Purchased 49"panasonic tv on 24/09/2017 as written on the product features and description free standard wall mount was missing from the delivered product after many complaints they are not providing the wall mount and also suggested to buy the wall mount under 1000/- and they will refund the amount after receipt provision. As the 49" tv is heavy and under 1000/- it is not available anywhere....

It was such a bad experience with amazon online shopping, i have ordered samsung c9 pro mobile on 05.10.2017 and paid them through credit card.
Delivery date was 09.10.2017 but date was postponed to 13.10.2017 without any reason but not delivered. On 14.10.2017 it was known through customer care that we cannot deliver the product reason was unknown & refund will be initiated.
