      Amazon does not provide proper email address to resolve the issues. Customer care executive are naive and immature in handling customer complaint.
      Deceived offers on products like lighting deal discounts are fake and not been added to your wallets. And no post order address changes are allowed. Also if you cancel the order the card offer limit expires.

        Amazon provided the reference ID for the refund transaction : IGACBEJJO8 processed on 21 September, 2017 for Rs.18, 990.00, but customer care of the bank wants utr number to trace it, how to get UTR Number? Amazon customer care representative dont know UTR, they say that we have to deal with bank! Please advise.

            When i returned purchased item they gave me a paper and if i order something else on cash on delivery and on receiving if i would give that paper they would minus that amount but now they didn't take it.
            When i tried to contact their customer care number just giving me rounds and cutting my calls. They didn't even connect me to their customer executive i tried multiple times but no response

                I am pradeepa from bengalore, i ordered the redmi 4 32gb mobile phone on 22nd september, 2017 but today (06.10.2017) i didn't receive the product yet and they are saying that investigation will be make on the product and delivery the same within three working days but still i did not receive my product yet and there is not update from the amazon.                         Wrong item received

                        Such a i’m very irritating of this issue,
                        Clearly mention in last 30th september mail all screenshot provided as required by you i have purchased product lowe pro bp 150 camera bag pack but i have received lowe pro bp 150ne and that time i'm very shocked because lowe pro bp 150ne model not making lowe pro company and not listed his official website so that is duplicate..

                        Between two model difference:

                        Bp 150 : there is one separate compartment for spectacles.
                        Bp 150ne: there no separate compartment for spectacles

                        Today i have observed one another customer faced same issue regarding this product, you can check product review many customer facing same issue.

                        For this reason i have returned this item..

                        Please do my refund or replacement process..

                              I ordered one plus five phone through amazon on 4th oct. Being a prime customer i was promised to get it delivered on 5 th oct itself. As the address i mention was my office address, it is supposed to be delivered from 10-5 pm. I waited till 6 outside my office, but it didnt get delivered. I called several timws at its call centre and got diff replies, some sais its on way, same said it will be delivered in half an hour, some said at 9. There was no proper response. Such a third class service, no way to track how many times a customer us calling and what a customer is giving renark. Everytime u need to call and them about whole history. Senior leadership team disconnects phone in between. Pathetic service. Few illetrate executives are - prerna, rahul, aparna, abhishek, afroz.

                                I have ordered the item yesterday, for fast delivery i signed up for your prime membership also. And amazon promised to deliver the item by today (06/09/17).                                   I bought nokia 6 device from amazon and it was delivered to me on 11 sep 2017. I found the device was faulty and i raised a return request. My request was accepted and then a courier guy came and told me that the imei number is not matching so we can't take it back. Then i called amazon customer team and they said we will schedule another pickups and you won' t have imei issue then. Thereafter 5 times my parcel pickup was scheduled and every time it got canceled within an hour stating that customer denied giving back the parcel, though nobody came to pick up the parcel.

                                  For proofs, i have attached all the return request raised and then canceled by amazon. Please help me so that i can get my money back.
