As per the amazon my expexted delivery time is by[protected], 10.00 pm. My order id is[protected]. First they mentioned "out for delivery" on 25th oct 2017. But with out contacting me or without visiting my home, they mentioned not able to reach costumer on phone. But my phone had full charge & network on the same day. Again on 27th they mentioned that "user not available in home"without visiting my home/contacting me, where i was in home on 27th oct 2017 & phone had full charge & network. Even after completed my expected delivery time, now they are asking me to wait 3 more days, as a grace period. Hence thwy are watsted my 5 days time, by providing false statements & promises. Please help me in this issue.

    First i ordered a product.
    Order i'd :[protected].
    This item was sent by mistake so i asked for replace.
    The picking up i'd :[protected].
    Again the product came was not satisfied so i had requested for return of my product. Your agent came and took the product and sms confirmation also has came to me like product has been received by our agent ur amount will be refunded soon.
    But in this case it's been more than 7 days still i didn't receive any refund amount.
    Please check the status of my refund amount.

      Dear sir/ madam, this is to bring to your notice that i have received a gift voucher from amazon.in worth inr 1000/- i tried activating the same and was not successful. On calling your customer service team realized that on scratching the gift card code that i received a 14 digit code instead of a 16 digit code... I feel cheated by amazon. This is totally unacceptable... For your refrence my gift card id - [protected] kindly check on this as its a fraud on your part to issue such kind of cards... I feel cheated y amazon. You can reach me on ([protected]@gmail.com) kindly resubmit the 16 digit code. Thank you.

        Payment already done by online it's been a month i ordered this item but no delivery and refund of money. Contacted to customer executive committed wrong. Refund my rs. 370.
        Tried many times to call customer care but no response.
        Auto teller says that your registered number has no item but while checking it shows bamboo shoot is to be delivered but when. Seller name - giskaa

          I purchased a car body cover (With free storage bag) order no[protected] dt[protected] and i received the item invoice no-qnes-18913 dt[protected] but the company not sent the free item which has been clearly highlighted in shipping invoice. I feel cheated and i complained in my feedback to amazon but no response from company yet.

            But i couldnot received
            Whenever I contact to amazon they only told me that it will be deliver to next day.
            This will happen from last 4 to 5 days but they could not solve this in any way.

              Hi,

              I have been trying to list on amazon for over 6 weeks now and your team has been super unhelpful.

              Amazon india lists ayurveda products, you have opened a specifically even launched an ayurveda store. The team has asked me for over 100 documents all of which has been provided

              I get one case study and call that tells me to provide documents and the other person that tells me that i cannot list, when my products are already listed on your platform!!

              I get on a call for over 40 minutes out of which i am on hold for over 32 minuts during which i ask to speak to a senior member 4 times and i get no help.in one call i get told: we do not list ayurveda; you want to list in the grocery category; you do not need form a; you need to fill form a - how is one meant to do business if your team is so ineffective

              All the claims of support on your website are lies!

                I had made an order, order no:[protected], has to be delivered by 28 september by 8 pm but the order hasnt been delivered till now. I am seriously very much dissapointed from this type of service from amazon, these type of retailers are putting amazon's name down, its been 2 days and i haven't received my phone. I know how much it is important for me that phone that i ordered i wanted that very ungently but your delivery service is seriously awful. I just cant explain my anger. This is all what i can say, i dont have any other words to explain your awful service.

                  The delivery agent with phone no.91 [protected]
                  Contacted me this morning, and i was waiting for him.
                  But never turned up to deliver the order
                  Repeated calls to him are not answered.

                  But this evening i get the message:
                  Payment pending: we could not deliver as payment was not done.
                  This is not true.
                  Your messenger did not come at all.
                  Please refer my previous orders. You may lose a valuable customer.

                      A # and false promising company ever i saw, these guys are just fooling customers and just playing with emotions of customers. They take money from customer for prime delivery and they themselves are not able to deliver product neither they are able to track it. When we call to them for days, they just say wait till tomorrow end of the day and its a never ending process. Whenever we call cc representative they just talk something and do false promises. These guys freaked me out and when i insisted them to give exact location of courier so that i can personally go and pick it up, they asked me to cancel my order. When they cancelled it from their end they mailed that it was on my request. Can anyone ask or let this this smart people know that a person order anything only when they are in need. We don't have so much time to play with you guys.
                      Thanks amazon for becoming spoiler for my very auspicious function!!! And thanks so much for offering me 100 rs voucher for all my energy which i wasted on you guys. Keep that 100 rupees with you and enjoy your so called apki dukan journey of fooling people!!! Hopefully i get my amount refunded as soon as possible, and not please don't blame my bank on that, and stop blame game at-least now.!!!

