As advised by mr. Sandeep from escalation team, i am writing this email out of frustration and against my will for horrendous experience i had faced hoping you would help me. Before i brag on, below are the order details so i do not get a reply from you guys saying we do not have your order details and i end up wasting more time:
Order detail:

Here we go:
1) my adapter started giving me some trouble so i initiated the return via amazon but since it was not under amazon a-z return policy, i was directed to contact seller so i contacted seller via your messaging system through this order only on 28 aug (Did not contact privately, mind you) but no reply from seller.
*i understand that you guys can not cover for entire life and at times we have to contact the seller but this product is still under 1 year so as i mentioned above, i contacted seller via your messaging system through this order only (Did not contact privately, mind you) but no reply from seller.
2) again i contacted seller using the option "contact seller " next to this order from your messaging system (Did not contact privately, mind you) but no reply from seller again.
3) i contacted customer support via phone and the guy on the phone named sonesh advised me to contact again and he will also contact the seller. Again i contacted seller using the option "contact seller " next to this order from your messaging system (Did not contact privately, mind you) but this time i got a reply from lap gadget on 04 sep saying i can return the product and they will replace it. All the details were mentioned in the email and you can check the email in my message box from my account.
4) before i returned the adapter, i spoke to chirag from lap gadget whose name is mentioned the email which i received from lap gadget and he advised me that i have to bear the return postage cost. Also, once they receive the adapter, they will send the replacement.
5) as you can guess now, i returned the adapter and provided the return details to them via messages (Check my sent message on 08 sep) once they received it, chirag from lap gadget told me that though it is a lap gadget product, this is not sold by them and they can not do anything about it. This is sold by tech deals so i have to deal with amazon or tech deals. Also, chirag told me that they will send the adapter back to me the one i returned to them.
*two things here: 1) who contacted lap gadget and send wrong email to this seller who did not sell this to me and 2) even if the wrong email sent to them, this # did not check whether, this adapter was sold by them or not and it is under warranty or not before asking me to return it for replacement.
6) now it is 11 sep and issue is not resolved yet. My frustration level is creeping up as you can understand. Still i contacted customer support via phone and the guy on the phone named abhishek advised me to contact the seller and he will also contact the actual seller not mistaken one. Again i contacted seller using the option "contact seller " next to this order from your messaging system (Did not contact privately, mind you. Abhishek also told me, if i do not get a reply from the seller with in 48 hours then i can contact again and they will help me out definitely which was lie. Let me tell you how it was a lie.
7) no reply from seller so i contacted customer support via phone and the guy on the phone named harshith really pissed me off. Nevertheless, after 40 minuets on phone, he could not provide me any resolution and at last provided me an email to contact the seller "tech deals". The email he provided me was [protected]@itechdeals.com (By the way, this email address is wrong and it belongs to some company in us which i came to know later). When i asked to provide phone number of the seller and he said just google it. Now i was so annoyed and irritated by this guy, i asked him to connect me to complaint department. After so many hold, finally mr. Shuja from leadership team came on the phone and after explaining everything, he told me that he will coach the team mate and he will file the amazon a-z return on my behalf (Another misinformation) and i will get the email with in 24 hours. Instead i got a call from mr shuja saying i need to contact buyer-guarntee team so they will help you. Hence now i have contacted them hoping some one will help me and get me out of this mess but no reply.
4) now i have got the adaptor back from lap gadget saying it is fake product and seller is also not associated with them and seller was saying the product under their name but it is not their product.
5) i contacted you guys again and i was promised on the phone and via chat and even in email, if i provide seller denial letter saying they can not replace due to above reason, you will refund me product amount.
6) i have provided the seller denial letter and i was asked to wait 5 day as the issue has been escalated to seller escalation team. Not a single response from them or you in 5 days.
6) i contacted today and the guy named "vikas" confirmed that seller has been removed coz he was dodgy and the product is not from lap gadget as it was fake; and he offered me only 500 rs amazon gift card and after arguments he disconnected d call. I called again and the guy named "sandeep" offered me 700 rs after more than an hour discussion and said can not do anything else.
P. S:
1) harshith confirmed that i got the incorrect email due to your technical issue.
2) why false promises made by two of your agents
So now my issue is
1) you guys do not have tech deals contact information and i can not find on google as seller was not genuine so how can i contact them to resolve the issue because i need replacement or full refund.
2) i want the replacement product as soon as possible or alternative solution up to my satisfaction as i already provided seller denial letter and you promised you will refund me if i provide it.
