Hopeless with coolpad note 5 bought through amazon india in a flash sale. Thought of having a good phone before buying now it became a worst nightmare.
Few highlights of service.
1. Purchased in nov 2016, submitted to the asc for call swipe problem
2. Got the phone after 30 days still the problem was same.
3. Again submitted the phone, they did pcb change.
4. After 7 days o[censored]se there is a frequent call...

I have ordered suit form amazon. I received on 26-sep-2017 which is wrong product. I made it return in very next day on 27-sep-2017. After that i revived a msg that i will be getting my refund in 10 business days. I called couple of time to the amazon customer care, they also said that u will be receiving the amount dont worry. After that i am keep contacting the amazon customer care no information about my order. Ivr says that we are not...

I placed order for "ringabell square four seater solid wood dining table (Mahogany finish)" on amazon at sep 21 order no is #[protected].
After wait for delivery today 25 oct suddenly we received the mail from amazon for "your order was cancelled as the seller because failed to confirm the shipment." this is not acceptable. I need my product on same ordered priced....

I have ordered a tempered glass to my mobile (Ordered on 31 august 2017 order#[protected] but i have received the damaged product, raised a request for the replacement (Ordered on sep 4,[protected]-0017116). Gain the same case received damaged product this time as well. Contacted customer case twice both the times they assured that i will receive the refund within 7 working days. It is been a month now received no refund...

Recently i bought an easel stand from amazon #[protected] and the received product was damaged, but now when i ask for a replacement they are asking me to return the product at my own expense as they don't provide any pick up or return facilities for this product. Now, i am supposed to send this product to jaipur all the way from kerala. I think this is irresponsible service from amazon....

I ordered a phone honor 8 on 7th received it on 9th and it was faulty. Amazon's technician confirmed the fault and gave me a recipt of the diagnosis.

Amazpn told me that they'll pickup the device but it was never done.
They then told me that they'll issue a refund on 23rd and now on 26th they denied.
I have sent them multiple emails and i have copy of the email in which they promised the refund and the copy...

I recently bought portable hard drive in amazon. But it is different from i ordered. So i requested for replacement. But the replacement product also not working properly. So i requested for refund and also the product was picked up by amazon agent. But the refund was not initiated still now. Also the pick up happened before 20 days. I already complained this query to amazon care. But there's no response from amazon team....

Sir i have purchased one philips juicer having order no.[protected] on 7th oct 2017 from amazon having delivery date 17th oct 2017. My amazon account show that my product is reached on time and amazon courier services have not delivered it and they wroungly updated the status that it's out for delivery. I bought a tv through amazon india. The tv according to the installer was not as sold or advertised.. It was supposed to be a fully smart tv though the installer said the tv contained no software to enable it to be smart... I requested a return through amazon. This request was submitted on 16th of october 2017.. And everyday since amazon representatives have said the tv would be collected by fedex i've even had labels excetra sent to me,...

I have ordered a product #[protected] on oct 15th 2017. I have received a damaged product. So i have initiated for a replacement. Till now the replacement as well as return of damaged product didn't happen. Its already 1 week delay. This is very poor service from amazon, this is the third complaint i'm raising in recent times. I order for Puma Men's Elsu V2 Mid Sl Idp Sneakers for Rs.1599/- and i got the message as delivered but product is not delivered. when i contact amazon customer care and they replied as we get product soon and they are processing and now the price is rises to Rs.3119/- and now they are telling there is no replacement for this product even though in amazon the same product is showing 2 items left and also not giving any other options than...

I have order a t shirt on amazon website when the deliver boy came and call from takhatgarh bus stand for receive a producte but i have given main market address. When i said you deliver on given address he did not deliver and return the producte without any information. I got message of return so i have given new order for same producte. I have good faith in amazon you can see my histroy. Please resolve the matter....

I had purchased non contact body thermometer through amazon india. Received a defect piece and batteries were missing. According to website replacement was undeliverable whereas i was at home. Now when i am trying to get the status no one is helping me. If they are unable to replace the product at least the can refund my money. Called amazon india but they had no intention to help.

In 3 transactions of 2000 rs. Worth rs.6000 in total has been deducted from sbi account number [protected] by fraudsters for amazon shopping.
Kindly stop the shipping as police conplant has been filed.
