The phone has a low volume. And their is no product specification to mention volume.
So how would a buyer know what should they expect. For a person who takes 120 calls a day, the levels are the worst in the market.
The complaint department acknowledge the issue but refuse to refund the amount or allow me to use to another better product.
They say the mobile has no defect.
How can a customer understand what is being sold if not specified in specification.
What is mobile phone worth if it cant have good audio.
Amazon refuses to understand that they have mislead a customer by not giving relevant information and then saying that they cannot take back device.

    This is regarding the latest order[protected]. The order delivery was due on 26th october. The product reached the town and was out for delivery on 23rd october.in the evening, i received a call from the delivery boy saying that they cannot deliver the product due to unavailability of resources. Following that the status was updated as - customer not available which wasn't the case. Then they didn't try reaching me. On 26th october, again no one called and updated as customer not available. I tried reaching customer care and escalated the matter, also informed that i would not be in town for next few days. The customer support promised that the delivery would be done by 8 pm but again the status was incorrectly updated as customer not available.

    On 28th october, my house was locked and no one was available. The delivery guy called me and i informed that i cannot accept the product that day. But the delivery guy delivered it to some other location without my permission. It was first updated as mail room/security whereas i have no such arrangement. I did not opt for delivery at neighbor's house on the app, neither did i acknowledge on phone.

    I was panicked and tried calling the customer support. The escalation team were too poor in their support. They said it's a fault and i need to place a return request.

    My point was - if i have not received the product and complaining about security issue and deviation from policy, but the lady executive kept saying in a rude tone "mam do you want a solution or not. As per policy, you need to place a return request. This is an extra step i have taken to help else as per policy, we can't do anything" can't quote all the feelings and the way it was done and said. I kept re-iterating that if i havent received the order, how can i place the return request. The lady was so irritated that i am not understanding what she said. But, my concern is the product wasn't delivered to me and status is incorrectly updated to delivered. If the product is delivered to any random neighborhood,

    This mail is to escalate my security issues. Who authorized the delivery guy to deliver it anywhere he opted to and he has now updated that he is delivered at my address. He has neither updated the right address where he delivered, nor updated the contact number. When he saw that no one was at home and the gate was locked, why didn't he update the status as "customers not available". I am seriously surprised with this way.

    I work on a support project and have no time to keep following up on this issue. I am regretful to have paid the money while ordering. So can't afford to lose this money.

    I don't know where the product is. Please refund my money. I am seriously let down by repeated issues with amazon orders.

      I had requested on 16th october for 2 raymond shirts from amazon but yesterday i have received 1 old used shirt with a hole. Its a beggers shirt. Amazon may be thinking customer as a begger. Requesting consumer forum kindly have a look on my complain as the company asking me to courier it back but i really don't want to touch that shirt even. Kindly take serious step.

      Amazon replied me that I have to send that product back to Usa Direct which I really don't want. I will not send that product myself. Its really smells bad as its a used shirt. It's Amazon's fault as they are dealing with such fake company (usa direct). Requesting consumer forum, kindly take action on this so that in future they won't make customers fool.

        I had purchased redmi note 3 from amazon.in on 27.10.2016. But on 26.10.2017, there is some display problem for which i have contacted the authorized service centre of xiaomi in silchar on 27.10.2017. But unfortunately they told me that my mobile can not be repaired under warranty. But as per the warranty manual that was given with the mobile, it was written that the limited warranty starts from the day the customer receives the item. When i told about this to customer care executive they asked me to mail amazon and to send one copy of the mail to them. For this i had contacted to amazon and request them to send me a mail about warranty. I have also contacted mi customer care but they told me that my mobile does not fall under warranty as it has completed 1 year. When i show amazon's mail to customer care of xiaomi in silchar, assam, they told that the mail was not properly written. Hence they need to contact mi customer care. Now what should i do. If it is written in warranty manual of mi that the limited warranty starts from the day the customer receives the item then why my mobile will not come under warranty.
        Why amazon is not helping in this issue

          Amazon india — worst courier service
          Me me. Rajiv singh on nov 01 2017
          I ordered a frock on 23th october on amazon and guarantied delivery date was on 30th october but delivery was not done for a reason "held for payment". But i did not get any call or message from the courier boy. Amazon customer service told me to place a new order from a new account, so i did. But again same problem with the new order. I am facing these problems for 5 days. Still i did not get any perfect solution from amazon customer service. They are just repeating "you will receive your order soon". I don't know when will the 'soon' come. Give me a correct solution. I live shukla ganj unnao and my phone no.[protected] pls help me. Thank you...

            I had ordered a royal oak glass dining table with order no.[protected] of 17999/- in amazon but the product arrived here at my address was damaged and defected. When i complained to their customer care services, they assured me that the refund would be initiated within a week but when i called them the call did not go through as they had blocked my numbers.

            I also have payment details as well as their apology mail with the compensation. I am attaching all my proofs with it. #amazonfraudcompany #amazondowndown... Now i am looking for legal actions... Amazon down down...

              Hi i'm manideepa from kolkata. I placed an order on 22nd of october and due to wrong size cancelled it on the very same day. Still i'm being harrassed till today (1st nov) for getting back the refund. I received a message on 27th that refund has been initiated within 2-4 days i will get the refund back till today i did not get it. I called customer care now they are saying i'll get the refund next week. Is amazon such a poor company that in 11days also they are unable to refund an amount of 629rs only?

