Even though the pickup for one of the return items was on 29-oct-2017 bet. 7 and 10am no one called me to say when they would pick up the item but when i called the cust. Care rep. And later talked with one of the leader mr. Ashish he was rude and said that the person who has to come and pick up is not a machine but a human being when i asked the question as to why didn't i was called and kept informed that the pickup person would be late to pickup the item. Mr. Ashish even challenged by saying that i can report his rude behavior with the senior management both in india or internationally or with consumer court and said that no action can be initiated against him. What a way to cheat and harass the customers knowing that i have paid for the item which is damaged and now when it comes to returning it your people seems to be encouraged to talk so rudely with the customers. I am also a prime member and if this is the kind of treatment you give to prime members i can imagine as to what kind of treatment would be given to ordinary members.

Also, the pickup person (He said his name was mr. Kartith) came around 11:45 am and when i asked him as to why he didn't call me or come bet. 7 and 10 am to pick up the item he said that he was asked to pick up the item between 10 am and 1 pm and didn't want to even reveal the person's name/ contact number who rescheduled time and said again in a rude way that i can contact amazon directly. He also didn't give me any receipt for taking the item but said that i will receive an sms which i have not received so far.

When he was leaving he started using some foul language in hindi as i think he was offended when i asked for the receipt. I feel so sad and being given a threat/ harassed by amazon staff that i think that i should never ever purchase anything going forward from amazon because customers who pay are ill-treated/ harassed by entire amazon staff seems so insulting.

    I ordered a android mobile (Nokia 6) on 16 october 2017. They told that it will be delivered on 23 october but it was not delivered and they extended delivery date to 27 oct. But again they make me a fool. On 27 oct i contacted to amazon customer care and they told that it will be delivered will be delivered till end of the day. After few hours i contacted again then they told: we are so sorry your package is missing somewhere. You have to order once again. I told okay. After few minutes i ordered again but they told now cash on delivery option is not eligible. I told okay once again. I paid with my debit card of sbi bank. But they deducted double charges from me. The mobile price was rs.14999 but they deducted double 29998 from my debit card.
    Please do something about my problem as soon as possible. I belong to a middle class family. This much amount matters me lot

        I buy oneplus 5 with no cost emi of 6 month cycle, but today i got a message from bank, bill generated for this month + interest also and i called to bank, bank person is saying you emi is for 9 month. Customer are purchasing bcz of no cost emi and also billing will start from january 2018 because of holiday offer. When i talk to customer care of amazon they told me to wait for 5-7 days, i waited but still no update i again contacted to them they this time they are saying you have to check with bank but why i will check with bank i did everything in amazon site so they have to responsible for that but still they are not updating what actually i have to do because of that am doing this, nothing is remaining to do even they are not communicating correctly.

            I have received d link router dsl-2750u on 11 oct 17 vide order no[protected] dtd 07 oct 17. The router is not working and is unusable. It was configured number of times but each time it used to run for about 3 to 4 hrs only and then its settings get disturbed on its own. Since we were making lot of efforts to use it i couldn't be returned in stipulated time of 10 days.

              I have ordered (Order id:[protected] moto g5s plus (Lunar grey) mobile on 08-oct-2017 and paid through amazon pay balance of rs.16000/- and after 1 day i have cancelled the order they have refunded the amount into the pay balance. On 14-oct-2017, i have requested to transfer the amount from pay balance to bank account, they said it will take 7-10 days to reflect the amount into bank i. E., the last date to reflect the amount is 27-oct-2017 (It has been completed). Again i have contacted today but they are telling wait for 7-10 days. Please take necessary action.

                Electric iron was delivered to me in a broken status of the regulator .
                Amazon is saying to return it self and no pick up facility will be arranged.

                Not only this the cloth / sweaters which you purchase are in a very bad shape with colour fadedm looking very old/used

                The complain has been registered with the cust care on 20 oct 2017... Still the pickup has not been arranged.

                I think this type of company should be banned as they sell scrupulous item thru their websites.
                I shall not advise any body to buy any item from amazon.
                Returning an item thru amazon is a herculean task and customer undergoes lots of agony.

