It is the most pathetic experience i have ever had.

1st expected delivery date: 25th sept
2nd expected delivery date: 26th sept
3rd expected delivery date: 28th sept
4th expected delivery date: 29th sept
Today i came to know that my order has been lost in transit and i have to ask for replacement of order. As i was left with no choice i did it, now after i opted for replacement through new order, i got to know while enquiring for expected delivery date that the order cannot be delivered as the product was purchased in exchange offer and we cannot have replacement option in it so i have to cancel it and opt for refund (Forcefull).
Please be noted that there was no intimation about any delay from amazon's, it was me who was running after you over the calls (On 25th, 26th, 28th and 29th twice) asking for status every single time and i was made false promises. I was even sent the wrong details about the amount to be deducted through emi, that i later got rectified on 26th midnight.
This would be my last order with amazon. I want the product to be delivered within 2 days and i need a compensation along with the same offer i got while ordering oneplus5. You people are simply making a mockery of consumer rights and importance of timely delivery.
Stop advertising and start delivering.
