Dear sir/madam, on amazon sale day i ordered samsung 64gb memory card with adapter. The order was placed on 4th october. On 6th they delivered the product in which the main item memory card was missing. Immeidately i called up their customer service via chat and phone. Both promised for a replacement by 9th october. But the product didnt not get delivered on 9th october. For such small item i have spent more than enough of time in following up to receive the item. On 10th whn i talk to their representative they are offering me rs50 and rs100 as token of apology. This is really disgusting. As a consumer i would expect this forum to take serious action so that consumers have faith and do not get cheated.

    Sir,

    Please look in to the trailing mail. This is to register my complaint that
    I had ordered (Order no:[protected] huggies wonder pants medium size diapers monthly pack (152 count)/ b075gqcrn9 hsn:96190030 worth rs.1203/- and 2 nos of wetty premium wet wipes - sea breeze (80+80+80 count)/ b06zyqlfcf hsn:4818 worth rs. 482/- with invoice no: hyd[protected] & hyd[protected] on 4 october 2017. The total payment for the order was rs.1685/-. During the payment rs.1685/- was deducted from my account for the said order but later it informed me that the payment was declined and ask me to revise the payment. The revised payment was done and again rs.1685/- was deducted from my account. An amount of rs.1685/- was deducted twice for a single order and the excess amount (Rs.1685/-) deducted was not returned back till date. I request you to please look in to the matter and do the needful to return back the amount at the earliest.

      As i had ordered a men t-shirt cost 1400, on 5 oct 2017. I received a product on 9th when i opened i saw it was not that which i had ordered. It was some how dirty, old, which they had packed in single polythene and outside a oversized amazon plastic bag. I immediately raised a return process, next day an agent came and says madam i can't take it. It is different product. I don't understand. If it will be the same product then why i need to return. I have talked to customer care.. She says we have rescheduled it to 10th (10 to 1 pm). Time passed no body came. I inboxed a message it is rescheduled to 11th. And no body receiving call.. A auto generated message also telling the same your return process is rescheduled. Now what to do... How i will get my money back...

          From 22nd sept 2017, the website says the product was delivered. But however the product was not delivered/received. I called the amazon cc immediately.. Raised a concern. They assured me everything was right and all is fine and the product will be delivered...

          However after 20 days and no updates, finally they drop me a mail saying that :

          We have fully investigated this matter with the carrier and we got the confirmation that the package has been delivered successfully to the provided address.

          Based on the results of our investigation, we won’t be able to provide a replacement or refund for this order at this time.

          I would like to confirm that we won't be able to assist any further on this issue.

          I called them again asking for delivery proof or delivery chalan or something.. The agent ms. Ayesha just banged the phone on my face saying.. She cna't help and sorry!!

          I mean i'm the customer, high value purchases.. If the service provider is not even liable to provide the customer with a delivery proof... Then what is happening here? They say delivered we have to agree that it was delivered??
          Thats all?? What about.. Fair practice and rules.. What about transparency?
          I lost rs.7000 in this order!! I'll go to the consumer forum.. And file a case in this regard..

          Amazon continues to deny the case, they also refuse to provide proof of delivery or any proof that the product was delivered to me, I'm so disappointing with Amazon after 3-4 years of shopping and being loyal customer ..
          One thing is for sure, high value purchases with these online re-sellers are such a gambling .. !! With very less consumer protection and awareness .. they take the consumer for granted !!

            (The amazon agent no. Is switched off. Tried calling him for more than 3 hours. Complained to amazon on [protected] for the same)

            Next funny thing from amazon, we receive an sms at 06:59 pm -

            Your package with mobi case premium pu leather flip wallet stand cover inner tpu back for gionee a1 lite - coffee brown was refused at the time of delivery. If you have not refused the package, please contact amazon.

            Called up amazon on [protected] again and complained for this also.

            The answer we get is that kindly book the item again. Also to compensate they sent me an email for a credit of rs.50.

            Is our agony and time wasted is worth rs. 50?

            Aren't they supposed to redirect the parcel again.

            Now the excuse given is that the parcel was damaged.
            If it was damaged then why did the amazon delivery man give a false report of mentioning that customer has refused to take delivery.

            Amazon india is not at all professional.
            They need to improve with their team training and customer satisfaction policies.

            I demand my product to be delivered to me on time.

