    This is with reference to regarding my order order #[protected]. I had words regarding refund against this order with amazon's executive deepesh on 28th september. He promised me over recorded call that i will receive my refund in 2 working days as product is damaged so no need to pickup and refund will initiate in 2 working days, but still i did not receive refund. Now, amazon's representative saying it was false commitment and denying for refund. I am very unhappy with such kind of cheating behavior. Please see our conversation and kindly refund asap.

According to amazon delivered item on 21/09/2017. But i did not receive item upto till time. When i had complain for few times in amazon. His excecutive did not resolve my problem.

        I purchased motorola g5s plus on 22nd sept, 2017 with amazon prime service which assures the delivery of product on guaranteed time. But the order was delivered 3 days later on 28th sept, 2017 than actual/guaranteed delivery date 25th sept, 2017. When asking for support, they didn't provide the proper information until the very end and misguiding me with wrong information about delivery and service. I was kept on waiting everyday for the product as their support kept telling me that product will be delivered by the end of the day. I had to go though a lot of stress and wasted a lot of time because of amazon.

          I purchased a moto g5s plus phone and received same on 25th of sep and i observed some problem with phone changing and heating.
          On raising request for return it asked me to download an app with which they were not able to diagnose and assigned me a technician to check at my place.
          However that person is not able to come as he said he is sick.
          Next time when i called and tried to return call was not able to place and directed me to go to service center.
          While going to authorised service center near by at null stop they are saying once they will open my phone it can not be returned and i have to pay any part needs to be replaced.
          I am not able to do any thing as now even my phone is discharged and not able to start.
          Really very much frustrated with this kind of service.
          Please help to resolve on urgent baisis.

            Booked a panasonic cordless phone kx-tg34111sx on 15 sep. Product was a gift to be given. Hence opened on 2nd october. Speaker button not there, and phone was gifted to our old age parents who are short of hearing and need a speaker to hear. Made several calls to amazon, but no one helped to exchange the product. Replacement date was 28 sept. But product absolutely new with all packing. Kindly request amazon to help us exchange this cordless phone with a speaker button one.
            Ordered by my husband mr. Xerxis r tampal. Prime amazon member

            Our requirement of speaker only not met. Hence want a phone with speaker. Kindly help.

            Panasonic Service Centre no was given. Panasonic is saying follow up with Amazon only since you bought from Amazon. Responsibility is owned by neither Amazon nor Panasonic. Will further escalate the matter.
            I was bought the LG Q6 mobile then i am cancelled the order but refund amount is not credited in my account order cancelled more than 4 days crossed the no response in the amazon side please check and refund the amount.

              The representative is telling me to place request for replacement of the delivered product. But i do not receive the product yet from the courier. So no question of replacement. A person can only request for replacement only when the product is delivered and it has some defect in it. This type of behaviour and service from amazon is not expected. Amazon update wrong status in there site that they have tried once to deliver the product. Now they are not providing any support to deliver the product on time.

              Delivery was very cheap they don't make communication and not supported yesterday I was taken my couriour from delivery person by 10 /15 km travelling and his behaviour is as a boss. Its ridiculous.
              My order has not reached but it is written in the app that it is delivered but i have not got my order

                This is regarding my order id:[protected], the delivery agent (Ph: [protected]) was supposed to deliver my item by 9 pm. I received a call from him in the evening, he refused to deliver the shipment by yesterday evening... His behaviour was very rude... Probably we was drunk... I was not able to understand any bit of his words... As i would be in office after 9 am, so, i had told him to deliver at my place before 8.30 am or after 6 pm... He put down the phone abruptly without deciding on final timing... When i called him back he behaved very rudely and mentioned that i can complain to amazon or anywhere i like... He doesn't care. He also mentioned very angrily n rudely that he is going to cancel the shipment n won't deliver. Thereafter i received the message that i had refused the shipment... What is this?? If this is the arrogance of delivery agent then its very difficult... They don't even care about complaints to amazon... Please take some immediate steps against this agent and let me know on the same... Hope this won't be repeated... My husband n myself r regular customers but if this is the condition that i don't receive my order n on top have to deal with such arrogant delivery boys then its just disheartening n disgusting

