I had purchased gioneea1 mobile handset on 31st may, 2017 which was delivered on 5th june, 2017. On 27th june 2017, i had found that the handset was defective. I consulted gionee care center because that was warranty period. Geonee care center said me that the handset was activated on 12th may (Ie. Second hand) hence one month replacement warranty was not applicable.
I made conversation with amazon through phone call and email. Amazon said to contact the supplier (Mr sumit gupta, navsachi traders, bathinda). Amazon had provided his contact details also. On conversation with mr sumit gupta, he send email to return the handset for replacement. I sent him handset via speed post. When mr sumit gupta called me back, said that he will not replace with new one. But he neither return me old one nor new one. Again i had reported complaint at amazon, but after more than phone calls and providing necessary proofs, i got promises only. Now they can't find our order details so phone conversation is not possible.
