I have purchased a safety vault on 16 oct using amazon prime membership for 1 day delivery to be delivered 1 day prior to diwali on 18 oct and till date i have been befooled by amazon representative that my order will be delivered today or tomorrow. Now today they responded back stating my product is lost in transit and has been reinstated and will be delivered by 27 oct. I paid 4999 for vault and 499 for prime membership. And sill i have chase amazon and get product in 11 to 12 days for 1 day garanteed delivery item by amazon.

        My two products which i ordered from amazon.in were damaged after several calls i have arranged for thrice pickup but no one came for pickup. After third pickup being cancelled they told me they will refund the amount. After the due date still the amount is not refunded. Called them several times they asked me to wait for 24 hrs and even asked me to provide passbook statement which was also provided by me twice. Today i spoke to the executive she directly disconnected my call.

        Booked charger set with Amazon ORDER #[protected] & rec'd on 29th Sep 2017 value of Rs 360/-. same was opened with the amazon delivery boy & found not working, charger adopter & USB cable not connectable to the port. delivery boy assured to cancel & return/refund which was paid. But i had followed a month with customer care executive no refund is ensured.
        We returned the parcel as received to delivery boy & noted it had delivered on 6th Oct to Shipper SK Enterprices. Hence support for refund.

Hence kindly refund our money & suggest FYI pl.

          Only because of amazon cc team's wrong commitment, i wasted my whole day expecting the delivery. Now you guys are very cool to say that the product will not be delivered today.

          I spoke to multiple persons at amazon cc and everyone has given me the wrong commitment. Worst behaviour amazon. Unprofessional

          Without intimating to me, they have changed the delivery time on your own

              Yesterday I called to your AmzAgent to deliver my product early as I had to rush for my train, but unfortunately your person delay to deliver and told me he could not able to come early and asked me to cancel my order if I wish, so, I could not collect the product.I am very sorry to say this kind of service not expecting from Amazon.

                I had placed an order for tp-link tl-wr841n 300mbps wireless-n router order #[protected]. On creating a return request a replacement request was created and the replaced product was delivered the next day i. E.. I oct. I did not want a replaced product rather simply needed a refund. On calling the customer care on 14 oct, they created a return request for the replaced product and said that they would refund back the amount to me. I have called the amazon customer care thrice and have not received the return request id yet from then neither the pick up has been done. I will not be responsible for any delay in creating the return request. Please help.

                  Dear sir
                  I bought oppo f1s phone in march 2017 and when i was about to sell, my buyer checked the imei details and i was shocked to find that imei number of phone is not matching with invoice and box. I followed up for 1 month with customer service and i just got assurance only. Now amazon has blocked my number as well. Since it is it and device security issue which is directly related to cheating as well so i have no option but to report in police and relevant authorities now.

                    Hi my product lenovo k8 note is having scheduled delivery on 20th october 2017. But it is not delivered yet.
                    Also i have called 4 times on 20 the october 2017 but every time i got false statements that i will recieve my product at this time at that time, but still today morning 21st october 2017 i have not received my product.
                    So i called again to confirm about delivery, and now they are telling that your product is going to deliver within next 3 working days. But that also not sure.
                    Due to all this my trip to my hometown to celebrate bhaiduj with my family my sister is spoiled.
                    Very disappointed with the service of amazon transportation services.

                      I have ordered a product (Washing machine) from amazon on 7 th of october and it got delivered on 12 of october. On 8 th i got a message from amazon saying within 2 days of product delivery the installation team will arrive us, but it's almost 10 days of product delivery, we haven't received any call from the installation team, when i raise a complaint to amazon for the same, they said you receive a call in a day or 2, but i haven't received a call from techical team, when i said the same to amazon customer care guy named - tushar on 21st of october around 9:15 in the morning, he said very rudily, we (Amazon) won't be responsible for installation process and we just sell the products and nothing will be responsible from amazon said, you need to take care of those, which i haven't expected from amazon.
                      Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                        Expected delivery of the product was 18 oct. Still neither i have received my product nor any message /information regarding the product. I also contacted amazon 3-4 times, still have not received any message regarding product, they just assured me that they dropped a mail to seller... But what was the point of it.. When still i have not been updated with the status of product. You should stay with the commitment you made.. This is the third time amazon made me felt like "dnt order again anything through amazon"

                          I am facing now a days issues my ordered item to delivered
                          Example: i ordered one product on 13th as per the tracking arriving date on 20th i have primo so and i have got recieved sms arriving early on17th on same i called deliver persons to ask what time i will receive he said he was going to different route and he will my item to his office do not contact me call customer care, so i contacted several time customer care item will be deilvered on 20th i contacted again what time will be delivered before 8pm 100% sure i did not recieved my item 10pm i contacted again they replied lied my address not able to track and update your idress and number i ordered many times if in not update my profile how did i got so they played with me after i cancelled item was damage that message i recieved if you donot have item donot confirm

And they will not deliver the item as it is cancelled. I asked them please deliver it as they have never contacted me.                                 I have ordered a book which was suppose to be delvered on today eod. But, it didn't happen, when i called customer care, they gave a reson like it will be delivered today for sure, please wait for some time. I called them again and got the same response, i call over and over again to the customer care for more than 4-5 times and got the same response but this time it was little diffrent: 'it can't be deliverd today because our courier facilty can't make it' by then it was 6:30 pm already.

