Sir,
This is to inform you that i had ordered smart shelter universal washing machine trolley vide order id[protected]. I had taken place cancellation request for the said order on 04.10.2017. But your executive fails to listen me properly. On dt 07.10.2017 i have refused to take delivery of above mentioned id order. I have promised by your executive since 04.10.2017 that the i have received refund within 24 hrs. But until today 07 oct 2017 i have not received refund. I have told your executive to transfer my call to your next higher authority for early settlement in this matter but your executive has disconnect my phone calls repeatedly. I am very dissatisfied with your customer grievance mechanism. You are once again requested, to refund amount immediately now on 07 oct 2017. If fails i have moved to consumer forum on 09 oct 2017 for filling charges against amazon for mentally, economically torture. This is for your information & necessary action.

    I had bought lenovo k8 note 3gb ram yesterday 6th october 2017 from amazon.in. We inserted a used jio 4g sim in the newly bought phone but the networks connection and the functions provided by jio such as data connections, video and voice calls were not showing. To cross check the sim we inserted that sim in another newly bought 4g phone brought from amazon.in named lg q6 and the jio sim started working properly with all the adequate functions which a normal jio sim provides. Then we contacted the jio customer service center and they said us that the sim doesnt have any problem, the phone is defective on the basis that the same sim worked effectively on another 4g phone. Then we contacted amazon customer care service, after alot of talk they said us that your phone is not having volte feature and you need to download an app named jio 4g voice and your problems will be fixed. We did the same bt after that even the condition was same as it was before. Then we again called amazon customer care service and they said us a new thing that go to amazon.com and install an app named smartcheck to check your phone we followed the same but it was of again no use. Then after about half hour talk the customer care serviceman keep on repeating the same thing that the settings of phone are not appropriate and you should go to lenovo service center and our phone is absolutely fine. I need to know one thing if someone had bought a new phone and had not used it for even a single day why we should go to any service center. This confirms that there is a defect in phone and if they claim that their product is fine then it should work properly but it is not. And after saying alot of times to replace or to return this handset they are keep on saying that we cannot do anything and you had to go to lenovo service center. This is same like that the shop will give a defective handset to customer and will say them go and get it repaired by the service center. This is not fair and an injustice act.
    So kindly request to take a quick action towards our problem.

      Dear sir,

      I ordered the above laptop on 04-oct-2017 in exchange offer with my old laptop.
      Since i am going out of town on saturday therefore i have opted for guaranteed delivery on saturday and paid the extra amount for it.
      Now on saturday i got a message that your product will be delivered to you by today and contained the delivery boy mobile number. I was calling him since morning but he's phone is continuously getting switched off.

      Then i called the amazon customer care to tell them that i need delivery by today only as i was leaving the city and also made a complaint regarding courier boy.

      They told me that they have mailed the courier department to deliver it by today anyhow.

      But then till 6 pm nothing has happened. Neither i received my product nor received any call from courier boy.

      Moreover i am getting messages from amazon that your courier will not be dispatched today as courier boy has called you but were not available.

      What the hell kind of message they are giving me. I am getting frustrated by calling him since morning and that freaky guy's phone was switched off and he is telling me that my phone was not reachable.

      Then i again called your customer care officer. He again told me that your product will be delivered to you anyhow by today only.

      Then nothing has happened again.

      I again called customer care officer 3rd time he investigated and told me your order cannot deliver today and cancelled my order.

      Sir i am not able to understand that if amazon is not capable of giving a guaranteed delivery than why they have such option in their portal.

      Moreover the kind of courier service they are providing is the worst.

      Your all 3 customer care officer have talked with them but no one is able to make them courtier it by today.

      The kind of management, customer service your company is providing is just worst.

      Only harresment of people is the only motive of you all i guess.

      This is the worst experience i had with amazon.

        I had put return request of my order no[protected] on 21.09.2017 due to size not fit to me. But no return pick up and refund by amazon to me till date. I called at customer service at many times. How can solve this problem or i will go to consumer court. At customer service replied every time tommorow your order will pick and refund will sent in your account. But nothing till today. Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

          I had ordered for led tv of 12681 from amazon, at first attempt transaction was unsuccessful. But later payment was successful and payment was through debit card.
          After 4 days i got an sms from amazon saying order was cancelled. When i enquired i got reply that warranty had expired for that product so order was cancelled. I was told refund will be initiated.
          Now after 2 weeks i still didnt receive refund. When i asked was told to enquire in bank. But bank people said no refund was done. Later again when i called amazon, i was told my money was neither paid to amazon nor it was in my account. It was in bank vault & i need to file "charge dispute request". Thats why i'm writing this form.

