    I buy a shoe on amazon. But the product was too large. I am send my shoe for replacement via bluedart courier service to amzon. The item was deliverd on november 1st. But no replay and messages from amzon. Pleas send me my original size immediately...

        I place a order on 29th sep for the laptop & they said they delivered on 3rd oct
        But still i have not received any product trying to connect them but due to unavailble of same mobile number, no call connected then raise issue on face book & they are not entertaining properly, said to call police, i requested them for receiving what they are not able to provide & not helping to give iping number and all

        Please help me asap

          I deposited rs 1000 in amazon pay on 4th october 2017. I haven't done any transactions through amazon pay and still when i checked my amazon pay balance recently it was reduced from rs 1000 to rs 0. I am a regular customer at amazon and this type of act is unacceptable. Refund my rs 1000 as soon as possible. Without any transactions being done how can rs 1000 be deducted from my account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and refund my money.

            I have ordered the item last month. I didn't get it till now. Expected date of the item was on we th october 2017. There is no response from amazon or the seller too. I couldn't track the item with the given tracking number. The order number was[protected]. Date of order was october 4th 2017. I sent the mail to the seller more than three times. They didn't respond back.

              I ordered the product "kore k-pvc 20kg combo 16 leather home gym and fitness kit" with order id order #[protected] on oct 25. The order was out for delivery on oct 28.
              The courier person with phone number - [protected] tried to deliver the order on 28. My mother was at home at that point of time. He reached home and called us through calling bell but my fail to respond because there was not electricity at home. Then he tried calling me but i could not pick up the call because i was at office attending important meeting. So he left.
              I called him back after an hour and requested him to deliver the order on oct 29 (The next day) which he accepted.
              But instead, he tag the order as "order rejected by customer" and sent my order back to the seller..

              Then i contacted amazon customer support. And they appologised and asked me to reorder the item and promised me to deliver the order without any problem..
              I requested customer support center to deliver the item between monday and saturday, either before 9am or after 6 pm as we will not available at home between 9 am to 6 pm.. And promised that too..!
              I also requested to raise the complaint against that courier person and requested to select an alternate courier service to deliver the item if i am ordering again!!

              After all these, i ordered the same item again on oct 29 with order id[protected].
              The order arrived my location and was out for delivery on nov 2, but was never delivered on that day.. I thought the reason was heavy rain, but they wrongly updated in the tracker that i was not reachable on the phone!!
              Then they did not attempt delivery on nov 3. But on tracker the same thing was updated as "could not deliver as customer not reachable on the phone".

              The order was reattempted in nov 4, received the sms on nov 4 morning. I called the courier guy and asked him to deliver after 4 pm. But he rudely replied stating, it would possible only by 12 noon and not after that.. Then i asked him to deliver on nov 5 (Sunday), which he accepted.

              On nov 5, till afternoon, there was no update. I contact customer support and they promised that the order will be delivered by nov 5 (Today) for sure.
              But an hour later i received an sms stating that the "order was rejected to accept by me and is returning back to seller". But in reality such thing never happened..

              They tried to prove that i was wrong, i was the fool.. No complaint was either filed against the customer support executive who were rude, nor the complaint was filed against that unethical and uneducated courier service who made me suffer..

              So this how amazon runs.. Fake promises.. Unethical courier service.. Unethical customer support..

              Now i have ordered the same product with flipkart and hope will be delivered soon..
              Requesting all to avoid amazon at all cost.

              I have purchased a wrist watch of Timex model no-TI[protected], on 04/10/2017.This model is water resistant still water is inserted inside the dial of watch and looks hazy .
              Please suggest me the action plan for the same, warranty period is on for me.

                I have paid rs 903 to amazon pvt ltd on 20.10.17 through internet banking, when i contacted to amazon they says that they not received any amount so far, customer care of amazon advised me to contact bank customer care. After lapse of more then 15 days i have not received my refund in my bank account. Please issue refund of rs 903 in my accoynt as soon as possible.

                I got a successfull delivered sms of my order from Amazon but i haven't received my parcel till now .how can it possible.it is always happen whenever you payment already.
                Recently I purchased a stainless loop earing from amazon.com. Date of delivery was 31th october 2017, but it arrived on 30th october. I recieved a message of out for delivery of my product. But My product has not been delivered to me but I recieved the message of successfull delivery. I request you to please send me my package to my address.
                I bought shoes from Amazon and they delivered me wrong size number and I returned them the shoes but no money refunded to me order number :[protected] and I returned shoes 40 days ago.

