I had ordered moto g5s plus worth rs.15999 and amazon promise to deliver on 26 th sep, but whole day i waited for it and at night 11:30 app showing its delivered to my address, but i did not recieved it. I immediately complaint it and they promise me to wait 24hr but till 30th sep i did not recieved it, meanwhile they did not contact me, every time i have to raise call and they give false promise,
One such time they demanding my aadhar card for investigation, when i demand investigation report they refuse to do so.
They mail me showing different excuse like address not match (Already shipped another product on 25th by amazon), wrong scan happened, product missing, send aadhar card first, sharing wrong delivery boy number thrice etc...
Finally they send a boy with my product on 28th but as i have purchased in exchange offer he has to verify my mobile imei but he did not have my mobile details so he went back and promise to delivered it by 29th.
On 29th i get message that customer refuse to take order and refund initiate same time i got the message product out for delivery.
They did not have proper communication and cancel the order,
I mentally disturbed with all this as i already paid it with credit card,
By waiting this i already loss 10% additional discount on product,
Now product is not available in discount and they take too much time that i have loss other deals also offered by competeter,
Who will pay for it
I demand from amazon they have to take responsibility and give me additional discount and product,
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
