Wow! India’s leading ecommerce giant with us$135.98 b revenue is doing business in india from last decade.
In india, cash on delivery is the most preferred payment method, accumulating 75% of the e-retail activities, that’s because we put trust in the world’s second leading ecommerce service provider, but the question is, is it worth? No the answer is no in bold. We hardly get 10-20 % of what we order.
I had ordered stag tt racket from amazon prime account but what i got in my hand was a cow dung! The retailer should have a heart to send such products.

    I have received the item from amazon, for rs 1000.00, (The list mentioned the above items are there in the box as samsung evo 32gb memorycard, scandisk cruser 32gb pendrive, otg adapter, memory card adapter,)
    But i received the box at 2.00pm and openthe box i shocked there is only one sandisk normal memory card only,
    So there is non other items so i want to return and pls refund me the amount rs1000,

    I have purchased a laptop ASIs. Keyboard but item sent was not as per photo graph shown .Item taken back for replacement.Later the order was cancelled from your side I e amazon, and said refund money will be paid Same not paid till date

      Worst service, i have placed order on 24 september 2017. Order #[protected].

      They are not delivering the product even after 20-30 calls. And no one in amazon knows where the product is and contact details of the amazon courier agents or at least address of the courier point. Completely irresponsible. Whenever i call them they use to say we have escalated to delivery team. Just a common sense that, if people are not responding to escalations/mails.. What is the next step. Crazy thing is no one knows answer for this. Stupid service.

        The product is not delivered in the estimated date and time and still not have any idea about the product where it is and when will i get and the delivery service is very poor and not good as expected.

        Amazon delivery service is horrible
        Not proper response from the delivery boys and not providing proper service as mentioned in the site

          Yesterday 27.9.17 the order was out for delivery but still it's not reached my location (Patel colony, patel mark opposite govt place). I tried to contact in amazon i called multiple times but they don't provide to contact with any complaint care. If you can't provide services for every location then why you keep all city name in list.

            I had ordered one plus 5 phone on amazon with order id[protected] on 21st sep 2017 with guaranteed delivery date as 23 rd sep 2017 as part of prime membership. Initially i had placed order on a different address but i called customer on same day 21st sep 2017 and got the address changed.

            The order was not delivered on 23rd and the update i got was order went to wrong courier facility and they'll deliver it by 24th but later they change it to 25th and today the courier person is try to deliver the order to wrong delivery address multiple times. The customer service confirmed today they have corrected the delivery address and will deliver it today eod. I want the phone to be delivered with any cost.

              I bought a mobile i. E (Coolpad cool - gold, 3gb ram +32 gb memory) model no. C103 and product order id is[protected] through, your amazon site on[protected].

              I received this product. But when i opened this product i found that the imei no. Printed in my bill and imei no. Printed on mobile both are different. I also checked it through coolpad cool service center, at district center janakpuri, new delhi and found that same issue i. E both product bill imei no. And actual mobile imei number are different.

              I am also found some defect in this product i. E. Its not getting charging.

                Hi i ordered some items from amazon, for one of which i got message in today (27/09/2017) morning around 10 am that i will be getting it today. It has delivery person contact number as [protected].
                After few hours that is around 11.30 am i got message from amazon again that your package was successfully delivered, but i haven't got it.
                I did not receive the call from delivery person as well.
                Kindly look into this as early as possible.

                  Order #[protected] sound magic earphones

                  Most horrendous delivery service ever i have received. I haven't received my product yet, i receive a sms this morning at 6 am stating the product has been delivered that to handed directly to customer - not just that, on amazon app and website account the same information has been updated. I was in shock this morning, you guys have no right to give such stressful morning to me even though i have paid you full that too in advance instead of cod - (Cash on delivery) not opting to that as it seems not liable when amazon gives such offers. Thinking positively first about a big giant, "hit mnc of the decade" like amazon, then comes second preference about my money with all my trust and faith that there is no other shopping portal like amazon and this is what i receive??? How shameful it is. I want my product as well as another pair of headset for free of cost of same brand and quality as a compensation to the promise broken by amazon and breach of customer service with a false update on amazon app and website as well as messaging the customer that it has been delivered which is a total fraud case with false and totally wrong information. I can go further than this, to more legal notice if i am not acknowledged and provide me what i demanded above.

                  I have attached an image showing the delivery has done at 11:12 pm - another shocking timing of delivery. I was awake till 1 pm but no one had appeared or called to me around 11 for the product delivery from amazon.

                  Standard delivery time of amazon states till 8 pm all day - who delivers at 11:12 pm that to i didn't received the product "handed directly to customer" as mentioned.