                  I ordered bajaj rex 500-watt mixer grinder with 3 jars (White) (Order #[protected] on 28/10/2017 and to get it delivered as early as possible i took membership of amazon prime, so the order was promised to be delivered on 30/10/2017. But, even today on 5/11/2017 i haven't received my product, so i contacted the customer service of amazon :
                  1. To cancel the order
                  2. Cancel the prime membership
                  3. Get refunds of both (Order and prime membership)
                  4. Reimbursement (For my inconvenience and false promises from them)

                  In response to it, the cce (Shivendu) agreed for the top 3 points, but for the major issue (Reimbursement) he said he cannot do anything as their company has no policy regarding this.in reply to this, i said that can i go and complaint anywhere as if you have no policy, he bluntly said yes you can go anywhere and complain.

                  I am not writing this complaint to get anything as reimbursement, rather i just wanted to highlight this issue that what if these so called e-commerce websites make false promises and cannot fulfil them and just raise their hands that they can't do anything for customer's inconvenience.

                  They are running their business all over the world and we know about mr. Jeff bezos, what he is now and where does he lie in the world's richest people list, but what if he cannot make a policy for the inconvenience caused to his prime customers.

                  Where should a normal middle class indian will go to complaint about these e-commerce websites and their so called bosses?

                    Hi, i have joined prime membership on 4th oct as there was some offer to get 20% casback upto 300inr if you add up money to your amazon pay on same day

                    After subscribing prime when i tried to add money. I got some error. I intimated same thing to you on same day and they promised me that i will be still eligible for offer once they fix it.

                    I took two confirmation on mail for same from your end. Later it was fixed on 9th in night and i got mail for same around 8:40 so when i seen that mail on next day. I again enquired same thing on call with your associate and he again committed that yes sir you are eligible as it had been committed to you as she checked. So after confirmation i added 1500 to my account.

                    Later i called up on 26th oct for confirmation that amount has not been credited than that guy told me that sir dont worry, it will be credited to your account by 28th nov.

                    I waited and on 29th again called up, than associate told me that we are forwarding case to associate who committed to process and it will reflect in your account within 24 hours.

                    Still nothing i again called on 31st oct and associate told me yes he can see complain for that and he is arranging a callback from department which will do needfull within 2 hours but i have not recieved any even next day.

                    Still to my surprise after 3 commitment i am still at same place. I again called up on 1st nov and asked associate to transfer call to supervisor. He transferred call to mr jaswinder who told me he is speaking from eaclation desk.

                    This was one of the second longest on call of my career. I wasted 53min of my life for same. He told yes sir it has been committed to you and i am processing it in your account just now and than he put me on hold. After that when he came back, he started debating that amount has been already credited in your account. I told him that amount he is talking about of 301inr is a refund of purchase which i had issue but he still persisted with his thought than to make him clear i switched on my lappy and told him about my order id and to read comments aginst it. Finally after long converstauon he again agreed and told me that he is processing cashback with in next minute which might take 4 hours to reflect in my account and in next minute i will recieve a confirmation on mail too for same.

                    But later in morning next day still i have not got any credition and even a mail too. I was really frustrated of this behaviour because its like clearly a cheating and harrasment that i am going through.4th time you have provided a timeline which passed and still your associate ignored such a long conversation to make him realise that he was wrong which he later admitted on call also

                    Now for me cashback has become second priorty and action against that guy mr jaswinder is on top because how can he ignore such a matter like that. Are there no tracking for same in amazon.

                    I called up on 2nd nov again to have longest conversation of my life of more than 80min. For me my main problem is that i have to explain whole thing again and agin to everyone and this was my 6th call for same matter. I asked associate to transfer call to his supervisor. It was done but this new supervisor baught something new to table. He asked sir on same day when you purchase prime you need to purchase something else also although as such nothing is there in t&c and i know he was wrong too but i also i did purchase something else on that day. I think he was not aware about it. I guess your associate don't have order history available with them because same thing happened with jaswinder. I need to provide my order history and all to them myself. Than i asked him to transfer call to his supervisor so mr nand kishore came on line and i asked him to take action against mr jaswinder and let me know for same. He said thats our internal and he wont let me anything that has been done. But how can i make sure if you are not intimating me about it. You might not do anything but i am the one who went through such harrasment. Secondly he said that he will take against those who provided wrong commitment. I think there were in total 8 people who committed me that my cashback will be provided as if you check whole above conversation. Will you take action against all? Also he is saying 8 associate are wrong and he is right. Now come to point what he mean, he said that you need to add money in 5th oct only for eligibility. I told him but still issue was not fixed from your end for which i again marked mail on 5th but he insisted that its your problem if you are not able to add up money. Let me know how i am wrong here. I marked a mail on 4th that i am having issue and than again on 5th i replied still issue is persisting and you fix that issue on 9th. Than how is it possible for me to add up by 5th. Also two approval on mail you have provided that for later addition you will credit it manually. Before adding on same day i took commitmrnt from your associate on call and she also said it will be credited to your account but i was frustrated what your mr manager thoughts were. He has no issue from his team for 8 wrong commitment and he is proving me wrong that if our service is not working. I have to bear loss for same. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in any customer care and that too is from manager of your esclation department.

