Team, i had ordered nokia 6 on 4th nov and received it on 7th nov. I found that the phone received is faulty (Not giving voice for incoming or outgoing calls, touch screen not working properly, response time of any app is too slow, screen goes blank inbetween).
I called customer care and asked for refund or replacement, i was told an engineer visit will done to check issue. I had given the visit requested on 9th nov, i was told engg will be arranged 24/48 hours. But even after 72 hours engg not visited my place. I was told by amazon agent that if no engg comes by sunday/12 6 pm then product will be replaced or refund will be initiated immediately.
But when i have called in evening today saying engg not came, i am asked to wait for 24 hours more. I told agent that i can not stay back home to attend amazon tech but still no resolution is given.
I have faced huge trouble due to this, as i needed the new phone urgently. I have faced big issues like missing my official work and unable to contact my family due to this phone issue.
I have all the call recording with your agents and i don't have any options left now other than reaching consumer court and any tv news channel so that i can bring this truth infront of everyone.
I will definitely choose those options if i don't receive any positive response from your side in next 24 hours, and i also need compensation for all this trouble.
