Amazon delivered me broken screen tv
Same day i have done complaint about it
But after 2 moths they have not replaced it nor refund it

Its in there policy to be replaced/refund
They have agreed to refund on mail but till date not given refund or replacement

Till date i have remindeded them 15 times but no body is responding positively
Also i have written there director mr. Jeff on email but still nothing is happening

They are giving faulty reasons @ the address change and saying delivery address and pick up address has problem
There indication does not look good they don't want to exchange the faulty product
As the item to be replaced is on the billing address

One Royal Enterprises Chairs with arms delivered on 18th Nov'17 found defective as one front rt leg has been detached from the main body while sitting on the chair, so do needful arrangement for replacement.This is for your information & necessary action please

    My name is chetan pokharkar and my mob no is [protected]. I purchase tcl led tv from amazon in the month of october. At that time i call in amazon customer care and asked them about cashback policy. They told me that you can make payment partially by amazon pay balance and partially by net banking and you are eligible for 15%cashback on amazon pay balance. I have call recording that with customers care person before placing the order. After getting product dilivery i called 4-5 times in customer care and they also told me they you get your cashback till the end for oct 17. But i did not received cashback till oct 17 then again i called in amazon care and asked them about that, at that time they told me you are not eligible for cashback policy. So as simple its not my fault that your customer care representative suggest me to make payment in partially. So i request you to do the needful for the same.

        It is really shocking for me that on tracking the order id:[protected] it has been found that the order has been delivered to me on 27th november, 2017 at my address and it has also been written that the customer has received the article with proper signature. But it the information that the item has not at all delivered to me. I have also voice clip of the delivery person regading the delivery of the aricle of 27th november, 2017

        Order no[protected] dated 9 Nov 2017.
        Mobile recharge done by amazon pay but as per scheme Rs.99/- cash not back refunded.

        Scheme was jio recharge 399 & above & get 99 cash back

        I had done JIO recharge by Amazon pay for 499.
        450 paid thorough amazon pay & balance amount 49 paid through net banking.

        99 cash back not happened.
        I have ordered a product from amazon by debit card and two times the amount has been debited from my account now I got my refund no[protected] from amazon. So amount may be refunded back to my account.
        Charger adopter mobile coolpad note 5 will be replace.

          I had ordered a trolley bag from amazon which i decided to return due to smaller size than i needed..
          ‌i requested the return on 28th oct but it was cancelled.. Upon contacting amazon they told me that it was due to some technical difficulty.
          They generated a re-pickup which was again cancelled 2 more times..
          On contacting amazon on 18th nov. They told me that i will get my refund within 3-5 working days.
          I kept waiting but the refund never came.
          They had even cancelled the refund.
          As if this much inconvenience was not sufficient, they are now asking me that i myself courier the item to get refund.

            I had returned the head set to om sai gas agency aundh, pune where they gave me a receipt with tracking no. But even after 3 days status doesn't changed so i called amazon cs & they asked me for scan copy of receipt, after sending receipt i got response that it's in transit & i will get refund soon after another 2 days when the status was still the same i called amazon cs this time they said the tracking no. Provided is wrong & i have to again visit dropoff location & check correct no. Where on that receipt it self it is mentioned if you don't get refund in 3-4 days contact amazon cs if we have to chase personally with your channel partner then why amazon making such falls comments

              I made a purchase on 24th october.

              Name of the product-asus zenfone 2 laser 3000 mah li-ion 100% original battery for asus zenfone 2 laser ze550kl zd551kl (C11p1501) - black

              Sold by-: sai baba electronics

              After receiving the product it was found that product is defective. So, i requested for refund on 4th november. They asked me to self-ship the product. I did everything they asked me to do. Now they are saying you talk to the seller regarding the refund.
              I talked to 5-6 customer care they all said that money will be refunded but now its more than a month but my money is not refunded. They asked me to track the order status. All was in vain. To be very frank i don't know now whom to contact. I am tired calling customer care agent. My argument is that if you keep such seller then you must have the courage to talk to them and help in customer refunds. But i don't know why they are more helpless than me.

                Liquid leakage from the inner packet but shipping packet is ok. And the product container is without product lebel and container is unsealed. Kindly replace the product as soon as possible. The date of delivery the product is 27/11/2017. I have already submit return request. It seems very disappointed for me such a incident occur on online shopping from amazon.

                  I had ordered a men adidas cap from amazon.in. On 11 th of november. The delivery date was 21st, november.. I tracked it online but i did not find any updates since 18th november.. I didn't recieve the parcel on 21st so they reschedule my delivery date to 25th of november but till today i haven't received my parcel. I called up amazon customer care several times but they too don't have any idea where my parcel is.. Last update was on 18 th november since then there is no update.. I waited on 21st and 25t november till 8 pm to receive the parcel. My parcel tracking no is 1z2f5r[protected].
                  Customer care person told me that they will escalate the matter and call me. Its been more then a week and i am still waiting for their call.. No onwards i will never buy products from amazon.. Very unprofessional, unethical attitude of amazon.in.. I hope now to receive a call from amazon regarding my parcel..

