I have bought a product (Redmi 4) from amazon.com on 24/10/2017 and received the product by paying rs8999/- through cod. Everything was ok but received a faulty adapter. They assure me to replace the adapter along with the mobile but they gave me 1month time.in spite of paying the exact amount why we the customer are being harassed. Why don't they make sure that the products they sell are in working good condition.in the process of return and replacing we are being suffered as it wastes much of our time without much profitable result.

So please warn the company as well as the seller to not to fraud and harass us. Hereby i am providing the product as well as the seller info below too.

      I had purchased 1 moto g5s+ mobile from amazon site online on 24th sep.2017 and received it by 29th and i found it rear camera is malfunction after 3 days so i tried to generat return item receipt. But when i could not succeed i choose phone option to contact your customer care representative and after 2 days i could succeed and on 8th oct your one of representative told that i have to download smartchek app in mobile to check mobile fuctions and report will be generated automatically and report also shown camera malfunction but i didn't get any mail regarding this problem from your side but your representative assured me that they had checked online and item is defective so it will be returned and collected by 14th oct. From my residence but till 17th oct no one contacted me so i contacted your customer care representative (Shahin) on 20th and she checked all the details online and assure me that this itme would be picked by your own logistic dept. And i will also get mail regarding this conversation still i didn't get any mail and no one contacted me to collect the item today i tried alot to contact your customer care representatives but i couldn't succeed so i opted chat option and chatted with your representative (Shoib) and explained all the details to him and he assure me to escalate my issue to higher authorities will will drop a mail regarding this issue and also mail to mobile team to call me and resolve this issue but still i didn't get any mail rom your side so i thought it is a serious case of negligence from your side so i had to write this mail to you and expect your response.

        I returned a jacket before 1 month.. on 21 sep and they said money will be refunded in 5-6 business days and still I did not get any refund.. everytime I called they said me to wait for 3-4 business days. I guess I have called them 10 times.. they did not give money back and now they have blocked me. I can't call them.

            Hello, i m mr. Rahul balak, i purchased boot ear phone's on oct 12, unfortunately it was faulty, after making to replace/refund, they gave mi pick up date, 14 nov.. But no one came to pick-up them, i tried another time, now the date was 23 oct (3pm to 6pm),,, same result, no one their to pickup my earphone... What to do now... Plzzz tell mi about it...

                  I had ordered a product from amazon india. The invoice no is qwdr-13258. Order was placed from mr. Pramod lamba's account. Today the order was delivered. My complaint is regarding the delivery boy. I don't know what kind of people are hired by amazon india as delivery boys. The person who came had no decency to behave. First of all he was going on pressing the calling bell continuously without even waiting for a minute. He must have pressed the calling bell at least 10-12 times within a span of 1 -2 minutes. When i opened the door and asked him why was he honking the bell so many times he had the adausity to say that he is busy and he was behaving like a goon. He dint even bother to give the product, he just left it there and started walking with arrogance. Absolutely no grooming, no manners as to how to speak to a lady. I wonder how safe are women / old people at home if this is the quality of people who work for etailers. This is not an issue which can be ignored. It is a question of safety of women / old people who will be alone at home. Would amazon take the responsibility if something wrong happens. I doubt if amazon does any background check or verification of people before hiring them as their delivery agents. I would expect a stern action to be taken against the delivery agent. If no action is taken by amazon, i would be forced to lodge a police complaint.

                      I have purchased a product by name cosmic byte gs 420 headphones with mic on 07.10.2017 for an amount of rs.999/- and my order no.[protected]. A reply from amazon on 12th october 2017 was received stating that the item is not delivered due to some reasons such as damage/not traced out the address and refund will be made with in 2-4 working days. But, so far i have not received any amount through my bank or any other way. Hence i requested to refund the amount paid by me or resend the product.

