I have placed an order for redmi 4 phone on oct second week. I have received a message from amazon stating the courier is out for delivery on 18th oct 2017. However, the same has not reached now. The recipient has walked to the amazon center in jamshedpur, sonari twice to collect personally, but they were unable to locate the parcel. Alos, in amazon website, my tracking details say that it is delayed upon customer's request. No one has made any call yet to me.in fact when i called the agent to the number amazon has provided said plainly that he is not aware of the courier as he is on leave.

I called amazon customer service on 21st oct to raise a complaint, but nothing has been done till now. Its pathetic service. It was a diwali gift for my parent and it did not reach on time and plus the hassle of visiting twice the courier office. I want to take serious action on amazon and seek compensation for this entire chaotic situation.

I am attaching the tracking details for your reference.

    I have paid an amount to amazon pay account for buying a lens which they failed to deliver after lots of follow up. They have refunded the amount to the amazon pay account. But they do not provide for withdrawal from the amazon pay account and say it is a "one way ticket" to your money. I do not want to buy any thing else from them considering their poor performance. A shopping account cannot keep your money and force you to buy junk from them.

      I ordered online on 18-10-17 redmi note 4 64 gb phone and a separate order for its accessories, i got accessories delivery today on 23-10-17. However i was shocked to receive sms from amazon saying order is refused to be accepted.

      I called delivery agent (No was given by amazon) [protected] / [protected]. Yr agent said he is in thane and not in navi mumbai and hence he has reused to deliver and returned the order.

      Agent should have called me before doing such nonsense, he is not ready to resolve delivery issue.

      I am eager to receive my delivery. Pls resolve and take prompt actions to have proper delivery at my stated address.

      AMAZON INDIA NEEDS TO SET THEIR DELIVERY NETWORK IN PROPER WAY. MY REDMI NOTE 4 WAS ORDERED ONLINE ON 18-10-17, IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS BUT WENT INTO SOME OTHER ZONE. IN THE CONFUSION BETRWEEN DELIVERY AGENTS IT WAS SENT BACK BY AGENT TO AMAZON STORES.
      AFTER I LOGGED COMPLAINT & 4 TIMES FOLLOW UP ON AMAZON INDIA CONTACT NO, I WAS ASSURED THAT I WILL GET FRESH DELIVERY BY 26-10-17 AND CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY AND CALL THEM AGAIN N AGAIN. FINALLY THEY GAVE ME SHOCK STATING I AM GETTING A REFUND.

      DELIVERY SERVICES IN INDIA ARE NOT UP TO THE MARK.

      I have order a Iball pc speaker before 4-5 and be delivered on 13/10/2017. IBall Decor 9 Computer Multimedia Speakers is Defective Product Rs. 485/-and delivery charges of Rs. 80/-

      The same is defective one and please returned the same.

        I had placed an order in amazon on 6th oct for wd elements 1tb portable external hard drive (Black) during their "great indian festival" order#[protected]. The order was supposed to be delivered on 11th of oct, however on 14th oct, i get an update that order is delayed and will be delivered on 15th oct, then again did not hear anything from amazon so i decided to call and raise a complaint. The agent then confirmed that the order has been lost and will initiate a refund right away, and gave me a compensation of rs100. Which i refused.

        I then placed my complaint on their facebook page the same day and did not get a positive response to them, but they committed they will process the refund, and again i did not hear anything from them. On 20th oct, i again raised the complained and on 21t they replied back they will process the refund which will take another 5 working days.

        They also had to audacity to revert back with " further, regarding the compensation i request you to please understand my limitations in this. Also, we look at each issue individually to determine the appropriate action for situations where customers have been inconvenienced. We regret that we can’t extend this same offer to other customers. I’m sorry for any disappointment this has caused.

        For all the trouble i have gone through, they just washed their hands off without giving a compensation to the customer, did not even bother to go to my account to check my order history to value a customer. I wonder how many more people are getting cheated in their great indian festival of theirs. Amazon customer service is pathetic, the worst i have experienced.

        No point in contributing to a business which does not go the extra mile for the customer. I have uninstalled the app, and vouch not to use amazon's pathetic service again.