              Hi, i have purchased a camera nikon coolpix a300. However, the quality and the expectation were not up to the mark and so request you to process the return for the same. I understand you have a policy to replace only. However. Try to understand i am returning the product same day the day i have received it and i didn't like the quality of the product so replacement won't fulfill my requirement. Further, i need to buy a another camera as the quality of the product did not meet my expectations. Can you pls take this case as one off and provide some options as i want to buy another camera. So you can replace with that one pls and it's costing double than what i have bought now. Replacement can't be an option at least when a person is returning on the same day or may be within 3 days

                I have tried to purchase a "photron tripod stedy 450 with 4.5 feet pan head + extra quick release plate + foam grip and carry case
                Sold by: cloudtail india private limited" from amazon and it did not allow me to buy it by cash on delivery option. So i tried to purchase it by debit card. After i order it for rs. 649, i found it cheaper at local market. So, i cancelled the order (I order on 5th october, 2017) after 1-2 days. I called amazon several times to ask when will i get the refund. They said today and today and it went on like this. I still did not get the refund as they are claiming that their own "amazon transportation service" has not returned it to amazon. Such vague words was given by their customer support. I really want the money back at my bank account, as this is :cheating:. You will be lucky to get a good product from amazon india.

                  I had given order for handset redmi 4. When the product was delivered screen is damaged and they asked every process for replacing what company want and after following the process. Waiting for more than the week. There is no response for refund or replacement and customer executive are very sweeter while talking and when the time for action. They are not even responding properly.

                    I had ordered the above mentioned krishna wall sticker (Pic vinyl) through amazon prime on friday 6th oct. I received two products giordano ladies watch and another wall sticker.
                    Today was expecting delivery and received a call from the delivery person who had no sense how to talk with customers and started to hurl abuses for telling me about wrong address
                    Infact he had admitted that he had came there but he never called.
                    He said he is not worried and complaint to whomever i want to complaint. His name was santosh salute.
                    Request you to take a strong action against such bast arms.

                      I purchased a tv from amazon during a sale. It was supposed to be delivered to me in 4 days. When it did not arrive, i enquired. I was asked to wait for 3 more days. The tv did not arrive. So i contacted again. They said they will look into it, but did not come back to me. I contacted them again after a couple of days. They said my problem will be solved, but they did not get back to me. Finally, i contacted them again yesterday, and today i received an email saying that the tv has been returned to the seller. The offered me a refund and advised me to wait for the next sale.
                      They did not give a reason why the tv was returned. They did not follow up on my repeated requests to follow up, but nothing was done.
                      I believe a contract was made at the time of purchase between amazon and me, and it is their responsibility to deliver the tv to me.
                      At present the tv is 5000 inr more, and i do not want to pay more for someone else's mistake. I have refused to accept a refund from amazon.

                        I just ordered a jbl earphone which was expected to get delivered by 9 oct 2017. The courier arrived jammu hub at around 10-11 am. I was expecting the delivery on the same day that just not happened. I contacted the customer executive and he just assured me that my courier has been set to highest priority and it will be delivered surely on 9 octwhich again didn't happened. On this day i contacted the customer service again he again assured of the delivery on the next day so i told him to just call me before delivery as i will not be available at home. The courier service provider just came to my residence and when he saw that there is nobody available he just left without giving me a call and i just missed my courier.
                        So this is my request to you to improve your transportation services otherwise we have to place our order from some other e-commerce sites.

                              I ordered a watch at the time of durga puja... I have a done pre payment for the parcel... On 6th september i got a message that my parcel is successfully delivered to me but i even a single call has not come for the parcel by delivery boy... I wait for two days that by mistakelly they have sent this msg but they this is not by mistakelly some one has taken my parcel...
                              Therefore please kindly help me to get this resolve and plz i need my watch or other wise i will involve police also to get the theif

                              Cheaters My GDD was 27, on 28 I was told that my product will be delivered on 29 On 29 the product delivery shifted on 30 On 30 Sept to 1 October and than today on 2nd October it was told in the morning that the product will be delivered today any time now they are saying the product is lost and cannot be provided with the same deal
                              I filed for replacement of my Phillips qt4011 trimmer. Amazon mailed me the instructions and told return would take place on 29 September between 3-6 pm. But it has now been 2nd October and no return of item or replacement has taken place. The return label has validity upon 5 October .Do reply..!!!

                                My order number in[protected] which is a bluetooth earphone and this is the worst quality i have ever received i want my refund and replace this product.
                                Mr yameen is the quality incharge for this product. What the hell have you checked the quality. Sound is totally distorted speakers are burttely out of order.

