Hi, i purchased dell vostro 3468 14 inch laptop on 24th august 2017 in rs 29990.
I did whole payment and placed order.
Next day, the price got increase on amazon site so they cancelled my order.
When i called the amazon customer care and asked why you cancel my order i can still see the laptop is available on your site. They replied sir i can give you rs 2000 compensation please place other order. I asked why i will place other order and pay more for same product. Then they started saying we are a number one company in the world. Finally they are not ready to deliver product.
They cheated to me and also they are cheating to the customer. Please take the action and asked amazon to deliver the product.

    I have ordered jacket in amazon which was supposed to be delivered on 25 september but i have not received delivery yet and the tracking information is also not updated since 20 september. I have called the customer care thrice and was been promised that i will get the delivery in 24 hours but that didn't happen. I don't have any idea where the product is and when it will be delivered.

      I have booked a sandisk ultra dual 32gb usb 3.0 otg pen drive from amazon on[protected] and the delivery scheduled was on[protected]. On that day i have requested the amazon customer support agent for cod payment using debit card which they offer. Thereafter they have not delivered the product on 2 other occasions, even though they have sent notifications as well as assurance by the amazon customer support agents regarding the delivery.
      On 27th after repeatedly calling delivery agent arrived and he insisted to take delivery by making payment by cash which is not what i have requested for. Their indecent and recalcitrant behavior and approach was humiliating and i had lodged complaint directly to amazon support dept and still the delivery of the product or complaints hasn't resolved. So kindly take necessary action against deficiency of service (Amazon courier) and to compensate for the loss incurred.

        Refer above details of my ordering,

        As amazon we trusted for valuable service but it is fake.

        I had oredered tcl led tv 32" on 20th sep'17 and 22nd sep'17 is scheduled for my product delivery but till now i have not received any product,
        Daily i'm calling costomer care and doing follow up, but they are making false promises saying that, product will be delivered in next 24 hours, please wait.
        Im asking you people, since how many 24hrs required to deliver the product???

        From 22nd sep'17 to till day i'm calling customer care and doing follow up with them, but they didn't delivered the product,

        If ypu can't deliver the product as commited then why are making fake promise of 1-2 day delivery...

        I'm completely fedup with this service,

        Total 7 days delayed in my product delivery but till now no any action initiated from amazon.

        This is waste of money and time buying products in amzon...

        I will suggest my friends and family that not to buy any thing from amazon...

        I have ordered three Rakhis with the order numbers[protected] &[protected] &[protected] at three different locations. It is more a month now, I have neither received the orders nor anyone is replying for it.
        I am an old customer of Amazon and I am really very much shocked about this response.

          Date 16 september 2017 i placed two same order by amazon. They cheated with me by delivering the wrong product without giving the invoice of that product. I ordered strontium ammo 32gb usb 3.0 pen drive (Silver) from amazon i got the wrong product that was noosy nano sim adapter. So i submitted the complain to amazon regarding this mistake. They asked me t send screen shot of the product i got so i took the picture of the wrong product & sent them mail then they told me they will refund my money in 3 working days.. After i called them then they said they will initiate the process today afer 3 days you will get money in your bank account, now they are saying you ordered was cancelled which order you got from amazon provide the invoice of that but i didn't got the invoice of the product which i get delivered from amazon either the product i ordered now they are asking for invoice how can i gave them invoice if i didn't got the product invoice whatever i got i sent them in mail but now they are denying to refund my money. How much irresponsible amazon can be doing this with their costumer they provided the wrong item they took the money didn't provided the invoice & order id in the order after taking money now asking for the invoice... So i am asking the delivery man was amazon delivery person he got the shipped product written my details amount & product name he is witnessed seen the what wrong product i got he took responsibility you will get your refund by complaining now i am facing this problem, this is amazon responsibility to provide the invoice with their product & don't leak the information of their costumer. I want my money back in my account.

            We had booked 20 itres and put for return the following day as it was too small.
            We ordered for 30 litres from amazon and received it.
            From last 4 days your pic up courier man is not coming and i have to stay at home leaving my office

            Called up your robots... V v v unhelpfull
            Mr. Girish, ms nidhi,,,, utter use less people and a big liability to amozan and earth.
            To day ms nidhi put me on hold for 13 min 22 sec... Disgusting then the phone was disconnected.
            Without human touch interference it is v v tough to share good ar bad experiences.
            A sad 4 days of amzon experience hope the torture ends soon.

              This in reference to my offering for sale used phones through amazon.
              Reference order summary no.[protected] and order summary no.[protected].

              In both the cases i got a message from amazon that your product is returned. Buyer no longer wants the item.

