Today dated 20-oct-2017 i received against awb#[protected] a box duly packed and sealed. I requested the delivery boy to open the box before collecting the money. I had added 3400rs using gift card in the offer period named amazon salary day. With reference to that i should have received 500rs cashback in my amazon account but i didn't. This is a simple case of fraud. Amazon marking the prices above mrp and then giving out fake discounts on that. Please have a look at the image attached to this complaint. The breakup of the cost of the item and the tax details, everything is false. I was misled into thinking that i got a good deal on the occasion of diwali but ultimately it turned out to be a fake one. Fake prices and fake discounts...

I ordered lenovo k4 note on[protected].. It's delivered on[protected] only. B ut invoice dated on[protected]. Now i have touch problem in mobile. But service center told as warranty expired. But i received my mobile on[protected] then how it is non-warranty. Why u calculate the order date as a warranty starting date? Who is responsible for that 8 days betweem[protected] and[protected].. Pathetic delivery team and even more pathetic customer care service specifically girish a leadership team manager at maharashtra who could not even answer my query forget about solving it. According to him full name of an employee is a personal detail not to be answered according to amazon policies which he could not justify when asked about.

Delivery boy cancelled the item without even contacting me.now he is not picking the call. I contacted amazon customer care and they are saying that it is fault from there side. and they will not deliver the item as it is cancelled. I have an amazon kindle which is out of warranty period. I found the battery is not charging anymore and called up amazon center. To my surprise once one year warranty is over, there is no kind of service offered.
The buyer has to just buy another piece even if it is a minor issue like battery repacement.

I called amazon customer care nearly 8 times
Every time i call they give my same reply your money will be refunded in 2-3 business days
