I have added money to my amazon pay balance rs 6500 on 14 oct 17 for purchasing a redmi 4 phone. When the delivery man came he insisted that amazon pay balance cannot be used as this is cod terms. Hence he forced me to pay the same through my debit card.

I contacted amazon for a refund of rs 6500 for which customer service denied any refund from amazon pay balance as they do not have any such facility to return.

My money is struck there and there is no way to get back my money. Kindly help.

      My order ID is[protected]. Do not deliver the item on time. I ordered on 2nd November, and received a message that they will deliver on 7th November. On 7th November, I get another message that it will payment pending.we couid not deliver as payment was not done.

        Complaint against amazon and godaddy
        I have been reporting spam from kraftly.com everyday for weeks.
        This is the absurd godaddy response to every complaint.
        Amazon acknowledges assistance but my assistance is never used. Amazon email was forwarded to you some hours ago.
        Amazon and godaddy should be construed as metastatic cancer on the internet and extradited in wider online interest.

        Kraftly - a perpetual hardcore spammer pumped spam emails forwarded to all police officers in delhi.

        Beware of kraftly :-
        Recorded autoresponder at 02:37 pm - we are closed at present. Please dial during a working hour.
        They purport to be a shopping portal competing well with amazon and flipkart.
        Their chat keeps looping back with neha only parroting - no input field for you to type.
        Their signup form has some dozen books categories. After you waste time in completing signup,, they tell - sorry we don't sell books
        Then they keep pumping emails and phone calls.
        You signup as another company, after complete signup, they tell - sorry we don't sell laboratory equipment.
        You request removal of accounts.
        You continue to receive dozen emails/calls a day from priyanka, shalini, neha, khurana - all promising 3 million customers for your products.
        You lodge spam reports with copies to police.
        No impact on these ulloo ke pathe, kutte, kameene, hurraamzade.
        Ok, you agree to sell garments and shoes.
        With your consent your ad is flashed to all your contacts on facebook, twitter, google, instagram.
        No possibility of sale. Your friends get annoyed and desert you.
        After you send a hundred protest emails, you receive a phone call - aap apna issue bataaeeye. They can't read the issue in your emails because kraftly comprises a tem of born duffers.

            I ordered track pant but amazon cancelled it after 5-6 days stating seller didn’t confirm for shipment
            This is unacceptable by amazon as i had two orders
            1) gag track pant - 3 qty
            2) gag track pant - 1 qty
            Amazon cancelled all the orders stating the above reason.

            Amazon cancelled my order of hard disk. I ordered 3 hard disk as 3 different order. Later it got cancelled without any proper reason. And now i am getting message for an order which got cancelled that it is out for delivery.
            Amazon is trying to fool me by giving fake or duplicate material and also cancelled the order so that there is no history of order being delivered.
            I talked to the amazon person and he also said that we won't be responsible for this. This is not fair by amazon.
            I demand a COMPENSATION for wasting my time and energy to order the items and later getting know that it has been cancelled .

              I ordered for a mobile phone in amazon. I noticed that there is 15% cash back when paid from amazon pay. So i loaded my amazon pay account with my credit card. After that i made payment for my order through amazon pay. Later i came to know that the maximum cash back possible is only inr 150. But due to urgent need for money due to some unforseen circumstances i had to cancel my order and request for refund. Then the funds were refunded to my amazon pay. As i was in an urgent need for money i contacted the customer support and asked them to transfer funds back to my credit card from amazon pay. They were very reluctant to help me out. They said that their policies does not agree. I told them that it is my money and i want it back. Even then they were simply denying the request. Then i told them that for bank account if we want to close the account bank gives our money back to us and in the same way i pleaded them to atleast close my amazon account and give my funds back. They were very adamant and they said that you have to use all your funds by doing shopping and then only you can close your amazon account. This is very cruel of them. I have never expected this kind of services and response from such a company. They are simply jeopardising the lives of their customers. How can a e commerce company deny to give my money back to me??? This is not at all acceptable. If their policies do not agree to serve their customers better then they have to change their policies. Customer first but not policy first. Atleast with last hope to get some kind of assistance i am posting my issue in this forum.

