Hi sir,

My self ariff. I have placed an order in amazon on 25th/sep/2017. But still i have not received the product. While tracking my product it is showing as the product has been shipped but no received yet. I am not able to cancel the order as shipping has done. Iam tired of calling the customer care not got good response. Need your help to retrieve my money back.

    I have ordered a kids toy for my nephew and its not yet delivered. Till date there is no response from amazon about the delivery of my product. Every end of the day they update the status as "customer requested reschedule/ customer not available".

    I spoke with 4-5 supervisors on call and none of them made an attempt to call the delivery team. They simply say that its third party courier and we cannot contact them.
    When i have been facing issue from many days, there is no ownership taken from amazon to tackle this issue.
    Product was supposed to be delivered on 26th oct and till now i have not received a call from the delivery team.
    So, i called delhivery team and they say to wait for another 24-48 hours.
    I asked them to give me the local delivery center team. They say they dont have it

    Basically there is no co-ordination between amazon and delhivery team.
    This is so frustating. I dint expect this from amazon. Everytime they say they can only email to delhivery but they dont call.

    When i called delhivery team they say that they did not receive any emails from amazon.

    They have been fooling all these days. This is a bad policy without being able to contact they delhivery team from their end

        I order bluetooth speaker from amazon, it is totally waste of money project. Not satisfied with the project. I contacted to customer care but they are not responding to my request, again and again, they just disconnect my phone. I want the return of my project and need my money back. This is a disgusting project, not per the specifications. It's not worth it.

          It is embarrassing to know that how a company like amazon can be so non professional, unaccountable and non responsive. I registered the complaint of receiving stones on the day of their receipt in place of mobile phone ie 13th of october.. I have approached amazon through facebook, twitter and gmail. On the first day ie 13th of october i was asked to wait for 3-5 business days for the investigation purposes. Two weeks have passed since then but i have not received any concrete and satisfying response from their side. How long will this investigation continue? Whenever i am approaching them either through mail or facebook there is a single line response to have patience and to wait. This behavior of theirs is despite the fact that i am one of their regular customer. What type of professionalism is this. To my surprise, now they even are not responding through mail.

            I have ordered samsung galaxy a9 pro on 21st oct in the order #[protected] and i have exchanged my old phone for this purchase and original delivered on 24th oct. I got a damaged and defective phone which i have returned on 28th oct by placing request, from then i'm without any phone since then i'm literally begging amazon by making calls multiple times a day to get my replacement and it has been placed on order #[protected] and estimated delivery on 1st nov. My question is why i should wait to get the replacement when its amazon who sent defective and damaged phone. So original order placed on 21st oct and i will get replacement on 1st nov. So its taking amazon 10 days to get me a good working product. Everytime when i call amazon people giving fake promises that it will be get delivered today, and today but it never happens. I'm a valuable consumer to amazon where i have made huge purchases but still amazon treats like this. I'm extremely fed and 23000 is not easy money! I requested for compensation just like a gift voucher nope amazon said big noooooo, and customer service being rude in all possible ways. I'm gonna do protest against amazon and will do file a case against amazon in consumer forum. Contact number : [protected]

                I ordered gold coin order no[protected] from amazon on 5th oct on 9th i get a msg that its delivered. i complained to amazon on 13 they said its a mistake and will be drlivered in two days. 15th i contacted them they said wsit for today end it will be delivered. on 18th after escalation they started investing with logistics. after taking follow up on 23rd, 25th and 28th the say claim an a-z gurantee refund.
                and today 30th they say claim rejected.
                where is the genuinity gone.

                  I'm Vijay Asabe. I'm your regular buyer since last 3 years.First time I'm unsatisfied with your customer satisfication.

                  On 25th Oct, 2017, I was got message from amazon india ( I have placed order for iphone 6 ) but I didn't order this product. Someone hacked my account and ordered iphone, so immedetly I change my account password. after that I didn't sign in my account. I called customer care they told me " your account on hold " plz mail us provide registered name, billing address, phone number and email id. I have send 10 mail. may be 15-20 call to CC but didn't get response.

                    I had placed an order for redmi 4 and Lenovo k8 note on amazon. Payment was done through HDFC debit card. There was 10% cashback offer. I have still not received the cashback. Kindly look into the matter asap and revert..

                      From 23rd oct, monday 2017 i am recieving sms from amazon saying my package is out for delivery and after 2 - 3 hours i used to get another message saying, recipient was not reached and would deliver the package next day. The fact is that i never received any call from amazon agent for delivery. This continued for a week, mean while i tried contacting the number mentioned in the message ([protected]) which was always not reachable.

                      In between an agent called an enquired if i received any package, when i told i didn't receive any, he asked me to check with neighbours.
                      I checked in my neighbours to see if my package was delivered, and i came to know that it was not delivered. I updated this to amazon agent and he said he will look into it. Later on saturday i am receiving a message saying it was successfully delivered.

                      I haven't received my package with red burgundy okra 15 seeds. I need the seeds or need my refund.

                        Order came to me on today... I purchased an kodak pbp03-k/15000mah power bank (Black)
                        Through amazon.. But the thing i have received was an marble piece... I am having enough proofs regarding their misbehaviour... So kindly help us to get replaced with new product and togive compensation for wasting our valuable time... This item needs to be replaced and the people behind such improper treatment towards buyers should be punnished

                          I ordered moto g5s plus for one day delivery and i recieved my phone on 6th day from my order date. After using the phone for 1 day it went dead on another day (Its not working / phone is not turning on) after complaining for 7th time for replacement the courier team tells me that they will wont pick the phone as the phone is not turning on where as i have registered a complain for a defective / not working phone. And it does not end here when i talk to pick up guy for take the phone he misbehaved with me and abused me and my family and especially my mom saying, "terko jo ukhadna he ukhad" and now it will be the 7th time the pick up guy will come and say the same thing. This is what they mean by service. This is how they give service to their fellow customers. Amazon have crossed their limits.

                                I have some network problems. I need replacement, amazon had given two mobile numbers of mi service center but one is unavailable and other is incorrect. So pls give me. I am a student so money is of great importance for me. Pls, provide me a replacement of same product. This is the worst experience with amazon. Your blancco app is showing ur device is fine but no, it's fake. It is rated 1.7 only in play store. I am a valuable customer of amazon so u can't do like that. My contact number is [protected].                                   I had buy a samsung metro xl mobile by amazon on 9th oct and that mobiles after complete of return date show me battery problem and i try to contact customer care but not possible.in this i go to samsung care but they tell me we cant accept this you permit from amazon.
                                  Till now i cant able to contact any amazon executive so i think this is bed service and cheat with me by amazon and service center tell me that battery is duplicate so that is problem.. Please this time help me because i am very much suffer for this problem. Please tell me how i solution that problem, this time help me again i cant buy any product from amazon.

I have returned a product in amazon for rs 1251 and they mentioned that my refund of amount rs 1251 has been initiated on 11/10/2017 and it will be credited to my account on october 15 2017. Till now (29 october 2017), i didn't get my refund to my account. I have received a refund reference number and transaction code through mail. These are the messages received from amazon.

                                      The quality of the cover is too bad which only lasted for 15 days thereafter it broke apart. My original cover, which lasted for more than an year is still in a better shape as compared bought through amazon. I would request to replace my cover which has costed me rs. 2500 which is a pretty good amount to forgo with. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. This will be a loss to the reputation and credibility of amazon.