                  I have placed an order and paid for 8kg ifb front load washing machine through amazon india app but i have received 6.5 kg washing machine.
                  I paid the labour charges and transportation charges and brought home the product.
                  To my utter confusion i found a different and low cost product on 23rd sep.
                  From that day onwards i have wasted my precious time calling and urging for the product to be replaced. Even after a dozen of representations and many more interactions the product is not replaced and the amount is not refunded.. I couldn't buy a new washing machine of my choice as i have disguised and disgusted with the amazon india service.
                  Kindly do a favourable initiative and get my problem resolved.

                    According to my order no[protected] i have got email from amazon... Kindly wait 3rd october for the complete transaction process... But still today there is no response.                       Amazon not provided pickup schedule for my order to return. I shelf shipped by fedex courier service on 28 sep it has been delievered @ amazon warehouse. Till now i didn't get any update about my refund i used to call coustmer care agent daily. Every day they told me different story about refund. Amazon is doing frauds with coustmers in this self ship returns. Amazon coustmers polices are only for saying not for applying to coustmers loss and all. Since 6 days i didnt get any update
                      Even at my home mi power bank blast due to poor packaging water damage i have given complaint about this matter but bo action
                      Why should coustmer bare losses when its amazon fault some one should take action about this

                      Firstly amazon not provided pickup schedule for my order to return. They given me shelf shipped option and i courier by fedex service and its delivered on 28 sep @ amazon warehouse. But till now i didn't get any update about my refund and simply they are giving fake information in mails nd calls i used to make call coustmer care agent daily. Every day they told me different story about refund. Why they are giving differ i formation in conversation.in mail they told me in 24hr ur refund will be processed and in calls they say same story bd next day they say that you cant get your refund in which conversation sgould i believe amazon is doing frauds with coustmers in this self ship returns.                       I got this items on 25 september and i returned this item to you through fedex courier service becz i got self ship option.
                      And this product delievered to you on 28 september. So till now no refund information i got from amazon.

                      Regarding this issue i called many times to customer care service, emails but till now i didn't get any update about refund so when you are going to refund. If thus type of things happens buyers will stop buying from amazon because atoz policies are only for saying to grab the coustmers they are not for applying to the coustmers. Its not fare.

                      Regularly iam keep on trying to get my monet back because i have returned the product's to amazon warehouse. Amazon taken the product and now not returning my money back its a fraud. Since 8days iam in contact with coustmer care but my problem is still pending

                      When amazon is going to solve this issue.

                        I order moto g5s plus in 24.09.17 and i got deliver on 26.09.17. When i opend the box i found a soap in the box. Whenever i call to customer care, they said please wait for 3-5 working days. We do investigation. My mobile wroth rs 16000. I done full payment by net banking. So what i do now? Amazon is a worldwide company. For that we are trusting on it. I want my mobile or refund my money.

                          Unethical behaviour with the delivery associate

                          I’m really upset with service of the delivery associate that you people have provided me today. It took me the whole day to communicate with the associate. When i wanted to check the product to confirm whether the items are there or not the associate was so rude, telling me that we don't allow such action to check the item before handing and exchanging the payroll. And, also when i asked for the swipe-machine for paying the amount the associate (Shivan and shweta) said that the machine is not working. When i told him to come tomorrow and collect the money, he told we will not accept the payroll either you pay me the cash or we will cancel the product. And suddenly he tells me to pay through some pay-link which i had no idea of it, where he insisted us to do it. Which we eventually dint do.
                          Even after telling them that we had a conversation with the customer care regarding the situation. Still, they canceled the product without informing to us.

                          And since when you people (Amazon) have started sending more than one people for delivering the products. This is something which was surprising for me and felt of being unsafe the crowd of the people. Over the decade this has never been done than how come suddenly four people are coming for delivering the product. You really need to resolve this, if in future this happens again i will show the cctv footage where four people came to deliver the one products as a proof to stop this unconvinced behavior.

