I got an unboxed product.. The voice quality of the phone is poor, the battery back up is poor.
I was said that the executive will check and that i will get a refund of the product.
Later the company's executive is saying that they will only arrange a replacement and not refund.
Why would i keep a phone that has poor quality and how can i trust a company that cheated me in first place by sending me used product....

The worst thing is that amazon agents are not giving me details of courier company, they are saying that they don't have courier company contact...

Against Order No.[protected] dt. 15.10.2017, I had purchased a Fossil Analog Watch. While ordering I was assured a cash back of Rs 500.00 from Amazon after delivery of the item. The Item was delivered on 20.10.2017. My Amazon Pay balance is still not credited with the sum of Rs 500.00.
