I had purchased 1 moto g5s+ mobile from amazon site online on 24th sep.2017 and received it by 29th and i found it rear camera is malfunction after 3 days so i tried to generat return item receipt. But when i could not succeed i choose phone option to contact your customer care representative and after 2 days i could succeed and on 8th oct your one of representative told that i have to download smartchek app in mobile to check mobile fuctions...

The above item may be treated as cancelled. I intend to have the same item using amazon pay balance as i can get more discount for choosing for the first time.
But what did i see? Amazon deducted abouy rs.30 from amazon pay balance.

I got an unboxed product.. The voice quality of the phone is poor, the battery back up is poor.