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      I have booked nokia 6 mobile silver colour 32 gb with order id : #[protected]. I have received the product on 24th sep 5:30pm.
                      But since i was not happy with camera performance, i have raised immediately exchange request by placing a call to amazon customer care agent (Mr. Anurag k) on 06:06 pm dated 24 sep.
                      Next day i have received the sms saying that “your return pick up is scheduled today and will be picked up between 10 am to 1pm by amzagent ([protected]). The mentioned agent visited our house on 10 am and take back mobile (Nokia 6 silver colour) in original packet. I asked for acknowledgement and he told “you will get message”.
                      I was waiting for mobile delivery but today (26th sep) i have received the sms saying that “refund initiated for 299rs nokia shock proof dual layer hybrid armour back.” this mobile cover has been already cancelled and i have received the email also for cancellation.
                      I believe that mr. Anurag k has raised exchange request for the mobile cover not for nokia 6 mobile as requested by me. I was under impression that things are being happening as per my request.
                      Now i do not have refund neither i am having mobile.

                      Please take necessary action to resolve this issue and refund my money for mobile (Rs. 14999) as soon as possible.
                      I am in immense tension with all these incident.
                      Waiting for your prompt response.

                        I had purchased a product from amazon. I got the delivery but the product was defective. The couier boy taken back the product from me. I had talked with amazon team.
                        They said under amazon policy in 3-5 business days, we will initiate your refund. But after 7 days i didn't recieved any refund confirmation details. Then i again discussed with amazon team. They said you send acknowledgement slip for refund [protected]@amazon.in. They give the time 24-48hrs refund will be initiate. Then i completed all procedure. But after 48 hrs, i didn't got any response from amazon team. Each and every time when i contact with amazon team they told me that in 2-3 business days your refund will be initiated.
                        But till now not recieved my refund.
                        I want my refund immediatly.

                          Sir i orderd order #[protected] on amazon (Sony mdr-zx110a on-ear stereo headphones (White)). I have cancelled order #[protected] but they by their wish also cancelled order #[protected]
                          And proceeded for refund. I haven't cancel that order because they couldn't ship so they have cancelled my item by not being responsible the which being paid by me. They are using it but they haven't dispatched my item and without my permission they were proceeded for refund even ater i wanted it. Now they are telling that its our mistake and they can replace it by the next day. But i want justice that why they have cancelled it without my permission using my money and not dispatching my order and late in delivery and not responding positively and wasting my time. Also they are responsible for being promised with me to be shipped by 29 september. Both were different order. I have told them you can do replacement but i want justice.

                            I have ordered one plus five phone. It was supposed to delivered to me today. More than 6 times i had called amazon. I was promised it will deliver it to me today. I was waiting for the order but no one turned up. Dn i received a msg that i refuse to accept the order. Although i was not at all informed or awared about it. I was waiting g for my order.
                            Instantly i had called customer care and it was told my order is cancelled and i have to reorder it.
                            I had ordered in discount offer of exchange n hdfc cash back offer. Customer care officer said i have to bear the loss of cash back and he can't help me.
                            I had paid 5 days back for such a big order and now my money also stuck.
                            Its a case of fraud and cheating from amazon. Without any fault my money and time has gone.

                            Again in continuation of my previous mail. Amazon representative assured me dt he had a word wd delivery boy and parcel is still wd him and it will be delivered to me next day. When i again called amazon it was told to me nothing was told to me like ds and dy dont have any records for ds.
                            I have to again make the same order as per their policies and my money is stuck wd dm and under offers of replacement a d cash back, where i have ordered previously are no longer existing.

                            This is purely unethical and unprofessional. Its fraud and cheating.

                            I am forced to take legal action against this unprofessional practice and metal harassment.

What gives amazon the right to misinform its customer. It only says that they are untrue and unfaithful to customers. On top of it all, its only me at loss. I neither got my product nor are they confirming if i ll get it, and i have to invest so much time following up with their executives. Extremely shameful and unprofessional of amazon. I expect to be rightfully compensated for the time lost on account of their company.

                            29.9.2017 Today amazon offered a 300 Rs coupon to settle down the issue. Rather then trying to deliver the product atleast once they are trying to settle it like this. That too witha amount of 300RS. Pathetic.

                              Pathetic amazon service!
                              I've purchased motog 5s plus mobile on 23rd sep 2017, paid extra amount for two days delivery.
                              Now delivery date has been passed and still i've not received my mob.
                              I've called more than 7 times to customer care and they was saying it will be dilivered on same day.

                              It was a very bad experience with amazon and now amazon is saying to dilivered my product after 2 days.
                              I amazon is not capable to complete there promises why amazon is giving gauranty to dilivered on same day and why there are charging extra amount to dilivered he product.

                              No one is capable in amazon to dilivered there promises.

                              Please do not purchase anything from amazon i[censored]r in hurry.

                              I'm wasted my money and my time with amazon.

                              Same i feel as most products are lifted from metro cities and have couriers which take few hours to fly the same to any part which is air connected, though never maintained by Amazon or its logistics partners who crave to collect few bucks to up their revenue in form of Prime subscription or delivery charges for faster delivery..Though they have a huge warehouse near hyderabad deliveries take 4 to 6 days which is too much in this digital age..Not expected from Amazon..Flipkart n paytm are better..

