I am sameer mhalshi. I had ordered camera from amazon which i returned it back to amazon. The cost of camera is rs. 6490 but i am given refund of only rs. 999. I request you to please look in to the matter. Even after spending so much time asking for the status, no action is been taken from amazon. I complaint against the fraud and irresponsible company ie amazon. I am attaching snapshot of order details.

In fact the details of return is also not updated in my account. Instead the refund is processed for camera case hi ring Rs. 999 which I have never returned. I have returned camera and they have refunded me for camera case

    Worst service provided by amazon and there customer care associates.

    Within a period of 5 days, 2 of my deliveries were wrongly updated as delivered and i had not even received these orders.

    For my first order that was supposed to be delivered before 3 days, i am calling amazon everyday. Yesterday another order was wrongly updated as delivered and i have not at all received the product.

    With such behavior, customer's time and money are both at risk.

      I had ordered the book named "the intelligent investor" by benjamin graham and had paid by net-banking but i was delivered a book named"the history of medieval india". So i initiated the refund process on 3rdnov and got an sms from blue dart that they will pick up the book from my location but they did not come and on contacting them they are giving unsatisfactory reply.in any case i shall not pay for what i do not need so kindly refund my money back to me.         Sir,

        I placed an order of a phone (Lava z60) on[protected] from amazon.in which i received faulty on[protected] whose order no-#[protected] then on the same day i requested to replace it with a new one. On[protected], i received a replacement of this item whose order no - #[protected]. But this time also i received a faulty product, so i again requested amazon to refund me the amount i. E. Rs 5, 499.00 of this item. On[protected], a pickup agent of amazon came to pickup this phone at 8 a. M but the tracking id that he gave me is wrong and the executives of customer care told me that as soon as we get the update from the pickup boy, we refund you the amount. So, pls. Help me.

          I had an extremely dissapointing experience with amazon on 9 nov 2017. They misrepresented the product information on their page and claimed they were unaware. They further did not allow to post feedback since it exposed their fraud. Last, their customer service has been extremely unhelpful and stonewalled me by refusing escalation and covering up their tracks.

          Overall i had an extremely dissapointing experience with amazon. I would strongly discourage anyone from using their services in india as they seem more keen to engage in actions unbecoming of the brand they claim to be

            I have placed an order and the seller increases the price after i order the phone. Now seller says that i have to cancel and re order paying extra amount. This is ridiculous. The seller waits for demand and as soon as i order the product how come he is asking me to cancel and re-order paying the increased amount of 1800. When contacted amazon they say that they cannot help. They too started cheating customers. They know that indian customers can be cheated easily.

              Provided NO COST EMI option at the time of order placement. but they cheated. aditional 14% interest applied from bank. Amazon is doing fraud service in the name of NO COST EMI.

              EMI calculation was 12 x 2046 =24560

              but calculation revised to 12 x 2205 =26460

              totally fraud service from amazon.

                Hi sir even last time i write it in ur blog but issue not resolved. I purchased an iphone 7 from amazon n they sent me defective handset twice n then i returned it on 28th of october and today is 9th novmber but i dindt get my refund yet and whenver i m calling customer support they very rude and not giving any resolution and they are like we cant say anythingn about refund when it will be initiated so plz sir do notify them its not the way to doing business here like playing with us n making us fool. Its been more then 10 days and still they are saying onxe product will be reaching to warehouse refund will be initiated but sir how long u need to reach a product to warehouse its been more than 10 days i think amazon is making us fool whnever i called them they put evrythig on warehouse and we cant contact warehouse and customer support team is very rude and they cant answer anything they just guve one answer which is not satisfactry so plz sir so something about this issue

                  I'm anupam sharma.. I placed a refund order of an item wrangler men's greenboys straight fit jeans[protected]_w24150w2283g_32w33l sky high) order#[protected] of rs 1347.
                  On 18 october 2017 but still not get refunded. Status of order is " we have received an item we will refund within 2 to 3 days) but still i haven't received my fund. Even when i try to make a call to customer service they are responding that i have not placed any order.. It creating troublesome to me.. And when i rang them frm my frn number they snd a long msg on which they state that.. We have proceed ur refund n u will receive within 2 to 3 days... I waited for 8 days n again when i try to call on one of its number.. They send msg that u will receive ur refund by november2 but its already november 9... Its my request to complain forum to look into this matter.

                      I have perched a samsung galaxy on 7 pro handset on 12th august 2017 also i paid 8, 190.00 through my sbi debit card and my order number was [protected]
                      I would like to inform you that on that time a promotional cash back offer provide by amazon which will be credited on 8th november 2017, according the terms & condition i was eligible for that offer even i got a confirmation message regarding cash back after made payment, but unfortunately that massage deleted by me , than yesterday i made contact with amazon customer service for haven't received cash back amount. I am really upset when customer service inform me the i am not eligible for the offer & given me a wrong information.

