I have ordered book - "business analysis and valuation using financial statements: text and cases" from amazon, seller - fast media and it was prepaid order on 16th august.
I haven't received product till date, 6th oct. I have been following with customer care team and seller from more than month now for refund.
Please find attached mails and screenshot.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I ordered one Gym Kit for Rs 1499 on 21st Sept '17.I cancelled it 22nd Sept '17.I informed amazon on call on very same day that i don't want this, please inform the seller and initiate refund.Still the refund is not initiated.They are telling once the seller pays us will initiate the refund.

      I ordered one plus five phone through amazon on 4th oct. Being a prime customer i was promised to get it delivered on 5 th oct itself. As the address i mention was my office address, it is supposed to be delivered from 10-5 pm. I waited till 6 outside my office, but it didnt get delivered. I called several timws at its call centre and got diff replies, some sais its on way, same said it will be delivered in half an hour, some said at 9. There was no proper response. Such a third class service, no way to track how many times a customer us calling and what a customer is giving renark. Everytime u need to call and them about whole history. Senior leadership team disconnects phone in between. Pathetic service. Few illetrate executives are - prerna, rahul, aparna, abhishek, afroz.

        Refer to my order#[protected] dated on 05/10/2017.
        I have ordered the item yesterday, for fast delivery i signed up for your prime membership also. And amazon promised to deliver the item by today (06/09/17). And in the morning i got a mail from amazon, that the delivery may delayed. I have already paid around 500 rs extra for fast delivery and for prim membership.

          I bought nokia 6 device from amazon and it was delivered to me on 11 sep 2017. I found the device was faulty and i raised a return request. My request was accepted and then a courier guy came and told me that the imei number is not matching so we can't take it back. Then i called amazon customer team and they said we will schedule another pickups and you won' t have imei issue then. Thereafter 5 times my parcel pickup was scheduled and every time it got canceled within an hour stating that customer denied giving back the parcel, though nobody came to pick up the parcel.

          For proofs, i have attached all the return request raised and then canceled by amazon. Please help me so that i can get my money back.

            I see the seller couldn't get this product delivered to you and have asked you to cancel the Order.
            I will definitely escalate this issue with the concerned team internally so that they are certain disciplinary actions taken on such sellers and they are not entertained in furure.
            However, since this is a seller order which means this product is Sold and fulfilled by the seller, Liberty traders is getting it delivered to you and not even using Amazon transport services for delivery.
            So we in this scenario can only take this as a feedback and can suggest you to place Amazon fulfilled orders in future so that nothing like this happens.

                  Hi,
                  My amazon account has been locked & now i have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].

                  But when i try to send the docs the line is always busy and there is no way to verify if the fax machine is working at their end.

                  Calling the customer care is of no help since they say they can't do anything because the team who blocked my account can't be contacted by customer care and i must send the fax only.

                  Also, the email ids "[protected]@amazon.in" and "[protected]@amazon.in" are giving delivery failure

                  I have 1350 rs in amazon pay that i want to utilize. Please help

                    I had purchased one plus five phone and protection plan.
                    I received phone and immediately customer care for return the product. Customer care executive by mistake created return for protection plan instead of phone and i was unaware of it. Pickup boy came and took the phone back. After 2-3 hrs protection plan got delivered to me.
                    I returned the phone but i got refund of protection plan. I am behind amazon team since last 4 months. Everytime they saying it will be clear within 48hrs but nothing happening.
                    Extremely poor service

                    Soon going to consumer court

                        I had purchased a dell laptop worth rs 29000/ from amazon from gandhinagar and had it delivered to my father at calcutta. He is 71 years old. The laptop did not work properly so he did not use it. I am visiting calcutta for 4 days. After a 2 hour long session with dell tech support the problem did not get resolved. So i called amazon to return it/get it replaced. I kept on explaining to the customer service representative as to why the laptop could not be returned within the stipulated period. He said he cannot help and i should go to a dell service center. I asked to speak to a supervisor/manager. She too refused to help and kept on repeating the same thing. I have one more day in calcutta and the service center is far off from my home. My father cannot go there. I feel cheated by amazon and if my issue is not sorted out i will never again purchase anything from amazon. I will also tell people i know how amazon has cheated me and suggest that they too do not buy anything from amazon

                          When is saw the product... It was. Very very very nice... Bet hen delivery guy come to my house and i gave him money and then i opened the box, the product was completely different, the product was - citra fidget spinner focus.. It was white-silver in middle and blueish in other side. But my product was worst. But then i thought that nver mind. And after 3 days. I saw my product in ad. So i dicided to open amazon (Not in apk) and then i decided to complaint. I understand that amazon is worst i[censored] all dont reply me... And this is my another account... Because i want fidget hurrily so i created my account very fast... And i forgoted email.. And password... So i created new account to complaint u... Pls reply me otherwise i will not order by amazon... And i[censored] dont i will make an youtube video about this complain and i ill say everyone that i can... That... Say no to amazon... Really. Iam very angry

                            I have ordered a back cover for my phone but the quality of the back cover was very poor so i returned the back cover back to the amazon. But till now i didn't receive the returned amount. The price of the back cover is 275 rs and the delivery charges is rs 70 and i have ordered this on 27 august, 2017. They ask to send back the product and own risk and the courier price as my own. The product's return request was on 2 september, 2017.

                              Problem statement

                              When the consumer is adding money to the existing account balance in amazon website, does the company has authority to fix some expiry date for that balance???

                              Gift card amount expiry details

                              I have added rs.2000 to the existing balance through gift card mode and the amount rs.1069 have expired on october 3rd 2017. So, i lost my amount and this is the amount not added from the company and added from the consumer itself.

                              If the customer is adding the amount by himself, Please don't put any expiry date on that amount and you can only notify him to use the amount or else provide an option to transfer the money back to his account within given timeframe.

                              I have lost my money now and who will provide the refund now???

                                    Amazon is wrongly texted me that the said dongle was delivered to me on tuesday. I contacted amazon and one parwalika typed my version but nothing happened. Next one divya received and typed my grievances but no actions were taken. Than one nigam typed my grievances and assured to deliver or send the replacement but i continue to receive the message item delivered which is wrong. The undersigned is a responsible bureaucrat. The postal deliveryman has lost the item ans is wrongly feeding the information. Pl send a new item or refund. Amazon is being managed by jeff bijos please keep the reputation high

                                      Hi, i am a prime customer. I ordered on 21st sept for 2 gm gold coin - order#[protected] using amazon pay and the product was scheduled to deliver on 26th sept as this was a seller fulfilled product. As i didn't receive the product until eod 26th sept i cancelled the product and was expecting the refund in minimum days. I contacted amazon customer care on 29th sept, 1st oct, 4th oct and today escalated it to the team that claimed to be an escalation team. Its 10 days and i don't have my refund till date and my money is stuck. Hope with this compliant my issue will be prioritized and addressed