                          You really need to take care of all your associate when they reach for delivering the products.

                            Myself karishma from bangalore.
                            I had ordered bosch washing machine (Wab16060in, white) on 20th september 2017 for exchange of old washing machine.
                            And the order number is :[protected].
                            Expected delivery date was 23rd september but even after two weeks of delay the product is not delivered. And there is no update of the product from 24th september 2017 in the app.

                            I called to customer care 100 times, they are giving nonsense reasons and every time they will ask to wait for next 48 hours.

                            I'm really fed up by calling to customer care and they are not giving the assurance of delivering the product.

                            Kindly help me to get rid of this headache.

                              I ordered 4 class xi sl arora physics books. The order went through and the money was debited from my bank account. However the order was cancelled. The money was returned to my amazon account as amazon pay.
                              I placed order again trough the amazon pay and again the order was cancelled.

                              I called the useless customer service and they told me that there is a quantity limit of 2 books. I asked them why this was not mentioned in their website. They just apologized to say that this was missed - so simple isn't it?

                              I then asked to return my money as a gift card or transfer to a different friend of mine so that he may buy the books for me. Or help me buy the books.

                              The response is either wait for 7-10 business days for the money to be transferred back to you in to your account or buy something else.

                              Who are they to decide on what i shd do with my money when i have not done any mistake and the mistake is on their side?

                              I spoke with arun, then his senior sathish, then the lead called saurabh and then their manager who was name ravinder. Now, none of them even knew their legal team.

                              Please confirm as to how i can take this legally against amazon.

                                I didn't receive my orders but still i got the message that my package was delivered. To whom and when it was delivered?
                                I ordered 4 items last week but today i got the message that it was out for delivery but the courier man didnt call me to receive the orders and i got that that message that my orders are delivered

                                  I have placed a redmi 4 black 4gb from amazon on 21 sept 2017.
                                  They suppose to delivered that product on 23rd sept.
                                  But till now they did not delivered me and from 23rd onwards status showing delivered.
                                  I had call to customer many time and also wrote mail, every times they said wait for 3 to 5 business day.

                                  Till now (03 oct) i am not getting my product also i am not getting any proper response from amazon.
                                  They said untill investigation report not received they did not do any thing they are not ready to refund my money or delivered mobile.

                                  Please resolve my issue.
                                  I am facing issue since last last 11 days.

                                    I had ordered phone redmi 4a through this website where i fully paid rs.5999 through my sbi credit card and which is already deducted the product was supposed to get delivered by 27th but even after rigorous follow-ups through email and telephone the phone is still not delivered their customer support team always calls me giving me fake timelines and doing false promises.

                                      I have ordered a vr and pay by debit card. But when i open the box, i am shocked.in vr glass mobile holder and controller battery is missing. I am not aspect to amazon of this cheap type things. A few days before i ordered lenovo k8 note. But everything is fine but this time i am totally unsatisfied.                                         I ordered a mobile "moto g5 s plus" with order id[protected] on 22nd sep 2017. At that time they gave an offer of 10% extra cashback on hdfc card and also i purchased this item in exchange offer and there was also 1000 rs extra off on exchange. The estimated delivery date was 25th sep but due to some operational issue and human error on their side, the date changed to 29th sep. I have been calling the customer service past 6-7 days. Each day they assured me that the product will be delivered in 24 hours but even after 29th sep they did not deliver the item. Now when i called them after 29th they informed me that the package has been lost. I requested them to create a replacement order but they denied to do so. Neither they are co-operating nor they are providing me any solution instead of all the troubles i have been facing. They clearly refused to help me and said that sorry we can't help you while it was all their fault. They are asking me to cancel my order and re-order the item where i will not be getting the offers which i received in the first place. This is how they help their customers. I need amazon to create a replacement of my order and deliver it asap.
                                        Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
