I had ordered moto g5s plus worth rs.15999 and amazon promise to deliver on 26 th sep, but whole day i waited for it and at night 11:30 app showing its delivered to my address, but i did not recieved it. I immediately complaint it and they promise me to wait 24hr but till 30th sep i did not recieved it, meanwhile they did not contact me, every time i have to raise call and they give false promise,

One such time they demanding my aadhar card for investigation, when i demand investigation report they refuse to do so.

They mail me showing different excuse like address not match (Already shipped another product on 25th by amazon), wrong scan happened, product missing, send aadhar card first, sharing wrong delivery boy number thrice etc...

Finally they send a boy with my product on 28th but as i have purchased in exchange offer he has to verify my mobile imei but he did not have my mobile details so he went back and promise to delivered it by 29th.

On 29th i get message that customer refuse to take order and refund initiate same time i got the message product out for delivery.

They did not have proper communication and cancel the order,

I mentally disturbed with all this as i already paid it with credit card,
By waiting this i already loss 10% additional discount on product,

Now product is not available in discount and they take too much time that i have loss other deals also offered by competeter,

Who will pay for it
I demand from amazon they have to take responsibility and give me additional discount and product,

    I orders iphone on amazon on 19th sep 2017. Being a prime customer i have to get the product in 24hrs. Today is 30th sep 2017 till now i didn't received the product. This is how amazon is cheating people. I called several times to the customer care and complained about this. Nearly i raised 10 complaints on this issue but i didn't get the product.in every conversation with the customer care executive they asked me to wait for 48hr and the product will be delivered for sure (Its like they byhard this statement). To my surprise on 25th sep with out my permission they updated the status like this "the shipment is delayed by customer request" no one contacted me & tried to reach me over phone. They offered me a one month prime membership extension as a compensation which is no use because even though if they extended my prime membership to a life time also the product won't reach on next day.

      Placed an order for an earphone on the 26th of september 2017; order number
      [protected] to be delivered by the 9th of october which was then suppose to be lelivered by the 30th of september as i hd receive sms messages for its delivery.
      The delivery man was suppose to deliver it to the agreed adress but he gave a call to receive the good at a place 4 km away which i couldn't agree to.
      He was rude in the manner of his conduct of his business.
      The company man who was suppose to deliver it was from blue dart company.

        I have purchased my product on 19/09/2017 with online payment done.. My product about to reach to me by 29 sept estimated date. By 25th sept i got a message that the product is reached to my local courier service then i got another msg that my address need to be updated, where as per that i did so by contacting amazon on 25th sept and for many times on other day also. Today it's 30 sept and my product is not deliver yet. Everytime i call to them they giving me same message that they send a mail to the concern department but no action yet to be reflected.

          They people did not give me my refund the product in the fault they took and did not give me refund they give me a wrong check and i was call in customer services they answered i will send your refund in 7 days 15 days they always cheat 759 rupees they cheated i want my 759 rupees at any cost and now they doesn't answered my calls i am always waiting for my refund but they are cheaters now i want my 759 rupees please help me to receive my refund

            Hello. I had placed an order on 28th august 2017 and did payment with my hdfc credit card of rs. 12578. And after that within few minutes i had cancelled the whole order but 2 items were not cancelled which were of total 735 rs. I got refund of only 8439 rs instead of rs 11843. Its my humble request to you kindly refund my rest of the amout. Thank you

              I ordered a five star hotel 4 piece cotton pillow with pillow cover set on dated 21/9/17 (Order no[protected] amount 708. Oo with all, its deliver to me on 28/9/17 when i open the product in front of courier person i found only two pics of pillow courier person also write in invoice. After that than i call customer care received by a madam, she asked me you replace the order after that i send you full item. Than 29/9/17 again courier person return back the goods for replacement and give me receiving. After some hour i received a message your amount has been transfer in your account in 7days, i again call customer care phone received by arun, but they had not resolve my issue, i said when i purchase product than you give me those products why you return me amount.
              Sir please see my problem & solve as early as possible

                I have ordered for a redmi 4 black 64 gb mobile on 23rd septmeber'2017.
                But i received the ordered on 27th sept, 2017 in my home with a packet without any notification from delivery person. When i opened the packet i found there is oppo power bank 25000 mah. First i cancelled the order on 27th sept'2017. I got a notification of cancelled ordered, but again i got a message of delivered of the item. Now i have given complain on 29th september, 2017 as thery showing it will be resolve in 6 hour.                 There is a guy name Rizwan from Amazon around 6 days ago.
                Saying that 4 working days will be take to resolve the issue.
                But nothing has been improved yet regarding complain.
                Today it suppose to be closed, But Still Amazon taking it lightly.
                So I would like to take my complain next level with legal ways.

                  I have recently ordered one product (Beyerdynamic byron in-ear headphones (Black) from amazon.in under offer rate. I have given correct details and my contact address for cash on delivery option.