                Shopclues, snapdeal and myntras are 100 times better than amazon.

                  Amazon has certain products that have limited quantity per customer e. G. Say a cpu intel i7 is only available 1 unit per customer which means you can not buy 2 items of the same product, only 1 is allowed.

                  Amazon may have a reason for such policy in effect and i don't question that, however amazon should carefully set this policy keeping in mind certain technical aspects of the way computers work.
                  E. G. There's what is called a dual channel memory whereby you get optimum performance by installing two ram sticks of the same make, model & speed.

                  A user may be deprived of such benefit if he is allowed only 1 unit per customer for such items which i already find on amazon. He will have to hunt for the exact same model elsewhere or may simply refrain from buying from amazon.

                  Amazon should carefully review their policy and wherever applicable offer a limit of 2 units per customer.

                  My previous suggestion about improving search results has not been taken into consideration by amazon, i am sure his will not be too. This is posted in the interest of larger consumer base in india.

                    The product quality is very bad.. I can't get my original internet speed through it.. So i have requested for return and refund.

                    The return request was done on 26th october and pick up was scheduled on 27th october, 2017 between 7 am to 10 am from my home address (In howrah. Pin code 711102) where the product was delivered.. The pick up was not done on 27th october so i call amazon customer service and they told me that pick up will be done on 28th october. Even today, the pick up is not done (28th october) and i called customer service again and they dont have anything to justify why the return is not picked up. They also told me that the order was not for refund, it was for replacement... Even my amazon account shows that the product was ordered for return and refund.. And my confermation email and sms also shows that it was for return and refund..

                    So i cancel the old return pickup order and reorder for return and refund again on 29th october..

                    I am totally disappointed for this harassment.. Finally i just want to return the product on 29th october and want my refund as soon as possible..

                      My son ordered a motorola turbo mobile charger. Order item id [protected]. Order i'd[protected]. And order date is 23 sep 2017. When i received item, i found it is not fit for my mobile. Within warranty period i contacted amazon, they replied item will be picked and exchange by v can who supplied the item. From supplier and amazon i have got no reply. It is my request to replace my item.

                        I purchased two products. One in april 2017 and the other in september 2017. For which till now i didn't receive any refund. Despite giving their respect in reference number the back continously said that the refund has not been process ed. I called every week to the amazon customer care. The service provider asked me to update my account details after which i will receive the refund. Still nothing was done.

                          I had purchased the mobile motog5s plus from amazon.in on 12th september 2017 for rs.15, 999 and received it on 16th september 2017. The order number for this purchase was[protected]. On opening the packaging, i found that the seal of the box containing the mobile was tempered with. By the look of the mobile phone, it seemed to be used earlier. Fortunately, i had made a video recording while unboxing the mobile. On the basis of that video clip, i requested amazon to return the product and provide me a replacement as i did not get the mobile phone according to the description provided on the site and felt cheated. Amazon, accepted the return of this item but refused to do the reverse pickup for the same stating that the reverse pickup is not available for my area with pincode 473112. I would like to inform you that almost every day amazon provides reverse pickup from my area as ours is a residential university campus (Jaypee university of engineering and technology (Juet), guna (M. P) serviced by all leading couriers. I again requested them to provide reverse pickup which they denied and told me to send it by myself through any courier service. Also they told that after the courier reaches their warehouse and the item gets scanned they will ship the replacement.

                          So i sent the mobile using firstflight courier with tracking number p991b0813938 on 22nd september 2017 and got it insured to prevent any transit loss. I packed the mobile in front of the courier person and then only he declared the amount and insurance. The mobile was delivered on 28th september 2017. Amazon posted the status of return completed.
                          Amazon sent the replacement mobile on 30th september by delhivery courier through order number[protected]. As i was out of station due to some urgent piece of work, i refused to accept the courier (Being apprehensive that in my absence it would not be possible for my mother to open and check the authenticity of the product by making a video). The phone was delivered back to amazon on 20th october 2017. I asked for the refund on 23rd october 2017 via an email to amazon to which they replied that the replacement product is still not scanned at the fulfillment center and the refund will be processed automatically. When i asked for the refund again on 25th october they told that they have received an empty box instead of the phone that was sent by me via firstflight and which they received almost a month back on 28th september, 2017 and hence denied the refund. Amazon asked me to contact firstflight for the claim and refund. I was also shocked when one of the representative of amazon asked me to send the mobile if it is with me or with firstflight and they would provide me the refund. I was accused indirectly of theft. Let me mention that i am a prime member at amazon and have a history of lots of frequent purchase worth thousands of rupees. I felt harassed.

