Hi,
Time is 9 PM IST 4 October 2017, Nobody has delivered the product yet.

Let me inform you how much time i have wasted for this.

Booked the product on Rs.8999 after a discount of Rs.500 on 23 September 2017.
Seller did generate a waybill through a 3rd party delivery service ie DELHIVERY ( Worst courier Service in India).
Days passed and no update was done on the shipment tracking.
I contacted Amazon Chat reps 3 times for the same concern, to which they replied don't worry from our end the product is dispatched it is the courier has updated the records.
First, I contacted the courier for updating the records as I believed the Amazon agent and to which the courier said that seller didn't give the package to the courier yet.
On 30 September 2017, Courier service further updated the tracking which clearly said that Seller didn't give the package.(PDA of the tracking status in attachments)
Then I contacted the seller and demanded to ship the product asap, to which they replied to give them the order num and i did give them and then no reply came from their end
I contacted the Amazon chat again they said the same thing to which I escalated and the supervisor said don't worry seller will ship it and the same thing everybody rep said.
I lost hope after and didn't believe any of the assurance which Amazon did
I then again sent two messages to the seller to which they didn't bother to reply.
Then I gave a negative feedback to the seller and within sometime i got an email from the seller to please remove the negative feedback as its affecting their business.
People who weren't bothered to care for the order now came saying its affecting their business without thinking that I have been eagerly waiting for the product to come.

I requested for a call from Amazon in which I confirmed that if the product isn't delivered amazon will rearrange shipment for the product again on the same price
Today also i requested a call and i got a call from escalations department and he couldn't help and said somebody is going to call in few moment, and i waited for the call till now
11 days have passed, and I am completely frustrated with how Amazon is helpless towards its customer and completely backs its seller and makes me think why this company states itself as customer-centric if you cant even control your seller and manage the shipment of a product which I requested to ship several times.Which means even after multiple times that stating something is wrong you guys kept yourself blind and went by the book.If you guys give discounts and the seller isn't willing to give the product on that price then why do you give discounts?

Today is 4 October 2017 tell me who should contact what should I do ...after almost requesting you multiple times cant to listen to me deliver the product or you want a customer to beg from you

To this point, multiple people from Amazon emailed me and are still investigating but nobody thought that it's Amazon and its seller fault that they didn't deliver it.

The product was of 8999 when I booked it.It's you and your seller who didn't keep your promise.Don't even think about saying we didn't know or try to get away with it.
I want the product for the same price asap as its not my fault, it's yours.

Got a call from Amazon Escalation Team and they helped to get the same product from different seller Meanwhile, they haven't cancelled the previous order and are still investigating I booked the product was for Rs9499 again for which Amazon gave a gift of 500 on Amazon pay balance, so I only paid Rs.8999

      Hi, I have Ordered Sony TV 32 inches(Order#[protected] first time on 20th Sep 2017. They have not delivered the product on time and they asked me to re-order the same product canceling the first one, by the time I place second order the price of the product got increased. Amazon representative wrote me email saying whatever price difference and cashback they will issue me once place second order as a token of apology. Based on his email confirmation I placed second order (ORDER #[protected]. I suppose to get 3850(Prise difference amount)+1500(Cashback) = 5350. Now they are saying I can only get 2000rs which is really not acceptable. I would not have placed the second order if they have informed me this before, Amazon wasted my 10-12 days time and energy. I want my whole amount 5350 as promised.

      I am attaching the emails from the Amazon Rep's who had promised me before placing second order.

        I have ordered a redmi 4 phone on 23rd sep 2017 and payment done online. On 25th sept we noticed that the status has been updated as delivered even though we haven't received the product. We called amazon customer care and they told to wait till 27th sept as they would launch an investigation. We called again on that day and then they said to call on 3rd oct for the investigation outcome. We called them on 3rd and 4th oct without any outcome and no satisfactory reply from them. Being an amazon prime customer this is completely unacceptable and highly disappointing

              Please note that i had ordered a kurta wide order no[protected], it was to be delivered to patna, all the details including the phone nos were given.
              The tracking amazon id given was[protected],
              I was informed that the address could not be contacted, even though i have not received any single phone call, asking me about the address, i contacted helpline and informed to one mr mani, who assured me that the complaint would be immediately addressed to.
              However today i have received an information that the package has been sent back due to non traceability of the address.
              This is rather a shock to me as same day items ordered to shopclues was delivered.
              This shows that no serious effort was put to ensure the delivery

                I have purchased apple i-phone 6 from 06.07.2017 from cloudtail india private limited, anjaneya infrastructure project no.38 & 39, hoskote taluka, bangalore rural district, bangalore, karnataka, 560067. My order number:[protected].

                From the day i have purchased this phone, during calls, people are not able to hear me, we have to dial the numbers again. Initially, i thought there is a network issue or problem with the other side of caller. However soon i have realised the issue is not with network but with the phone. The phone screen gets hand and many a times i have to reset it to make it work. It gets heated quickly and the battery also drains in 2-3 hours.

                I have purchased a phone worth rs. 27000/- and cannot expect such a issue from a renowned company

                Please help to resolve the problem.

                        I purchased motorola g5s plus on 22nd sept, 2017 with amazon prime service which assures the delivery of product on guaranteed time. But the order was delivered 3 days later on 28th sept, 2017 than actual/guaranteed delivery date 25th sept, 2017. When asking for support, they didn't provide the proper information until the very end and misguiding me with wrong information about delivery and service. I was kept on waiting everyday for the product as their support kept telling me that product will be delivered by the end of the day. I had to go though a lot of stress and wasted a lot of time because of amazon.

