Hi sir,
I order floaters from amazon india of size no. 7 on 20 november 2017 (Order no.[protected]). But they send me wrong item i. E, floaters of size no. 10 and shoes of size no.10 which was not mine from the order which i placed.
I call amazon team to replace the item which i have placed. But they said that price of floaters has been raised and now it is costing rs.840, but the same floaters which i ordered on 20 november 2017 cost me rs. 500.
They are saying me to return the item and get your refund, but i don't want to get refund my money. But instead i want the item which i ordered, since it was costing me low.
Does it mine fault now that the amazon team has delivered me the wrong item and now they are saying me to buy it again at higher price.
Off course consumer complaint team, this may be small matter for you, but it really can be hazardous if looking on big scale.
I request you to look into my complaint, and this is rowdyism from amazon team.