                        I received a faulty product (Mixer grinder) from amazon.in order #[protected]. Upon complaint, amazon asked me to return product through courier, as they don't have pickup service available. I did the same & returned fauly mixer grinder to amazon gurgaon (Haryana) address. I spent courier charges from my pocket, as i was promised to get reimbursement of the said courier charges. But now amazon is not returning my money, which i spent extra from my pocket. They are forcing me to buy something from them to realize my own money. Is this permissible without consent of the buyer. I'm so chated & urge for justice by getting my cash back to my pocket. Amazon should be fined heavily for this sort of illegal trade practices.

                        I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW MY COMPLAIN GOT MARKED AS REOLVED????? REOPEN IT IMMEDIATELY. Amazon kept that money to their wallet, which they should & promised to reimburse. I can't call them, as they have a system of call back from a +44... Or +180... Number. They sent mail saying, they won't reimburse money to my bank account.

                        THI COMPLIN WA NEVER ADDRESSSED. HOW IT GOT REOLVED AUTOMATICALLY???? Reopen the complain immediately. This was not expected.

                          I have purchased a cyber shot camera from amazon worth rs 13029 on dated 22.9.2017 and received the camera on 26.9.2017 but due to bad video quality i have entereted the returned entry of camera for pick the camera but non of the courier man came for pick the camera on said date then after talking to customer care of amazon i have self return the camera on dt 4.10.2017 and paid rs 300/- but camera had returned due to address not found reason again i have called the customer care for returning reason they told to do courier from blue dart and i have paid to
                          blue dart courier 850/- rs on 18.10.2017 but on dated 23.10.2017 tracking courier said the camera was refusing by amazon seller address of ghaziabad up.I am facing so much problem due to amazon cheated to me two times niether pick courier nor refunded amount in my deducted account, pls take necessary steps as soon as possible otherwise i will take my owl legal steps.

                            Hi there, i am thakkar harshit,
                            i have been shopping with amazon from long time, but this was the last
                            order of my life as i have been in very bad situation today,
                            i bought a lenovo k8 note and got delivery on 9th, in just 3 days it's
                            blutooth, wifi, hotspot, stopped working, after too much conversation,
                            the replacement took place, in that case i ignored all the problems,
                            but today as the product was arrived at local area(vadodara) in
                            morning at 9:15 am, i have talked with the amazon(executive named
                            "shubham" ) and shared my issue that i live 45km
                            far from the delivery address, we talked and he(shubham) told me
                            that-"it is now my responsibility to deliver the product on or before
                            3pm today itself, to double confirmation i told again that i have to
                            go 45 km to reach at delivery address, he again confirm me that it
                            will be surely delivered and told me to reach at the delivery
                            address", this conversation was made at 12-12:30pm, on his
                            confirmation i left the home at 1pm and reached to the delivery
                            address(45km far). and waited till 3pm, after that i again talked via
                            amazon chat and talked with pooja
                            she told me sorry for the wrong info given by shubham, and told me to
                            wait till 5pm, and she told that she is requesting AMT for delivery,
                            after that i got call from Amazon transportation service (mobile no:
                            [protected]) he told me to wait at the delivery address, and said "i am
                            sending a boy to the address " i waited there till 5:20pm in between
                            i have tried to call back Amazon transportation service (mobile no:
                            [protected]) many time but they did not pickup my call. at the end i
                            again talk with amazon and they told me that delivery is not possible
                            today. now the point is that if the delivery was not possible today
                            than why the hell so many people give me confirmation and promise
                            about it, i traveled 45 km + wasted my 6 hours + petrol again i have
                            to came back home mean more 45km of travell. is this the way of
                            service, not answering calls, ask to wait all day, and in end telling
                            sorry is not enough.

                                I got an unboxed product.. The voice quality of the phone is poor, the battery back up is poor.
                                I was said that the executive will check and that i will get a refund of the product.
                                Later the company's executive is saying that they will only arrange a replacement and not refund.
                                Why would i keep a phone that has poor quality and how can i trust a company that cheated me in first place by sending me used product.