                        I want to return redmi 4 that i have bought recently.. However the customer care executive not treating properly and not resolving my problem... They are refunding my money... Amazon experience is pathetic...                           I have ordered one plus five phone. It was supposed to delivered to me today. More than 6 times i had called amazon. I was promised it will deliver it to me today. I was waiting for the order but no one turned up. Dn i received a msg that i refuse to accept the order. Although i was not at all informed or awared about it. I was waiting g for my order.
                          Instantly i had called customer care and it was told my order is cancelled and i have to reorder it.
                          I had ordered in discount offer of exchange n hdfc cash back offer. Customer care officer said i have to bear the loss of cash back and he can't help me.
                          I had paid 5 days back for such a big order and now my money also stuck.
                          Its a case of fraud and cheating from amazon. Without any fault my money and time has gone.

                          Again in continuation of my previous mail. Amazon representative assured me dt he had a word wd delivery boy and parcel is still wd him and it will be delivered to me next day. When i again called amazon it was told to me nothing was told to me like ds and dy dont have any records for ds.
                          I have to again make the same order as per their policies and my money is stuck wd dm and under offers of replacement a d cash back, where i have ordered previously are no longer existing.

                          This is purely unethical and unprofessional. Its fraud and cheating.

                          I am forced to take legal action against this unprofessional practice and metal harassment.

                          Finally got a revert from amazon. Firstly they return the product by saying thati declined to accept it, and now dy r emailing to me that the product was damaged. What gives amazon the right to misinform its customer. It only says that they are untrue and unfaithful to customers. On top of it all, its only me at loss. I neither got my product nor are they confirming if i ll get it, and i have to invest so much time following up with their executives. Extremely shameful and unprofessional of amazon. I expect to be rightfully compensated for the time lost on account of their company.

                          Attaching copy of bil and track status as on 28.09.2017. Show it wil delivered to me however on phone they are saying it will not deliver to me. Total mental harassment and my financial loss. Now its just not abt the product i need value of my time wasted and energy wasted in getting my own stuff in pre advance. Also i paid additional for prime member for early delivery.

                          As on date in my account product is showing under delivery process.

                          Today amazon offered a 300 rs coupon to settle down the issue. Rather then trying to deliver the product atleast once they are trying to settle it like this. That too witha amount of 300rs. Pathetic.

                          300 rs is not the amount which will suffice my trouble and stress level. Due to waved off offer i am at a loss of rs. 5000 i. E. Return of old phone samsung s dues for rs. 3500 and 1500 cash back on hdfc card. Why should i bear the loss because of their incompetancy. They had promised and taken the payment for the same.

                            I ordered one plus 5 from amazon.in by sbi debit card on 27 september, 2017 and my order was eligible for cashback and they massaged me the same that i will receive it by 28 september, 2017 screenshot of which i have attached below but i haven't received my cashback yet. I am feeling like i have been cheated by amazon.in and i have seen many customers complaining about the same problem. Please do something with this.

                              Amazon lets unaithorized selling of amway products. It is illegal as per amway rules and regulations.
                              Amazon should stop sellers from selling products of amway as it is a direct selling company.
                              Amway has strictly written on its website that no e-commerce site is allowed to sell amway products.
                              Many sellers sell their stocked products bought from amway on these online sites, these products are not authorised to be sold like this.
                              Thus amazon must stop this.

                                I amit pathak sir with respect to order your amazon.in order #[protected] on 21/09/2017 i have cancelled my order by calling amazon customer executive and my refund of amount 15999 was initiated on the same day but till date i have not received my payment.. When i called to amazon they told me it is may be bank gateway problem, call to sbi costumer care center and when i called to sbi they told me we can help you it s matter of amazon.. No body is going to take responsibility of my refund amount... Kindly take necessary action against amazon and solve my problem. Thanku

                                    I've never ever seen such a worst service provider company amazon, i've booked a mobile moto g5s plus through amazon on 23rd september, paid extra amount the have fast delivery.
                                    Amazon comitted me gaurented delivery on 26th september 2017.
                                    And today is 29th september, still i've not received my product.
                                    After making several calls to customer care just getting assurance to wait for a day only.
                                    But every assurance is just a fake commitment.

                                    I don't wheather amazon is serious about their customer or not able to handle the client in such a high volume.
                                    I'm requesting u to please deliver my product today itself as i've to move out of station tomorrow.

                                    If amazon have a little bit of seriousness about their customer please do the needful.

                                      (#[protected] i booked jbl speakers for which i never got the product for but received a sms saying delivered. I called the helpline they said complaint registered. Spoke to the team after 2 days they still had no clue. I insisted on speaking to the supervised after argument with the agent for 10 mins she agreed to trf the call. Supervisor praveen was the rudest supervisor i have come across. They still wanted time to investigate. Producers was required for a particular day n the expected time for resolution was 5 days ahead. With amazon stop booking or book only on cod, they do not knw how to handle volumes

                                        And amazon not revert the email in this regard
