    Still i have not got product. Many time i called customer care of amazon.in but nobody assure me. I send mail to seller but not got any information. The do not have any tracking details from india post.
    I shall be highly thankful to you if you kindly take necessary action against the seller and help me out to get the product as soon as possible or return back my money soon.

    I am a old customer of amazon, this is the first time i havig upst. Please take action against this issue.

      I am a regular customer of amazon india for over 2yrs now, never had a problem with receiving my orders. Since my last order, i’ve noticed a purposeful delay in the delivery of my orders, over petty reasons. The latest being ‘incomplete address’, which is atrocious considering how long i’ve been ordering with the website. Please look into this issue and get back to me at the earliest possible.           My order of citra 12w led light pack of 4 with amazon was delievered on 3 novenber. But i have recieved defective product. So i go for replacement and it was done by amazon.
          They said when pickup of defective product will be recieved by seller, new product will be delievered.
          From that day they arrange pickup but its not done.
          I have called them many times, they say that we have submitted your complaint, but no solution is done

            Hi, i booked ear phones you are showing it will come at 9 nov 2017. But up to now iam not getting. How much time you will take, why you are taking this much of time for small product's. I think you taking more days for on purchase of mobile's or other accessories.

              Hello,
              I requested for refund after returning one product to amazon. Amazon representative said that they have refunded amount on 26th september 2017. But i didn't get yet in my bank account. I went to bank directlyand they checked my account details but this refund has never been processed. So how can i get my amount. Amazon also mentioned me reference number of transaction and i asked to my bank for it but there is no such transaction in my account.. This is the first bad experience for too long refund time with amazon. Hope i will get my amount as soon as possible.

                Dear sir/ma'am,

                Its a complaint against delivery service done by delivery boy mr. Pawan ([protected]) in sgt university. Its my worst ever experience with your delivery service. I always do shopping from amazon but never experienced such bad experience in all way around. He was talking to me like he is my boss or he seems like giving me order. Its my warning for him plz behave in good way, really ridiculous.

                My all books i have received here which i have ordered from amazon but this mr. Pawan today didn't handover my last book to my pa. I was in meeting he was calling again and again and saying
                "madam bahar aa jaiye main kisi or ke hath nahi dunga"...
                When on a piece of paper i have written my name, my contact no and given in hand of my pa and asked mr. Pawan to give my book in his hand which he did'nt.

                Its second time i have experienced this man giving me order like bahar aoo or apna parsal le jao.
                He really don't have basic etiquette to talk.
                He should see if someone is in meeting and saying i am in meeting give my parsal to my pa but no. This man has made me get scolded in meeting because of calling again and again. Because of this man's calling again and again for parsal for which already my man was there to take i was really came out of meeting which was not acceptable by top management.
                Kindly teach such type of delivery man that behave in yourself, for this they are getting paid by amazon that go and spoil others day. If they are not capable enough then why doing such job.

                I am not a student i am also manager training and development, i also teach staff how to deal with customer.

                I request you to deliver my book for which i have already paid
                Book name copycat marketing, if i will not be available my authorized person will get it. I dont want anyone's job should go but teach them how to cooperate with customer. Teach them to behave in limit. No order on customer deal in good way. I never shouted at anyone but this man is like ahhh... Worst experience non-cooperative and not understanding anyone critical situation too.

                  All kinds of order require invoice when demanded by buyer. It is not providing valid invoice for mobile recharge done from amazon pay service. It is providing order summery (Fake bill). Upon request neither amazon nor seller provided the proper bill. Agent kindly check consumer law & tax regulation about it. They giving order summer on the name of invoice, which does not states gst and transaction number with details. Tax invasion by calling it digital order and saying we do not provide bill for it. All recharge, internet bill software are digital order. All platform like mobikwik, freecharge, paytm are provides invoice, sample attached. As per the consumer law this is tax evasion both by service provider - facilitator and seller. Amazon is provide mobile reacharge and they call it digital order and do not provide bill.