                                I have wasted my whole day waiting for the delivery and in the end i got this crappy response which is not acceptable at all. It is unacceptable for the brand like amazon. This incident really shows carelessness of the people working for the company.

                                When i asked the customer care agent's superior for the delivery of the product to the home address, he denied delivering it, because it can be delivered to the same address at any cost. Since i have ordered the product to the office address, i can't come to the office on weekend to receive the delivery.

                                This is extremely hard to accept the behavor which amazon delivery is making. It's not about the delivery of the book, it is about the time i have wasted for the whole day waiting for it and in the end got nothing but a resonse 'sorry sir, we can't do it today'.

                                They should respect other's time to, we can't wait for them for the whole day in the return of nothing.

                                    When anyone ask me about reliable online shopping company i always suggest amazon india. The reason is it's a renowned and reliable company worldwide in online shopping arena which never disappoints its customers. But i had a terrible experience about the company's serivice a few days back. I ordered a phone - honor 6x (4 gb ram, 64 gb storage) at amazon.in on 17.10.2017. Within diwali discount offer period. Company promised to deliver the product likely on 20.10.2017. Surprisingly the delivery man showed up to my house just after the day of my placing the order, without contacting me beforehand to my given mobile number ([protected]) to the company. Unfortunately i was not at home that very time without carring my mobile with me. After returning home i contacted him and he replied that he would deliver the product the next day (19.10.2017.). But he never bothered to show up on 19.10.2017 and even on 20.10.2017. Whenever he was contacted he intentionally delayed the matter only for me to finally recognize that either he had cunningly sold out the product to someone else or he had returned it back to the company itself. I was left completely deliveryless. Time and again he refused to disclose his name to me and his behaviour was thoroughly disgusting. It seems no one taught him how to deal or behave with an elite customer. The phone number through which he communicated with me is 91-[protected]. Totally disappointed with amazon service and more importantly the delivery man, this time. I placed the order from mr. Himadri bhowmik's amazon account.
                                    I earnestly beg for a strict and drastic action to be taken against such customers' inconvenience and opt for necessary steps so that i may get my product without any hesitation.

                                      I have order samsung galaxy a5 2017 on 14th october, product needed to deliver on 18th october, after calling customer service 5 times i got product on 20th october, when we opened the product it was stone. I called to courier guy for delivering the stone he said mam i need to hurry for office he was not even concern about the product is stone. Packaging was unsealed. This was worst diwali gift ever, very disappointed :- (.

                                      Amazon India is not listening Savita! They are the worst! I was not helped with my order either! I got an empty box gift wrapped and apparently they cant help me! All they can do is take our money! Amazon India sucks big time!

                                        Vide order no.[protected] dated 15-oct-2017 of vale rupees 8970/- i have booked nokia 3 (Matte black) qt-1 mobile handset. Today dated 20-oct-2017 i received against awb#[protected] a box duly packed and sealed. I requested the delivery boy to open the box before collecting the money. The courier delivery boy refused to hand over the box without payment. Having no other option i paid the amount of 89 70/- to the courier delivery boy without opening in front of him. On payment to the courier delivery boy he handed over the consignment. Immediately i opened the box /consignment,. To my utter surprise i found the box contained rin detergent cake of 150+25g soap instead of nokia 3 mobile phone set. Immediately i called once again the delivery boy on his cell. He came back and took me to his courier office. The boy told to his office manger that he has updated the payment details of this order as cash against delivery. The manager told me that in my city/ place there are more than four to five such cases. You lodge complaint to refund the amount. I lodged the said refund / return process to the on line amazon. I received their call. My refund process is registered and they informed that it will take time to refund the amount.
                                        I have heard a lot about amazon and its reputation. But this type of cheating / day light robbery is not heard. I am working in a reputed company wherein more than 2000 employees are working. I have decided to send a mail through my management to the subject incidence and be aware about this on line cheating. I hope that amazon a reputed company will refund my money and will not force me to register a police and consumer complaint to consumer fourm. Request to process my refund amount immediately within 2 hours.
