Below i have order 4 t-shirts & same done the payment through on-line,

With out receiving the product i got a sms that product has been delivered & signed by me, i was totally confused same confirm with my family members any one received or not they said no,

Next product again i got sms that we couldn't not deliver product as we could contact you on phone & same i was waiting for the pickup guy to exchange the product but daily i getting a sms re-schedule for next day

So kindly help me out for the issue from amazon

    This is to inform you that a refund of rs 899 was initiated by amazon india on[protected] and the refund was to be reflected in my bank account by[protected].
    But it has not been reflected yet. I have contacted amazon several times and every time they have asked me to contact my bank which is central bank of india. I have been visiting my home branch for last 4-5 days and also had contacted central bank of india helpline number but nothing has helped and they have denied to accept my request. Amazon has asked me to file a "dispute charge" to claim the refund from central bank of india in which i have to provide only transaction reference number but i am unable to file the complain as bank is denying. Bank is telling me that its amazon's responsibility.

      Amazon costumer care no. [protected]

      Money was deducted from my account even if when the website stated a failed transaction.
      While booking 3 bus tickets from koraput to parlakhemundi on the website indiabus.com the payment gateway was successfully redirected and balance was deducted but my tickets weren't booked.
      756/-inr was deducted from my account via the amazon anywhere app and my tickets weren't booked so i request for a quick refund to carry out my work.

        I purchased zebronics zeb-11hm headphone with mic (Black) product on amazon sale day sep 27th 2017 for 199 rupees but mrp on the product is 189 rupees.
        Selling more than mrp is an unfair trade practice.
        I didn't get any discounts instead i was duped and had to pay more than mrp.

        I am very disappointed with amazon.

            I placed an order on 24th sept 2017 and expecting a delivery on 27th from amazon. Product got damaged in transit on 27th, i kept on waiting for for the product, however, the system was showing the products will be delivered by 3rd oct. When i contacted amazon the supervision name arun giving me # that you will get your refund back in 48 hours, the tone was rash over the call from him, ironically amazon is a customer-centric business as per their vision, # #.

            If it was damaged on 27th you should have informed me that day only, i would have ordered it from somewhere. Crappy way to deal with customers

              I have placed the order for gas grill weber q1000 and i received wrong product, i have received charcoal grill and the mrp for the same is 8495.00, the movement i complained they have taken the same and got the amount refunded.

              As i was very much disappointed with the time i have spent in ordering the same. They have given us the discounted price which comes to rs.16499.00 now they are charging rs.21995.00, is it a human error caused by cloudtail india private limited or its cheating. I just want to know the reason of such error.

              We request to kindly intervene and do the needful.

                I have ordered redmi 4 at discounted price of 9499 on 24th sep 2017 using hdfc credit card. On 27th i got maiil that no one was there at home to receive the product. But it was false, always somebody was there at home. Then they mentioned it will be delivered on 29th sep 2017. After repeated call to customer care, received every time some vague reply of delivering the product before 24 hrs. I waited upto 1st oct 2017. Then i came to know that there was some trouble, i have to place fresh order for the same product at a cost of 10999. Means i have to pay 1500 extra bugs. This is my second experience of booking a product at discounted price. So i came to conclusion that "it is all fake advertisement of selling good products at discounted price". They wasted my precious time of one week calling them and getting false hope of delivering product. So amazon is a bogus. Only old products/no demand products, they deliver at discounted price.

                  Due to mic issue in headphone, i contact amazon agent for return of this item. So they suggested to get the replacement of this item first & then go for return & refund (Also amazon agent added note in my account regarding return & refund).
                  So i have got the replacement mi headphone with order number :- order #[protected].
                  Now i asked again amazon agent to process for return & refund but they are not doing it. I had chat with 3-4 different amazon agent. Each one told me that they are processing for return & refund & it's not yet done.

                    Hi team,

                    I have following complaint against you.

