I already purchased lemax 2 from amazon. On the first day itself finger print scanner not working properly and charging issue. I immediately called amazon about this. They told me that the company will send some executive to resolve my issue. But till the date there's no response. Meanwhile i am busy with some of my family issue. Now the company leeco closed permanently it's unit in india. I contacted amazon but till the date no response. I already forwarded a legal notice to them. But no reply. Very worst consumer services. So i ignore them and now ordered washing machine and geyser on flipkart. Now phone not working properly and logging issue auto shut down. But there is no response. Seller amez india also accept my issue and process the return and refund. But the amazon not responding to my concern. Don't buy anything through amazon.

    I have placed my order six months back and still i have not received the product or i am not able to cancel the order, anyways i don't want that product anymore, i want to get it cancelled but whenever i am trying to cancel the order amazon is not able to cancel the order, then why they are selling the products if they cant cancel their own product. They are apt in giving mails regarding update of delivery of the product every 10 days, and that 10 days i have been waiting for more than six months.
    I am requesting a refund and proper feedback by customer care executives, amazon customer executives have not provided any feed back regarding this issue.

      I ordered bose earphones worth 10k on september 24th. I ordered them as a birthday gift (Birthday being on september 26). So, for early delivery i opted to pay 100 inr extra for guaranteed delivery on sept 26.

      Last i got an update on sms was on sept 25 that it is on its way. I waited to 4 pm on sept 26 and did not receive the order. I checked by 'track order' which said that it has been delivered to the wrong courier facility. I contacted support and they said that this order is on guaranteed delivery, i will receive it soon and i should wait for another hour.

      I waited till 8 pm and again contacted, but when i checked it said that the delivery date has been changed (For a guaranteed delivery product) to sept 26-29 and that too when i opted to pay 100 inr extra for delivery on sept 26.
      Support said they are sure i will receive it soon and i should wait till 9 pm and that they are forced to release the chat and ended without my consent, with no intentions to help a customer.

      I am still sitting in the office waiting for my order and it is way past 9. There is still no communication on call or sms about the delay at all entire day!

      Amazon has given me the worst experience ever and not even ready to listen to the customer!

          I have booked an order on thursday 21 september 2017 order number[protected].
          Estimated delivery is on saturday 23 september 2017.

          I have contacted amazon multiples times, every time they it is in correct hub due to wrong pin code but will be delivery to you today.

          Pincode is 560043, but as per amazon it doesnt belong to chelekere, i have asked to check in google as well and other couriers i am receiving on same pincode.

          I am prime member and amazon has promised that prime member will receive a product with in 1 day already 3 days passed but no response from them.

          Amazon is just making money by fooling people saying prime membership one day guarantee delivery etc.

          I have recorded phone conversions which i had with amazon representative where they promised that i will receive it by 8 pm on the day when i call.
          Saturday also they said 8 pm, sunday also 8 pm, monday and tuesday as well 8 pm.

          Today i have spoken to high level escalation team member his name is yash, he also promised same thing and said he will call me again to share updates, which is not done.

            I ordered for 7 bedsheets but
            1. Received 8 nos with extra payment of rs 1148
            2. One bedsheets is of different colour/ print cost rs 1795
            3. All bed sheets are smaller in size not possible to cover mattress, even after washing it will shrink.
            4. Kindly note you have charged rs 135 for shipping which was not included in original order.
            5 you are being requested to kindly take back 4 bedsheets & return money asap

The status on my amazon account says that the order was received and signed by me, but i have signed or received any of the products that i have ordered. I have reached out to amazon customer service agents (Infact chatted with 4 of them). However the situation has not yet been resolved. Please look into this asap

                This is in regard to a product macbook i had ordered on amazon sale on 21st sept! I paid 44940 on the spot for the macbook which was a next day delivery. They did not deliver the prduct and rather informed that the product was damaged in the transit and has been asked for a replacement! Today 26th sept the product was supposed to be delivered and today the same issue persists on calling them up consistently they inform us that their courier agent does not deliver in our area! They have been mentally harrasing me for this product! Everytime we trying contcting them their was no reply in return and now finally they say that the amount would be refunded as per their terms!

                  Like this but i haven't received any package or any call from courier guy on the date.
                  After receiving fake message i try to complent about this fraud to customer care, i login amazon app find contact us tab they ask me my contact no i put it down after loading sometimes i look what they already block my no from there service.

                  I tried to mail amazon service center but no response yet. I google out service center number call on that number but no response.

