I had placed an order (#[protected] with amazon india for one plus 5 phone during their promotional offer period i. E. 27-28 june, 2017, as per which customers would be getting a cashback worth rs. 1500 by 30 sept, 2017. On contacting their customer care over the email and phone in multiple attempts, they confirmed that the cash back has been processed and in case i have not received they requested me to share the screenshot of the card/account statement. The same was shared with them and their team confirmed that the cash back could not be processed due to some technical issues and same would be processed in few business days. It has been more than 45 days since their promised date and i have still not received satisfactory answer on asking the reason for a delay and the date by which same will be credited to my account.

I had contacted their customer care team several times over the phone (I don't remember the exact date and time) and over the email on the following dates: 04/10/17, 16/10/17, 23/10/17, 27/10/17, 06/11/17, 08/11/17 and 17/11/17. Despite this they were unable to proceed the cash back and resolve my issue.

    I have not register use your Amazon prime Membership but money has been deducted from my SCB Card on monthly basis.

    You guys are misused my credit card detail which was saved in your server.

    Please refund my all deducted money asap.

    This person very irritating and use abuse language.

    All detail are update in amazon site but this person asking for me credit card detail along with expired date and cvv number.

    Please do the needful and refund the money in my account.

      I have purchased a harmonium worth rs. 19500/- vide order no.[protected]dated 18.10.2017 but the seller namely trading dukan had not shipped upto 15 days after that i had made a first complaint on 31st october 2017 but they have not responded to my complaint and did not get any information about my complaint then i had given my 2nd complaint to make the delivery fast but after then when i checked my order status it showed me that the item has been shipped on 07th november 2017 and given me tracking details and estimated delivery date was shown as 16th november 2017 but today is 17th november 2017 not have any idea of my item... When contacted to the dtdc courier as provided by the seller and tracking details was found fake... Now i feeling like cheated by the no.1 shopping site in india
      Plz... Show me a way how to deal with d situation

          I had an ordered[protected]) on 8th sept-2017 of "prestige pkoss 1.8-liters 1500-watt electric steel kettle".

          But as i heard earlier from my friends experience about amazon cheap service, that was right. Because of at the time of delivery of kettle order, i've found damaged piece of kettle, that was pressed inn from outside & also cracked from under bottom charging socket.

          This is not fare with customers, so pl replace new one kettle with this damaged piece.

            I book a macberry smart watch on 15.11.2017 order no[protected] which was sold by premium Design, Plot no 33, Block A Mohan co operative Industrial Estate, New Delhi-110044
            But To-day is recieved the paket, in the packet the watch was not in the packet only bluetooth earphone is their (which was free with the watch)
            there was not any phone number on invoice to complaint the products
            not recieved

            any one give me the way to complaint against seller or amazon

            i advice to all the customer of amazon not to book any product throght amazon

              Please help me in getting refund i ordered a bluestonevbis marked gold coin on dhanteras 17/11/17 order no:[protected] and since the product was late so cancelled and asked for refund on 13/11/17 till date refund not processed by amazon and they are not doing it until the seller confirms without delivering the product money was transferred in sellers account. The amount is rs 3301/-. Today also refund was not generated. My money is stuck.

                  As per amazon's mail, i have processed for return following your all instructions.

                  I have couriered the power bank on 3rd november, 2017 and that reached there @ bangalore on 4th november on the very next day.

                  After reaching to the bangalore courier has returned the item as the address written was not there, and then they returned me the package which i received here @ ahmedabad on 13th november. (I have attached the tracking details of courier herewith for reference.)

                  I am very much disappointed with your return policy. As it is not providing pick up service and also given very short time to reach to bangalore which is too far from ahmedabad and that to we cannot sent it by air shipment. We are also getting very low amount for the return shipment (Rs. 100/- only and that to ahmedabad to bangalore)

                  After doing all such packaging, pasting all the cutouts on the package, shipmenting on right time, and then it shows that no place or store like this at the mentioned address (Which was printed cutout of your instruction guidance only) and getting it back to ahmedabad is too much disappointing, and that to from a multi-national company like amazon which is doing awesome all over the globe.

                  At the end, the time which i wasted in this messy returning thing cannot came back, but i just wanted to return this faulty product with getting my full money back with shipment charges.