                    Dear respected concern, greetings...!! I want to write an e-mail in regards of order on:[protected] on amazon.in dt: 21st sep 2017, actually i have made an prepaid order of mi 4 mobile which was successfully placed and shipped from seller and expected delivery on 25th of sep 2017, but it got delayed and i was informed that your order will be reached in next 2 days i. E 27th of sep, but again it got delayed and i was ask to wait some more time at 29th of sep i approached customer care through their help line, but i was told that your order got some miss happening so we are sending it to seller and try to shipped same new order with in 48-72 hours and customer care people ask me to again wait for some time and suggest me to call after 24-48 hours so i again approached customer care then mr. Shivam (Amazon please check my account in case to see to whom i talk might be i mistake in name but you have record as our conversation is recorded from your end) told me that we cant process your order and we will refund your money back here comes the twist i refused to take the refund and ask them to take n-no of days but i want my order as committed and on same time i ask to speak with some senior avilable on floor but he convence me to not to speak to anybody else as he was imposing me that seniour will also say same thing as it cannot be reshipped but when i pressure him he connect me to mr. Ankuash from escalation department (Ankush introduce me as a supervisor from escalation dept.) he also utter the same thing so i explain him that kindly try in case of exception if you can shipped my order so he agreed... But here i would like to add and make you understand that after paying my amount from my credit card in advance before it reaches to me so in utter case technically i am the owner of my mi 4 mobile so nobody have the right to cancel my order without my permission as i am the official and technical owner of the phone and he agreed on same point, now today i was surprised to see the massage on my amazon account that my order is cancelled and refund is generated, which i was never told to do that neither agreed on that part. But this action is done forcefully without my permission. One more thing as this order was placed in "amazon great indian sale" so i was eligible for following offer currently running during the sale : 1). Three months emi holiday (Hdfc credit card) 2). No cost emi (Hdfc credit card) 3). 10% cashback (Hdfc credit card) so i ask mr. Ankush : 1). Reshipped my mobile (If time is required i don't have any problem) 2). Or provide me same discount and offer if i order same phone (If previous one is cancelled) here i have marked the email to amazon customer care, escalation dept, management, consumer grievance, e-commerce grievance and aam press... Seeking help from you people as i still want this piece of mobile as it was a birthday gift to my dad (His birthday is on 25th sep) as my emotions is valued during order.

                      I ordered a charger for rs.604 on 3rd july 2017, a wrong item was delivered on 10 the july hence on 11 the july i returned the order. After which i cancelled my order the same day and i got a message saying refund would be initiated but that never happened! In august i messaged in the customer care column of my account for which a mail was sent regarding call to be received from the amazon... But no such call i ever received... And after almost 3 months.. There has been no refund initiated yet neither have i got a call from customer care... I have all the messages n mailed from amazon for the proof of orders i placed...

                        I have ordered a product and have gone mad waiting.
                        Im fedup of talking to customer care again and again, and they are useless, they haven't helped me yet. They are not issuing refund, neither delivering the product. And now the price has increased even, the customer care representative named govardhan, provide wrong information. Now is it really the site which give such drastic advertisements on television, i doubt it

                          Myself glory have ordered one mobile (One plus 5) on 22nd/ september/2017 through amazon.in in amazon great india sale which was supposed to deliver on 26th/september/2017. I called several times, each time they asked me to wait for 24 hrs definitely i will get my product, but on 29th i got a call from customer executive that my product will not be delivered to me because it has been lost by the courier and i will get my refund within 48hrs and that also i didn't get
                          On 1st october i got a call from a courier boy to confirm my delivery address (His number is [protected]) and i was promised to get the product within 24hrs but still i didn't get my product and asking me to wait for more 24 to 48hrs, because customer care person itself don, t known whether i will get my product or i will get my refund which kind of services you guys provide first you guys says it's a great indian sale from amazon and you take the order as well as promise to deliver the product, but unfortunately it's not delivered and then promised to refund the amount that also no response what we have to do... If you guys can, t deliver the product on time, then why you guys says it's a sale and hold the money... Will you guys ever think that customer will ever prefer amazon...
                          Very bad service you guys give i don, t think so amazon will last for longer, if this kind of services are continued
                          Kindly get my product to be delivered by tomorrow itself or cancel my product and refund my money within 24hrs...

                            I have placed a d-link dir-600m n150 broadband wireless router on 7-sep. I received the product on 11-sep and return was placed on 12th. From then i call the customer care executives for the refund. They are saying that they recived a wrong product in return. I have called them 5 times till now and they are saying that investigation is happening and please wait for 24 to 48hrs. I am not sure whether the refund will be processed or not.

