On september 2017, i placed an order for few snack bars from amazon india website and i received expired products which i asked them to either replace or refund and they agreed on refund after i mailed them the pictures of the product with expiry date mentioned. I was asked to update my account details on their website which i did twive atleast but they haven't refunded for more than a month now and keep giving unnecessary reasons. Please kindly help me.

    I purchased ex calibur shirts from amazon.in but the quality being very poor i returned it on 24th october, 2017. The after till today i called the customer care 4-5 times but every time they assure me that the refund will be done. They literally tell any fake reason for the delay every time i call them.

      My amazon account id is [protected]@gmail.com. I am not able to login to account for a few days now. The amazon team is not providing me proper details as for what reason my account is not able to log in or reset the password. I had provided them with details they asked including bank details. I had planned to buy items on the site as there were nice deals but now i'm not able to. The support staff doesn't even provide clear info as they are just telling me there is a "technical issue". I just did a purchase a few weeks back. Now i cannot even log in. Now i am not even interested in purchasing items as, by the time i get my account back, the products i want won't have the deal price. So if they don't resolve this issue in the next coming days, i will make a new account if i have no choice or use other sites. I never faced this problem till now anywhere. Their complaint email: [protected]@amazon.in doesn't even exist. So this is the only way i hope my problem can be resolved. This is my last try on this issue.

      Amazon sometimes giving things at the lower price and after placing the order they cancelled my order.
      These amazon representatives do not care at all. They have not bothered to respond to my situation.Horrible service .Did not expect this from one of the biggest e-commerce giants.So I cannot expect to get my account back. Good job Amazon. They only care if it matter is related to orders.

        Team, i had ordered nokia 6 on 4th nov and received it on 7th nov. I found that the phone received is faulty (Not giving voice for incoming or outgoing calls, touch screen not working properly, response time of any app is too slow, screen goes blank inbetween).
        I called customer care and asked for refund or replacement, i was told an engineer visit will done to check issue. I had given the visit requested on 9th nov, i was told engg will be arranged 24/48 hours. But even after 72 hours engg not visited my place. I was told by amazon agent that if no engg comes by sunday/12 6 pm then product will be replaced or refund will be initiated immediately.

        But when i have called in evening today saying engg not came, i am asked to wait for 24 hours more. I told agent that i can not stay back home to attend amazon tech but still no resolution is given.

        I have faced huge trouble due to this, as i needed the new phone urgently. I have faced big issues like missing my official work and unable to contact my family due to this phone issue.

        I have all the call recording with your agents and i don't have any options left now other than reaching consumer court and any tv news channel so that i can bring this truth infront of everyone.
        I will definitely choose those options if i don't receive any positive response from your side in next 24 hours, and i also need compensation for all this trouble.

        I have placed a product on 27th oct, order number #[protected] and then i got a msg that my order has been cancelled because payment was not completed . Though certain amount i.e. 258 was debited from my account . and i did not get the refund amount. so what should i do now ?

          I had placed an order on amazon on oct 27 2017 and was supposed to be delivered by 3rd nov 2017 however till date it is not delivered and both amazon and authorised seller are not refunding the amount back to me. Today is 12thnov and till no update about the product or refund. They are only cheating us. I want my money back and compensation as i had ordered it as a gift for my husband but was unable to give it to him and had to spend extra to get new thing for him.

            My ammazon account in mobile no. [protected] had a pay balance of rs.11616.
            Its a refund of my cancel order on 5 th october.
            I requested 3/4 times on your customer care number for refund to credit in
            My saving bank account. They said it will get in 15 days from last one month.
            Still its not credited in my account.
            Now you replied by email that you will not processed & i have to use it by shopping or lapsed in a year.

              I ordere one shirt from amazon on 07/10207. But after opening the parcel i found some other dress material, immedieately i complained it to amazon and they assured me we will pick up and replacement will be done asap. But till date12/11/2017 not at all pick done nor replacemnet done. When ever we call they will give some pick up date and not picked up the items.

                Hello sir
                I requested for refund of 1608 rs after returning my order no[protected]Containing 4 items and all are returned due to quality or size issue) and it was processed by amazon on 31 st oct 2017 as per their records but after waiting 12 days till now its not credited to my bank account, than i call to customer support of amazon regarding this issue. They asked its done from their side and they can only share refund reference number[protected] against this order, now you have to contact to your bank branch or bank support by showing this refund reference number but my branch manager said he is not getting any refund against this refund reference number. Than i called back to amazon but they denied to accept that its their fault if customer not received the fund, they force me to file charge dispute form against your bank but my branch manager show me on their system that he has not received any amount against this so how i can file charge dispute. After that i again contacted amazon and ask them to contact their respective bank through which refund was initiated and processed but they denied and ask they can not do anything in this case. Now amazon block me on chat and phone support only email option is available to my amazon account related to gmail account (Prashant. [protected]@gmail.com) also they are not responding on emails sent by me. Now their is high risk that they block my account also they are not giving me anything in written that related to refund confirmation. They are not sharing any utr no. Related to transaction. They hold my amount and not responding to my queries also blocking make clear that refund issue is from their side not bank fault.

                I also have call recording of amazon support and bank customer support. No body is giving me the way to help out of this issue

                Please sir help me out of this issue so that i can receive my hard earn money as early as possible

                  Ordered on 8 november 2017 order id #[protected]

                  Without delivering the product.. Tracking says product delivered... Looks trying to cheating me..

                  Hence i am raising consumer complaints

                  Day 1 i am following with customer call they are simply sitting and conveying me to get the product... But no follow up from amazon customer portal to deliver the product.

                  As of now today i have not received the product

                    Please look into the matter and resolve it.
                    Otherwise my money will be wasted so please look for changing the product as there is stichting problem. A hole is in the cloth. As soon as i wore it it got a hole in it and it is increasing in size. I want my problem to be solved by exchanging the product or by refunding the money. I was not happy to see such a product.

                      Since last few months its under request and not yet resolved, several time i did complaint through the bank and amazon closing the request without solving the refund issue. Its been more than 5 times we did enquiry and complaint thru the bank and by mail. If amazon cannot solve the issue or cannot refund my extra payment nearly 9500rupees, i would be insisted to go legally against amazon. As the customer care information they a-knowledge as the received two payment on the same date from different account and complaint registered with reference number.                               I have purchased creative speakers from amazon on 14 oct 2017... But now its stopped working though it has warranty of one year... I contacted amazon they said u have to talk to creative customer care... When i contacted them they said u have to bring speakers to ghaziabad... Means all the way i have to go ghaziabad from moradabad... This is too frustating... Amazon should take the responsibility to replace it or get it rectify... Amazon not taking reponsibility creative not taking responsibility... Then who will be responsible... Me?? That i trusted amazon??

                                I have returned a book bought buy amazon, since it was the wrong edition i returned it and the return date was october 10 but today is november 11 and still i have not received the refund please help. The pickup man said that the refund would be given as the amazon pay balance which has not received. My order id is[protected]. The pickup date of the book was september 23.

                                    I shall be highly thankful to you if you kindly take necessary action against the seller and help me out to get the product as soon as possible or return back my money soon.

                                    I am a old customer of amazon, this is the first time i havig upst. Please take action against this issue.

                                      I am a regular customer of amazon india for over 2yrs now, never had a problem with receiving my orders. Since my last order, i’ve noticed a purposeful delay in the delivery of my orders, over petty reasons. The latest being ‘incomplete address’, which is atrocious considering how long i’ve been ordering with the website. Please look into this issue and get back to me at the earliest possible.