                        I purchased a card phone from amazon.in but the seller sent me used card phone and now they refused to take return or replacement. The imei no. Of card phone is totally different from invoice. I already inform the amazon customer care but still they did not give me solution for the product. Apart from this i got a mail from the amazon team but this mail is also irrelevant for this product...

                          I purchased a k-pvc-20kgcombo2 home gym & fitness kit as on 5 oct 2017 delivered on oct 18 oct 2017. But the one item was cracked and immediately i requested for replacement and date was scheduled 2 times from amazon. But the courier did not come and atlast the order was cancelled by amazon or seller end. Then again daily from noveber 01 to november 15, i requested for schedule they are not ready to give my refund unless untill the item reached at their warehouse.
                          They are saying you have to return the item from your own and the amount they will reimburse, but problem is they are very old and can not do on their own and if amazon can arrange a courier from that address i can give them money.
                          Please do the needful and find the order detail.
                          Do not humiliate customer and give a better solution.

                            I received another mail from amazon informing me about the installation as below

                            As soon as i received the product i called samsung the purported manufacturer and they sent an installation engineer on the 4th. He opened the carton and checked the rear for the original label to confirm the serial number with his installation request form and found that it had a duplicate label for a 22" tv and he found also that the carton called it series 6 instead of series 5 model i had ordered. He refused to install the system and when asked he said it is not their product and he will not install it and also that samsung will not be responsible for the one year warranty promised in the amazon web site.

                            I had immediately sent complaint to amazon which was acknowledged by them as under

                            I am now stuck with a high cost product that the purported manufacturer is refusing to accept as their product and refusing installation and warranty,

                            The company that sold the product through amazon is not responding and

                              I have some amount in my amazon pay wallet which i would like to get transferred to my bank account as i have no plans to order anything from amazon in near future. That money is lying there unused from long time. Hence i would like to transfer it to my bank account so that i can use it for some other purposes. But amazon india is refusing to do so saying that money can be transferred to bank account only within a month of adding it to pay wallet. This policy is wrong. That is my money and i should be able to decide what i want to do with it. Amazon is forcing customers to purchase products from their website by blocking that money in amazon pay wallet. Kindly help in this regard asap.

                                  I had bought a Oneplus 5 mobile from Amazon India site that came with an offer of free Accidental Insurance for 12 months. Amazon is not helping in activating the insurance for last 2 months. Link below for reference that shows the communication with amazon.

                                    Amazon is refusing to entertain return of their sold goods if any customer wish to return quoting their policy, which is against consumer law prevailing in india. I ordered kabuli channa 500 gms costing rs, 140/- which i came to know is cheating. Any product offered for sale should be comparable with the prevailing prices in the site or market. If by any chance, the buyer chooses to return, the seller is duty bound to accept the same and refund the amount. Further on many items mrp printed is much lower than the price charged for the customer which is against law. Refusing to accept return, over pricing are violations. We buy these products only on the trust we have developed on amazon. Today amazon is well established than the competitors like snapdeal and flipkart. Many companies are coming up daily.in your store organic kabuli chana is available for rs.170 per 1 kg. Please compare.

                                      I purchased a elgi ultra grind+ gold 2-litre table top wet grinder and got it delivered on oct 27, 2017. But the item was damaged and immediately i requested for replacement and date was scheduled 2 times from amazon. But the courier did not come and atlast the order was cancelled by amazon or seller end. Then again daily from noveber 01 to november 15, i requested for schedule pick up and they scheduled and courier did not come. They are not ready to give my refund unless untill the item reached at their warehouse.
                                      They are saying you have to return the item from your own and the amount they will reimburse, but problem is they are very old and can not do on their own and if amazon can arrange a courier from that address i can give them money.
                                      Please do the needful and find the order detail.
                                      Do not humiliate customer and give a better solution.

                                        Recently i bought portable hard drive in amazon. But it was not working. Only the light glows. Otherwise there's no detection in my computer. Even in my tv also. Also im checked in other computer systems. But its not working. So i requested for refund for that product. But amazon only gives replacement to me. But unfortunately replacement product also not working properly. So i contact customer care and requested for refund. For that request the courier executive came and picked up the product next day. But still now there's no refund issued for my account. Please do something.

                                        The product is delivered today but its rear wheels are not moving. kindly suggest what to do.
