I had requested for return of a product (Ziyaa women's straight synthetic kurta (Zikucr394-s_pink) on oct 14 2017 which had i bought at amazon (Order #[protected] on oct 6 2017 which was delivered to me on oct 11 2017.

Initially they replied back saying since the order still shows yet to dispatch it will take around 2-4 days time for their team to fix it. Again after the time limit got over when i called them same response. And it goes on the same since then.

Really frustrated with such a response or so called no response from amazon india cs team.

Need this to be sorted out asap.

    I am a genuine online customer i have purchared many products online.. This time i was trapped by fake product send to me by amazon... Please help me in getting my refund back.. I have purchasdd shoes from amzaon seller "a2z alpha" and i got my shoes on 25th september.. And on 1st november my nike shoe logo was being coming out.. And i went to authorised nike showroom to inquire abt them.. I visited three nike authorised showroom near me and all three told me that the shoes are not the orignal nike they are fake shoes.. Now amazon is telling they cant help me as the purchase has passed a month and seller is not helping at all as he sold me fake product... Kindly help me.

    Till now i haven't got any help from comsumer complaint forum..please take me out of this online fraud done to me by online seller A2Z ALPHA on amazon India..he is not even talking about the fake product just reminding me about the 30days return policy..waiting for the response..

      I have ordered a surprise gift for my friend and paid online through debit card. The delivery agent still demanded money from my friend and she unknowingly paid. This is very wrong amazon is taking double money for a product. Adding to this Its been more than a week now issue is still not resolved.

          They are doing fraud by using this kind of email id. [protected]@gmail.com. They have taken an amount of 8, 900 from me for uniform security, account opening and courier service. So please i am requesting you to kindly take an strict action on this issue, i have arrange money by facing many difficulties to paying this kind of frauds.

          I have got one lesson from this there is no essay way to earn money.

            I have ordered the the order #[protected] n. I got the order on 31 st. On same day, i had asked for the return as the product is defective and missing the accessories. I called many times to customer care. I posted on facebook, twitter. But no body is coming to pick up the product. Today, 7 days over and nobody came to pick the product. This is really irritating

            Even they blocked my phone number and chat services as well. Attaching the screen shot for the same.

            Now i am frustrated. I dont have any option to contact amazon. I am really feeling pressure. I think, amazon does not want to return my money.

                On oct 15 i purchased a gift card from amazon and while i was entering email id i entered wrong. So i didnot get any gift card. I called customer care and they adviced to cancel the gift card and place new order of gift card. So did I.And they also said you will get refund in 10 days.
                Now its been 27 days and still no amy has been refunded.I called serice center twice and also mailed them now they are saying you complant has been resolved.i checked account statement i still not get ant entry of 500 from amazon.

                  To amazon india from a seller (This is posted on facebook)
                  Look sir we have had it enuf
                  Point 1... U are bothered only about commision
                  Point 2... U want to earn through customers true but u want o earn double through your sellers
                  Point 3... The amazon courier services are # as hell most of the times they dont even reach buyer for delivery of product this has happened many times
                  We have called customers and they have told us we didnt got a single call from delivery guy. So that qualifies for courier charges and commision lost for seller
                  Point 4.. The number of orders a seller gets many are fake orders many are rejected coz of your # courier service
                  Point 5 you call all sellers opting for fba. Then many fba orders are fake and damaged in transit
                  And u label it as customer damaged.. Sellers loose money on shipping and product is of no use
                  So overall we are beggars and bloody chu who are selling on portal and yes i admit this today coz thats what the truth is
                  Point 6
                  U allow sellers to sell in same listing
                  U earn ur commison and shipping charges a genuine seller working hard looses it deal
                  Point 7 u dont accept brand registry stating that its device type and u accept only word type
                  ?? Only ur # team knows why?

                  And the most important point
                  Your commision is 20 to 30 percent of the selling price so which is almost near to product actual cost price many times
                  So if any seller wants to earn through amazon
                  You have to sell a 100 rupee product at 400rs to actually get profit
                  And consumers many times you get most of products at double the market price
                  Hope now we become aware and stop buying from such portals
                  ? Or is this another big scam like the coal scam and other scams in india
                  {kindly share as much as possible and make people aware of such portals}

                    Date of return: 24th october 2017.

