I have ordered a book which was suppose to be delvered on today eod. But, it didn't happen, when i called customer care, they gave a reson like it will be delivered today for sure, please wait for some time. I called them again and got the same response, i call over and over again to the customer care for more than 4-5 times and got the same response but this time it was little diffrent: 'it can't be deliverd today because our courier facilty can't make it' by then it was 6:30 pm already.
I have wasted my whole day waiting for the delivery and in the end i got this crappy response which is not acceptable at all. It is unacceptable for the brand like amazon. This incident really shows carelessness of the people working for the company.
When i asked the customer care agent's superior for the delivery of the product to the home address, he denied delivering it, because it can be delivered to the same address at any cost. Since i have ordered the product to the office address, i can't come to the office on weekend to receive the delivery.
This is extremely hard to accept the behavor which amazon delivery is making. It's not about the delivery of the book, it is about the time i have wasted for the whole day waiting for it and in the end got nothing but a resonse 'sorry sir, we can't do it today'.
They should respect other's time to, we can't wait for them for the whole day in the return of nothing.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Booked charger set with Amazon ORDER #[protected] & rec'd on 29th Sep 2017 value of Rs 360/-. same was opened with the amazon delivery boy & found not working, charger adopter & USB cable not connectable to the port. delivery boy assured to cancel & return/refund which was paid. But i had followed a month with customer care executive no refund is ensured.
We returned the parcel as received to delivery boy & noted it had delivered on 6th Oct to Shipper SK Enterprices. Hence support for refund.
