalate the issue to your customer care team on 8th dec, i have once again be advised that they have understood the issue and it shall be solved in 2 - 4 days.

                        However today again on 9th i have got sms regarding a scheduled pickup and then a pickup guy showing up at my residence to pick up the laptop, only to be returned confused when i told him that i have already delivered on 28th october.

                        I sincerely think that this issue is beyond the capability of your customer care team for all i get to listen is 2 - 4 days and once again if i call the customer care, i have to repeat the entire episode only to hear that it shall be resolved in 2 - 4 days.

                        I hope that you do understand that it has become an extremely dissatisfying experience ordering anything online apart from a lot of mental stress and a work loss.

                        Kindly please note that i have already been charged an interest fee of rs 3500 by my credit card company for a product that i haven't even used.

                        I request you to kindly please resolve the issue and process my refund as soon as possible.

                          I ordered a bag from amazon, its name is all extreme nylon black bag, it was the month of august, i didnt like the product so i returned it back. After a few days, the pickup was initiated, a guy came and took the product and gave me a slip and wrote a long no. On it.

                          1 day later, the delivery guy came again and tried to hand me product, i told him that i had already returned the product and it was a mistake, he went back. The next day again, the delivery guy came, and tried to give me the same product again, i again refused to accept it.

                          A few days passed, but my refund wasn't initiated, i called amazon, they said they needed 4-5 days more, i waited.

                          Then one day in my amazon account it was showing that the refund was processed but money wasn't there in my account, and my account was showing the refund initiation date as january in the month of august.

                          I contacted amazon again, around 15-20 times, everytime they said they needed 4-5 days more.

                          They even asked for my proof that i had returned the product, i mailed them the slip.
                          The slip which the pickup guy had given me.

                          One day i got a call from the seller too.

                          Then again i contacted amazon, i didnt get any satisfactory answer.

                          And one day they refused to give me my money back.

                            Respected sir,

                            I would like to place before you a few facts regarding a purchase i made vide order no.[protected]. Placed on 04 dec 2017. The order was shipped vide tracker no.[protected] and was due to reach me on 09/12/17 as per the informed forwarded to me. The order was a gift for my son who had his birth day on 10/12/17. I soon found out from my amazon account info and subsequently from the sms info, that the parcel has been notified as delivered in my name and i had allegedly signed on the receipt.
                            Alarmed, i called the courier number provided but i was not reachable and it remained in the same condition till writing of this mail. I have lodged my complaint with your customer care but it seems that they cant wake up from their slumber to locate a small boys birthday gift. I have called your customer care executive thrice to help me out to locate the courier guy but they feigned ignorant and even refused to forward me any contact details of any person of the courier firms.
                            I am yet to receive the parcel my son is crying inconsolably as it was his dream to have this ps4 on hid birthday. I am still hoping that i will recover the package. I have been an old customer and yes i have been shocked to realized that amazon doesn't have a express customer support to help people like as u too would agree most of what we buy is to bring joy to our dear ones.

                              I had purchased 2 pendrives from amazon india on 14th nov 2017 and as per the wesbite it still says it will be delivered on or before 24th november. When contacted amazon... They say the item is stuck with seller and amazon has nothing to do with this. Based on which i contacted seller and they have not responded properly till date. They are totally irresposible and have are not ashamed in cheating people.

                                it suppose to be refund my account No 9437, but it`s credited to 9537 of last four digit of account No. I spoken with Bank people they today that, raise the dispute by Amazon, So, that refund can be reverse and fund can be credit to my account, Please do the needful.

                                The amazon CS Representative yet to be share the details of my Payment, if I got my refund then I didn`t raise the complaint, and they has to be share the full details of payment, like, bank account No. payment date, etc, even I shared my bank statement, and it`s still pending to receive the refund,

                                    I purchased 3 products of 80+80+25=185 from amazon and did the payment, and amazon cancelled all the three products and refunded the amount by saying that it was a bulk cancellation. I called them for this and they said that they can not give me the product.
                                    So it is my right the get the products i had placed it, how amazon can cancel it without asking me, i told them this also, they said that they can not help me in it, i can take further action in it and go to court also.
                                    Please help me out to get the product, amazon is clearly infringing my consumer right.

I booked & planned to go for movie today but still i not getting any status. What is the use you give after end of the shows the movie tickets to me. I call to amazon customer care center and talk 30 mins with him but there is no use to talk with him. They directly says with in 7 working days you will got the refund amount. Please don't give like these type of service to customers. Because we planned to go today and i was booked the ticket yesterday you will take one day time and finally what happens you can't reach succussefully the marchent and as per customer care conversation fail to refund the amount in time you will take 7days of time to refund the amount.
                                      I want compensation from your end at least give me the same value of book my show free coupons to reduce your inconvenience.