                    Description - i had placed an order for iphone 7 on the above mentioned dates and as promised by amazon it was supposed to be delivered on sunday, 24th sept 2017, morning. It is tuesday evening today and i have yet not recieved the order. I have already made the payment for the order place.
                    The reporting manager pratibha and leadership manager neethu is giving excuses everyday and everyday they tell it will take 24-48 hours. It has already been 72 hours.
                    There has not been any clear communication of when the order would be delivered to me. And for the record the order had already reached bangalore on 22nd sept 2017.
                    This is a fraud case. I should get my order as commited by them as i have paid for it, amazon is fooling the customers. Please help me out with this issue and take strict actions to get the product delivered to me by today 26th sept.

                      I would like to tell you that for amazon prime u r spending lots of money in advertisement but not providing the latest movies which is my pathetic self experience.

                      And this is the only reason when i am recommending anyone for this no one is interested on this. Even i spent 499/- + high speed internet to watch movies and spent 6000/- unlimited plan but unfortunately you have no new movies.

                      Try to better ur service.

                        Amazon order was placed and priority delivery charges were also paid for delivery of apple iphone6. On the day of delivery i received an sms saying that the package has been delivered.
                        After that immediately i called amazon through their support call back functionality on the app and the agent said there have been some mistake and it will be delivered within 2 business days.
                        Today i again called amazon through their support call back functionality and the agent says that it can be delivered or even refunded or they even can take a decision on this. This is very bad experience i had. I seriously believe its not amazon as a company that stole but definitely the delivery agent on whom they seems to have no control.

                        I also asked the agent for any contact person who is responsible and can take decision but it seems they don't entertain customer quires in any way.

                        So, be sure if you want to use amazon for any high value order.

                          Assured delivery on 25 sept, 2017, between 11.00 a m and 12.00 a m. From amazon (Bangalore) office on 24 sept, 2017. Delivery boy phoned at 11.35 am, and said he is comming. Did not come. Contacted bangalore office, they again assured it will be delivered by night. Again nothing happened. Received phone call from amazon mumbai office and they had asked details and assured the delivery would be done on 26 sept, 2017 by 12.00 am. They also informed that delivery boy had come, but the house was locked. This is absolutely false and mischeivious, as 2 family members were eagerly waiting for the t v. For full day.
                          Never expected this kind of deception from a brand of amazon's repute. Looks like the amazon officials and the courier people are hand in glove in this wrongful act.
                          Will never buy any item from amazon in future. Totally frustrated and disgusted.

                            I got the delivery of redmi 4 on 24 sept 2017. After few hrs i realised that the handset is faulty. Called customer care for the refund. They told me technician will visit the in next 24 hrs but it took technician 2 days to visit. He also confirmed same its faulty. Still today amazon is not accepting the refund my money take the handset. Non of the rep. Resolve the issue they just keep on transferring the call. I just need my money back.

                              I ordered for a pair of jbl earphones which were at on sale. Great price but product turned out to be of very cheap substandard quality. Called to arrange for a return pickup, never happened. Spoke to 3 executives and 2 from leadership team, nothing happened. This guy sunesh from leadership assured repeatedly to solve the issue and promised to follow up.
                              No return pickup took place until now neither did this leadership person ever bothered following up. Harrassing consumers seems to be the new thing for amazon, an duping people of their money, refusing to return it. No wonder jeff bezos is getting so rich so fast.

                                Hello my name is shreyas, i ordered a redmi 4a phone from a flash sale after lot of failed attempts, as soon as i booked the product i called amazon customer care to tell them. I want my product delivered before 12 in the morning which the agent on the phone agreed, i called multiple times just to make sure that my product is delivered before 12 in the morning, because being a work person there's is no. One is the house. So on monday 25th september i get a miss call from the delivery person and when i call him after my work hours in the evening i tells me he returned the product stating that no one was there. After calling so many times to customer care, getting assurity about the delivery time, i get to hear this.

                                Patiently i called amazon customer services again. They told my product has been cancelled because you were not there.

                                I don't think amazon has a proper system or their third party custom services time cares about amazons valued customer

                                Again i called the delivery guy hoping i can meet him tomorrow and get the person by my own. He tells me you can visit amazon's services office (Courier) and check if they have. Next morning i went there and they told me the product was damages from their end and you need to order again. The only thing they don't know is how difficult it is to re order a redmi phone from a flash sale.

                                I want some sort of compensation for inconvenience caused to me.

