I came to know about my order cancellation @ 7.30 pm. When my friend about his refund query, he referred my order. My son aishik dey purchased one moto g5 s plus. After receiving the products he saw there was a major fault of the set. Then he complain & request for replacement the mobile set. Amazon agreed with his complain and say it will replacement shortly. After a long day past the company have not take any action, not received the products. Hope it would completed shortly. Otherwise we have to bound to complain at human rights for justice....

I ordered moto g5 plus 64 gb on 12th sep, they promised to deliver on 15th sep'17. Neither the delivery agent called me nor his number was reachable. So i called the customer care and they promised to deliver the next day. I haven't received the product even 4 days after the promised delivery time. Reluctant customer service, even after 5 escalation nobody bothered.
Amazon can't conduct itself so irresponsibly esp when they have monopoly...

A refund has been made by amazon on 29th of august regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i needs to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action....

While browsing i have seen a huge offer in amazon that they given an express offer of huweii television at a price worth rs.2/-. Being a rational consumer i have ordered that product, after confirmation of the order they have cancelled my order....

On 8th september 2017 i have received hesley digital weighing scale & found that the product is not working & immediately contacted with customer care. As per recommendation from customer care i have contacted with company person through video call & the company person asked me to return the product as it is defective. On that day i order for return & scheduled it on next day as i got sms confirmation also. On next 2 days got sms about rescheduling...

I bought a lenovo z2 plus mobile phone from amazone on 26 th septmber 2017. Two times i recived defective product. The phone is heated up to 55'celcius at five minute net use. Currently i am in south africa and i had been using amazon india services for long time. Last month (18th-aug) i placed an order of 4 items (Delivery location was dhanbad, jharkhand, india), out of four items i received two items first. Normally amazon dhanbad courier services are very bad in terms of behavior and ill practices, and i complained about it via amazon chat support. Knowing this they (Courier people)...

Following is the sequence of incidents :

Sept 1 : ordered for hotty potty - 9" sturdy toilet squat for my age old parent to immediately use i paid a faster delivery cost of rs. 100.
Sept 4 : received broken material from amazon. Informed and immediately wanted a replacement, since the time line shown was not as i required i cancelled the replacement and asked for a refund.
Sept 15: till than no response from amazon....

How can you update order status delivered before it is actually delivered? And 4 ur kind information let me tell you this is not the first time last time also you people have updated delivery status as delivered but the product is yet not delivered.