                                Dear sir

                                A refund of 499 rupees was successfully processed on 17th september to my account by amazon.in. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                                I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                                I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                                Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

After delivered when i open the box and using the mobile then i found the charging port of this mobile was damage and after 10 min. It is heatup and create network problem. It is completely deffective product. I pay 17900 to amazon for this cell phone it is like used deffective product. This mobile order during diwali sale on amazon. After facing the problem i continuously call to amazon customer support bt they do not give any response. So my mind my body and i completely very very upset due to this type of online cheating. Please help me sir. Due to this online cheating i going in depression

                                    Hi amazon,

                                    Please do not cheat the customers with fake offers.

                                    As per the offer in between 21st to 24th sep 2017. Customer can get 10% cash back by purchasing a minimum amount of 5000rs.

                                    But they are playing tickets by saying limited quantity for the products. However i contacted the customer care and asked about honor band 3 (2299rs on that day). How many they bands can customer plase through an account i asked? Then he replied 2 per account, but system is allowing one only. But you have multiple accounts, in that you have placed an order already. So i convinced and i thought there is something wrong in my account. I tried with my friends account (Where he never placed an honor band before, there is no common details to his account like address or phone number or credit card details). But still i am unable to add to honor bands in to his account.
                                    Then executive waited in the call and asked to place me the order as it last day but i will raise a complaint to quantity team saying some thing wrong in the software. You will receive a reply in 24hrs.

                                    But after place an order they are changing there words and giving fake information (Please see attached voice recording they not even allowing me ask they repeatedly saying the same again and again they're not trying to understand the issue), like you will not get cash back as you placed 2 different orders your will get vas back on only one order.

                                    Now due to fake information i purchased 3000 rs extra loss for me and benfit for amazon. I placed an complete order for 7500. But due your software issues and as your executive gave commitment on call on 24th sep at 11:30pm i purchased it.

                                    But he are my questions to amazon team?
                                    1. If for account two quantity of honor band 3, why are you considering another account.
                                    2.in that case i should not add 2 different colours at a time in to my cart like black and orage or blue.
                                    3. Please test with any of you amazon account any one is able add to honor band3 products?

                                    Please do not buy from amazon. Flipkart indian company is far better than that.

                                      On 17-sep-17 i purchased redmi 64 gb mobile actual cost was rs 9499 at the time of online payment from my credit card transaction got debited of rs 8967 difference of less rs 532 approx. As per amazon customer care 5.5% additional discount has been given to me by hdfc bank based of actual product cost of rs 9499. I opted no cost emi for 9 months and as per discounted price emi should come approx rs 996,

                                      Emi 8967/9 months = 996 approx

                                      But in my hdfc credit card emi is displaying as 1055*9=9499
                                      As per hdfc amazon has not shared the discount amount details to them.
                                      26-sep-17: today i called to amazon they are saying you have to pay rs 1055 emi the discounted amount we have adjusted as interest.
                                      But during payment for 9 months there was no interest.
                                      Based on "no cost emi" funda they cheating to their customer
                                      Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I had ordered two phones during the big billion festive season.

                                        Initially i had order one plus 3t on saturday i. E. 23rd september. Lateron on sunday i decided why not to go for one plus 5

                                        And therefore i decided and first i cancelled the order 3t and after that i ordered for one plus 5 on 24th september.

                                        Expected delivery of 3t is wednesday i. E. 26th september and for 5 is thursday i. E. 27th september.

                                        On 25th morning i received call from amazon delivery boy that sir your packet delivery please confirm the address (I was in office because i had planned as per scheduled delivery of thursday). Then i though it must be delivery of my 3t phone and i replied him i had cancelled the order.

                                        Lateron i received message from amazon that your phone one plus 5 has been returned on monday which was ordered on sunday only. And after getting that message i immediately contacted that sales boy and he clearly refused for the same.

                                        Now my complain with amanzon is as below:

                                        1. At the time of getting my order they dont know what is the buyer and seller location?? If yes then why they people provided expected delivery on thursday instead of monday or tuesday. And if no then are they delivering fake product???

                                        2. When i requested many times to delivery boy and even in night i called amazon customer care and explain complete facts about the misunderstanding but they people refused and said their policy don't allow.

                                        Now i just want to under stand and question amazon what should be the commercial terms if you being a seller and selling me goods and taking 3-4 days as delivery time and on the very next day your executive called me and said your order is ready. Not expected this kind of practice from a well know brand like flipkart and amazon.

                                        Even i am happy that you yourself cancelled the order without my confirmation officially in writing because as per feeling the product you were delivering must be fake or used product.

                                        So now i just wants to realize their mistake that it.

                                        I had ordered the above phone using my wife id registered which is [protected]@gmail.com with amazon and can show every thing in writing
