After going through the advertisement in your online site i had purchased a screen guard for my mobile xperia xp ultra and had paid 350 rs for the same. The expected delivery date was 30th aug 2017. But i did not get the package on 30th so i called the customer care and i was told that they had no information about the whereabouts of the package and that i was getting system generated messages.

They asked me to wait for 24-48 hours for an update which i did.

I purchased one mobile lenovo k8 note which cost 13998 inr 18.08.2017 from amazon.in, but the product which is received was defective so i request amazon to either replace or refund the amount but according to amazon india replacement is not under their policy so they were ready to refund the amount, they picked up the product from my home and according to them refund was issued on 23rd august in afternoon but the problem is nothing is credited...

Fake promises.. Twice these amaon ppl lied to me.. Wrong delivery date promised... Such a pathetic company... No redressal forum available.. Customer care has no authority to lodge a complaint.....

I had placed an order for a basic mobile on 14 august 2017. The order was cancelled without my permission saying undeliverable. After that i contacted amazon for several times requesting for refund, which was just waste of time but nothing i got. Neither the product nor my money.

I have ordered a phone with amazon on 22nd oct 2016. This phone is lost yesterday. I have tried to log a fir on police station they are asking for emi number of that phone. Invoice that was shared by amazon is contain only serial umber of phone. Imei number is not mentioned. I have asked to amazon of emi number. They are not providing as reason this is more than 12 months of purchase.

The due date for delivery of the above order by magic deals was 02/09/2017.
The firm had not given cash on delivery option. The track package is not working. It is really surprising the amazon works like this. The amount paid has been 880 rs. Hope this will be sorted out. However amazon is promptly asking me to review the seller giving me no option to cancel the order also. This is really strange....
