Yesterday I called to your AmzAgent to deliver my product early as I had to rush for my train, but unfortunately your person delay to deliver and told me he could not able to come early and asked me to cancel my order if I wish, so, I could not collect the product.I am very sorry to say this kind of service not expecting from Amazon....