                    I had placed an order of above mentioned mobile for my official usage on 16th oct 2017, i wanted to add my company's name in the invoice since the bill is expected to be paid by my company. I had called their customer care team for order cancellation so that i can make alteration in the billing, the agent said you don't need to worry about this, we can alter the billing once your product is in transit but when i received the package i found no changes in that, now amazon's agents are telling we can't do anything about that, instead of giving any solution to this matter, he was offering me 500 rs telling that we can give you this amount as amazon's goodwill.

                      Amazon india regularly adopting most shrewd & immoral techniques to sell goods from all its categories. (1) amazon claiming, it gives heavy discount (50% to 80%) in the name of "today's deal". (2) in this deal, it's fooling the innocent customers by (A) first, doubling the market rate as item's standard price, then, (B) striking it off and then (C) once again showing the same market rate "as though customer is getting benefit of more than 50% discount".

                      I have quoted "computer hardware" only as a example.in the attached picture, observe the rates of external hard disks, for instance. Amazon has adopted the same cheating techniques for all its goods without exception. I challenge, anyone may cross-check by visiting the website.

                          I am sameer mhalshi. I had ordered camera from amazon which i returned it back to amazon. The cost of camera is rs. 6490 but i am given refund of only rs. 999. I request you to please look in to the matter. Even after spending so much time asking for the status, no action is been taken from amazon.                           In fact the details of return is also not updated in my account. Instead the refund is processed for camera case hi ring Rs. 999 which I have never returned. I have returned camera and they have refunded me for camera case

                            Worst service provided by amazon and there customer care associates.

                            Within a period of 5 days, 2 of my deliveries were wrongly updated as delivered and i had not even received these orders.

                            For my first order that was supposed to be delivered before 3 days, i am calling amazon everyday. Yesterday another order was wrongly updated as delivered and i have not at all received the product.

                            With such behavior, customer's time and money are both at risk.

                                I placed an order of a phone (Lava z60) on[protected] from amazon.in which i received faulty on[protected] whose order no-#[protected] then on the same day i requested to replace it with a new one. On[protected], i received a replacement of this item whose order no - #[protected]. But this time also i received a faulty product, so i again requested amazon to refund me the amount i. E. Rs 5, 499.00 of this item. On[protected], a pickup agent of amazon came to pickup this phone at 8 a. M but the tracking id that he gave me is wrong and the executives of customer care told me that as soon as we get the update from the pickup boy, we refund you the amount. So, pls. Help me.

                                  I had an extremely dissapointing experience with amazon on 9 nov 2017. They misrepresented the product information on their page and claimed they were unaware. They further did not allow to post feedback since it exposed their fraud. Last, their customer service has been extremely unhelpful and stonewalled me by refusing escalation and covering up their tracks.

                                  Overall i had an extremely dissapointing experience with amazon. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services in india as they seem more keen to engage in actions unbecoming of the brand they claim to be

                                    I have placed an order and the seller increases the price after i order the phone. Now seller says that i have to cancel and re order paying extra amount. This is ridiculous. The seller waits for demand and as soon as i order the product how come he is asking me to cancel and re-order paying the increased amount of 1800. When contacted amazon they say that they cannot help. They too started cheating customers. They know that indian customers can be cheated easily.

                                      Provided NO COST EMI option at the time of order placement. but they cheated. aditional 14% interest applied from bank. Amazon is doing fraud service in the name of NO COST EMI.

                                      at the time of order placement

                                      EMI calculation was 12 x 2046 =24560

                                      but calculation revised to 12 x 2205 =26460

                                      totally fraud service from amazon.

                                        Hi sir even last time i write it in ur blog but issue not resolved. I purchased an iphone 7 from amazon n they sent me defective handset twice n then i returned it on 28th of october and today is 9th novmber but i dindt get my refund yet and whenver i m calling customer support they very rude and not giving any resolution and they are like we cant say anythingn about refund when it will be initiated so plz sir do notify them its not the way to doing business here like playing with us n making us fool. Its been more then 10 days and still they are saying onxe product will be reaching to warehouse refund will be initiated but sir how long u need to reach a product to warehouse its been more than 10 days i think amazon is making us fool whnever i called them they put evrythig on warehouse and we cant contact warehouse and customer support team is very rude and they cant answer anything they just guve one answer which is not satisfactry so plz sir so something about this issue