                    I have returned all the quantities of the pen order amounting to rs 1413.
                    They are not refund my money back.
                    I had soo many conversation via email, call, chat to their customer care executive. They just say that we cannot do anything, refund will be processed by fullfillment centre. And the order has already reached thier fulfillment centre.

                    They are always saying 5 more business days. Extremely poor service. I dont see the chances of recovery of my money.

                      Return and refund of vaibhav clutch. i want to return this product because the of this clutch is very small. but the courier shop did'nt accept my product to return on given amazon address. i call the amazon customer care and they given near courier number but they also accept my courier .

                                But still i have not received any product trying to connect them but due to unavailble of same mobile number, no call connected then raise issue on face book & they are not entertaining properly, said to call police, i requested them for receiving what they are not able to provide & not helping to give iping number and all

                                  I deposited rs 1000 in amazon pay on 4th october 2017. I haven't done any transactions through amazon pay and still when i checked my amazon pay balance recently it was reduced from rs 1000 to rs 0. I am a regular customer at amazon and this type of act is unacceptable. Refund my rs 1000 as soon as possible. Without any transactions being done how can rs 1000 be deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and refund my money.

                                    I have ordered the item last month. I didn't get it till now. Expected date of the item was on we th october 2017. There is no response from amazon or the seller too. I couldn't track the item with the given tracking number. The order number was[protected]. Date of order was october 4th 2017. I sent the mail to the seller more than three times. They didn't respond back.

                                      I ordered the product "kore k-pvc 20kg combo 16 leather home gym and fitness kit" with order id order #[protected] on oct 25. The order was out for delivery on oct 28.
                                      The courier person with phone number - [protected] tried to deliver the order on 28. My mother was at home at that point of time. He reached home and called us through calling bell but my fail to respond because there was not electricity at home. Then he tried calling me but i could not pick up the call because i was at office attending important meeting. So he left.
                                      I called him back after an hour and requested him to deliver the order on oct 29 (The next day) which he accepted.
                                      But instead, he tag the order as "order rejected by customer" and sent my order back to the seller..

                                      Then i contacted amazon customer support. And they appologised and asked me to reorder the item and promised me to deliver the order without any problem..
                                      I requested customer support center to deliver the item between monday and saturday, either before 9am or after 6 pm as we will not available at home between 9 am to 6 pm.. And promised that too..!
                                      I also requested to raise the complaint against that courier person and requested to select an alternate courier service to deliver the item if i am ordering again!!

                                      After all these, i ordered the same item again on oct 29 with order id[protected].
                                      The order arrived my location and was out for delivery on nov 2, but was never delivered on that day.. I thought the reason was heavy rain, but they wrongly updated in the tracker that i was not reachable on the phone!!
                                      Then they did not attempt delivery on nov 3. But on tracker the same thing was updated as "could not deliver as customer not reachable on the phone".

                                      The order was reattempted in nov 4, received the sms on nov 4 morning. I called the courier guy and asked him to deliver after 4 pm. But he rudely replied stating, it would possible only by 12 noon and not after that.. Then i asked him to deliver on nov 5 (Sunday), which he accepted.

                                      On nov 5, till afternoon, there was no update. I contact customer support and they promised that the order will be delivered by nov 5 (Today) for sure.
                                      But an hour later i received an sms stating that the "order was rejected to accept by me and is returning back to seller". But in reality such thing never happened..

                                      They tried to prove that i was wrong, i was the fool.. No complaint was either filed against the customer support executive who were rude, nor the complaint was filed against that unethical and uneducated courier service who made me suffer..

                                      So this how amazon runs.. Fake promises.. Unethical courier service.. Unethical customer support..

                                      Now i have ordered the same product with flipkart and hope will be delivered soon..
                                      Requesting all to avoid amazon at all cost.

                                      I have purchased a wrist watch of Timex model no-TI[protected], on 04/10/2017.This model is water resistant still water is inserted inside the dial of watch and looks hazy .
                                      Please suggest me the action plan for the same, warranty period is on for me.

                                        I have paid rs 903 to amazon pvt ltd on 20.10.17 through internet banking, when i contacted to amazon they says that they not received any amount so far, customer care of amazon advised me to contact bank customer care. After lapse of more then 15 days i have not received my refund in my bank account. Please issue refund of rs 903 in my accoynt as soon as possible.