                          I purchased a moto g5s plus phone and received same on 25th of sep and i observed some problem with phone changing and heating.
                          On raising request for return it asked me to download an app with which they were not able to diagnose and assigned me a technician to check at my place.
                          However that person is not able to come as he said he is sick.
                          Next time when i called and tried to return call was not able to place and directed me to go to service center.
                          While going to authorised service center near by at null stop they are saying once they will open my phone it can not be returned and i have to pay any part needs to be replaced.
                          I am not able to do any thing as now even my phone is discharged and not able to start.
                          Really very much frustrated with this kind of service.
                          Please help to resolve on urgent baisis.

                            Booked a panasonic cordless phone kx-tg34111sx on 15 sep. Product was a gift to be given. Hence opened on 2nd october. Speaker button not there, and phone was gifted to our old age parents who are short of hearing and need a speaker to hear. Made several calls to amazon, but no one helped to exchange the product. Replacement date was 28 sept. But product absolutely new with all packing. Kindly request amazon to help us exchange this cordless phone with a speaker button one.

                            Panasonic Service Centre no was given. Panasonic is saying follow up with Amazon only since you bought from Amazon. Responsibility is owned by neither Amazon nor Panasonic. Will further escalate the matter.
                            I was bought the LG Q6 mobile then i am cancelled the order but refund amount is not credited in my account order cancelled more than 4 days crossed the no response in the amazon side please check and refund the amount.

                              The representative is telling me to place request for replacement of the delivered product. But i do not receive the product yet from the courier. So no question of replacement. A person can only request for replacement only when the product is delivered and it has some defect in it. This type of behaviour and service from amazon is not expected. Amazon update wrong status in there site that they have tried once to deliver the product. Now they are not providing any support to deliver the product on time.

                              Delivery was very cheap they don't make communication and not supported yesterday I was taken my couriour from delivery person by 10 /15 km travelling and his behaviour is as a boss. Its ridiculous.
                              My order has not reached but it is written in the app that it is delivered but i have not got my order

                                This is regarding my order id:[protected], the delivery agent (Ph: [protected]) was supposed to deliver my item by 9 pm. I received a call from him in the evening, he refused to deliver the shipment by yesterday evening... His behaviour was very rude... Probably we was drunk... I was not able to understand any bit of his words... As i would be in office after 9 am, so, i had told him to deliver at my place before 8.30 am or after 6 pm... He put down the phone abruptly without deciding on final timing... When i called him back he behaved very rudely and mentioned that i can complain to amazon or anywhere i like... He doesn't care. He also mentioned very angrily n rudely that he is going to cancel the shipment n won't deliver. Thereafter i received the message that i had refused the shipment... What is this?? If this is the arrogance of delivery agent then its very difficult... They don't even care about complaints to amazon... Please take some immediate steps against this agent and let me know on the same... Hope this won't be repeated... My husband n myself r regular customers but if this is the condition that i don't receive my order n on top have to deal with such arrogant delivery boys then its just disheartening n disgusting

                                  I have placed an order and paid for 8kg ifb front load washing machine through amazon india app but i have received 6.5 kg washing machine.
                                  I paid the labour charges and transportation charges and brought home the product.
                                  To my utter confusion i found a different and low cost product on 23rd sep.
                                  From that day onwards i have wasted my precious time calling and urging for the product to be replaced. Even after a dozen of representations and many more interactions the product is not replaced and the amount is not refunded.. I couldn't buy a new washing machine of my choice as i have disguised and disgusted with the amazon india service.
                                  Kindly do a favourable initiative and get my problem resolved.

                                      Amazon not provided pickup schedule for my order to return. I shelf shipped by fedex courier service on 28 sep it has been delievered @ amazon warehouse. Till now i didn't get any update about my refund i used to call coustmer care agent daily. Every day they told me different story about refund.                                       Firstly amazon not provided pickup schedule for my order to return. Every day they told me different story about refund. Why they are giving differ i formation in conversation.in mail they told me in 24hr ur refund will be processed and in calls they say same story bd next day they say that you cant get your refund in which conversation sgould i believe amazon is doing frauds with coustmers in this self ship returns.                                       Why should coustmer bare losses when its amazon fault some one should take action about this j bought this product @9aug even in this matter they given me water damage product my 5years child got burn injuries by mi power bank. Amazob is responsible for thus but amazon didn't taken any action about this matter i have mailed with photos they didnt make any conversation with me

                                      I got this items on 25 september and i returned this item to you through fedex courier service becz i got self ship option.
                                      And this product delievered to you on 28 september. So till now no refund information i got from amazon.

                                      Regarding this issue i called many times to customer care service, emails but till now i didn't get any update about refund so when you are going to refund. If thus type of things happens buyers will stop buying from amazon because atoz policies are only for saying to grab the coustmers they are not for applying to the coustmers. Its not fare.

                                      Regularly iam keep on trying to get my monet back because i have returned the product's to amazon warehouse. Amazon taken the product and now not returning my money back its a fraud. Since 8days iam in contact with coustmer care but my problem is still pending

                                      When amazon is going to solve this issue.

                                        I order moto g5s plus in 24.09.17 and i got deliver on 26.09.17. When i opend the box i found a soap in the box. Whenever i call to customer care, they said please wait for 3-5 working days. We do investigation. My mobile wroth rs 16000. I done full payment by net banking. So what i do now? Amazon is a worldwide company. For that we are trusting on it. I want my mobile or refund my money.

                                        Still i do not receive any response from amazon.in customer service . I order MOTO g5s plus on 24.09.17 and i received soap and adapter like things on the box . my order no is[protected] . I really go to consumer forum now for such incident .