            Dear all,

            Myself mrs. Smita karanjai purchased a handbag named gussaci italy handbag (Pink colour gus053) from amazon online store shipping date i received was 5th sep 2017. When i received the bag i just shocked to see the bag was very poor & looking like 2nd hand users with yellow patches all over it. I immediately returned at 6th sep. Return pick up.& placed order for replacement. It was very very disappointing after getting my 2nd delivery i accept the bag but i got some other bag though the bag was looking decent i thought of keeping the bag. I got my 2nd replacement delivery on 13th sep 2017. I paid rs.999 for the bag which is i think totally waste of my hard money & time. This replacement bag was totally damaged & spoil bag the 2nd day o[censored]sage of this bag the leather is getting tearing off. From everywhere every sphere of the bag. I was totally shocked & no words to say. The most anoiding part was when i wrote a written complain to amazon online they did not accept my complain which was very alarming & suspicious. I never expect such disgusting service from a leading brand online service like amazon. These kind of online portal they just looking for a prey to get their product sell & after getting sold out they never take proper feedback from their client. Pathetic. Just i have shared my reviews as please dont get fool simply by seeing attractive pictures online. I suggest from now better go physically & buy your choice of own product where you will get the chance of trial & to see properly. Please please don't buy any product from online & make sure of proper review before buying as for all o[censored]s money is very hard & soul money & when it waste like this which matters a lot to us. I promise myself will never ever buy any product from amazon. I was a frequent buyer of amazon & this happens with me 2nd time. The product they sell i think is either 2nd hand & low degraded quality & fabrics whcih they sell off in bit discount prices to attract customers. Very very poor service. I loose my rs.1000 /- which i could have been invest in some quality product or even footpath product is i think better than amazon. Shame on you amazon.

              This product was 1st delivered late by 8 days and then after posting complaints against the website regarding the delay now to take the revenge, they send me a defective phone which cannot take calls. Order id is[protected].
              The phone gets hanged, can't listen to the calls and cannot dial a call. Really frustrated. When i called technical support team to return the mobile they asked me to visit mi service center which is 1 hr from my office and there is a queue where i have to wait for 2-3 hrs so probably i have to take a leave for 2 days old phone.

                    I have purchased redmi note 3 product on order date 25-oct-2016. It was shipped on 02-nov-2017. That time cashback offer was on sbi debit card. I did the payment using sbi debit card and also informed that cashback offer will be credited in my bank account within january. I waited for march then continuously contacting amazon customer care. Every time i used to informed your cashback will be credited within 15 days of the complaint registered but after that there is no response from their side. They were asking for bank statement details but after that there is no response. Same scenario happened for multiple time but till date there is nothing from amazon side and also whenever i asked for higher level escalation for the same they were not transferring the call. I faced lot of issue and finally raising the issue with the consumer complaint. Please help me here. Please let me know if you need further information on that.

                    I email the account summary and also called them several times but company did not come back for single time and also the cashback amount is not credited still now. Issue has not been resolved almost for 10 month. Every time I am calling, , they are telling it will be resolved withing 5 days and then there is no response from their side.

                      I have ordered nokia 6 device from amazon and it was delivered to me on 11 oct 2017. I found the device was faulty and i raised a return request but there is no pickup has been done for this then after few days i call and mailed amazon team that still there is no pickup has been done then they told me that the return window is closed and now they can’t do anything, this is really insane from amazon after few complaints i got a call that i need to send service denied letter from centre and sent to amazon but the service service centre clearly mentioned that they will not give the service denied letter. Now i am helpless coz amazon giving the silly excuses and not helping me this is the worst customer service by amazon.

                        Subject: complaint against amazon.in online shopping merchant site fraud.
                        I am kapil sharma. Actually, i have booked an iphone6 cost 21000/- from amazon india online by using their prime membership with guaranteed delivery till 6th october 2017 (Order details:[protected] on my office address in noida.
                        But i haven't received the product yet and i have got a message that your product has
                        Been delivered and a receipt signed by the customer.

                        They also provide their delivery boy number (Murli - [protected]) in the message which was not available whole day yesterday
                        And working in the evening around 7 pm when i called him he told me that he has no product to
                        Deliver on this address and talk with me very rudely.

                        I called several times to the amazon customer care and not getting any proper response (Wait for 1 hour repeatedly only this response)
                        From them. One of their customer executives told me at 7:52 pm when i called yesterday that you will get your product delivered by tomorrow 7th october
                        2017 by 11 a. M surely but haven't received yet.

                        When i called him one more time 11:48 a. M today (7th oct 2017) he told me that we are investigating your issue and please wait for next five business
                        Days. I found myself cheated by amazon.in nor i have a product neither my money. Now i am mentally disturbed.

                        Please help me on a priority basis. Otherwise, amazon will not resolve my issue. (Kapil sharma new delhi - 110006)

                          Last shopping from amazon as the delivery status is showing as delivered. However, product is not yet delivered. Paid for 2 days delivery charge and now have to wait for another day for the product to be delivered as per the info provided by customer service.
                          If it will be delivered tomo then will have to return the product.

