Why amazon didn't have the facility of cancelling order after dispatch.
Flipkart is much better than Amazon.
I have cancelled an order in Flipkart at the day of delivery.
Amazon also didn't have a good returning service.
Before I have ordered Mobile Stand and Amazon gave me damaged product
then I replaced it by going to Post Office.
Worst Online Shopping Store ever.

    My name is ruhi kumari my bank is state bank of india patna. Date i am purchased cell phone rs 9579 from amazon india. Date 17.10.2017 bt sbi debit card. But sone reason i cancel this cell phone. On 23.10.2017 amazon issue a refund rs.9579. But till date i not recvd refund my bank accounts. Against amazon oder is # [protected]. Then i call amazon customer care no is.[protected]. Pls help us. But he provide reference number:822983 and told go to bank and give charge dispute filling here is i conversation details-dear amazon ji today i am going for bank for dispute charge filling but bank dennie these type of filling and provide bank statement for the period of[protected] to[protected]. I am very upset these thing harping. A am old customer of amazon. So you give my solution and amount credited my a/c order # [protected]. If any format of dispute charge provide me. I am also attached my bank statement. Till date i am not recd my refund rs.9579. So kindly provide proper solution sir.       I ordered a samsung galacy j7 nxt from amazon and inside of the box it was rin bar i complained to the executives they said we cant do anything. This is wrong if you take momey you should also be responsible for what is delivered. My order id is[protected]. Please look over my issue any please solve it. Trace it or get the box i recieved and do that fingerprint check but solve my issue.

        I had ordered mystique bluetooth selfie stick, isnap x extendable monopod with built-in bluetooth remote shutter for iphone 7/7p/6s/6p/5s, galaxy s5/s6/s7/s8, google, lg, lenovo, vivo, oppo, htc, huawei and more by mystique mall amazon) on 7 october 2017 when i got the order it was broken hence i returned the product and requested to replace the product instead of refund (Because i trusted amazon that they will send good product) but when i got the product for the secnt time it was not working and i was given some used product. Hence i returned the product and asked for the refund. It is along 20 days and i have not received refund till today. I tried calling amazon but no use. I did online chat as well but no use. Just refund my money. I will never shop from amazon. So much irresponsible you guys are. You people don’t understand the value of customer.

          A Purchase order was placed to Amazon India for MB Magic Bullet Mixer Grinder & Chopper ( Combo 21 pcs Set ) on 23/08/2017 through Internet.
          It was delivered at my home on 28/08/2017
          & I paid the delivery person Rs.2379/- by cash.
          But it was found that some materials were missing.
          I complained to Customer Care & they replied me to give replacement.
          Hence it was taken back on 30/08/2017.
          Returning was confirmed through SMS.
          On 13/09/2017, SMS was received that the good materials will be return to me within 3rd October, 2017.
          But no materials were sent to me.
          On 12/10/2017, I got SMS as :
          [ Your order for MB Magic Bullet Mixer Grinder & Chopper ( Combo 21 pcs Set ) is cancelled. If you have already paid, refund will be intiated shortly. Details: http://amzn.in/bKncrK5.]
          But no money was refunded by them till date.
          I repeatedly tried to talk with Customer Care Officer but failed as there is no option to talk directly to them.
          I paid them on cash, so they should also return Rs.2379/- by cash at my home or they should ask to have my account no.
          Please help me to recover the amount.

            Dear team,
            I Purchased a new iPhone from amazon on big billion day and I got a faulty device it’s when I relaized that it’s 17 days over and I call to amazon so they and mail regarding this so I dropped a mail than they told me same will be support only for 10 days after this this we will not replace.

            And Apple is telling they will repaired.

            Please I need my refund amount amazon sell me a faulty device and this is 3D issue.
            Some time the speaker is misbehave still now I am chasing with amazon for the same.
            Kindly help me out.

              I am order more than 20+ product daily for my business purpose..

              The amazon madurai courier team send products daily for past 1 months..

              But for last 1 week... Amazon madurai courier team cancel all of my courier and send back to amazon..

              It leads to order via other flatform like flipkart.com

              And i asked reason for cancel in madurai amazon courier team, while i am contacting madurai amazon courier they told i am ordering product for my business that's why they cancel all of my products and send back to seller.. Also i sent return for few times.. Due to return they told that send back all of order to amazon..

              Amazon madurai courier cheat amazon.. And update wrong statement and send courier back

              And also update status like undeliverable address.

              But i have create another amazon account and order using my wife name in same address and also order same products in my account..

              Madurai amazon courier team cancel only my products and send back to seller..

              But they didn't cancel my wife products..

              Look like amazon madurai courier team is not good.. And that manager update wrong status..

              And amazon will allow to order products for business..

              But courier team cancel my products...

              Nearly

              120+ products cancel by madurai amazon courier team and send back to seller.

              Please take serious action to madurai amazon courier team, and don't allow that in future..

              If you allow means,

              It leads to order products to some other website like flipkart.com snapdeal.com

              Because madurai amazon courier is not good..

                This is very urgent. My card is being charged rs. 711 to rs. 719 every month for an amazon prime membership that i have not subscribed to. This is very serious. I am being charged for a service that i have not asked for. The first time i was charged rs. 719 on 2nd october on my credit card. Once more, i was charged rs. 711 on my credit card on 2nd november. Request you to look into it immediatly and contact me.