                  The item is about to deliver by tesday but they attempted to deliver the item by monday and mentioned my contact number is not reachable. So by tuesday i have contacted customercare and they promissed me that the item would be delivered by tuesday itleslf or within 3 days again.

                  But after continuous followup on the same with customer service team, clear information on the same not received and made me to wait for a week.
                  Different agents picking giving different feedback and they will tell as i have contacted seller and the item would be delivered by today end of the day, also asked me to fill survey multiple times. After repeated attempts, last day i got information that my shipments was found defective and send back. And didnot helped me for replacement as they didn't offer the same for cash on delivery. Bad customer service and fooling customers on similar manner is no value customer time and efforts.
                  I would like to forward a petition for cheating by false offers and promotions.

                  Reasons:

                  1: they told me yesterday that the item is defected and is the reason for cannot deliver to me.
                  But before they have told me that seller tried to deliver me the same product.
                  If so have they tried to deliver me a defecred product by knowing it. (I have the proof of sms)

                  2: if the ordered item is defected why amazon customer care and delivery team didnot told me that the item is defected and cannot be delivered in day 1 itlself or during my first call.

                  3: how the delivery team come to know that the packed product is defected and is there no process from amazon to check the product is good before delivery.

                  4: spoiled my time and efforts over a week and keep waited me and now telling me to reorder the same product by paying extra 1500 rs (Approx) compared to the ordered price.

                  5: if the customercare and delivery team know that the item cannot be delivered then why they asked my credit card details including date of expiry and forced me to tell, else that the order cannot be reordered from their side.

                    My concern is regarding order no.:[protected] for one plus five and the order was placed on sept 23rd during your sale.

                    Issue:
                    Long story short - order cancelled and i am informed that it was lost in transit by amazon transportation services and i am expected to be a silent victim of their irresponsibility!

                    Details:
                    I had mailed twice on sept 23rd itself requesting address change and two different customer care reps gave me two different lame reasons and didn't update the address! There was a failed delivery attempt on 24th sept (It was sent to the wrong address and those reps just didn't want to update the address). My third mail to update address was on 24th sept as a reply to the previous mail sent by amazon requesting them to change the address. I sent a 4th mail again on 24th sept and at last i got a confirmation stating that the address is updated and it will be delivered to the new address in 24-48 hrs.
                    My friend had called the customer care regarding delivery of the product on 25th sept as the same was assured by the customer care on 24th sept. As if all this wasn't enough, customer care supervisor mr. Akash misbehaved with my friend over call, mr. Akash hung up on my friend when my friend was still speaking!! Mr. Akash assured delivery on 26th sept but took absolutely no steps to ensure actual delivery! Looks like he took steps to ensure it would never be delivered!! As per the tracking details, the product reached the correct courier facility on 26th sept early morning at 1. A. M., the product was rotting in their courier department till 29th but nobody bothered to deliver it though i kept following up, trust me it was sheer harassment to follow up with them! I was already depressed of placing this order with amazon and felt legal action was the only recourse but patiently waited for the phone to be delivered! On 29th i requested customer care to give me the address of the courier facility so that i could pick the product myself as it was there with the courier for an unusually long time! But i was not provided with the details instead one your customer care rep gave me two options to either take free replacement or refund if the order is not delivered by end of day. (Note: i had time till eod). As i did not clearly understand the options, i asked them to explain. As a reply to this mail, the next rep told me that the product is lost by amazon transportation services and consequently the courier is unable to deliver it to me!! Considering this situation, the options given to me were unacceptable as they were only favourable to amazon and not to me, i lost patience i had from the past one week as i was harassed for amazon's fault, i waited so long for something that was long lost and i was just being fooled all the time so i asked them if they prefer a legal notice from a lawyer or from consumer court! The next rep requested that if she is given final 24hrs, she will ensure that the product is delivered to me as the product was already out for delivery according to her! When i replied to this mail asking them to come to a consensus on the reason for non-delivery and if the product will be actually delivered, i received an sms saying the order is being returned!! Returned!! The time i had till end of day wasn't adhered to by those reps! To this mr. Akash from escalations team e-mails saying to assist me better, he has checked previous correspondence for the order and he can see that cancellation request has been sent for this order. Who raised the cancellation request? I did not. How did he have the authority to do this? How did this assist me? Is this the way he handles escalations by cancelling orders without customer's permission? If i wanted to return the product even without seeing it, why would i place an order? I did not request the return. As if this is not enough, he continues to say in the mail that the product won't be delivered to me and it will be returned to warehouse and he hopes that this helps me! Like really?? This person needs some basic training in handling escalations! Or maybe this is the kind of work ethics being followed in amazon india and he is just reflecting it! The last one week was just complete mental harassment to me from amazon's customer care. These customer care reps just don't care! This is a bitter experience that i will surely share with my loved ones so that i can protect them from such horrendous people that amazon india is breeding! I badly wanted the phone to gift it to my loved one but i only ended up being embarrassed and humiliated for trusting amazon! This is what amazon india will do to all its customers very soon, it ll leave them red-faced forever!

