I have paid the full money to words purchase of an item on line titled " an introduction to hindi grammer by author jain and sold by amazon export sales llc and by courier aramex with tracking number [protected]. So far, the book was not delivered and i received a message on 16 th october, 2017 that my refund amount of rs 2900.82 has been processed and refund sent to my debit card account and will be credited by 14 th october, 2017. So far i have not received the amount.

Dear sir, i have placed an order on line for a book titled "an introduction to the hindi grammer by author usha r. Jain" and paid the money on line through my debit card. The order no:[protected]. The book was not delivered and i received a message on 16 th october 2017 that refund amount of rs 2900.82 has been processed and refund sent to my debit card account and will be credited by 14 th october. So far the refund amount had not been credited.

    The phone was ordered so that it will be delivered on the auspicious day of dhanteras. Amazon confirmed it. At 11 am on 17th october, somebody called me to deliver the packet. I told i am in office. Deliver me at evening. "the man asked me when you will be available. I said i am not exactly sure. He then said" please call me when you are back home". I returned early from office and called him from 4-30 pm onwards, but there were no reply. Finally i could not get the product. This indicates that people employed by amazon are abclutely insincere and uncourteous and perhaps the people are hired cheap on part time basis. I am very very unhappy over this matter. The other problem is all communication are made one way. You cannot communicate with amazon. There is no arrangement to send any message to them.
    This indicates the non professional attitude of amazon, whose only goal is to make profit but not to serve customer.in future, i shall think twice before i place order with amazon. Fortunately there are other competitor like flipkart.

        Dear sir,

        It is really an horrible experience i have come across. Despite several schedules for picking up the wrong delivery of item i was forced to get my payment back. But this was not the end. I was again misguided and promised that the refund shall be made to my account and i was asked to submit the bank details which were given on the same day. The complete detail was provided to the executive on sunday that the payment was made through the amazon pay to get the discount offer and accordingly the amazon pay account was loaded with an amount of rs.2700.00. Surprisingly, i was today, on follow up, informed that the replacement has been made and it was on the way. I could not understand, as to how, the replacement is being made now which was not ordered by me. The refund was requested and the shoes were got picked before the scheduled time. The picking time was scheduled for monday, 16th oct., 2017 between 7.00 to 10.00 a. M., but the same were picked on sunday around 8.30 pm. Does'nt matter. But the refund was not made to my bank account.

        I think that this is not a fair practice of doing the business, your company has cheated me by fraudulent means. I have been mentally harrassed. Now, i have been financially cheated. I am being forced to take stern action as per land of law and take the matter to the concerned forums/courts.

        Frankly speaking, i dont want to retain any relation as a customer with the vendor like amazon and would never suggest to deal anybody with amazon

              I have paid extra bucks for my order ending[protected] on amazon for early delivery but not i get the timely delivery of my order but also i haven't received my parcel yet also niether the seller is providing the tracking details nor responding to the mails or calls.
              Majorly unsatisfied with the seller as well as amazon customer services.
              The sellers name is professional courier services.

                I had purchased a yi 88012 action camera from amazon india. Below are the details of the order. Am also attaching order detail.

                I am unable to uise the product since it is not coming on.
                I had also purchsed original xiaomi yi action camera water proofing case & accessories & invested @ 7000/= for the same.

                However the camera is not coming on & i had called amazon india, the executive just did not bother to log a complaint & instead asked me contact xiaomi india - yi camera division, upon contacting xiaomi they said they dont provide service as they dont sell the product.

                I fail to understand how a company is fooling customers saying that the product carries warranty & then refuse.

                Can you please let me know the process to legally file a case against amazon india, so that i can get a refund / replacement of the product from amazon india.

                It is disgusting to say that inspite of buying so many products from them, they are not providing service to their valued customers when the product is genuinely defective.

If it said i have signed, may be local agent has forged my signature, for which i will book a complaint. And if it is said address is not traceable. Pl. Return my money.                       I purchased one mobile (Redmi) through credit card. First we selected emi option, then after we pay full amount through credit card. But monthly amazon collected loan interest amortization charge around rs 250 to 300. I made conversation through phone call and email but i don't get proper reply. Please kindly help me for the above matter. Kindly refund the amount at the earliest.

                          My order numbers are[protected] and[protected]. I ordered five items in total on 4th of october 2017. Deadline for delivery was 10th of october 2017. On 10th of october amazon updated status of my order as delivered but the items were not delivered to me neither they were delivered to anyone in my neighbourhood. I immediately mailed to them. They assured me of solving the issue by 13th of october 2017. When i mailed them on 13th they said kindly wait till 16th as order is for large amount. On 16th of october they are providing me refund for black ice
                          [protected] of rs.175. My orders were for more than 6000 and they are providing me refund for an order which is not mine. What will i do with this paltry amount? They are making fool of me from the last six days. You are hereby requested to teach these looters a lesson.

It is checked by the amazon customer care and the details which is given by the amazon can confirm that the refund has been successfully processed from their side on 09-oct-17. Please take necessary steps to locate as well as refund to my 1539 rupees to my bank account.

                                Amazon has given my expensive phone to aramex courier for delivery. Escalations from amazon are not reaching aramex (As confirmed from aramex customer care).
                                False reasons are being given to not deliver the package like "address is not correct" even though i get packages on this address frequently.
                                Amazon is not able to resolve the issue & the delivery has already been delayed than promised date. (Amazon order id:[protected].
                                Amazon can contact me on my registered mobile/email to resolve the issue and get item delivered today.

                                  I brought lenovo k6 power (Grey-3gb ram) (32gb rom) phone on amazon on 3rd september. Deliver product on time that mobile is not working properly it get switch off automatically and never start again. So i replaced that with amazon. New mobile received on 18th sep. But that mobile also hang every time. I am not able to pick up phone. So requested for return on amazon.

                                  Amazon people not taking responsibility to return back to seller. They say u personally send back to seller. If amazon provide door step delivery then they should arrange pick up also for faulty products.

                                  Unnecessary i suffering of huge loss. Please arrange pickup for order order #[protected]

                                    Firstly i ordered a oppo f1s back cover. Cod. After recoving it. I find that product was not look like what was in pic. And i m also find that. Product is defective. Then. I go for exchange order. After that. I received totally different back cover. Which is not a back cover of oppo f1s. I pay for it. But i didn't get right product. And also some of the customer care executive call me. And requesting me to remove the comments. And the. Cheated on me. And removed the review
