I had ordered a trolley bag from amazon. Since they gave an extra 10% cash back if we pay by pay balance, i recharged my amazon pay balance and used it. Then i didn't like the bag and decided to give it back. I wanted to order another. Before placing the second order i asked the customer service team whether they can give the refund in my bank and not as pay balance.