                    They are just taking all their customers for granted because of the increase in their customer base. I was unable to sleep because of the suffering this whole ordeal put me through! I became a victim of amazon india's unethical practices (Lying to the customer about the product status, making the customer wait endlessly, fooling, cancelling the customer's order without their fault are unethical).

                    Would amazon ever resolve this? If not, people take my advice and stay away from this #predator-blue-whale - amazon india, it is sure to hog us all!

                      Amazon has delivered a refrigerator which has got dents on it, i had placed a return request 8 days back and the first pick up scheduled for 25-sep but i was never attempted. I am following every day with customer care and the always say in next 24hr it will be picked up but nothing happens after that. I have everything really lost my patience, need help

                          I have purchased a product for my office and the seller of your amazon has failed to update gst and hsn code in the bill. And for the same i have asked for ur amazon team but till now no response. Please clear the things as i want to purchase around 2 desktops and iphone for my company, if you people cannot provide both the things den i have to pruchase from the local vendor as i have to take the gst beniefet.

                            I haven't received the refund of the book since one week despite of many requests. Refund the money for trueman's cbse ugc net paper-1 money by today itself. I had made thw order for english version of this book. You people sent me a hindi version of this book and neither you are refunding the money nor sending the english version of the book. Refund the money by today itself.

                              I had purchased on 20 sept 2017 tcl 43 inches led tv from amazon, order no is[protected] it is the most pathetic experience i have ever had. Amazon prime member order placing date: 20 sept order #[protected]st expected delivery date: 22nd sept i had called customer care so many time but there is noproper responce from amazon today 30 sept till i had not get my order.                                 I purchased mobile phone lg g6 from amazon, order no.[protected] but i received used product inspite of paying full amount and in exchange of my old phone. When i contact amazon first they refused to help. On sending lot of mails and sharing photos of the mobile, they accept that it was a mistake but still they are not helping in anyway.
                                I purchased this mobile as a gift for my wife and it is very embarrassing that i have to go through this.
                                I have all the mails where they accepts that they have sent used product but still they are not helping,

                                  I have ordered nobel 32inch led tv during amazon great indian sale on 21st separate, 2017 using my hdfc credit card. The promised delivery date is 25th separate, 2017. Due to sum issue from amazon it was postponed and after consulting the manager with so much difficulty i got confirmation mail attach from amazon that the product is going to deliver on 30 th separate, 2017. But when i contacted them on 30 th for the update they are telling that to cancel the order and they don't no when they will deliver it and they are disconnecting my call if i ask for a reason. I need to complaint this as a serious issue and they have spoiled my time and money and because of this promised date i have cancelled my travel plan also and it cost me a lot.                                     I had ordered one plus 5 worth 33079/-. And it was a guaranteed delivery on 26th sep. I chatted with the representative on 26th evening and he/she told i have to wait till 9pm and i ll definitely get my product. So instead of going in my office cab at 7pm, i waited till 9pm but dint get my product, rather had to pay cab fare of 200. Sinve then i am regularly chatting about my product and getting a same false assurance that i will get it in 24 hrs. Now its 30th sep and still its on the way. It was a guaranteed delivery. This is how amazon cheats.

                                      It is the most pathetic experience i have ever had.

                                      Amazon prime member
                                      Order placing date: 23rd sept
                                      Order #[protected]
                                      1st expected delivery date: 25th sept
                                      2nd expected delivery date: 26th sept
                                      3rd expected delivery date: 28th sept
                                      4th expected delivery date: 29th sept
                                      Today i came to know that my order has been lost in transit and i have to ask for replacement of order. As i was left with no choice i did it, now after i opted for replacement through new order, i got to know while enquiring for expected delivery date that the order cannot be delivered as the product was purchased in exchange offer and we cannot have replacement option in it so i have to cancel it and opt for refund (Forcefull).

                                      Please be noted that there was no intimation about any delay from amazon's, it was me who was running after you over the calls (On 25th, 26th, 28th and 29th twice) asking for status every single time and i was made false promises. I was even sent the wrong details about the amount to be deducted through emi, that i later got rectified on 26th midnight.

                                      This would be my last order with amazon. I want the product to be delivered within 2 days and i need a compensation along with the same offer i got while ordering oneplus5. You people are simply making a mockery of consumer rights and importance of timely delivery.

                                      Stop advertising and start delivering.

                                        I orderd my 1+3t mobile on 24th september... N 27th was estimated date for delivery. I followed up with them everyday the same template vl deliver in 24hrs with high priority. It's been more dn 3 days now. Dy shld knw difference betwn 24hrs n 3 days. So wat i vl suggest here is nvr make online payments with amazon cz dy can't guarantee delivery. N i[censored] do so it's like ur begging for ur product. Its better to do. Cod atleast dy vl come n beg on time. Worst experience ever was when dy blocked my number stating dat i was making repitative calls. This is not acceptable.
