Dear team amazon,

I have been a loyal customer to amazon when it comes to online shopping. It a sorry state that my past several experience has given me the most hell of a experience to trust amazon anymore.

This is with reference to my recent order for baidyanath mahabhringraj tail - 200 ml

(Order no[protected]).

The estimated delivery date was as 17th november 2017. I have not received any call or sms for order to delivered to my address.

Since my past bitter experience[protected]. I called your customer care but they did not resolve the issue.

Now to my surprise you guys never keep your commitments, and do not deliver the product to the customer

It was really frustrating as just few minutes post i received an email stating product returned as undelivered.

My question is why due to your internal issues or disagreement with courrier people i should suffer

Despite bitter experience i choose amazon when same product available on other e-commerce portal.

Is this what you call ethics, integrity and trust you have developed.

I am sure may customers are facing such issue and you will loose soon

I hope this does not falls on deaf ears and you get the process set so we as customer don't have to suffer.

But still now i didn't recieve any product from amazon. But they have sent mail telling that they have already delivered the product and given me the tracking address.

      I have placed an order on amazon.in on 14-nov-17. I am a prime member and my order was placed for next day delivery. On 17th nov, i have received a message stating that "courier was unable to contact you to arrange delivery. Please contact amazon.in for next steps" and no one contacted me. (Fyi, i used to place orders in amazon regularly and i have even received a product on 16th nov). I called to amazon.in customer care and raised a complaint about it and they responded me that they will take necessary action. On the same day evening, the courier person called me and said he will deliver it by end of that day and asked someone to wait in the home. But no one delivered the product and also the courier person also not picking up the call. Later the same thing happened for another 2 days. I was continuously raising complains about amazon and no action was taken so far. Kindly someone suggest me how to proceed with this issue. Here is my tracking id "tracking #:[protected]"

        I have order walker no shine 3/4" x 3 yard roll hairpiece tape lace front wig toupee, order id :[protected], through amazon.in on 11 november 2017 and they took extra charge of 45.0 inr for quick delivery (14 nov-17 nov) and paid total 844 inr by credit card on 11 nov itself.

        But, i have not received till now (20-nov-2017) and called so many times to amazon customer service. But, the keep fake promise that they will deliver within 24 hrs, but till now it not happen.

        So, first of all, they took extra charge for faster delivery and took 44inr. So, it is one type of cheating and fake promise.
        Second, after paying full amount, prouduct not delivered and dispatch details also not provided. So, i am unable to track. It also, one type of harassment.

          We have seller account on amazon.in, we were sold 3 products onn amazon.in worth 34000 rupees on august 2017, after 1 week my seller account is blocked by amazon.in, then i can't contact without login, then i informed amazon customer service regarding this they said that they are send a complaint to concern deptt. Within 72hrs concern team will contact you. After 5days again i complaint but not response they said send mail to them [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in.
          We have send several mail to him then we received one mail that our account is on hold final settlement will send after 3 month (14 th nov. 2017)
          On 14th nov. I'm trying to contact amazon.in through facebook they told me that fill one form & send to amazon.in. We have send several times same.
          Then received one mail that only 1521.67 rupees will sent by amazon.in.
          We have replied what about rest payments they reply no more money.

            I added my money to amazon pay on 7th oct 2017 while checkout for shoe rack while checkont money added successfully to amazon pay but it didn't took my order placement and i spoke with amazon customer care they told the item may be not available (It was showing in stock) and suggested me to try booking after some time, finally from long time it didn't took order placement so i called customer care n asked for my amour refund to my bank account. They told there is no option to refund my money to bank account and if i wish i can buy some other things from amazon and they disconnected the call. I need my money to refund in to my account. I don't want to place ant order to amazon i lost my trust on amazon.

                The above item was not delivered to me. The reason quoted was "customer was not available".
                This is not the first time i am purchasing products from amazon. You can find from your records that i have bought many items from you in the past.
                Usually, i used to receive a call before delivery and i will give the location of my residence and even if no one is at home, i wii give instructions to the executive to handover the parcel to my neighbor.
                This time i didn't receive any call. I was very much at home.
                I do not know whether i can place any order with amazon in future. Because your executive seems to be giving lame reasons for not delivering the product. Or you are not having the product with you. Otherwise, you wouldn't have returned the amount to bank immediately, as you had time to deliver the product.
                "amazon" sometimes amazes!!!
                Thank you for not delivering.
                I am 100% sure you won't respond to this complaint.

                    My son Rahul banka has ordered two tempered glasses for mobile S7 Edge And galaxy S 6 In July and aug. I have received the glasses but they are not fitting in S 6 and S7. Now the return date is over and I have tried so many times to call the customer care but of no use. It's written on the box S7 and S6 but the size is bigger. Tell me what to do.

                        Dear sir/ ma'am, i am writing this mail with complete apathy and disappointment of amazon team. They don't value the promises they makes and make harassment of customer. I purchased a power bank of mivi company which is faulty where they are denying to pick from my address and asking to courier with deadlines, however they promise hassle free return. I hope this forum will help and will take corrective actions.

                        I purchased a power bank (Order id[protected] dt 8-oct) from company which is faulty neither getting charged not its charging its charging properly, so i made a return on 18th nov. While returning i found that amazon asking to courier to their address and not picking from address. I spoken with their customer team (Chat) where they refuse to pick from address as they don't have the courier service in city like delhi. They shouldn't sell the product if they not have services.

                        I told that i am working person and wouldn't able to courier in short deadlines but they denied and asking the item should reach by 24th nov at hyderabad. The lady was only replying with same copy paste answer without addressing my issue which made me frustrated badly.

                        After been fed up, i asked to arrange call where the call received and immediately disconnected. I tried multiple attempts but the ivr also sounding wrong "we couldn't find your order and disconnected.in few minutes they blocked me on both mode they made my situation so miserable and feeling helpless and cheated.

                        If online portals will perform such misconduct where the customer like make contact to make his point. Second they are breaching to their promises also making denial of services even after getting paid. Their polices are only for their ease of business not concern to customers.

                        Request to help me in resolving the issues.

                              My sister had ordered brown bear mens wallet 20-25 days before. (Product # #[protected]. But amazon had send woodland wallet in the brown bear box and that too was very rough, damaged and used one. We are trying to get connected with amazon i had already sent mails to amazon regarding this and the same product is already given for replacement.
                              But its been more than a month we haven't received a original product yet. Amazon don’t even give us proper info about product neither they message or call back us. We had already made payment of this product and it seems like amazon is cheating with their customers. Is this way amazon deals with their customers.?? When will i get my original product.??
                              I think i feel buying on ebay & snapdeal is good and most important thing is they care for their sellers. Amazon is one of the worst seller i have come across. I just hope i will get the product as soon as possible

                                  I had raised refund request for two product for two order at amazon site. When courier person from amazon came for pick up, he did not know which product he need to pick, he told us that you give me both, i will upload at amazon site. And he gave tracking id [protected]. When we check the site, there was update for one product only. We immediately raised an concern to amazon customer care. They told us wait for 3-4 weeks, i will get me refund back, but now its 3 months. There is no response from their site. There are really going very irresponsible/careless about customer service.
