I haven't received the refund of the book since one week despite of many requests. Refund the money for trueman's cbse ugc net paper-1 money by today itself. I had made thw order for english version of this book. You people sent me a hindi version of this book and neither you are refunding the money nor sending the english version of the book. Refund the money by today itself.

    I had purchased on 20 sept 2017 tcl 43 inches led tv from amazon, order no is[protected] it is the most pathetic experience i have ever had. Amazon prime member order placing date: 20 sept order #[protected]st expected delivery date: 22nd sept i had called customer care so many time but there is noproper responce from amazon today 30 sept till i had not get my order. Today i came to know that my order has been lost in transit.. Please take action them & help us to get my delivery as soon as possible

      I purchased mobile phone lg g6 from amazon, order no.[protected] but i received used product inspite of paying full amount and in exchange of my old phone. When i contact amazon first they refused to help. On sending lot of mails and sharing photos of the mobile, they accept that it was a mistake but still they are not helping in anyway.
      I purchased this mobile as a gift for my wife and it is very embarrassing that i have to go through this.
      I have all the mails where they accepts that they have sent used product but still they are not helping,

        I have ordered nobel 32inch led tv during amazon great indian sale on 21st separate, 2017 using my hdfc credit card. The promised delivery date is 25th separate, 2017. Due to sum issue from amazon it was postponed and after consulting the manager with so much difficulty i got confirmation mail attach from amazon that the product is going to deliver on 30 th separate, 2017. But when i contacted them on 30 th for the update they are telling that to cancel the order and they don't no when they will deliver it and they are disconnecting my call if i ask for a reason. I need to complaint this as a serious issue and they have spoiled my time and money and because of this promised date i have cancelled my travel plan also and it cost me a lot. Kindly take a necessary action.

          I had ordered one plus 5 worth 33079/-. And it was a guaranteed delivery on 26th sep. I chatted with the representative on 26th evening and he/she told i have to wait till 9pm and i ll definitely get my product. So instead of going in my office cab at 7pm, i waited till 9pm but dint get my product, rather had to pay cab fare of 200. Sinve then i am regularly chatting about my product and getting a same false assurance that i will get it in 24 hrs. Now its 30th sep and still its on the way. It was a guaranteed delivery. This is how amazon cheats.

            It is the most pathetic experience i have ever had.

            Amazon prime member
            Order placing date: 23rd sept
            Order #[protected]
            1st expected delivery date: 25th sept
            2nd expected delivery date: 26th sept
            3rd expected delivery date: 28th sept
            4th expected delivery date: 29th sept
            Today i came to know that my order has been lost in transit and i have to ask for replacement of order. As i was left with no choice i did it, now after i opted for replacement through new order, i got to know while enquiring for expected delivery date that the order cannot be delivered as the product was purchased in exchange offer and we cannot have replacement option in it so i have to cancel it and opt for refund (Forcefull).

            Please be noted that there was no intimation about any delay from amazon's, it was me who was running after you over the calls (On 25th, 26th, 28th and 29th twice) asking for status every single time and i was made false promises. I was even sent the wrong details about the amount to be deducted through emi, that i later got rectified on 26th midnight.

            This would be my last order with amazon. I want the product to be delivered within 2 days and i need a compensation along with the same offer i got while ordering oneplus5. You people are simply making a mockery of consumer rights and importance of timely delivery.

            Stop advertising and start delivering.

              I orderd my 1+3t mobile on 24th september... N 27th was estimated date for delivery. I followed up with them everyday the same template vl deliver in 24hrs with high priority. It's been more dn 3 days now. Dy shld knw difference betwn 24hrs n 3 days. So wat i vl suggest here is nvr make online payments with amazon cz dy can't guarantee delivery. N i[censored] do so it's like ur begging for ur product. Its better to do. Cod atleast dy vl come n beg on time. Worst experience ever was when dy blocked my number stating dat i was making repitative calls. This is not acceptable.

                  As per the amazon my expexted delivery time is by[protected], 10.00 pm. My order id is[protected]. First they mentioned "out for delivery" on 25th oct 2017. But with out contacting me or without visiting my home, they mentioned not able to reach costumer on phone. But my phone had full charge & network on the same day. Again on 27th they mentioned that "user not available in home"without visiting my home/contacting me, where i was in home on 27th oct 2017 & phone had full charge & network. Even after completed my expected delivery time, now they are asking me to wait 3 more days, as a grace period. Hence thwy are watsted my 5 days time, by providing false statements & promises. Please help me in this issue.

                    Again the product came was not satisfied so i had requested for return of my product. Your agent came and took the product and sms confirmation also has came to me like product has been received by our agent ur amount will be refunded soon.

                      Dear sir/ madam, this is to bring to your notice that i have received a gift voucher from amazon.in worth inr 1000/- i tried activating the same and was not successful. On calling your customer service team realized that on scratching the gift card code that i received a 14 digit code instead of a 16 digit code... I feel cheated by amazon. This is totally unacceptable... For your refrence my gift card id - [protected] kindly check on this as its a fraud on your part to issue such kind of cards... I feel cheated y amazon.                             Whenever I contact to amazon they only told me that it will be deliver to next day.
                            This will happen from last 4 to 5 days but they could not solve this in any way.

                              Hi,

                              I have been trying to list on amazon for over 6 weeks now and your team has been super unhelpful.

                              Amazon india lists ayurveda products, you have opened a specifically even launched an ayurveda store. The team has asked me for over 100 documents all of which has been provided

                              I get one case study and call that tells me to provide documents and the other person that tells me that i cannot list, when my products are already listed on your platform!!

                              I get on a call for over 40 minutes out of which i am on hold for over 32 minuts during which i ask to speak to a senior member 4 times and i get no help.in one call i get told: we do not list ayurveda; you want to list in the grocery category; you do not need form a; you need to fill form a - how is one meant to do business if your team is so ineffective

                              All the claims of support on your website are lies!

                                I had made an order, order no:[protected], has to be delivered by 28 september by 8 pm but the order hasnt been delivered till now. I am seriously very much dissapointed from this type of service from amazon, these type of retailers are putting amazon's name down, its been 2 days and i haven't received my phone. I know how much it is important for me that phone that i ordered i wanted that very ungently but your delivery service is seriously awful. I just cant explain my anger. This is all what i can say, i dont have any other words to explain your awful service.

                                      A # and false promising company ever i saw, these guys are just fooling customers and just playing with emotions of customers. They take money from customer for prime delivery and they themselves are not able to deliver product neither they are able to track it. When we call to them for days, they just say wait till tomorrow end of the day and its a never ending process. Whenever we call cc representative they just talk something and do false promises. These guys freaked me out and when i insisted them to give exact location of courier so that i can personally go and pick it up, they asked me to cancel my order. When they cancelled it from their end they mailed that it was on my request. Can anyone ask or let this this smart people know that a person order anything only when they are in need. We don't have so much time to play with you guys.
                                      Thanks amazon for becoming spoiler for my very auspicious function!!! And thanks so much for offering me 100 rs voucher for all my energy which i wasted on you guys. Keep that 100 rupees with you and enjoy your so called apki dukan journey of fooling people!!! Hopefully i get my amount refunded as soon as possible, and not please don't blame my bank on that, and stop blame game at-least now.!!!

                                        I want to return redmi 4 that i have bought recently.. However the customer care executive not treating properly and not resolving my problem... They are refunding my money... Amazon experience is pathetic... My experience is not so good.in your policy you clearly states that product can be returned however the customer executive argues and denies that in policy is not written.. Amazon is cheating people.
