It been about one and half months and i din't got my money back. I m expecting that soon i will get my money back. Hope i can get the response about the same.

    [protected] this is my order id.
    The delivery boy called me last day. I said i am not in my home so please bring tomorrow, as of that delivery boy brought the courier this morning around 9:15am.
    When i was about to pay the payment through card. He said i can't pay through card, because the courier status is already delivered last evening.
    How come the courier shows the status without delivering to customer.

      My product has been canceled, this not the first time this is 4th time, i need the product or compensation for the cancelation of my products. I am very unsatisfied, unhappy with what amazon has done to me, immediately they should resolve this issue, and the orders has been canceled without intimation me, i need my products back or i need compensation.

        I have order onle plus 5t from amazon app my email id is [protected]@gmail.com my order no is[protected] but i recieved a china duos mobile worth rs 599 dont know why this time happen to me i am very un satisfied i have paid 32999 for this order and get an instant discount from my credit card visa payment service but look what i get i dont know why this time amazon did this to me i am worried about my 32999 rs which paid to this order

            Hello sir i am palash parihar i order zinzer kitchen sink on date 24 november 2017 but item not yet delivered to me through amazon.in app. The item shipped by ecom courier. Order id is-
            [protected]. Plz give either the product or the refund amount of rs 5700. On the other hand i order some other item they are delivered to me on time. This is the first time i shop from amazon and this type of mischief has been done either by amazon or ecom courier partner.

              I am booked smart watch for my child on 30.11.2017, received message expected time for 3 or 4 dec, it alright

              I have received message on 03.12.2017 today delivery your watch whole day i am wait the parcel whole day not come doing severl times call is totally pick and tell me 2 hours half hour, bus a gaya, evening told me next day you parcel dispatched
              On 04.12.2017 nobody giving my parcel

              I have already pay the amount for this product
              Today i am not received my product, so going to police station and complaint against you and your office staff.

              And told me wrong number wrong number and also using wrong words for me

                I have 2500 in amazon pay balance. But i could see it was now 2420 rupees only. I want refund the rest of the money also as soon as possible. When i saw some how i was a premium customer in amazon even i did not choose as premium member for my account i requested you please refund my money back in my account so i can move very friendly in my future

                  Purchased skyline pop up toaster on 12th nov thru amazon. The product barely worked for 12 days and one of the parts gave waythe base holder on which the toasyer rests inside the toaster gave. Way with the result the toast sink to base n does not pop up as the base does not support it, and has to b clipped out. How can amazon sell such sub standard products and cheat the customers. Kindly either replace the product or refund me the amount of rs.770. My product order no is — #407 — 1803069 — 1966704.

                      I have purchased moto g5splus and it has camera quality issue and at the time of replacement it is there is delay in pickup of the mobile phone. I am getting no response or number of pickup courier boy. Just said toh wait and wait. I have paid extra for oneday delievery where i got response that the replacement will be same and there will be placement of new product within one day as i paid extra. But getting no response. Now i am getting frustated yesterday whole day waited for courier boy but no response except to wait and now again today said toh wait for another 2 days. I dont getting now what i do worst experience with amazon.

                        On 23/11/2017& 24/11/2017 i ordered 4 articles through order id[protected],[protected],[protected] from shopping site amazon. At that time amazon was offering rs.75 cashback on payment using amazon pay balance for a purchase of more than rs.250 and more. The term & condition of that offer told me that cashback will be credited in my account within 72hrs post shipment. Orders has already been delivered to me but till today i have received cashback amt of just rs.75 for only one order and haven't received cash back amt for rest of the orders. Please take actions towards amazon as many customers like me are harrased because of this. They are just trying to make the peoples fool.

                          I had ordered one plus 5t and paid extra for the same day delivery which i never got. And same thing happened the 2nd time. Product didn't come on same date 2nd time there wasn't any information regarding delay plus after speaking to customer care supervisor named as ganesh taru who hung up call on my face without giving me chance to reply. Saying he can't help me is there anything else either can help you you with thank you for my time and call was disconnected. He never felt the need of being apologetic. Through out the call i was only trying to tell him it's not about my phone one us 5t getting miss placed its about the time i invested and keeping hopes. All the reply he gave was really rude. Where his pitch kept going high and tone kept getting rude.

                          Perfect after facing all the insult these people didn't put saying we are sorry we were not able to deliver on gurteed date instead they have put the courier was unable to contact me. The same thing had happened before when I had ordered for one plus 5.

                            To day i reced fitbit chareger in time bt after veryfying yr invoice no. Amd1-1741 dated 30.11.2017 of order no.[protected] — 5083527 i found some discripancies in amout total so i surprise it not tally so explain about it. More over i found that there is no. Contact no. Of yr person of ahmedabad his address it there but there is no. Contact no. So it is not fare how i can confirm.
                            So please inform me and exlain of yr bill amout.

                                Hi i bought a xiaomi mimax 2mobile. I am a prime customer of amazon. I am a mechanical as well as sound engineer. I am a singer also. I regularly sing on starmaker. I was having htc 626dualcore mobile in which i was singing. As soon as i started singing on mimax 2 i was not able to hear my voice back. I did all the troubleshooting from my end even tried apps but the problem remained. Then i mailed to starmaker company they replied that xiaomi samsung nokia are not compatible with our app. I contacted customer care amazon and explained the entire problem. They told me to do blanko test in which mic failed. They are saying that their policy is to replace a2a and also after 3-4 days. I want to ask the company which sort of policy is this and what will i use for 3-4 days they had no answer.

                                    I has placed multiple orders at amazon. 1st on 18th november which was a guaranteed delivery for 19th which failed. The reason stated that it was shipped to incorrect courier facility. I had made multiple calls to track it and no one called back. Again on 30th nov it was guaranteed for 1st dec delivery and that failed with the same reason. So why is amazon hiring people who cannot read addresses and deliver at wrong courier facility. I guess amazon is cheating people by stating 1 day guarantee delivery and them buying extra time by stating a lame reason that it was delivered at incorrect courier facility. Moving away from amazon and not renewing prime subscription as well.

                                      I had ordered moto g5 s plus from amazon india on 7th oct.2017. The delivery boy came on expected date but as i was unavailable he went away. After that for 15 days i was told that the product would be delivered but at they end they returned the order saying it was damaged. I waited for 15days with my exchange product being ready and all my contact and other information deleted. They neither replaced my product nor provided me with the same offer or compensation in any form. Now for the 2nd time i have ordered the phone with exchange but still the courier boy argued that they need a box for the product but when i contacted amazon they said they don't need a box and that the product would be delivered next day. But the product is not yet delivered. One of the executive also refused to accept the complaint and said that the phone would be sent back. Please help

                                      The sympathy mail i got from Amazon is the one I got past time too. Daily i made 5 calls for my order but I didn't receive my order. Since yesterday I have called thrice. They just forward a pre written mail to every customer. You need to solve this issue. I really have faced a mental exertion being behind my order.
                                      No improvement even with the complaint. Amazon transportation service is the worst. Are you really going to help me or should I file a complaint in consumer forum?

                                        I ordered the following to your site:
                                        My order for "steel case big rolling machine plus cigarette case holder" order no[protected] dtd 22 nov 2017 delivered on 27 nov 2017.

                                        ‌but the case holde as indicated by the item name and the picture as shown in your product page, is missing. I only received the the steel case without the "cigarette case holder". Hope you will make the seller to send the case holder.

                                        Amazon as my past experiance is an honourable e mall. All my past orders were received in time and as per the showed product experience. I hope you will resolve my problem in no tlme.