                            I want to proceed legally on then for wasting my time by keeping m money with them and also for sending treating mail to me without proper investigation.

                              We have not got our money back after returning the product. The cheque was issued but was not containing proper details so we requested for another cheque. The former cheque payment has been stopped. So we need our money back. Try to help us out by contacting this number [protected].                                 Today i received a stocking at 2.30 p. M when i ordered for it i checked
                                Image it was showing a pair of stocking & rate is rs/340 when i order
                                For that showing delivery charges rs/49 but when i has received that i surprisingly notice it is only one no of stocking not pair.
                                That means when showing the image of both the legs logically meaning stocking for both the legs and price which is showing for right and left legs stocking its not for single stocking but what i got only one number its complete unacceptable, either show the meaningful image so it can not create any confusion for the buyer's. Buyer's can take a call it can buy able or not.
                                They will not feel that they cheated. My order id: [protected]

                                  It is very bad to say that how ugly is amazon. I had ordered one mobile case but due to its bad quality i had to send that to amazon by myself from indian speed post and invested my extra money in doing this vulgar activity. Inspite of being product received to amazon, still i have not got my money back. It is about to 1 month since i have done this. I have attached all the supported documents. Very irresponsible company.

                                    My name is "sapam singh" & i have ordered oneplus 5 from amazon.in with order id[protected] on 24 sept. 2017.. Which expected to be delivered on 25 sept. 2017..
                                    But on 25sept around 7pm delivery details automatically updated that product is successfully delivered... But i didn't receive my product & not even get a call from courier boy.. So i immediately called to amazon customer service that i didn't receive my product & its showing delivered.. So they told me to wait for 2 says for further investigation...
                                    So i called amazon customer service again on 27sept.. & on that day another agent told me to wait more for 5 days...
                                    At 10pm on same day i got an email from amazon that my account has been blocked... After that i mailed to amazon but they just giving me same reply that blocking of your account is permanent action...
                                    I just want to know why amazon blocked my account without delivering my product... I just wana say to amazon please give me my amount back or deliver my product in my hand... Please help me... I am very depressed... This is totally sacm running by amazon with customers... I am also attaching the mail which i received from amazon on different days... Please help me to get my amount.. Please

                                      I guess, someone from amazon wants to doing the fraud with me, so please help me.

                                      I have purchase two products from the amazon. Here is the details.
                                      1 : zebronics wireless keyboard and mouse companion 6 (Nano receiver in the mouse) : successfully delivered
                                      2: dell vostro 3468 14-inch laptop (7th gen core i3 - 7100u/4gb/1tb/ubuntu 14.04/integrated graphics) :not deliver and doing wrong commitment - my complaint from this product.

                                      Explanation :

                                      25-sep 2017 : delivery date but not delivered.
                                      26-sep 2017 : i contacted the amazon customer care and he asked me that within 48 hours your product will delivered but again not delivered.

                                      28-sep 2017 : i again contact the customer care and customer care center have commitment that your package will delivered today before : 2pm : but again not delivered.

                                      29-sep 2017 - 03.00pm : i again contact the amazon customer care then he asked that your package will delivered within 48 hours.

                                      01-oct-2017 : undelivered my laptop.
                                      02-oct-2017 : undelivered my laptop.

                                      Sir please at least pickup of own mobile and dial my number and tell me that your package is save and will delivered on time.

                                      Could it possible?

                                        Dear amazon team

                                        I have ordered korea 50 kgs combo with 8 in 1 multi purpose bench, i have ordered on 30th aug 17 confirmed by amazon team it will be reached by 18th sep 17 still product was not sent, even i was following with customer care since 10 sep 17 on daily basis i was following with customer care regarding product 10 times with customer care executives 3 times with customer care leader s and 1 time with the manager, while speaking with leaders and managers i noticed that they dosnt no who will deliver and by which time it will deliver just saying seller need to dispatch, if i want purchase with another why i will prefer amazon waste service of amazon unnecessary struggling with amazon even frequently call around 15 times in a week not able to survey the manager who has approved regarding these complaint lazy information like office boy, need the order product information immediately, why the delay has been occurred