                          On contacting the concerned firstflight courier person i was clearly told that it is just not possible that amazon people received an empty box as the firstflight delivery boy delivered a 400 g intact package and amazon had acknowledged the same. (Also amazon acknowledged the same to me, the customer by updating the status on their site as “replacement completed”). The firstflight courier person also stated that if the package was empty, why it took amazon people almost one month to inform the same and that too when the customer inquired about his refund? So, he told that it is clearly the fault of amazon and only they would provide the refund.
                          As a customer, i fail to understand where was i at fault? I requested amazon for reverse pick up that they denied, i got insurance for the entire value of mobile, couriered it via a very reliable courier and today i am denied my hard earned money by both the online shopping site (Amazon) and the courier service (Firstflight).

                            I bought honor 8 pro from amazon and it got replaced before and then again i ordered same product from amazon and again i have multiple issues with this phone.
                            Phone is heating.
                            Audio jack is not working properly.
                            Network issues.
                            Camera is really poor in night.
                            Signals dropping.
                            This is cheap product and seems like refurbished. I want a refund of this product as this is really bad in functioning and hangs a lot.
                            Please honor team... Either replace it or refund me for this product and provide me brand new mobile.
                            I want a new product.

                              I have been charged on my american express card for an item that i did not purchase. It is for the total amount of $50.64. I don't know what the item is, is it books, accessories, or other? I have an item posted on my american express dated (September 15, 2017) 09/15/17 that states "amazon mktplacepmts/book stores. Can you please let me know what the item is and the model number etc if appropriate. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you. I enjoy working with amazon and i don't want this to make me us both unhappy. Thanks again

The mobile is in warranty period, the mobile is not switched on past few days, for complaint booking is not accepted since the no selling details not available in amazon web site.                                     I had ordered coolpad note 5 mobile which was exclusively available only on amazon. My invoice date is 22 jan 2017 and invoice number is tn-maa[protected].

                                    I received the product on time. Thanks for the services. Mobile worked well for few days and then there use to be call drops. The intensity and frequency of call drops increased in the first month itself. I approached cool pad service center in kalyan west (Technotronics technologis regency avenue, shop no -13, masjid lane, syndicate, kalyan (W) mumbai, maharashtra) where i was informed that this is due to poor quality of power chip and mobile needs to be sent to factory for chip replacement to resolve the problem.

                                    I surrendered my mobile to them and received it almost a month after my submission. However, the problem again continues till date. Further, i am facing following problems:

                                    1) excessive heating: while using mobile for its primary function, i. E calling, the mobile gets over heated in just 05-10 mins and the body temperature of mobile increases so high that it becomes very difficult to handle it in hand.

                                    2) high call drops: call drop frequency is very high.

                                    3) battery issue: the battery performance has fallen drastically. 100 % battery gets drained to 0% in just 20 mins.

                                    I approaced amazon customer team and they asked me to first contact coolpad india and if they deny for replacement/refund, kindly share the correspondence details to amazon.
                                    I did the same. When coolpad india denied for replacement, i shared the details with amazon via email. However, amazon now asked me to letter a denial letter from coolpad service centre sign and stamped from coolpad service centre whihc ic not possible for me as a cosutomer.

                                    After this pathetic experience, i don't trust this handset. I have already experienced the service centre work. Now i won't be in position to revisit any service centre.

                                    Hence i need free replacement of my handset or else refund.

