I have purchased redmi 4 black on 10th july 2017. My payment mode was cod. Amount of product is rs.8, 998
I have attempted amount by using credit card. The courier boy was swiped the card three times but failed all the time. Meanwhile, amount was debited from card one time but courier boy said transaction failed. I have recieved message for failed transaction and refund amount to my account as well by amazon.
Then, i have provided cash against the order and product recieved. But my payment was not refund to my account.
After that i contacted to customer support, they reviewed my order and confirmed that double charge has been paid against the order. They assured that my refund was definitely transferred to my account. I have provided enough time to resolve my issue. They assured me every time whenever i contacted about the issue. But issue could not be resolved.
Amount of product is rs.8, 998 that charged as double payment.
I have provided sufficient info regarding the transaction from my bank.
But issue could not be resolved till now. I have lost trust in amazon.
So, i need your kind attention regarding the issue.

    I received a defective iball 5.1 speaker system and on contacting customer support, was denied a doorstep pickup for replacement. Due to spinal problems, it is impossible for me to get the product to a courier to send it back to amazon. As a regular amazon customer, i feel horrible with this kind of service. So basically i'm stuck with a defective piece if hardware that i spent inr 6000 on.

      Dear team,
      I had ordered an iphone 6 32gb, which turned out to have a make defect after i switched it on. The incoming call voice can't be heard at all on the device. Ever since i am trying to register my complaint but the amazon or apple aren't responding.in-fact they haven't yet registered my complaint. There are no call number or email id available for complaints. The return policy states that the product could only be returned within 7 days. Kindly help urgently. I had bought it on 16th september and i am trying to reach out to amazon sine last 3 days but no response. There are no email id or direct contact service number where a complaint could be registered. I feel cheated and looted by the amazon and the service provide by selling the defective product. After taking money they don't respond to the customer. Please help me.

          Don't know about product kyu ki seller ne jis courier se bheja vo abhi tak pahocha hi nahi delevery person roj bahana kar raha hai aaj gadi nai mil rahi subha se sham tak koi gadi hi nahi mil rahi hamare pe jutha ilzaam lagaya ki hamne phone pick nahi kiya jab ki usne delivery ke liye koi efforts hi nahi kiye he says to me ki aap khud gadi arrange karke aake le jao worst experience with amazon and seller never buy again and i am still don't ki mera product muje milega ya nahi pese pure 25500 pay kar chuki hu jab delivery me hi itni problem hai to product kesa hai vo to pata chalta hi hai very disappointed seller is indoor exclusive furniture and product is sofa

            I had ordered fastrack watch, on 18th sept from prime account. I haven't received it yet and it is shown delivered already. What kind of service is this i don't understand and also what is the use of prime if you don't get order delivered on time??? This kind of service do you give to your customers.
            I have attached the order history details.
            And when should i expect my order...
            My order is never going to get delivered or what???
            Don't try my patience if you don't give any revert i might msg it on social media
            As well as i want compensation since it is being so many days.

              I buy a laptop and prepaid but amazon not delivered product and app show delivered. Show i complained customer care then customer tell your problem solved within 2 days but after 4-5 hr customer care send msg block your account. So plz help me. And amazon give me this msg

                I booked 2 nokia 6 phone and make payment with credit card but ur payment gate way not accepted the payment.
                Both the time money debited from my credit card but not confirmed my order.
                Relating to this issue. I call customer care and told that i am unable to do payment.
                With credit cards.
                He just told me that we initiated cod option on your order.
                At that time my order confirmed.
                As i know that if payment not made with in 24 hours order will cancel.
                But customer care told me that cod is confirmed.
                So i do not go for payment option.
                But after some time.
                I got sms ur order cancelled.
                How this happened with me.
                If it customer representative clearly told me cod is intiated and fill the form.
                This is very very bad service from amazon. For this we check my call with ur customer representative.
                If he clearly told me if payment not made. Do other way.
                Then i used netbanking. Debit card.
                For making payment. So my order never cancelled.
                But ur customer representative clearly told me that cod is available on your order. So it's not my mistake.
                And if order is confirmed on cod.
                Then how??
                Amazon cancel my oredr.
                This is very ridiculas service from amaon.
                So. This is mistake done from ur side.
                So i request you don't cancel my order of nokia6

                  I purchased a book on amazon.in, however i received a wrong packet and requested for an exchange but amazon asked me to return the item and place a fresh order. I returned the wrong order 3 weeks ago and have still not received a refund. I contacted amazon several times but it refused to help me. Their website has no policy to help the customers and it displays incorrect information that the refund has been made. They have refunded my money and have additionally deducted rs. 499 from my account without my permission.
                  I have been harassed and fleeced.

                    I am not able to log in to my amazon account associated with pankaj. [protected]@gmail.com. I have repeatedly changed my password but after logging in with new password it says incorrect password. On talking with customer care they the account is locked and refuse to give a proper explanation. This was my only amazon account and i need it regularly for placing important orders.
                    Therefore i request amazon india to resolve this issue soon so that i regain access to my account as soon as possible.