                    Hi. I hv orderd mommas medicine feeder dropper. I did not receive this order but got e-mail that it has been deliverd. I got call on monday 29th october 2017 from your delivery man but he said he cant deliver it home bcoz my address doesnt come under his area. So he said he will return the order. But got email saying your amazon.in order #[protected] has been delivered. I am regular customer of amazon.
                    This is first time i have encountred such delivery person.

                      Payment has been done fully. The delivery status is showing arriving today. I am getting message from amazon your order is out for delivery, but don't know where the product is. The customer care executives do not provide courier facility contact no. If they provide we could at least contact them and ask for expected time.
                      Talking to customer care executives i got only 1 reply "please wait till 8.30 pm your product will be delivered"

                        I brought phone ASUS ze551ml from Amazon's 30/10/2017 same day I call to Amazon's and explain this phone is not working as you explain in your advertising.they advertising on amazone side and selling, that phone is working with jio sim card 100%, but this phone is not working with jio sim card and I am unable to receive and make call, sms and where I explain this problems to customer care they telling we can't help you and unable make refund . I feel that company fraud me and sell the phone . I call them 6 time them to solve my problem but they telling me we are unable help me, plz help me resolve my problem .

                          I had ordered one wooden table made by "vishwakarma art palace" through amazon india and then cancelled it on the same day. The product is been shown in the cancelled order in my amazon account. I did the purchase on emi basis through icici credit card for 6 months. But for the last two months the emi is getting deducted from my account. The credit card officials have told me that amazon india has not informed them regarding the cancellation of the product. This issue should be sorted out at the earliest and money should be refunded to me at the earliest.

                            Dear Sir / Madam,

                            I have been placed order of product mobile Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime Black though online Amazon site on 19th October 2017 (Order #[protected] and I got my ordered product delivery on 23rd October 2017, I paid amount 11, 890 /- for that product and after I had opened and checked I found both product packaging (box) and product mobile screen are damaged I have complained and updated the same to Amazon Customer Service Associates and they told to keep ready that product and we will arrange pickup for damaged product but till date they have been arranged pickup 5 times and pickup denied also 5 times from courier service agent, after many discussion and fight today pickup boy came for pickup but while he checked and found product damaged he is denied to pick with him even also discussed with Amazon Service Associate he denied and left without pick up that product same situation again and again happened but nobody is ready to help and just providing fake service.

                            I am daily taking follow ups via mail and phone but they are cheating on daily basis and ii am fully in tension after ordered product from Amazon and their service which I am getting from them.

                            Kindly request you to please help me out from this problem ASAP.

                              I am the regular customer of Amazon India from past 2 and a half years, earlier there after sales service was good. Now as soon as they get more reputation their after sales service become totally horrible. I have purchased Nirlon Non-stick cookware of Rs 3823/- order no[protected]-4334756) Ordered on Oct 15, 2017.
                              I paid online through debit card, when i received the product, it was quite damaged (flaking of the paint was there) so I requested for the replacement. They booked Blue dart logistics for picking up the product but after banging my head with the customer service people the pick up was not happened for 3-4 days & instead of handling this matter, the customer care helpline people asked me to carry that heavy carton to the nearest delivery place (I am staying in outskirt of the city and carrying the product to the logistic people was next to impossible) instead of asking their business logistic people for picking up. When I shouted on them, afterwards finally one customer care representative arrange for the pickup and finally the logistic people arrived and picked it up.
                              When we got the replacement on 15 Oct 2017 I again received damaged package alongwith the damaged product. Instantly I requested for the return pickup and demanded to refund my amount. But the same story repeated again that till date nobody came for return pick up and everyday I am banging my head with Amazon Customer representatives but not getting any solutions instead they keep on repeating the same story. But as they are dumping customer's genuine problem I am loosing hope on Amazon as there is nobody to rectify the problem, they are just playing with the customer's sentiments.

                              I would like if you can help me out and take necessary action against them as they are least bother about the customer problems and to fix the problem at the earliest.

                                The delivery date of my product was 25/10/2017.

                                First provide wrong delivery agent no. On 27/10/2017 then yesterday i. E 30/10/2017 delivery agent called and requested me to that he'll deliver me on on 31/10/2017 and assure me to deliver my product by 12:00 pm on 31/10/2017 because of he had too much products with him (+[protected] delivery agent's number). But still didn't get any update regarding my product.

                                  I had ordered a sandisk pendrive. I got updates that it would be arriving on 28th october 2017. But the delivery boy never showed up. Inspite of that i got a confirmation message that it had been deliverd successfully. Then again the delivery was rescheduled to 29th and then to 30th. And then again the same confirmation message regarding successful delivery was received. Then after 2 days i got a message that it was sent back without my notice. I don't know what kind of customer service is this.

                                      Local person is refused deliver my order on time. Such type of service will really make in comfort to the customer. This type of attitude is very bad. Ask that fellow to respond positively in time. While placing the order i have clearly mentioned zip cod and delivery address properly, even then such a worst service in amazon?! Really i am unhappy with your company service. Take necessary action against agency, and resolve my problem immidiately.

                                      We had purchase Mobile phone in July-17 & also take input of GST as GST charge in Invoice. But there is no GST output taken by the party, therefor we are having problem during filling GSTR-2 for July 17