          I purchased two items order nos #[protected] and #[protected] of amounts 2849 and 2499 but the items were wrong. They issued three times refund for the both all the three times it failed despite giving correct account no, ifsc code and name. I checked with the sbi bank statement and authorities no such refunds were made the refund ref nos are[protected] and[protected]. From 9th sept till date i am waiting called them many times they are saying we have refunded and giving these two nos as refund ref no which bank is saying invalid and asking for utr no. I am surprised how amazon cheats with the customers by making false promises and assurances. I gave them bank statement but no response were being made. Its not about money but the non transparent business they are doing is not good. Qovo

            I have ordered refrigerator from amazon, the expected delivery was on 22 oct 2017 but neither i received courier boy contact via sms nor received his call but courier boy has updated randomly like "the courier was unable to contact the recipient to arrange delivery. Please contact amazon".
            The worst thing is that amazon agents are not giving me details of courier company, they are saying that they don't have courier company contact details in their database.

              Hi amazon,
              Going by the famed customer obsession and previous good experiences, i used the portal to order a diwali gift for my parents. There was a lot of sentimental value attached to this gift as it was from my first salary. They received only an empty box instead of the watch. We complained to the customer service and after an "investigation" they tell us that the product was received correctly. This information was given to us only after we contacted them again for a status on this claim and not proactively by amazon. On top of that we are told that all our future orders will be "watched". Seriously? I lost rs.6495, my mental peace and at the end did not even receive a watch and to top if off i am indirectly being called a thief.
              We order stuff on your website because we expect it to be more reliable than other online portals, and if there is any issue with our orders we expect to get either a replacement or a refund. This is highly unprofessional conduct and sadly it is the last time we are shopping with amazon.

                      1st time delivery boy went back without delivering my product. And 2nd time courier facility says that they unable to contact me that why it has been delayed. Even my contact number is available any time. Today I make calls and received without any problem.

While ordering I was assured a cash back of Rs 500.00 from Amazon after delivery of the item. The Item was delivered on 20.10.2017.                                 I had ordered the above mentioned lenovo ideapad thin and light 320s-14ikb 80x400clin 14-inch laptop (7th gen core i3 - 7100u/4gb/1tb/windows 10/integrated graphics), mineral grey from your company, amazon india, on 19th of october 2017 against my full payment of rs. 35, 270 (Rupees thirty five thousand and two hundred and seventy only). Your company assured me to deliver the same within a period of 24 hours and for that i had paid rs. 100 (Rupees one hundred only) extra (Not included in the above mentioned price).

                                But despite of my repeated reminder to your office, you failed to deliver the above mentioned product to my address even until 1200 hours on 21st october 2017 which caused a great mental agony to me and for that i was compelled to cancel the said order. However, my hard earned money which was paid to your company has not yet been refunded to my account.

                                In this regard i earnestly request you to refund my money of rs. 35, 370 (Rupees thirty five thousand and three hundred and seventy only) at the earliest. Otherwise, i shall be the victim of acute financial loss.

                                  Sir i purchased a samsung galaxy j7 prime 16 gb with order no.[protected]) from amazon india on 6th october and it was delivered on 12th october. Sir after 3-4 days this problem started occurring in my phone and the touch screen of the phone stopped working and phone started overheating then on 19th october i complained about it on amazon customer care then they told that our service technician will come and check the issue that is occurring in the device then i about it then they told that they visit in 24-48 hours then today 21st october at 12:57 pm i talked to an coustmer care executive (Mrs. Ritu) then she told that 48 hours is not completed it will complete at 7:05pm in evening if till then the technician will not come then pls contact us then at 7:25 pm then i talked to (Mr. Shahid) he told that the technician will come in 7days then only the action against the product will be taken and also used abusive languages with me and told that visit the nearby electronic shop and show him your set and tell him to make a report against the fault of your set then mail us then only the action will be taken and sir i paid using cash on delivery and i want refund for my product rs. 10, 590 in my amazon pay balance.

                                    Now when i am asking about status of refund amazon rep are saying you need to contact manufacturer.
                                    When i asked for manufacturer contact number or details they said I need to find out from google as they dont have manufacturer number. Firstly they suggested to dispose the product on mail which i attached here and then they said you need to contact manufacturer and as i have just checked now every customer is facing same issue as i faced . So why amazon is dealing with this?

                                      With refer to the above details i purchased "body gym stamina air bike" equipment during the month of september. Initial submission date was 2-october, 2017. Then changed to 16th october, 2017. But still there is no update. I already chatted with customer care executives 3 times, latest with mr. Anand. Which they confirmed material will get delivered at right time.
                                      But still no response.
                                      Now when i checked the above fedex tracking number, status is shown as equipment is going to return back.
                                      I need your kind attention on this subject in order to get the item or reimburse the amount which i already paid.