                          I ordered an iphone 6 gold 32gb from amazon that was delivered to me on 20th september 2017. I've been facing so many issues with this phone in just two days time. Whenever i make calls the other person is almost inaudible. There is a problem with the earpiece. Also whenever i take videos or record audios on the phone the sound is as good as not there at all. Within two days i have faced so many issues god alone knows what's going to happen six months down the line. I ordered a phone from amazon because i assumed it's reliable. They provide the worst customer service and despite making multiple phone calls to their customer service executives i haven't been assisted with a solution to this. Previously i've ordered two phones from flip kart and i have never faced any such hassles. I wanted a decent phone and now i have to deal with all this unnecessary headache. I want a refund at the earliest.

                            Today as i was checking "the great indian festival sale" on amazon. I wanted to buy 2 products
                            Ambrane p[protected]mah power bank (Black-grey) which actually cost is 999 and the sale price is 899
                            Bajaj majesty swx400 700-watt grill sandwich toaster (White) which actually cost 1299 and sale price 799
                            I added these products in the cart but as i was making my payment the price changed from the sale price to actual price.
                            I tried this multiple times but the result was the same
                            They are fooling people like this

                              The product order was place on august 30, 2017 with the assurance of delivery within 4 days, i. E. Sept 4., 2017. On sept 3, 2017 the delivery date on an ad-hoc basis was pushed to sept 8, 2017. Post awaiting the product, it suddenly stated that product had been returned and the refund would be initiated in 4 - 5 days. So we waited and post writing a lengthy email to their customer cell, started receiving standard messages apologizing for the delay and again it stated that the refund will be initiated in 4 - 5 days. "again no refund".

                              Question is:
                              1. Why is there no method to talk with a customer service executive.
                              2. There is no method of escalation and the amount is not small.
                              3. If there is a delay or the product is lost in transit, it should have been intimated in advance.

                              This gives into an extremely shoddy and lackadaisical approach as the customer is left with no option and amazon.in can utilize the money and does not bother of refunding the same.

                              We don't shop with their vendor partners but its amazon.in that displays their capabilities to provide in time and promises a great value.

                              All i am looking at is an immediate refund, no 4 - 5 days, else i will have no option but to push for a legal settlement and am sure this can be achieved if desired.

Reason is that i placed a order on amazon by mistake i fill wrong credit card no after please order i relies that i fill anything wrong i imidately cancelled that order.
                                After one day i see my account is locked. I try to contact customer care but they tell they can't help me only investigate team unlock my account. I sent mail on [protected]@amazon.in, [protected]@amazon.in ans [protected]@amazon.in but they not listening anything they send me mail that [ your order can't be delivered please fax your credit card details with billing address ] but that credit card no i filled is wrong

                                Your not allowed COD option to my account i have called so many times to customer care but haven't dolved this single case what kind of service you have and in the world amazon in top place but in my case Amazon in the last place in this world.

                                Still u have a time to rectify my case, all customer's have COD option why not me only accepting upi payments why what is the reason on that as customer care executive telling that there is no any issue with your Amazon account but iam the facing the issue COD option is not available for me only that is my question to you, and if you can solve my problem please do the needful ASAP and ZAP.

                                  I received an sms that the bosch washing machine i ordered was delivered to me, but it has not been delivered. Even the website shows that it has been delivered, but it has not been delivered. The time for the sms is about 7.10 am on september 22 - usually there is no delivery so early in the day.                                     I placed the order almost 2 months back in the month of august and the estimated delivery was on the 13th of september. During this period of 1 month between placing of order and the delivery date, i sent multiple emails to amazon to enquire about the tracking details which were invalid. On the 13th of september, the day i was supposed to receive the product i called amazon and spoke to a ms. Ranjeeta from the leadership team who informed me that the tracking details were invalid and that she will look into the matter and speak to the seller. She also assured me that no refund will be processed without my prior permission/acknowledgement. Lastly she said that i will be contacted within 48 hours from the amazon team with a solution. It has been almost ten days since that conversation. Yesterday i contacted amazon again via email and i specified that i do not wish for a refund and if that is the only solution then pay for the difference in my amazon pay wallet so that i could purchase the same product at the current price. Alas, i got a response from the amazon team saying that an a to z claim has been approved and refund will be processed.
                                    Amazon kept my money for almost 2 months. I tried contacting the seller on multiple occasions but i do not get a response from his end. I paid good money for the product, money that i could've invested elsewhere. If refund is what i desired then i would've done that 2 months back. If the product was lost in transit then i demand that another one is reshipped immediately. Why am i being subjected to such fascist policies? I feel like a victim of a large scam and am being duped as a customer.
                                    I demand that amazon pays for the difference in the current price of the same product so that i can buy it immediately.