                                  I have placed an order for redmi 4 phone on oct second week. I have received a message from amazon stating the courier is out for delivery on 18th oct 2017. However, the same has not reached now. The recipient has walked to the amazon center in jamshedpur, sonari twice to collect personally, but they were unable to locate the parcel. Alos, in amazon website, my tracking details say that it is delayed upon customer's request. No one has made any call yet to me.in fact when i called the agent to the number amazon has provided said plainly that he is not aware of the courier as he is on leave.

                                  I called amazon customer service on 21st oct to raise a complaint, but nothing has been done till now. Its pathetic service. It was a diwali gift for my parent and it did not reach on time and plus the hassle of visiting twice the courier office. I want to take serious action on amazon and seek compensation for this entire chaotic situation.

                                    I have paid an amount to amazon pay account for buying a lens which they failed to deliver after lots of follow up. They have refunded the amount to the amazon pay account. But they do not provide for withdrawal from the amazon pay account and say it is a "one way ticket" to your money. I do not want to buy any thing else from them considering their poor performance. A shopping account cannot keep your money and force you to buy junk from them.

                                      I ordered online on 18-10-17 redmi note 4 64 gb phone and a separate order for its accessories, i got accessories delivery today on 23-10-17. However i was shocked to receive sms from amazon saying order is refused to be accepted.

                                      I called delivery agent (No was given by amazon) [protected] / [protected]. Yr agent said he is in thane and not in navi mumbai and hence he has reused to deliver and returned the order.

                                      Agent should have called me before doing such nonsense, he is not ready to resolve delivery issue.

                                      I am eager to receive my delivery. Pls resolve and take prompt actions to have proper delivery at my stated address.

                                      AMAZON INDIA NEEDS TO SET THEIR DELIVERY NETWORK IN PROPER WAY. MY REDMI NOTE 4 WAS ORDERED ONLINE ON 18-10-17, IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS BUT WENT INTO SOME OTHER ZONE. IN THE CONFUSION BETRWEEN DELIVERY AGENTS IT WAS SENT BACK BY AGENT TO AMAZON STORES.
                                      AFTER I LOGGED COMPLAINT & 4 TIMES FOLLOW UP ON AMAZON INDIA CONTACT NO, I WAS ASSURED THAT I WILL GET FRESH DELIVERY BY 26-10-17 AND CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY AND CALL THEM AGAIN N AGAIN. FINALLY THEY GAVE ME SHOCK STATING I AM GETTING A REFUND.

                                        I had placed an order in amazon on 6th oct for wd elements 1tb portable external hard drive (Black) during their "great indian festival" order#[protected]. The order was supposed to be delivered on 11th of oct, however on 14th oct, i get an update that order is delayed and will be delivered on 15th oct, then again did not hear anything from amazon so i decided to call and raise a complaint. The agent then confirmed that the order has been lost and will initiate a refund right away, and gave me a compensation of rs100. Which i refused.

                                        I then placed my complaint on their facebook page the same day and did not get a positive response to them, but they committed they will process the refund, and again i did not hear anything from them. On 20th oct, i again raised the complained and on 21t they replied back they will process the refund which will take another 5 working days.

                                        They also had to audacity to revert back with " further, regarding the compensation i request you to please understand my limitations in this. Also, we look at each issue individually to determine the appropriate action for situations where customers have been inconvenienced. We regret that we can’t extend this same offer to other customers. I’m sorry for any disappointment this has caused.

                                        For all the trouble i have gone through, they just washed their hands off without giving a compensation to the customer, did not even bother to go to my account to check my order history to value a customer. I wonder how many more people are getting cheated in their great indian festival of theirs. Amazon customer service is pathetic, the worst i have experienced.

                                        No point in contributing to a business which does not go the extra mile for the customer. I have uninstalled the app, and vouch not to use amazon's pathetic service again.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Amazon pickuped my new phone moto g5s plus instead of Logitech speaker. i had followup with amazon but he still not reply me and not refund or mobile.