              I am surprised how amazon can allow such malpractices. I have handed my phone to you people and after 5 days you inform that the buyer does not want the item, without assigning any reason. I can understand if any defects are found or the product description is not correct or accessories are not as stated. If the buyer just do not want and you accept the same, there buy putting seller to hardship of absence of phone is just not acceptable.

              The buyer must be held responsible in such cases and the payments made by them must be withheld unless they point out genuine deficiencies. Alternatively if no explanation is coming from buyer amazon should be responsible enough to retain the item and may full money to the seller.

              I request you to please seriously look into the issue and reply immediately.

                Bought a laptop in june from amazon india (Seller gadgetree)

                In 1 month, stopped working (Not powering up at all). 15 days is return period.

                Took it to company service centre, where they said they can't service because the serial number in the invoice is not company issued. This is just cheating.

                Complained to the seller and amazon for more than a month, to no avail.

                Now stuck with a dead laptop bought. Followed up with amazon customer service for more than a month - no response. Why are they keeping such sellers on your site?

                  I haven't received my courier refund charged despite raising the concern several times. Its been almost a month. Pathetic customer service. They told they'll refund to my bank account and i dint receive. Several times they have told this. Amazon is the worst customer service i have even seen.

                  August 29th is the date of the incident. I need the refund asap.

                    I ordered kent grand 8 l ro on amazon on 22/09/2017 and product delivered to me on 24/09/2017. But the product was worst and i made request for return and refund on amazon on 25/07/2017 and allotted scheduled time for the pickup of product was on 26/07/2017 between 7 am -10 am. But product still not picked. I have communicated so many time from amazon customer service representatives and no one helps me in pickup process. They just make me fool and creating false request for pickup. Yesterday they rescheduled the pickup. Still product has not picked.
                    I am facing so much difficulty in amazon pick up process. I told them to lodge my complain and provide me the complain no but they denied me to do so. Please help me.

                      I have placed the order in amazon but the service which amazon are giving now days is worst. I usually suggest my friends to shop in amazon but what happen with me, after that i would not suggest anyone to use amazon. I have place the order for jeans pant in a cod mode and the delivery executive giving me a call on eving 5 pm and saying to collect the order, unfortunately i have give my home address. I request delivery executive to give the order tomorrow at 11am but he say he can't give the order in morning time i said ohk, give the order at my home address but he took 3 days to deliver the order after doing continously follow up. Anyhow, i have received the order but it's was completely different item which i have purchase. I called customer care to replaced the item but they are telling me to return the product and get the refund. See online shopping has to be confortable but this kind of exprience make customers not to choice online shopping. We are not placing order to get our money back, i want product which i have placed.

                        Dear team,

                        Kindly check the mentioned order number which was deliverd incomplete to me. However i ordered for 4 pairs of shoes, but i received only 3 pairs from shipper. Which is 2 sneakers with laces and 1 pair was seakers without laces yellow colored which is not delivered to me. Kindly find the attachment of incomplete delivered product. And i want that to be delivered because this was my first experience with amazon but i am not happy with this experience.

                        Please look into this issue and do the need full asap.

                        Its very urgent for me.

                        Charger of kult beyond create a problem so a big humble request to replace the charger of this phone .because this phone is in warranty nd the charger do not connect this phone.

Me and my family switch the channel when that add came on screen. I request u to please not to show that add anymore. As a big company u must pay attention to voice of customers.                               Dear sir

                              A refund of 3595 rupees was successfully processed on 11august 2017 to my account. The refarance number for the refunds is igabolgfq1. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                              I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                              I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                              Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                                  I bought lenovo k8 note on 15 sep, 2017 from amazon. This product was totally bad. Their customer didn't resolve this problem properly. My order no.[protected] of this product.
                                  I want to refund but their customer support told me about their policies. They said to me i only replacement sit not refund. For amazon customer is not priority against their policies. It's absolutely not fair. Plz.. Help me.

                                      I had got a estimated delivery date of 25th but did not receive product on time so i contacted your call center 3 times till now and they seem to provide fake info. And did not register my complaint. They even told me they do not have a option to register complaints. Kindly look into it.

                                        Just want to update you that i procured a samsung on 5 pro (Gold) mobile through amazon (Online) with physical & liquid damage protection plan. But while i was traveling to office via an auto & trying to attend the call phone dropped and screen got damage. Then i logged the complaint with amazon, they suggest me to login into one assist website and file the claim at there.

                                        Then after a week they asked me that your imei number mentioned in invoice is not matched with your mobile screen imei number and they close the case. After that i make lots of chat conversations with amazon and every time they promised me that your issue will be addressed in just 24-48 hrs. But now it's more than 3 months but i am still not getting any solution from both amazon & one assist. And also don't know where is my fault, i just placed the order and received the item within a week.
                                        And after that i am still struggling with the amazon as he is the prime responsible for me to provide the mobile & one assist.