                                      Hello,

                                      As advised by mr. Sandeep from escalation team, i am writing this email out of frustration and against my will for horrendous experience i had faced hoping you would help me. Before i brag on, below are the order details so i do not get a reply from you guys saying we do not have your order details and i end up wasting more time:
                                      Order detail:

                                      Ordered on 3 october 2016 / order#[protected]
                                      Here we go:

                                      1) my adapter started giving me some trouble so i initiated the return via amazon but since it was not under amazon a-z return policy, i was directed to contact seller so i contacted seller via your messaging system through this order only on 28 aug (Did not contact privately, mind you) but no reply from seller.
                                      *i understand that you guys can not cover for entire life and at times we have to contact the seller but this product is still under 1 year so as i mentioned above, i contacted seller via your messaging system through this order only (Did not contact privately, mind you) but no reply from seller.
                                      2) again i contacted seller using the option "contact seller " next to this order from your messaging system (Did not contact privately, mind you) but no reply from seller again.
                                      3) i contacted customer support via phone and the guy on the phone named sonesh advised me to contact again and he will also contact the seller. Again i contacted seller using the option "contact seller " next to this order from your messaging system (Did not contact privately, mind you) but this time i got a reply from lap gadget on 04 sep saying i can return the product and they will replace it. All the details were mentioned in the email and you can check the email in my message box from my account.
                                      4) before i returned the adapter, i spoke to chirag from lap gadget whose name is mentioned the email which i received from lap gadget and he advised me that i have to bear the return postage cost. Also, once they receive the adapter, they will send the replacement.
                                      5) as you can guess now, i returned the adapter and provided the return details to them via messages (Check my sent message on 08 sep) once they received it, chirag from lap gadget told me that though it is a lap gadget product, this is not sold by them and they can not do anything about it. This is sold by tech deals so i have to deal with amazon or tech deals. Also, chirag told me that they will send the adapter back to me the one i returned to them.
                                      *two things here: 1) who contacted lap gadget and send wrong email to this seller who did not sell this to me and 2) even if the wrong email sent to them, this # did not check whether, this adapter was sold by them or not and it is under warranty or not before asking me to return it for replacement.
                                      6) now it is 11 sep and issue is not resolved yet. My frustration level is creeping up as you can understand. Still i contacted customer support via phone and the guy on the phone named abhishek advised me to contact the seller and he will also contact the actual seller not mistaken one. Again i contacted seller using the option "contact seller " next to this order from your messaging system (Did not contact privately, mind you. Abhishek also told me, if i do not get a reply from the seller with in 48 hours then i can contact again and they will help me out definitely which was lie. Let me tell you how it was a lie.
                                      7) no reply from seller so i contacted customer support via phone and the guy on the phone named harshith really pissed me off. Nevertheless, after 40 minuets on phone, he could not provide me any resolution and at last provided me an email to contact the seller "tech deals". The email he provided me was [protected]@itechdeals.com (By the way, this email address is wrong and it belongs to some company in us which i came to know later). When i asked to provide phone number of the seller and he said just google it. Now i was so annoyed and irritated by this guy, i asked him to connect me to complaint department. After so many hold, finally mr. Shuja from leadership team came on the phone and after explaining everything, he told me that he will coach the team mate and he will file the amazon a-z return on my behalf (Another misinformation) and i will get the email with in 24 hours. Instead i got a call from mr shuja saying i need to contact buyer-guarntee team so they will help you. Hence now i have contacted them hoping some one will help me and get me out of this mess but no reply.

                                      4) now i have got the adaptor back from lap gadget saying it is fake product and seller is also not associated with them and seller was saying the product under their name but it is not their product.

                                      5) i contacted you guys again and i was promised on the phone and via chat and even in email, if i provide seller denial letter saying they can not replace due to above reason, you will refund me product amount.

                                      6) i have provided the seller denial letter and i was asked to wait 5 day as the issue has been escalated to seller escalation team. Not a single response from them or you in 5 days.

                                      6) i contacted today and the guy named "vikas" confirmed that seller has been removed coz he was dodgy and the product is not from lap gadget as it was fake; and he offered me only 500 rs amazon gift card and after arguments he disconnected d call. I called again and the guy named "sandeep" offered me 700 rs after more than an hour discussion and said can not do anything else.

                                      P. S:

                                      1) harshith confirmed that i got the incorrect email due to your technical issue.
                                      2) why false promises made by two of your agents

                                      So now my issue is

                                      1) you guys do not have tech deals contact information and i can not find on google as seller was not genuine so how can i contact them to resolve the issue because i need replacement or full refund.
                                      2) i want the replacement product as soon as possible or alternative solution up to my satisfaction as i already provided seller denial letter and you promised you will refund me if i provide it.

                                        I had ordered a cellphone moto g 5s on 19/10/2017. It is delivered to me today on 21/10/2017 (Paid rs.100/- extra for fast delivery) we got shocked to find a phone size stone in the roughly packed packet. We called up the courier person immediately and asked him to come back. He said he is coming but he didn't turn up. We called the customer care which was picked after half an hour and they said they will investigate the matter.

                                        I want my refund back tomorrow itself. Its the look out of amazon what they want to investigate. We have all the proofs and we are going to file a complaint everywhere and also hoing to upload the pics on every social handle to let people know what a pathetic state amazon has.

                                        Shame!!!