                    If you read whole thing you will came to know how much i went through, how many timeline & commitments you have provided. Seriously i will be going stop by step to make your realise what you have done. All the proofs that i have will come handy soon. I am such a online guy that if i require anything, i try to use online for everything instead of doing it manually but i never had such terrible experience with any other service provider but you ruined it in a big way. Seriously i never expected from amazon to be fair but i don't know what happened.

                    My priorties are-

                    Action against mr jaswinder your supervisor from esclation and i need written mail of it.

                    Have word with your manager mr nand kishore esclation manager-he need to understand how much client has went through and need to listen him before judging and making a prospective. He cant say his whole team provided a wrong committment. This is unbearable atvany cost.

                    Process my cashback of 300inr

                    Really i can mention so much more but it will be just waste of my time only. More than 4 hours i was on call with your associate for same concern. Dont know how many mails have been shooted which all went in vein.

                      I ordered honor 8 from amazon recently, the tracking section on the website said the package will reach to me within 4 november, on 1st of november their tracking section said the package has reached my local courier office (Amazon transportation services) so reached out to the delivery guys, they said the package had not reached their office yet, so i again reached out top them on 4th november which was the final date the amazon provided, again they said the package has not reached yet. But the tracking section still says the package has arrived in nearest courier facility. Later the amazon extended their date to 7th november but still no response from either of them.

                        Dear sir / mam,

                        I, saumyajit parida, have placed an order for "sheaffer 9325-1 glossy rollerball pen - black" on 26th oct 2017. Order no for the same is order#[protected] and snapshot of the same is enclosed for your ready reference.

                        In place of the relevant pen which i purchased, a pen of another variety was delivered on 30th oct 2017. I thereupon called amazon customer care for replacement. They had said o replace the same at the earliest and till date no action has been taken.

                        I have been daily following up regarding the same and the customer care personnel is neither sending some one to pickup nor refunding my money.
                        The said pen was a gift for someone and due to amazon's carelessness and non seriousness towards its reciprocal obligation, i have failed to deliver the intended action.

                        I request you to help me by taking strict action against amazon by refunding my money and warning them to be strict against the above said futuristic negligence.

                                I asked for black, got orange. Even after 3-4 days use, this is not charged, the charger was defective.. Can you please collect this faulty product and send me the correct one..

                                Amazon confirmed they will come back within 3 days but they didnt. Further, now they cant post this review.

                                  Hi, my name is dev chavhan. I placed an order with amazon last week from swipe connect grand. I received masage & email for delivery date 1 november but 1 november not recived any type of product or not any responce from there side no call. No massage. I have checked status only on amazon website, status showed items delivered and were singed for by me (Which is not true at all). I called amazon same day night 12 o'clock, spoke with one the rep, he confirmed that packages were misplaced and they will fix the issue. The rep promised me that i will get a full refund and as a compensation they will send me my orferorder for next 3 day. I will regularly follow up to call for customer service team. I will 12 time call last 3 days to customer service team. But till not received my order or refund. It's very big fraud company.

                                    Last monday i ordered canvas infinity mobile for Rs 9999 and the product is to be delivered on wed but first they dont delivery​ on that day and asked me to wait for 2 days more and finally they gave my product on friday bt wait instead of my phone they gave me a soap just for 9999 and now they said just wait unless we investigate and it will take 10 to 15 days but we not gurantee you for any refund and it is amazon prime service, ...thanku amazon for this fast and quality service and you really take care of your customer. And the most important that show it was amazon fraud was that the weight showing on packet was 70 gm whereas the phone weight itself was more than 150 gm

                                      The product was returned by the post office itself as on as the package was damaged and lighter than the mentioned weight said the staff of the post office.
                                      I also received an email on 21st of august that the item is being returned and will refund me.
                                      On 25 sept. They said that the will refund full amount in my bank account, but they did not.
                                      And in oct 13 they started asking for courier receipt, saying that "we can only refund when we get the photo of the courier receipt.
                                      But they never did mentioned about the receipt and how am i suppose to get it now ie. After 2 and 1/2 months.
                                      I did talked to the customer service of amazon about the issue but they said they cant help regarding this issue until they get the receipt.

                                      But they already said that they will refund me, and so how can they make excuses now.
                                      I have forwarded the email they had sent please have a look.

                                        I have ordered a party wear lehenga choli on 10 oct 2017, the description which was in amazon site after delivery it was too short, not able to wear. Then i request to return the item and return pickup date was 19 oct 2017 but now till today no. Action have been done. Plz solve my problem and return or replace the item immediately. This was 2nd time issue in amazon

                                        I have ordered a item on 10 the Oct 2017.item ref no. #[protected].after delivery the item was too short in size, but in description it was not mentioned.when I request to change or return the item, request is initiated but now till today return has not done.and also Amazon refunds rupees in amazon pay balance, not in account so that customer will purchase another item.it is wrong thing with customer.kindly solve my problem regarding return