                Above to inform subject / problem…that my amazon account

And i’m many time concern with customer care but they every time ignore my phone calls. (One time i talk with a girl she is give a better advice) after i’m wait few days more but my problem is not solve…..
                Amazon order date & 07oct2017amount. 624.24 rupes and that amount i’m pay in amazon balance after place my order i have receive in 93.24 rupess promotional gift..in 15oct2017 i pick my order. Order pick distance is 1 km. I check my order i saw my order is wrong placed according i want that same days request to return 16oct2017 promotional gift balance is reduce.
                After i concern customer care and would to request to refund my balance in many time calls finally she refund my balance… after 4-5 hours i check my amazone statement i have loss 93.24 rupes and i’m again talk with customer care than ignore my problem and say lie your balance is refunded.. After 24/48 hours till now i’m not refund in my balance and return my order…….
                I received a call by delivery boy he say i’m (2.5 km) here you come and give your return product.. What is this i apply door to door service than???
                I would request to you please solve my problem as soon as possible….

                  extra money collected by amazon agent

                  Tracking id[protected]. I received the product by afternoon, but just now i received a sms telling that the product could not be delivered. The person who came to deliver has also collected extra money of rupees 100. I tried calling the number i received through sms. But they never considered my complaint. This was highly unprofessional and unexpected of amazon. I need to get back my money and receive the sms as soon as possible....

                  I have buy a dinning table from amazon website at rs10 under the offer period without any reason its worth approx rs27000 i loss rs5000 due to this because i have agreed to give that dinning table to my frnd at 5000 now i have to return 10000 to him so i want either claim of rs5000 or same dinning table i have i also mailed to them but they didnt replay over that so finally i m come to the conclusion i want the claim my contact details [protected]

                    I have ordered a princeware container set of 20 pieces from amazon india on 18th october (0rder no[protected]. Till now i haven't received the order, in amazon website it is showing it has been delivered, this is my fourth compliant on amazon in a span of 2 months, amazon list it's trustworthiness, it has proven to be fake in my case, in my previous order history.in future i won't buy any product from amazon.                       I am narendra. I am a regular customer of amazon. I always got good product from amzon thats why i always buy from amazon. But this time i got defective mobile phone (Nokia 6). I got phone on 26oct 2017. But from 27 oct-2017, phone creating issue and not working properly.. I try to replace this product. But from first day the return windows was closed i also take snap shot. I call many time to amazon customer care but they did not talk properly. Today i talk with tabassum. They told me i need to go to service center. Due to return windows closed issue. I was unable to return it.
                      I want to replace my phone (Nokia 6) asap.

                        I have purchased 3 nos of 3x samsung galaxy s relay 4g t699 gt 350
                        On 6th nov ihave received the above items by paying rs 4347.
                        After opening it was found in one the display is not working
                        I have to replace the one which was not working

                          I ordered a jeans from amazon india they 1 day before the delivery date they cancelled the product this is very annoying they showed me a discount so i ordered it in a cheap price they just fool customer by showing them fake deals. They could have told me on the first day that they can't deliver the product at that rate i wouldn't have been so angry and this isn't the first time it's happening to me they have cancelled so many of my orders. All the orders in the photos i have attached were cancelled without any notice.

                              I had requested for return of a product (Ziyaa women's straight synthetic kurta (Zikucr394-s_pink) on oct 14 2017 which had i bought at amazon (Order #[protected] on oct 6 2017 which was delivered to me on oct 11 2017.

                              Initially they replied back saying since the order still shows yet to dispatch it will take around 2-4 days time for their team to fix it. Again after the time limit got over when i called them same response. And it goes on the same since then.

                              Really frustrated with such a response or so called no response from amazon india cs team.

                              Need this to be sorted out asap.

                                I am a genuine online customer i have purchared many products online.. This time i was trapped by fake product send to me by amazon... Please help me in getting my refund back.. I have purchasdd shoes from amzaon seller "a2z alpha" and i got my shoes on 25th september.. And on 1st november my nike shoe logo was being coming out.. And i went to authorised nike showroom to inquire abt them.. I visited three nike authorised showroom near me and all three told me that the shoes are not the orignal nike they are fake shoes.. Now amazon is telling they cant help me as the purchase has passed a month and seller is not helping at all as he sold me fake product... Kindly help me.

                                Till now i haven't got any help from comsumer complaint forum..please take me out of this online fraud done to me by online seller A2Z ALPHA on amazon India..he is not even talking about the fake product just reminding me about the 30days return policy..waiting for the response..

                                  I have ordered a surprise gift for my friend and paid online through debit card. The delivery agent still demanded money from my friend and she unknowingly paid. This is very wrong amazon is taking double money for a product. Adding to this Its been more than a week now issue is still not resolved.

                                      They are doing fraud by using this kind of email id. [protected]@gmail.com. They have taken an amount of 8, 900 from me for uniform security, account opening and courier service. So please i am requesting you to kindly take an strict action on this issue, i have arrange money by facing many difficulties to paying this kind of frauds.

                                      I have got one lesson from this there is no essay way to earn money.