                        Hello amazon,

                        I have been a fan of amazon, but this particular incident has shaken the confidence.
                        I had ordered shoes and since it did not fit well, i raised a return request, a amazon courier guy came to pick up the shoes and he did not give ack receipt. He said that an sms will be sent on registered mobile about ack, but instead i got an sms for reschedule of pick up.
                        However, next day another guy came to pick up, and we informed him that the shoes have already been picked up. This continued for 3 consecutive days and finally, the amazon portal shows that ordered has yet not picked up.
                        I immediately informed amazon customer care that this would be a malicious case since, i do not have ack receipt, nor sms, plus the guy told us to keep the box and he took brand new shoes and put it in bubble wrap of amazon.

                        Since then, i called up multiple times once a week since 3 weeks and there is no reliable action/response from amazon india, accept a new eta of 3-4 days.
                        Neither i have the shoe, nor i have my money. I have done 2 calls, 2 chats and 1/2 emails and still amazon is not sure about the status.

                        Btw i have a prime membership and this is the wonderful amazon experience.

                        The whole relationship with amazon since start of amazon in india was very good, but now i will have to be extra careful, after losing 1500 inr/-

                        Amazon customer service is no longer reliable and its time to go back to flipkart i guess.

                          Listen i orderd a roti maker on 17 oct. And very next i complaint for that product because the product is defective i complaint so many time... You may ask your gujrat customer reprentative that the girl. But always ii got answer that we will pickup your order in 2 days but no come for pick up the... So now listen i m so much loyal... Now i am going consumer forum court to file a complaint against amazon.. And not only in consumer court but where i am possible to do a fir i will file.. You are not knowing the person you deliverd a defective order..

                              Dear manager,

                              This email is in reference to my various discussion with amazon customer team from 06th nov 2017 onwards when i informed amazon that the product (Order #[protected] supplied by amazon doesn't meet specifications/performance as mentioned by amazon. Hence, i will be returning the product and have already informed the same to amazon.

                              I have informed this to amazon on phone as well as via email also.
                              But the service attitude and ethics of amazon team is falling day by day. I have attached invoice copy of another mobile phone purchased in jan 2017 from amazon which has stopped working and amazon has raised their hands and have pushed everything to phone manufacturing company.

                              Amazon has denied to refund the amount and also denied for providing any other handset model in exchange. Amazon is asking to go for replacement (Ie to accept same model again). I asked them if the same problem repeats for which amazon has confirmed that as many times such problem occurs, i need to repeat the same steps and keep engaged in same things. This is simply an unethical behaviour of cheating customers by selling low quality product on their portal and later deny for refund and keep only replacement as an option.

                              I request amazon to stop such harassment treatment for customers and maintain at least basic ethical levels. Or else legal options will be the only option for customers.

                              Kindly arrange to collect he same at your earliest from the delivery address.

                                I am a genuine online customer i have purchared many products online.. This time i was trapped by fake product send to me by amazon... Please help me in getting my refund back..

                                  I bought the DELL Laptop from AMAZON INDIA, Dell 15 5559 15.6" HD (1366X768) 6th Gen i5-6200U 8GB 128GB SSD Windows 10 Back-lit KeyBoard Intel Graphics 520 Silver by AC adaptor Included. I approached DELL for support they said the warranty is for US and not for INDIA so cannot be serviced. Now i am left in lurch with AMAZON not helping me

                                    Dear sir/madam,
                                    Placed an order on 26 october 2017 and it was a prepaid item via debit card payment. Item was supposed to be delivered by today but did receive a phone call from courier services 5 days ago that my item is ready for delivery but i should collect it outside my designated delivery address which is 8 kms away. Filed a complaint to amazon via chat session but now i'm seeing that my item delivery date has changed to another 4 more extra days. Really disappointed with amazon delivery handling strategy and seems that they do not have any control over their partner delivery courier companies. It seems that the courier serviceman has taken his revenge on me for not coming over to collect the item from a place which is suitable to him and i don't know why i paid delivery charges in the first place. Planning to deactivate my user account and moving over to other online purchase sites after this issue is over.

                                      Delivery was promised on 7th nov

                                      When i did not receive the product i called up[protected] at around 2 pm on 8th november spoke to an executive who could not understand my point she put me to a team leader ayush who was more interested in teaching me amazons policies having no clue for closure of my issue

                                      I know the vendor does not have the product to supply to me
                                      And amazon is only trying to buy time and not pay my money back

                                      It is not my mistake that you could not deliver me the product on your due date ie 7th nov. I know the vendor is trying to con you since he does not have the product with him
                                      You may chose to be conned but please pay my money back before end of day today ie 8th november 2017