                You must have an account on amazon.com, which is international website of amazon and if you have same email id in both indian and american website than all your data from indian website will be automatically transferred to that american website. you must had tried amazon prime on american website thats why you got charged automatically subscription of 10.99 dollars from your credit card from every month until you didn't cancel your subscription on amazon.com(american website) account. In america they didn't ask for OTP or something to deduct money from credit card according to american policy. That's why they didn't informed you. You must had received and email in you inbox regarding they Billings.

                    The delivery of my order was done in a unprofessional manner even without obtaining the receipt signature, not only that without informing me about the arrival and delivery of the item the delivery agent just left the item at the security.

                      I orders Lenovo k8 note. There is an offer if I purchase phone from Amazon pay balance then I will receive 15% cashbacks after 21 days of purchasing date. But i found that no amount is refunded in my Amazon pay balance. I request you to refund my amount and call me once. I will be highly obliged.

                          Sold my used Samsung galaxy S6 edge via "Sell as an individual" policy of amazon.in which has just started in Mumbai, Chennai and some other cities. However the product was rejected by the buyer and it should have been returned to me initially. But product has still not been received. It seems they have delivered it to a wrong address or to a wrong person. Moreover the address where it should have been delivered was closed for Diwali Eve.
                          Also received updates of device being delivered to more than one address at same time and same day. Is this even possible on earth ? NEED a REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE SAME ! DISAPOINTED !

                              I purchased 1+5 and by terms and condition there is vodafone offer on phone (1+9gb) for 5 months but i dont get this offer now they told me we sold phone now its your duty to talk with vodaphone and vodafone says there is no such a offer so we didnt gives u offer then talk to amazone, amzone said yes there is offer talk to vodafone, who is liar?
                              Whatever but its completely amazone responsibility
                              Since its yours patch up not mine if you promised the offer then you should complete it utherwise refund me, for refund also deny by amazone
                              This is fraud done by amazone

                                  I have ordered subject mentioned product on 2 oct 2017. But i have received some soaps and tablets instead of my actual product after contacting the seller they are claiming my product is replaced by some local courier person an ask to return to back them and they will refund my money with courier charges which i have to pay to courier company for return.
                                  I have returned the product with pre generated returned label which mentioned complete address of seller and sent with with trackon courier service pvt ltd on[protected], tracking no [protected].
                                  Now said courier is shows address not found and got returned.. I feel like the amazon india stallen my money fradulently and they also give me mentally and financial harrassment for returning back my money.. I mean now hopeless what should i have to do for my lost money which i have paid for buying that product

                                    The phone has a low volume. And their is no product specification to mention volume.
                                    So how would a buyer know what should they expect. For a person who takes 120 calls a day, the levels are the worst in the market.
                                    The complaint department acknowledge the issue but refuse to refund the amount or allow me to use to another better product.
                                    They say the mobile has no defect.
                                    How can a customer understand what is being sold if not specified in specification.
                                    What is mobile phone worth if it cant have good audio.
                                    Amazon refuses to understand that they have mislead a customer by not giving relevant information and then saying that they cannot take back device.

                                      This is regarding the latest order[protected]. The order delivery was due on 26th october. The product reached the town and was out for delivery on 23rd october.in the evening, i received a call from the delivery boy saying that they cannot deliver the product due to unavailability of resources. Following that the status was updated as - customer not available which wasn't the case. Then they didn't try reaching me. On 26th october, again no one called and updated as customer not available. I tried reaching customer care and escalated the matter, also informed that i would not be in town for next few days. The customer support promised that the delivery would be done by 8 pm but again the status was incorrectly updated as customer not available.

                                      On 28th october, my house was locked and no one was available. The delivery guy called me and i informed that i cannot accept the product that day. But the delivery guy delivered it to some other location without my permission. It was first updated as mail room/security whereas i have no such arrangement. I did not opt for delivery at neighbor's house on the app, neither did i acknowledge on phone.

                                      I was panicked and tried calling the customer support. The escalation team were too poor in their support. They said it's a fault and i need to place a return request.

                                      My point was - if i have not received the product and complaining about security issue and deviation from policy, but the lady executive kept saying in a rude tone "mam do you want a solution or not. As per policy, you need to place a return request. This is an extra step i have taken to help else as per policy, we can't do anything" can't quote all the feelings and the way it was done and said. I kept re-iterating that if i havent received the order, how can i place the return request. The lady was so irritated that i am not understanding what she said. But, my concern is the product wasn't delivered to me and status is incorrectly updated to delivered. If the product is delivered to any random neighborhood,

                                      This mail is to escalate my security issues. Who authorized the delivery guy to deliver it anywhere he opted to and he has now updated that he is delivered at my address. He has neither updated the right address where he delivered, nor updated the contact number. When he saw that no one was at home and the gate was locked, why didn't he update the status as "customers not available". I am seriously surprised with this way.

                                      I work on a support project and have no time to keep following up on this issue. I am regretful to have paid the money while ordering. So can't afford to lose this money.

                                      I don't know where the product is. Please refund my money. I am seriously let down by repeated issues with amazon orders.

                                        I had requested on 16th october for 2 raymond shirts from amazon but yesterday i have received 1 old used shirt with a hole. Its a beggers shirt. Amazon may be thinking customer as a begger. Requesting consumer forum kindly have a look on my complain as the company asking me to courier it back but i really don't want to touch that shirt even. Kindly take serious step.

                                        Amazon replied me that I have to send that product back to Usa Direct which I really don't want. I will not send that product myself. Its really smells bad as its a used shirt. It's Amazon's fault as they are dealing with such fake company (usa direct). Requesting consumer forum, kindly take action on this so that in future they won't make customers fool.
