I had ordered one plus 5t and paid extra for the same day delivery which i never got. And same thing happened the 2nd time. Product didn't come on same date 2nd time there wasn't any information regarding delay plus after speaking to customer care supervisor named as ganesh taru who hung up call on my face without giving me chance to reply. Saying he can't help me is there anything else either can help you you with thank you for my time and call was disconnected. He never felt the need of being apologetic. Through out the call i was only trying to tell him it's not about my phone one us 5t getting miss placed its about the time i invested and keeping hopes. All the reply he gave was really rude. Where his pitch kept going high and tone kept getting rude.

Perfect after facing all the insult these people didn't put saying we are sorry we were not able to deliver on gurteed date instead they have put the courier was unable to contact me. The same thing had happened before when I had ordered for one plus 5.

There is no my other account even they blocked my account

I have bought some item from amazon and it was not true to its description
When I requested for return they haven't picked up yet and Its been month.

    To day i reced fitbit chareger in time bt after veryfying yr invoice no. Amd1-1741 dated 30.11.2017 of order no.[protected] — 5083527 i found some discripancies in amout total so i surprise it not tally so explain about it. More over i found that there is no. Contact no. Of yr person of ahmedabad his address it there but there is no. Contact no. So it is not fare how i can confirm.
    So please inform me and exlain of yr bill amout.

        Hi i bought a xiaomi mimax 2mobile. I am a prime customer of amazon. I am a mechanical as well as sound engineer. I am a singer also. I regularly sing on starmaker. I was having htc 626dualcore mobile in which i was singing. As soon as i started singing on mimax 2 i was not able to hear my voice back. I did all the troubleshooting from my end even tried apps but the problem remained. Then i mailed to starmaker company they replied that xiaomi samsung nokia are not compatible with our app. I contacted customer care amazon and explained the entire problem. They told me to do blanko test in which mic failed. They are saying that their policy is to replace a2a and also after 3-4 days. I want to ask the company which sort of policy is this and what will i use for 3-4 days they had no answer.

            Hi,

            I has placed multiple orders at amazon. 1st on 18th november which was a guaranteed delivery for 19th which failed. The reason stated that it was shipped to incorrect courier facility. I had made multiple calls to track it and no one called back. Again on 30th nov it was guaranteed for 1st dec delivery and that failed with the same reason. So why is amazon hiring people who cannot read addresses and deliver at wrong courier facility. I guess amazon is cheating people by stating 1 day guarantee delivery and them buying extra time by stating a lame reason that it was delivered at incorrect courier facility. Moving away from amazon and not renewing prime subscription as well.

              I had ordered moto g5 s plus from amazon india on 7th oct.2017. The delivery boy came on expected date but as i was unavailable he went away. After that for 15 days i was told that the product would be delivered but at they end they returned the order saying it was damaged. I waited for 15days with my exchange product being ready and all my contact and other information deleted. They neither replaced my product nor provided me with the same offer or compensation in any form. Now for the 2nd time i have ordered the phone with exchange but still the courier boy argued that they need a box for the product but when i contacted amazon they said they don't need a box and that the product would be delivered next day. But the product is not yet delivered. One of the executive also refused to accept the complaint and said that the phone would be sent back. Please help

              The sympathy mail i got from Amazon is the one I got past time too. Daily i made 5 calls for my order but I didn't receive my order. Since yesterday I have called thrice. They just forward a pre written mail to every customer. You need to solve this issue. I really have faced a mental exertion being behind my order.
              No improvement even with the complaint. Amazon transportation service is the worst. Are you really going to help me or should I file a complaint in consumer forum?

                My order for "steel case big rolling machine plus cigarette case holder" order no[protected] dtd 22 nov 2017 delivered on 27 nov 2017.

                ‌but the case holde as indicated by the item name and the picture as shown in your product page, is missing. I only received the the steel case without the "cigarette case holder". Hope you will make the seller to send the case holder.

                Amazon as my past experiance is an honourable e mall. All my past orders were received in time and as per the showed product experience. I hope you will resolve my problem in no tlme.

                  The above mentioned two products in subject will have to deliver me before[protected]. On 21 nov the agent contact me and told me to come to a location which is 10 km far awaw from the adress which i have provided at the time of placing the order and also said that if i will not come to his said location then he will return the product. Now amazon didn't listen my query and amazon told that at that time a promotional offer was going on but now the offer was expired. Either u wait for the next lightning deal offer or purchase with the original price and we will give you a rs. 100 gift card after the seliver of the product at you. But still i have a loss of rs. 150. I tried to explain the whole thing to amazon they repeatedly disconnet my call.

                    Problem : both the adapter are not working., i raised a complaint for the same on the same day of delivery. But they keep telling that they have forwarded the concern to their investigation department and ask for 5 days time.

                    Its been a month and i have not yet recieved my money.

                    Amazon is cheating on consumers. First they told me that a replacement will be created. After no replacement been created, I asked them to refund me . they said a technician will visit to your place.

                              It is sad that i am writing here but i tried to order iphone 7 with exchange on amazon today, it showed me 31000 amount on checkout page where i enter my card details, but as soon i proceeded further it took me to a a page wherein the amount was 35000, since morning this is not getting closed. Very annoyed with best online market in india.

                                  Ordered cell phone from amazon and while started using it found that its defective piece. When i reach to amazon they asked me reach out cell phone company as it is under warranty. After discussion, got to know that this cell phone is no more in manufacturing so they can't fix it under warranty. So i need my refund as i got the defective piece. My simple advise is make sure before selling any product online so customer defective can't get on sell.

                                    I have ordered a laptop battery worth rs.1953 on july, 03 from amazon india (www.amazon.in). after receiving the product it worked for 3 days then it stopped working so i returned that product on july, 15 and asked for refund. They asked to do self return and they will pay back the courier charges so i paid extra 500 rupees for courier. The refund got failed and they are saying that they have reinitiated the refund. But it has been more than 4 months, they are giving the same response. I am fed with their executives and it's like mental torture. So please take necessary action.

                                      In amazon rules its clearly mentioned that if product is not delivered In 15 days i receive amount but that too Not happened

                                      without any intimation they have not even called or mailed me And telling that i have not updated And closed the case
