I ordered a phone honor 8 on 7th received it on 9th and it was faulty. Amazon's technician confirmed the fault and gave me a recipt of the diagnosis.

Amazpn told me that they'll pickup the device but it was never done.
They then told me that they'll issue a refund on 23rd and now on 26th they denied.
I have sent them multiple emails and i have copy of the email in which they promised the refund and the copy in which they denied.
Please assist me

the same thing happened with me. I guess they are selling refurbished phone

    I recently bought portable hard drive in amazon. But it is different from i ordered. So i requested for replacement. But the replacement product also not working properly. So i requested for refund and also the product was picked up by amazon agent. But the refund was not initiated still now. Also the pick up happened before 20 days. I already complained this query to amazon care. But there's no response from amazon team.

      Sir i have purchased one philips juicer having order no.[protected] on 7th oct 2017 from amazon having delivery date 17th oct 2017. My amazon account show that my product is reached on time and amazon courier services have not delivered it and they wroungly updated the status that it's out for delivery. I have requested several time even i physically present in their offices and requested to give my package but they are unable to find them. At last on 25th oct 2017 i have cancelled my order due to such activity of courier services i have lost my very precious time and have tension too. If didn't get solution i will send a legal notice.

        I bought a tv through amazon india. The tv according to the installer was not as sold or advertised.. It was supposed to be a fully smart tv though the installer said the tv contained no software to enable it to be smart... I requested a return through amazon. This request was submitted on 16th of october 2017.. And everyday since amazon representatives have said the tv would be collected by fedex i've even had labels excetra sent to me, four times they said they would collect even have me a time for collection, four times after the tv was not collected i personally phoned fedex to find out why, four times fedex told me that only the label and tracking numbers had been generated and not an actual collection of collection number, they cannot collect without one regardless of a label and tracking number being generated... Every day since the 16th of october i have been in contact with amazon advisors, every day they have told me the parcel will be collected by fedex, when fedex don't arrive i phone them to ask why they say the same thing every time they can't without amazon's authorization... Amazon keep telling me they authorise it... They are lying according to fedex, every day amazon has told me they have escalated the issue and the tv will be collected tomorrow, tomorrow comes and again no collection we are talking 24, 000 rupees value here, it may not be alo t to some but it is an awful lot to me. Fedex say amazon do it to all their customers they issue a return label and tracking number, but don't actually raise a collection number with fedex... I have also lost 10, 000 rupees in loss of ends due to waiting home afternoon after afternoon for the pick up amazon has promised will happen, i am 34, 000 rupees out of pocket have a tv that does not function and am no nearer to getting the tv collectec...
        I was advised tonight by an amazon advisor to try to get the tv returned at my own expense and that an would then refund me the cost, i tried to arrange this with fedex though they refused saying amazon would not accept the return, in fact every courier i contacted in the area said the same thing... I just want this useless tv returned and a full refund... And though amazon pretend to be advising and helpful they do nothing... Their advisors don't understand english properly even though they offer english speaking advisors and they definitely don't understand the written word... Otherwise my issue would have been truly resolved by now...
        They refuse to give me a refund until the television is returned though are not even trying to collect the tv fedex can back me up on that one... I just don't know what to do it where to turn...
        Please help and advise me accordingly

        Hmm I've just filed this complaint and it's not resolved yet you've marked it as resolved???
        Again today more lies and false advice from amazon.in...they told me they had rearranged a collection for my return for tomorrow, however I have just telephoned FEDEX their courier and NO PICK UP HAD BEEN SCHEDULED...I shall be ending all purchases from amazon...they do not care about their customers or their products...I'm one of the lucky ones, I have full insurance through my credit card so will get my full money back, though other customers dont...how the he'll do they cope with Amazon's incompetence...it's a loose loose loose situation...none of their customer service agents even investigate the problems we have as customers they don't even try they just lie lie lie all the time...

        Something seriously has to be done about this company...but I'm done with them, I have outstanding orders, bought and paid for and get to be delivered, I shall wait for them to be fulfilled then end my use of Amazon...another customer they've lost...though they really and truly DON'T CARE.

          I have ordered a product #[protected] on oct 15th 2017. I have received a damaged product. So i have initiated for a replacement. Till now the replacement as well as return of damaged product didn't happen. Its already 1 week delay. This is very poor service from amazon, this is the third complaint i'm raising in recent times. Amazon is slowly loosing its reputation by damaged products.

The product was of bad quality and inititated a return on 19th october, till now the return has not happened by amazon. Its already 1 week delay.               I order for Puma Men's Elsu V2 Mid Sl Idp Sneakers for Rs.1599/- and i got the message as delivered but product is not delivered. when i contact amazon customer care and they replied as we get product soon and they are processing and now the price is rises to Rs.3119/- and now they are telling there is no replacement for this product even though in amazon the same product is showing 2 items left and also not giving any other options than refund.

              This is the worst experience ever for me. I requested to solve my problem as early as possible.

                I have order a t shirt on amazon website when the deliver boy came and call from takhatgarh bus stand for receive a producte but i have given main market address. When i said you deliver on given address he did not deliver and return the producte without any information. I got message of return so i have given new order for same producte. I have good faith in amazon you can see my histroy. Please resolve the matter.

                      I have booked for monthly diper order with amazon but didnt get my orderd on time its showing deliver before 23 oct 2017 but still didnt recive becouse of this order i didnt purchase from out now my baby got rashes because o[censored]sing another diper from out.i have complaint about the order delay but yet there is no resolution.

                          I had purchased non contact body thermometer through amazon india. Received a defect piece and batteries were missing. According to website replacement was undeliverable whereas i was at home. Now when i am trying to get the status no one is helping me. If they are unable to replace the product at least the can refund my money. Called amazon india but they had no intention to help.

