I have placed order on 13th sept, 2017 to load balance of rs. 1600 through amazon pay, amount was deducted from my bank account on that moment but the amount was not added in my amazon pay balance till date even after 4 days.
In between i have communicated via chats and phone calls with their customer support executives. None of them...

I ordered a iphone from amazon and in that product ear phone are missing .when i complain in amazon they told that they will replace complete iphone set .but yet they have'nt replace my iphone and now they are telling that they will refund my money...

I am complaining about did not get cashback as amazon promised. I had purchased moto g5 on 13 may, 2017 from amazon.in and payment done from my city bank debit card. On that day there was offer of 10% cashback if you paid by city bank debit card or credit card so as per this i should get cashback.
