Ordered one plus 5 phone on 30st august, 2017. Estimated delivery was 4th september. No update from amazon. Where is my phone? They are unable to deliver phone or even give an update of where my phone is. Everyday i am calling them, they are saying give us 2 days we will get back. I have all the emails yet no one has replied back once also. The product was shipped also and recevied at bhiwandi hub but yet has not been delivered. Pls help...
