Hi, my name is dev chavhan. I placed an order with amazon last week from swipe connect grand. I received masage & email for delivery date 1 november but 1 november not recived any type of product or not any responce from there side no call. No massage. I have checked status only on amazon website, status showed items delivered and were singed for by me (Which is not true at all). I called amazon same day night 12 o'clock, spoke with one the rep, he confirmed that packages were misplaced and they will fix the issue. The rep promised me that i will get a full refund and as a compensation they will send me my orferorder for next 3 day. I will regularly follow up to call for customer service team. I will 12 time call last 3 days to customer service team. But till not received my order or refund. It's very big fraud company.

    Last monday i ordered canvas infinity mobile for Rs 9999 and the product is to be delivered on wed but first they dont delivery​ on that day and asked me to wait for 2 days more and finally they gave my product on friday bt wait instead of my phone they gave me a soap just for 9999 and now they said just wait unless we investigate and it will take 10 to 15 days but we not gurantee you for any refund and it is amazon prime service, ...thanku amazon for this fast and quality service and you really take care of your customer. And the most important that show it was amazon fraud was that the weight showing on packet was 70 gm whereas the phone weight itself was more than 150 gm

      The product was returned by the post office itself as on as the package was damaged and lighter than the mentioned weight said the staff of the post office.
      I also received an email on 21st of august that the item is being returned and will refund me.
      On 25 sept. They said that the will refund full amount in my bank account, but they did not.
      And in oct 13 they started asking for courier receipt, saying that "we can only refund when we get the photo of the courier receipt.
      But they never did mentioned about the receipt and how am i suppose to get it now ie. After 2 and 1/2 months.
      I did talked to the customer service of amazon about the issue but they said they cant help regarding this issue until they get the receipt.

      But they already said that they will refund me, and so how can they make excuses now.
      I have forwarded the email they had sent please have a look.

        I have ordered a party wear lehenga choli on 10 oct 2017, the description which was in amazon site after delivery it was too short, not able to wear. Then i request to return the item and return pickup date was 19 oct 2017 but now till today no. Action have been done. Plz solve my problem and return or replace the item immediately. This was 2nd time issue in amazon

        I have ordered a item on 10 the Oct 2017.item ref no. #[protected].after delivery the item was too short in size, but in description it was not mentioned.when I request to change or return the item, request is initiated but now till today return has not done.and also Amazon refunds rupees in amazon pay balance, not in account so that customer will purchase another item.it is wrong thing with customer.kindly solve my problem regarding return

He has misled you that my address is changed and could not be located. My address remains the same. Many items have been delivered to the same address in the past

            Hello sir, i'm akash vispute. Last month, i ordered micro usb otg multi card reader. But it is a faulty item. Memory card is not inserting properly. So i return the item last month. But still the moment, i haven't received my refund. One month after i still don't receive my refund. I already link my bank account. Now they are not recieving my calls. Worst service i ever get from amazon. Please help me.

              I purchase two ear phones of skullcandy it stopped functioning with in a month warranty was 1year. I contacted the customer care they said return window is over and i shud contact brand, they gave me number and mail id of skullcandy, i tried contacting them the number was incorrect and sent mail but never got a reply, so i contacted amazon again and again they gave the same answer.
              When i contacted them i last time i said them i can go to nearby service center and check if they could repair it so the executive said he cant give me any address and if the manufacturer refuse i should get a letter from him.
              This is such a hassel to a cm, i really loved shopping with amazon because its very cm friendly but now its really very bad i also did not get by pick and deliveries on time, very disappointed.

                Item - dr. Morepen bg-03 gluco one glucometer, 25 strips (Multicolor)

                This item says lifetime warranty. Its become defective now. I contacted your customer service and they asked me to get in touch with the manufacturer. I send an email to the manufacturer and waited for more than 10 days. They never get back to me. Again i contacted your customer service and they send the same scripted lines again and again without reading my messages. Finally they asked to file a case in court and disconnected the chat. Is this fair? I need to file a case in court for this 700rs item. I paid the money to you and you are responsible for it. The previous rep shabaz thought me i was blind or uneducated. He irritates me by sending same line again and again. Finally he disconnected the chat without providing any solution. I never expected this kind of customer service from you. I've attached the chat script, i had with shabaz. I need a solution for this.

                  I purchased one asus e203na-fd026t 11.6-inch laptop, star grey, from amazon india website by paying full money through credit card. Received a defective piece. I returned it to amazon center at hoskote by courier on 3/10/2017. The amazon hoskote center did not accept it and the packet was returned to me without opening. I talked to amazon on phone and as advised, sent the pack again, this was again returned to me. I changed the courier and sent the pack again to amazon, and they returned it again to me.
                  Amazon refuses to arrange a pick up of this defective piece from my house. Now i have lost my money, nearly 14, 000/- and struggling with a laptop that doesn't even start. I was never cheated like this before in my life. Amazon is an organised cheater, they are fraud. I will spread this message to people and detract them from buying fro amazon.

