I have booked an order on thursday 21 september 2017 order number[protected].
Estimated delivery is on saturday 23 september 2017.
I have contacted amazon multiples times, every time they it is in correct hub due to wrong pin code but will be delivery to you today.
Pincode is 560043, but as per amazon it doesnt belong to chelekere, i have asked to check in google as well and other couriers i am receiving on same pincode.
I am prime member and amazon has promised that prime member will receive a product with in 1 day already 3 days passed but no response from them.
Amazon is just making money by fooling people saying prime membership one day guarantee delivery etc.
I have recorded phone conversions which i had with amazon representative where they promised that i will receive it by 8 pm on the day when i call.
Saturday also they said 8 pm, sunday also 8 pm, monday and tuesday as well 8 pm.
Today i have spoken to high level escalation team member his name is yash, he also promised same thing and said he will call me again to share updates, which is not done.
Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