                  Hello, I had complained of amazon.in, from whom I have ordered a Product. I complained about it nearly a week ago.. I have been waiting for a call from amazon since 27th. Its being 3 weeks that I have ordered this product but till now there is no response from Amazon side. I feel I am being cheated by this particular online shopping site. Twice rescheduled my delivery date and finally after 3 weeks I have not got any response and neither my product is being delivered.. I am tired and sick of these rubbish site.. Please update me about my product and inform whether I may get my product or not..

                    Orderded a "healthsense bp 100 heart mate classic" on amazon.in through their mobile app on dt. 7/10/2017 and payed for it by master card rs. 1149.00. The item was supposed to deliver on 21/10/2017 but till today (27/11/17) the product has not been delivered and was not showing any tracking status and also there is not any option to customer complain.

                      I have the problem and have been dealing with amazon for last 21 days. Not sure what to do. This is really ridiculous.
                      3days ago.. Customer care officer assured me to pick up but still noany msz form amazon and courier service... It become disgusting now. I m even block to make call with amazon. Please let me know if you are able to get it resolved.

                      Plzz give any response.. I got the defected piece second time back to back. First time I thought it happen by mistaken nd close to replace but again got defected piece and Amazon showing no liability for this.It become really worse now.

                        I places the order on 8th november and even after 19 days i've not received my order. Also the courier company did not contacted me and whenever i contacted the customer service i was simply suggested that it will be delvered and in the next 24 hours.
                        And in the end i got the mail that my order is being returned. Amazon is simply cheating its customers in india and not providing any good services. Its simply worst at amazon.

                        Kindly deliver my product asap.

                            Hi team,

                            I have purchased 2 wireless gampad from amazon (Order #[protected], i received 1 wired gampad which i haven't ordered. I submit the request for refund / return and i also had a word with the amazon customer care executive, he told me we don't have the product replacement policy, you have to order again the product we will refund your balance on your amazon account.

                            But now the product is rs 1299 and i have purchased the same product with rs 849 only. Hence i have to pay more for the same product. Which is absolutely unfair.

                            The customer no need to pay more for the same product just because of amazon fault. Why they haven't sent me the correct product at the point of time only. I don't want to pay more, the amazon have to return my wrong product and send the corrected one with the same price.

                            This is really worth service provided by the amazon, we never expect such foolish things with the top e-commerce website.

                            Request you to kindly look into this and help me to get my correct product.

I purchase products from amazon often, on 18 nov 2017 i had ordered for a http://amzn.in/81yru7G, glamio military solid cotton cargo pant. I gave my home address, our pincode is 637301. When we enter this pincode, we have delivery range but the courier company in our town is refusing to do homedelivery saying its out of range. But i have all the proof that my home is in the range. They are not doing their duty properly. They are asking us to come and collect the parcel. This is not the first time. Kindly do the need. Since because your site says our address is eligible, we are ordering, or else why are we going to order? Kindly ask them to do their duty.
                              I[censored] need any proof that my house is in the range, i am ready to provide. We asked the delivery person’s name she s refusing to give her name. Kindly do the needful

I have no time to check in week days. As today is sunday, i want to check it but it is not working. Again they denied to help me & show me service centre. Price of d product is rs 5527/. They send me a worst product. Have they no responsibility?

                                  I purchased shoes from[protected] from amazon pay balance on 18th november and they told me that i will be getting cashback of 15% but i have not received any cashback.

                                  I called customer service many times and escalation the case but then also they have not given me any cashback.

                                  On 23rd i call and i received email from them

                                  I've checked your account and see the order [[protected]] placed on november 18, 2017 for rs. 599.00.

                                  You are eligible for a [cashback/ gift card] ] and this should have been credited by 72 hours from the date of dispatched. I'm sorry, but there seems to have been a delay in crediting the [gift card] to your account. I will escalate this with the concerned team and get back to you with an update by [3-5 business days from the form submission/escalation date].

                                  I apologize for the inconvenience caused and hope we get a chance to serve you again.

                                    I have ordered coolpad coolplay 6 on nov 17 2017 and it has been delivered on 20 nov 2017.

                                    With this mobile i see some features arent available and i have to return this mobile or may have to fix the issue.

                                    I have contacted amazon service for more than thrice regarding this. They replied me that they would send a technician to look after it but this is the third day since i have notified them with the issue, i havent received any response in person.

                                      Amazon prime charged usd 10.99 from my sbi credit card and my amazon prime is not activated... Very poor response and i want to amazon prime to return my money back to my credit card... If not i'll raise case against amazon prime... I'm a advocate i know how to bring this cheating people's to court... I want my money refunded back very soon... Again they are trying to debit 99.99usd from my sbi credit card... I have attached all proof that amazon people trying to steal money from me... I want my refund soon

                                        The product delivered was a power bank instead of the cellphone and it has been 10 days but still the company is asking for few more days. Whenever i have emailed them to send me an update they have always replied by asking for a few more days. This has been quite irritating as they should send the customer the update and everything but they are taking it in a very light way, they are not understanding the need and urgency for the product and i made an online payment so my money is also stuck with them.