                                  I purchased a one + five mobile from amazon website on 21st september'17 and took an exchange offer which they had at that time. I am having samsung galaxy a8. I purchased the one + five phone with 128gb rom and 8gb ram whose actual costing is rs 37, 999/- and with exchange, it came to somewhere around 29, 000 (Approx) after all bank discounts and all offer calculation, the net sum was rs. 28, 090/- which was deducted from my credit card. I took an emi plan which has rs. 4500/ month (Approx) payable in 6 months. Please note that i being a prime customer here, should have got the product by next day max i. E. By 22nd september'17.

                                  I waited till 23rd september and the tracking status was written as sorry for delay, it will be reaching you by 26th september'27. I again waited till 24th september and then i called up the customer care of amazon and they assured me that i will get it by 26th positively. On 27th september'17 when i called them, they stated after holding my call for around 5-7 mins. That my phone has lost in transit and sorry for the inconvenience. The representative told me that he is putting a replacement request right away so that i can get the phone instantly. No extra cost will be taken from me. I said please do whatever you want but send me the phone instantly. I told them that i have uninstalled my samsung galaxy a8 phone and formatted it as i had to hand it over for exchange purpose. I had no phone at that time. They reassured me that i will get the phone within next 24- 48 hrs. Max.

                                  I again waited till 28th september but again with no revert. I again called them up with frustration regarding the status. They apologized and confirmed that my order could not be delivered because of some internal policy of exchange and replacement order. So i need to cancel the order and reorder it. With higher level of frustration, i scolded them and cancelled the order. Also, i humbly requested them that please initiate the refund instantly the moment i cancel because i have emi to pay and bill will be generated soon. They assured me same and told to cancel the product.

                                  Now i am in proper follow ups with them, and they are not responding in the manner they did it earlier. Now they are just apologizing again and again and say that it will be initiated soon. I am really worried as my emi will be generated shortly and i will have to pay the amount, without any reason.

                                  You are requested to please help me out.

                                    I had ordered a designer hub men's cotton t-shirt (T-shirt for men_off-white) on 5 oct 2017. I received wrong dirty t-shirts on 9th october by amazon agent. I immediately filed a return of product. A agent came on 9 oct 2017 but agent didn't took the product instead saying madam this is different product. I can't take.. You have to talk to the customer care. I finally talked to customer care. She said another agent will go to pick your product and as soon as we will get the product, your money will be transferred to your account. I am still waiting for it. Please do solve my problem as early as possible

                                      1st attempt of the delivery of my order happened on october 7th. I was out of town and hence i was told that as per amazon policies the delivery 2nd attempt will be made next day which is october 8th. I was out of town but to ensure that the product is not shipped back to amazon i took a flight back to delhi only to collect the order.

                                      October 8th - entire day i was not given any updates and the amazon app and customer care kept telling me that the delivery indeed will happen on october 8th sunday itself. After multiple follow ups also the delivery didn't happen and amazon india kept providing me false information.

                                      After a lot of emails amazon india tells me that if delivery doesn't happen today they will refund my entire amount. Well what kind of an information is this? I wanted my order and not refund. Finally they scheduled the delivery for october 9th monday.

                                      I am filing this complaint against amazon india for all the harassment i went through, the false and misleading information amazon provided me and the trouble i had to go through.

                                      I need compensation of value equivalent to the order in form of amazon pay balance, or credit card used for making the payment of the order.

                                        My name is deependra singh my bank is baroda rajasthan kshetriya gramin bank jaluki, nagar, bharapur 321205. I am purchased cell phone rs. 9499 from amazon india. Date 21.9.2017 by rupee debit card. But some reason i cancel this cell phone. On 21. September.2017 amazon issue a refund rs.9499. But till date i not recvd refund my bank accounts. Against amazon oder is #[protected] then i call amazon customer care no is.[protected]. Pls help us. But he provide reference number:[protected] and told go to bank and give charge dispute filling here is i conversation details-dear amazon ji today i am going for bank for dispute charge filling but bank dennie these type of filling and not help me. I am very upset these thing harping so you give my solution and amount credited my a/c if any format of dispute charge provide me. I am also attached my bank statement. Till date i am not recd my refund rs.9499 so kindly provide proper solution sir. My address is a-47 shyopur, pratap nagar jaipur 302033my mail. Id is dc[protected]@gmail.com
