I have ordered a product (Washing machine) from amazon on 7 th of october and it got delivered on 12 of october. On 8 th i got a message from amazon saying within 2 days of product delivery the installation team will arrive us, but it's almost 10 days of product delivery, we haven't received any call from the installation team, when i raise a complaint to amazon for the same, they said you receive a call in a day or 2, but i haven't received a call from techical team, when i said the same to amazon customer care guy named - tushar on 21st of october around 9:15 in the morning, he said very rudily, we (Amazon) won't be responsible for installation process and we just sell the products and nothing will be responsible from amazon said, you need to take care of those, which i haven't expected from amazon.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.
