We have procured an hitachi 1.5 ton ac model raw518kud kaze plus vide order no,[protected] dated 23rd sept, 2017.

Ac has been received on 3rd oct, 2017. However, no one has yet contacted for installation of the ac. We are not able to contact amazon customer care through phone.

Pl contact and inform the status.

    I ordered a one plus 5 mobile on amazon.in on sep21. On sep22 i recieved a package with a wrong phone. I informed their customer care and they arranged for a replacement. The replacement package arrived on sep 27 and i decided to open it in front of the delivery person, but there was no phone inside it. Only charging accessories. I immediately called up the customer care and they asked me to return the package and they would mark it as rejected and process the refund. I have been calling them up frequently ever since. But not getting a satisfactory reply. Now on saturday 7th october, their investigation team is asking me for my aadhar card details. I strictly told them i won't be sharing it. And they are also not giving a proper reason as to why they need my aadhar card details for investigating an issue on their side. Please help resolve this.

    The order id is submitted is for the order I placed. The order id of the replacement that came without the mobile is different.

      I had bought a radio noizzy box retro - xl with order no.[protected]. The item was damaged, antenna was broken and radio was not starting. Its a very low quality product with a price of rupees 2999.00. I want to refund but there is only option to replace the item.
      Before this i had ordered a santosh radio which was also defective as it was not turning on and built quality was too cheap.
      Its disheartening to see myself cheated. And its not the first time i am facing this problem. I wanted to surprise my father on his birthday. But now when he opened it and it was not turning on. It was really very frustrating.
      So, please take action as soon as possible.

      No clearity. functions not upto the mark
      I've ordered a Moto G5S PLUS from AMAZON.IN. It was supposed to be delivered on 29 SEP but not yet received. It has been marked as delivered.
      Cheaters My GDD was 27, on 28 I was told that my product will be delivered on 29 On 29 the product delivery shifted on 30 On 30 Sept to 1 October and than today on 2nd October it was told in the morning that the product will be delivered today any time now they are saying the product is lost and cannot be provided with the same deal
      Without my knowledge, Rs.719.44 is being deducted from my credit card on 2nd of every month since 3 months towards Amazon prime membership. Neither I got the membership nor I got the refund. I request you to cancel that particular transaction and deregister and refund. PL take immediate action and clarify

        I am booked san disk 64 gb pen drive rs.750/- through cash on delivery method on[protected] and successfully booked confirmation message received. But few hours later your order has cancelled. Message received by amazon through my email. I am call to inform customer care service but seller problem i can do anything answer to me. Your purchase another pen drive to suggest me. I am saying another pen drive on same cost but they replied at the same cost pen drives are not available, to answer me kindly give me my pen drive or any other company pen drive on same cost as well as same gb

            Hello All -

            This is in regards to Order #[protected] for Iphone 7 -128 GB, worth Rs 54000/-. I would like to inform you that the product was returned on 30th Sep (please see the Attachment) as there were some fault with the product. After returning it I was told that the refund will be initiated within 24-48 hrs. but today its already 8 days, yet I have not received any refund. I also email them about it but no one is responding on the email as well.

            When I called customer care they say that my account is on hold/closed. so I need to only email and only those people can assist me on that . But they are not responding. Please help me get my money back

              We have ordered a samsung bluetooth which was faulty and we had send it back thru bluedart.
              We have sent back on 15 sept 2017 and on 18 sept' 17, we have received a confirmation mail from amazon that they have received the product back.

              Till date they have not neither issue a replacement or refund and when we call them, they ask for pod details which is irrelevant after their confirmation mail. It was amazon responsibility either issue a refund or replacement or additional information required communication. But, when we are following up for refund, they asked for additional information. Which is wrong.

              Sir I have applied for hardisk on[protected] and delivery date is[protected] but till today I have not received my order yet and even customer care don't respond me properly

                  I bought apple iphone 7 32 gb (Rose gold). I made the payment and the delivery date was october 07, 2017 till 8 pm. I waited the person. Nobody called and contacted at my shipping address. I called the customer care several times, they were saying that they will not be able to deliver 48 hours. This is not acceptable. They are playing with me while giving me the wrong commitment.

                  I want to raise the complaint towards amazon about making fool of the customer and not delivering the package at committed time. They should be penalized for the same. So that no body will be harassed again.

                    Am writing this mail to file charge dispute transaction, i had to get refund amount from amazon online shopping merchant of rs.2600 on 26 september 2017, they have refunded me amount on above date. I didn't get my amount yet please reflect back to my transaction, please check my bank statement from 26 september to till date it's not credited yet, amazon have sent transaction unique number as reference, reference number is 349002

                      I got the lenevo ideapad 320s delivered on 1st october. It is working very slow. I contacted with the lenevo customer care. Their engineers interacted with the machine and found the machine is defective one. I placed a return order on 2nd october and followed up their customer care several times. Till now nobody has come to pick the laptop.

Qwit-7827, invoice details : gj-qwit[protected], invoce dt. 04.10.17 in the bill you have mentioned 2 nos. Of trendz style taffeta silk print sarees @ unit price of 311.43, totalling rs. 654/-. Whereas on opening the docket, there is only one no. Of saree. So an excess amount of rs. 327/- may please be refunded at your earliest.
                            If this sort of practices continues, then whole name and fame of amazon will vanish in short span of time.

                                  I ordered a refrigerator in amazon.in on sep 21 2017. On sep 24 2017 they try to deliver wrong product (Some siemens product) via blue-dart courier. So, i sent back that to the guy who came for delivery.

                                  In amazon it was updated a undeliverables, i called customer care on the same day and reported this, they said once the product reaches seller, they will process the refund.

                                  Its been already 15 days and i have called customer care multiple times, still it didn't helped. Those customer care executives used to say some reason and they drag the dates.

                                  I am afraid that my amount will be refunded back or not.

                                  Actually it was a mistake from amazon and they are holding my money for 15 days for their fault.

                                  I am feeling like amazon cheated me and i am frustrated with this experience.