                                      1. Package checking parameters - weight and bar code
                                      Answer: barcode only signifies product pacaked received at the other end but it doesnt signifies that genuine product is still in the pacakge.
                                      Weight of lenovo z2 plus is 149 gm with charger and cable it would come around 180 to 200 gms. The washing soap cake that were kept in unsealed mobile box quantity were 2 and weighing 90 gm x 2 that total up to 180 gm. So checking the package only on being weighted. The weght remains the same in both case with mobile and with soap cake. Because the weight comes out to be same with 180 gms. The soap cakes were glued in the pacakge so that it does not move when shaked to check the package. As weight remains the same chekpoint with reference to weight remains unaware wheather the pacakge is having mobile or soap.

                                      2. The package was tempered from three sections.
                                      I. Clean slit in the package was made by removing the taping of amazon to remove the mobile box inside unseal it remove the content and repack it without any problem. Extra amazon tape was applied just to make sure it stays there.
                                      Ii. Clean slit in the outermost package so that product can be removed and after the removal of the box contents the package was again glued with the sealent like feviquick. I said similar to feviquick because the feviquick burns the palstic material and there are sign of that in the pacakage.
                                      Iii. Slit in the bubble wrap to remove the pacakge content and replace it with soap case. A clean slit tried to make iin the package and after removing the content and putting back the package cello tape was used to seal that slit.
                                      In the reference image it can be seen very clearly where i have opened the package and where the slit was made on the bubble wrap and the outer package. And on the first call i told that package was without seal and without plactic packing.
                                      There was another area from where he tried but failed to enter into the package was from removing the corener tapes and making a slit into the package. He made a clear slit from one end to other and cut the bubble wrap at middle and then sealed the bubble wrap using cello tape than sealed the outer package by using selent that caused the burn (Plastic hardened and particles of dry feviquick can be felt). And used some extra amazon tape at the corners to seal it.

                                      3. This time i didnt received the delivery message with the information of delivery boy/ delivery agency. So, the moment i opend the box i called amazon cc, during the first conversation with the customer care on 17th oct 2017 after the incident after 1530 hrs. When i asked for the no of the courier agency/courier boy the customer care responded "sir, ap delivery boy ko mat khojo usko jane do, uska 11 hazar ka nuksan ho jayega main apki call investigation team ko forward kar ra hu". Similar words were used.
                                      I. Why didnt i received any information about the courier agency/courier boy?
                                      Ii. Why i was told this highlighted statement by the customer care instead of providing the information i asked for?

                                      I am looking for refund or new mobile.

                                        I had placed an order with amazon india for 4 packs of mamy poko pants for my new born, i selected payment mode as cod. The product was supposed to be delivered by 28th of october 2017. However due to what reason, the amazon deliver canceled the order stating that customer refused the order, whereas there the product was not even out for delivery and did not reach me. That's not even why i m submitting this complaint. I was annoyed when i contacted the customer service, the first lady was trying to gv me basic information and kept saying she understands but really no one does. I ordered that for my 30 day old nephew and it's difficult to get nb pant style diaper even in a city like mumbai. I asked for a supervisor who was trying to tell me pretty much the same thing. I asked him to send the order 1 day delivery coz i can work with existing stock till tomorrow noon. However as i agreed to pay 2 day delivery charge i told him i would not pay the difference because clearly it's not my fault. He said nothing can be done. I asked for his supervisor, then the most dreadful thing happened and made me think a brand like amazon can let there employees hang up on a customer. That was unbelievable he jus hung up on me saying nothing can be done.. I still can't believe he hung up on a customer who has been hampered due to an on going bad experience. You cannot do business that way, this was the only opportunity to set things right. By hanging up he showed how much he cared or should i say how much amazon cared coz he was the face at that moment. This is the most pathetic example of customer experience i hv ever come across. Even govt offices these days have courtsey, but a million dollar company supervisor hanging up for no fault of the customer is better bizzare. I am sorry i thought o[censored]sing amazon i regret the decision. I will never recommend infact i will be sharing my experience with my friends colleagues and relatives, it may bring amazon miniscule bad publicity but this was a horrific experience and people should know how un-dependable and unprofessional amazon is.