                              I have already highlighted to the amazon team multiple times to remove the hold/lock on my amazon account ([protected]@gmail.com).
                              Hi amazon team,
                              I lost my mobile redmi note 3 which i had purchased on[protected] from amazon
                              Owing to this my amazon account ([protected]@gmail.com) was compromised.
                              My phone was stolen and my account was compromised. Further i could see many illegal orders mapped to my account.
                              I can see many illegal orders been placed through my account.
                              Please remove the hold from my account so that i can continue with placing the orders.
                              The fraudsters mapped the card ending in 75 to my account.
                              My original details are as below

                              Now amazon team is asking me to submit the account statement for the card ending with 75 which was a fraud card which hackers mapped to my account and how come i'll know the details of that card.

                                Hi,
                                I am very disappointed from amazon this time because of their unethical policies.

                                I used amazon paybalance for the first time to do transaction for product. I added amount to amazon wallet through net banking (Because i was getting 10% cashback offer).
                                And i did the transaction through amazon pay.
                                And now due to quality issue and inaccurate description of product ;i had to return that product.
                                Now the issue is they refunded my amount to my amazon pay balance not to my bank account. Why? I mean, is customer a fool?
                                His money is being locked in amazon pay and he is loosing interest and value of his money.
                                And in another way (Through your twisted manipulating policies) ; amazon pay amount gets forfeited after 12 months of non - usage.
                                Do you think customer is stupid?
                                It's disheartening and disappointment from amazon this time.

                                I want that 935 rupees (Lying as amazon pay balance) in my bank account. I added 1250 rupees into amazon wallet through net banking (Sbi). Transfer that money back into my origin account.
                                Don't reply me with unpleasant or pessimistic reply. Everything is under amazon (Whether it's amazon pay or refund/return department. So it can be easily resolved.
                                I already had conversation with customer care service ; and they showed me helplessness. This is no resolution to my problem. I won't be stopping here.

                                This is no big amount to argue ; but this is unethical, inappropriate and it lacks moral principles of any organization.

                                I have been customer of amazon for past 6 years. This time i am sadden on my experience and disheartened and of course this is unacceptable.

                                Your reply is showing total disinterest towards resolving my problem and giving me illogical reason of (Automated systems) ; that's funny actually.
                                And
                                Automated systems are of course created by human beings and are under their control. You don't just want to help.
                                You are trying to defend the wrong and unethical policies of amazon.
                                I would definitely go to social media and aware other people about this.
                                And i would go to consumer court if i have to get change in these policies.

                                I am purches so many product from Amazon, but my one product till date not delever to my native place address and one product was defective. So I am daily call to Amazon he says today your picok up request in process but any one not come to my address from last fifteen days.

                                  I ordered hp 15q-bu004tu 2017 15.6-inch laptop (6th gen core i3-6006u/4gb/1tb/free dos/integrated graphics), grey on 11th october 2017. It got delivered to me on the 11th october 2017. The package was sealed when receiving from the courier person. After he left i opened the package and saw that there was a brick stone taped to the bottom of he box. The very same night i put a complaint to amazon. They told me that the investigation team will look into it & let me know in 5 working days i. E. On 24th october 2017 by 8.00 pm.

                                  This is the chat correspondence i had with the amazon team.

                                  This is the exact same response I got in my situation as well. I totally understand your problem. They are cheating us all. And to top it off they shower us with their arrogance as tell us that all our further orders will be watched! They cheat us and then humiliate us! Amazon India is the worst ever!!

                                    I have booked vivo v5 s mobile of 16000 rs in amazon, and it was delivered on october 20 th, but empty package, i called amazon customer service as soon as i opened the package, amazon said they will respond after 3 days, but they said they investigated and outcome of the investigation is they can't provide refund, and they looks me like a theif even though i have good relationship since 5 years, thanks for amazon to make me realize to don't believe in you

                                      I have ordered iphone 7 in great indian sale but didn't got product i have tried calling amazon but nothing helpful they are refusing to place replacement order with same offered price and initiated refund instead of product. As it was bought in offer i demand to give product in same price but amazon is lying that they haven't promised replacement but i have written communication from their executive saying we have placed replacement order for my product.

                                        I had ordered the mobile hand set lava x50 + on dated 17.09.2017 by order no[protected] and product was delivered lavax50 in place of actual ordered lava x50+ on dated 21.09.2017. The price rs6890/ was recovered through debit card swap for lava x50 +. When we found the mobile handset lava x50, immediately contacted to amazon customer care and requested for refund of the money as wrong product was delivered. After several requests to customer care executive they finally agreed for refunding the money after return of the item. They had informed that as soon as they get the mobile they will return the amount in bank account and the mobile was returned accordingly but in spite of refunding the amount in bank account, they issued a check in the fictitious name as my mobile no. Which is enclosed in this complaint. I have already made several follow ups since 21 sept for crediting the return amount in my bank account but the company harassed me by issuing the fictitious check on 10 oct. After getting the fake check i contacted to customer care everyday since then for making refund but till this the date they made false commitments for refund to bank account. Today, i have tried several times but amazon system is not responding to my call and i am unable to contact amazon and finally i am making this complain so that my grievance can be redressed with refunding the amount of 6, 800 and harrasement amount of 25, 000 in my bank account.

                                        It is seen as complaint marked as resolved but till the date complaint has been not resolved and no any phone or email has been received through the amazon, They are cheated me by delivering the wrong product and even after returning the wrong product of lava x 50 a month ago they have not refunded the amount till the date, please help me.