                    It is very bad & poor service from amazon, your customer care person bhushpendra not support me well, he was asking me unnecessary questions.

                    From last 15 days, it was very bad experience from amazon, your company is mnc, and this type of bad service...?

                    I ordered orient fabri joy 1000-watt dry iron and it was damaged product, i have registered complaint against same product. Amazon product delivery boy supposed to come around 30th october 2017. But, till he is unable to come. I was suffered from last 3-4 orders of amazon. Their services was very poor [ third class, hopeless ].

                    So, i am requesting you, to please, co-operate me in this issue. And solve my problem asap.

                        I am vinit jain for rohini. My order has been cancelled 2 times first on 23-10 and second on 30-10. When i complained for my first order to customer care your employee said that the company deduct 100 rs. As a penalty and now as my second order is also cancelled so what the company should do as a penalty for this. Please reply as soon as possible. This is a multinational company. What are you doing to maintain your reputation. I want my order with penalty.

                          I had ordered a cargo shorts from amazon by seeing the picture at product page the colour at picture is sandle at description page it has been mentioned as grey the. After the product cane i had returned it on another day the amazon courier boy came and took the product and said after going to office i will pack and send the you will receive confirmation mail like that i too trusted and gave product to him the i had waited for 10days no refund has been issued by amazon contacted and asked they telling its different product nonamazon product like that if i send a different product na how a courier boy eill take it without checking i asked amazon to show me the pic of product which you received but they refused to show i dont know whatshaplening the. If i contacted they are telling investigation is going on wait for 5days like that only i had returned some of other items to other sellers that too holded by amazon not giving refund for that products too i think they are getting all the product and telling wait wait wait only if the problem happens at a single order na u need to hold refund for that inly know why making all my other orders to be hold for refunds i had been waiting more then 15 days if i requested to contact any higher authority that too they are refusing pls any one help me to ge my money back

                            I baught an iphone 7 from amazon and i got defective one so they sent me replacment but even replacement was defective so i called them back on 23rd of october n theier customer care excutive told me that they will be sending a technician but even after waitig 3 days thier technicina did not come and then they arranged pick up for next day on 27th pf october but he didnt come and then again they arrange for pick up fo mext day n finally on 28th of ocotber the product has been picked up and they told me it will take max 3-5 busines days to reach it to fcc n then they will initiate the refund and they told me anyhow by 2nd of november it will reach and they will initiate refund but today is 3rd november and they telling product is still in transit n they need more 10 days so i dnt understand what they are doing its really frastrating and even i told them to pull out each n evry call i made n tell them to check that what thier customer excutive promised me n last guy from escaltion team told me that thier each and every excutive gave me wrong information so i dont understand how they working why they giving wrokg information they informed me that product has been reached at chennai on 31st october and even thier fcc is in chennai then why they taking so long to deliver the product at fcc i think amazon is making us fool n they just making money its really annoying its my worst experience with amazon plz improve ur service we are excpecting more from company like amazon

                              Hi, my name is naren verma. I placed an order with amazon last week form three books. I received only one book that too a wrong one. Checked status only on amazon website, status showed 3 items delivered and were singed for by me (Which is not true at all). I called amazon next day, spoke with one the rep, he confirmed that packages were misplaced and they will fix the issue. The rep promised me that i will get a full refund and as a compensation they will send me all the three books for free.

                              I called them the next day to confirm the pick up details as i wanted to return the wrong book. This is when i got another surprise from amazon, the rep i spoke with denied any kind of compensation and said we would be refunding your money that's all. I did not expect this kind of service from amazon. They lost me as a customer and will loose more.

                                I wasnt sure if this would work if i add online or not so i contacted customer care not once but twice but was given 100% that it will give you pay back but now they are saying that it doesnt work. With the amount i have brought products. They say nothing can be done.
                                This is total customer fooling.

                                    Actually i placed an order of moto g5s plus mobile (31 october 2017) and in payment mode amazon deducted my 15k money and after 1 day i got a message like payment unsuccessful but its clearly showing my money moved to amazon account then i asked them regarding this they are telling like i will get back my money 7 th of november really its not a justice

                                    I recieved my parcel after 2 days late and the parcel is damaged.the food item which is to be delivered as soon as possible.the food item is melted and damaged

                                      I have ordered the lego power idea book from amazon.in. However amazon could not deliver the product on time in spite taking the guaranteed delivery option. From 4 days the customer service agents are giving me confirmation that it will be delivered by 8pm. I have made arrangements for someone to receive the order. After one week of following them agent told me to cancel the order.
                                      Why would i cancel my order when amazon easy ship is not able to deliver it. They are not anwerable on where any of the courtier. They are irresponsible. It was a gift for someone. And prepaid order. I am very upset with amazon.