                            Please note that i have paid once by net banking (Inr 6998.00/-), once by debit card (Inr 6998.00/-) and once by cash (Inr 6998.00/-) for the same order (Details given above).

                            I had chose cod option while ordering the item. But as i was unavailable when the parcel came for delivery, the delivery agent suggested me to keep the parcel with security and pay him the amount of parcel online.                             I first paid using net banking option, payment got failed, but the amount of inr 6998.00/- was debited from my axis bank account (Account no. [protected] and ifsc code : utib0002657) against reference number : inb/[protected]/e-billing solutions pvt ltd.

                            I again tried for second time choosing debit card option, and again the payment failed but the amount of inr 6998.00/- was again debited from my axis bank account (Account no. [protected] and ifsc code : utib0002657) against reference number : inb/[protected]/e-billing solutions pvt ltd.
                            Finally, i paid inr 6998.00/- in cash to amazon delivery agent to get my parcel.

                            While enquiring with axis bank, they told the issue is with amazon and asked me to contact you for further action.
                            I, herewith, request you to expedite on this matter urgently as i am your regular customer.
                            Kindly arrange to refund the amount of inr 13996/- (6998+6998) and check the matter with your accounts and give suggestion for further action.

                              In flash sell and great indian sell they just wasting our time actual they not deliver the products.
                              I have ordered this mobile (Lenovo k6 power 32 gb, 4 gb, order number:[protected] at 28 sep 2017 at rs:8300, after order this mobile i have tracked shipment 7 days and finally without reason my order cancel. When i call amazon customer care they told me, you need to place order again with current item amount rs: 11190, that means without my any mistake i need to pay more amount (Rs: 2890) to get this product. I have tried to give my feedback but completed feedback option also disabled, only seller feedback available. I am very unhappy on amazon and their sellers.

                                I oredered a ziya synthetis kurta on sep 24. Orderno: (Zikucr1435-s_blue) it was supposed to be delivered before oct6. And i received a message on oct 6 stating product successfully delivered which is not true. I didnt receive it yet. When i contacted the courier service he told that they are not providing service in that area. They are planning to return it. So what about the message i got that your product is delivered? What about the refund?

                                  I purchased a one + five mobile from amazon website on 21st septemnber'17 and took an exchange offer which they had at that time. I am having samsung galaxy a8. I purchased the one + five phone with 128gb rom and 8gb ram whose actual costing is rs 37, 999/- and with exchange, it came to somewhere around 29, 000 (Approx) after all bank discounts and all offer calculation, the net sum was rs. 28, 090/- which was deducted from my credit card. I took an emi plan which has rs. 4500/ month (Approx) payable in 6 months. Please note that i being a prime customer here, should have got the product by next day max i. E. By 22nd september'17.

                                  I waited till 23rd september and the tracking status was written as sorry for delay, it will be reaching you by 26th september'27. I again waited till 24th september and then i called up the customer care of amazon and they assured me that i will get it by 26th positively. On 27th september'17 when i called them, they stated after holding my call for around 5-7 mins. That my phone has lost in transit and sorry for the inconvenience. The representative told me that he is putting a replacement request right away so that i can get the phone instantly. No extra cost will be taken from me. I said please do whatever you want but send me the phone instantly. I told them that i have uninstalled my samsung galaxy a8 phone and formatted it as i had to hand it over for exchange purpose. I had no phone at that time. They reassured me that i will get the phone within next 24- 48 hrs. Max.

                                  I again waited till 28th september but again with no revert. I again called them up with frustation regarding the status. They apologised and confirmed that my order could not be delivered because of some internal policy of exchange and replacement order. So i need to cancel the order and reorder it. With higher level of frustation, i scolded them and cancelled the order. Also, i humbly requested them that please initiate the refund instantly the moment i cancel because i have emi to pay and bill will be generated soon. They assured me same and told to cancel the product.

                                  Now i am in proper follow ups with them, and they are not responding in the manner the did it earlier. Now they are just apologising again and again and say that it will be initiated soon. I am really worried as my emi will be generated shortly and i will have to pay the amount, without any reason.

                                  You are requested to please help me out.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    Actually i have ordered a sony headphone for rs.549 on 4th oct and it has delivered on 6th oct.
                                    It was good and fast delivered one, but that product not effective to my mobile so i expecting refund for that but it has not showing refund option, it shows only return and replacement. I never want this product replacement, i had expecting the refund only.
                                    Please help me to get refund for that and am ready return the product with label.

                                      I bought phone in amazon.. When i contacted their support i clearly told them it was bought on august end. They asked me doa form etc.. Then they told we will do refund or return.. After sending all documents finally they are telling our customee support people wrongly passed the information and there is no option to return.. Simply they made me fool for 3-4 hours.. They wasted my time.. I need solution on this
