One sari was delivered to [protected]@gmail.com but due to bad quality of fabric it was returned on date 28/08/017 and details of bank account was provided but till date amount has not been credited to account. It is requested to looked into and early response in this matter is accepted otherwise l will have to move to Consumer forum....

The above order no in that subject line has already been delivered showing at your end.
But till 9th sep I have not received.
Kindly provide the status on an urgent basis.

I had ordered two books on 3rd September, 2017, which were to be delivered by 8th September 2017. On 5th September and 7th September respectively, I received a message that your product has been delivered even when I didn't receive anything from amazon. I called their customer care only to be told that "we will look into it" . Later on 9th September, 2017, I learnt from their mobile app that the customer care guys have blocked my mobile number...

I ordered amazon exclusive product - moto g5s plus against order no.[protected] on 31st aug 2017 and the packet was delivered on3rd sept 2017, however the same contained a rin soap bar instead of phone unit. I logged a complaint immediately with customer service but they are not responding to the status even after committed 5 days of investigation time. The 100% payment was made in advance with the order....

I have placed order yesterday for my product and it was showing that this will deliver to your doorstep by saturday 8am-6pm and now the status was showing out for delivery and after 1 hour its showing that the product is undeliverable and its being returned to the seller.

Is it good that customer facing such huge issues due to their transportation services problem
And they dont get the product on their promised and desired...

I had placed a order on 3rd sep 2017 and the product was to be delivered by 7th sep 2017. On 7th sep 2017 i haven't got any call and message regarding the order which i placed and also the tracking which they provided has shown me wrong tracking. I had contacted customer care for 6 times and every time the customer care employees gave me a false reply. It took approx 2 hours for me to talk with them but it hasn't helped me to get my product....

This is regarding the transaction of 737.43 inr ( of 10.99 $) made by Amazon.in without my consent using the saved details of my credit card for renewal of my Amazon prime membership, which I never asked for. My paid order was cancelled for invalid reasons by stating that the seller is out of stock with the product, but in reality it is not so as i am able to place a new fresh order of the same product from the same seller.

Placed an order for dongle on amazon on 2nd september for 599 rupees. On september 7th, i got a message on my phone that my order worth 599 ordered on www.olmarteshop.com(which is actually ordered on amazon.in) will be delivered by ecom express courier. This is regarding two orders where i loaded 5000 on 29th jul'17 as 10% cashback there. 21st aug was the committed date but nothing added to pay balance. I called customer care nausheen and they told it will be done with 3 days if not then we will process manually.
Nothing happened.
Again called then cce said we are processing manually it will be credited within 24 hrs.