                                    मेने १८ अगस्त २०१७ को अमेज़न के ऑनलाइन साइड पर ब्लू बर्ड कंप्यूटर को कैनन २९०० बी का आर्डर किया था जिसकी कीमत ११०९९ थी इसमे मेने १००९९ की पेमेंट आपने क्रेडिट कार्ड द्वारा और १००० की पेमेंट अमेज़न के गिफ्ट कार्ड द्वारा की थी इनके द्वारा मुझे ३० अगस्त २०१७ तक डिलेवरी देने को कहा गया था, लेकिन यह प्रिंटर इनके द्वारा तय समय तक नहीं दिया गया साथ ही इसमे इन्होने जो कोरिर का न दिया गया था यह गलत प्रदान किया गया था मेने इन्हे फ़ोन करके पूछा भी लेकिन इनका एक ही जवाब था की २४ घंटे में आप को बातया जायेगा महोदय में इनके द्वारा बताये गये कोरिरर मधुर कोरिरर पर पता किया तो वहा पर मुझे बाताया गया की यह कोरिरर न गलत हे, उसके बाद मेने इनके प्रतिनिधि से बात की तो एक ही बात बोलते रहे की मेने आपकी शिकयात दर्ज कर लि आप २४ से ४८ घंटे हमारा सेलर (ब्लू बर्ड कंप्यूटर ) आप को फ़ोन करेगा, लेकिन उसका कोई फ़ोन नहीं आया अत: मेने दूसरा प्रिंटर बाज़ार से ले लिया क्योकि मेरे बच्चो के पेपर चल रहे थे और मेने १ सितम्बर को इनका A To Z क्लेम फाइल कर दिया और उसमे साफ लिखा की आपके सर्विस बेकार होने के कारण में ये क्लेम फाइल कर रहा हूँ आप मेरे पेसे मेरे अकाउंट में वापिस कर दे, इनकी तरफ से मेल आया की आप को २ सप्ताह में आपका क्लेम मिल जायेगा महोदय मेने १४ सितंबर तक इनका इंतजार किया और उसके बाद इनके सुपेर्वैजर मोनिका जी से फ़ोन पर बात की तो इनका मुझे मेल आया की आपको एक सप्ताह में आपका पैसा मिल जायेगा इसके बाद में फ़ोन पर बात की तो हर बार बोलो जाता हे की आप को एक सप्ताह का समय लगेगा साथ ही मेने इनको तीन बार रीमिंदर लेटर भी भेजे, महोदय जी दिनाक २२ सितम्बर को इनका एक सप्ताह भी पूरा हो गया लेकिन इनके द्वारा मेरे पेसे वापिस नहीं किया गया, इनके द्वारा मुझेसे धोखा किया गया धोखे से मेरे पेसे लिए साथ ही प्रिंटर की कीमत भी जाएदा वसूल की गयी वाही प्रिटर मुझे बाजार में ८७०० रुपए का मिला जो इन्होने मुझे ११००० रुपये में बेचा,
                                    महोदय जी इनके द्वारा मेरे साथ धोका किया गया और धोके से मेरे से पेसे ले लिए गये कीमत भी जाएदा लि गयी और एक माह से मेरे ११००० रुपए इन्होने ले रखे जो ये देने का नाम नहीं ले रहे महोदय जी ये पेसे मेने क्रेडिट कार्ड से लिए थे जिसका मुझे पेमेंट भी करना यदि में पेमेंट नहीं करता हूँ तो इसकी मुझे भरी पेनल्टी लगेगी, साथ ही पिछले एक माह से मेरे मानिसिक उत्पीडन हो रहा हे अतः आप से निवेदन ही इन्होने जो धोखा धडी की हे वह किस और के साथ न करे तो इनको भारी से भरी जुर्माना किया जाये ता की ये सबक ले सके,

                                      False delivery attempted
                                      Yesterday was 25/09/15 my iphone7 delivery date, i didn't get the delivery product and when i checked d delivery status which already says "delivery attempted", i called up the delivery guy
                                      +xxxxx xxx xxxx... And after 1 call he rejected all my calls entire evening, i complained multiple times on the coustmer care no but the responses were pathetic, how can your system even show "false delivery attempted" status when your delivery boy didn't show up on the mentioned address, and rejecting calls. That's how you guys treat your coustmer after taking the paid order and this is the 3rd time, 2nd time my product was misplaced and then finally i ended up canceling the entire order after 3 weeks, details are in my account.

                                      I spoke to one of your Agent regarding a delivery due to me, the agent was very immature, rude and did not understand my issue at all instead started lecturing me about the value of time. At the end he even cut the call half way.
                                      I hope you investigate into the matter and solve the issue.

                                      I have bought Nokia 6 on 23 August using amazon pay balance .They said, Cash back of 1000 will be refunded within a month but not yet received.

                                        Dear sir/madam
                                        Myself Kushal Bhatt ordered one plus 3T mobile phone on 21st sept on amazon sale through my credit card on EMI . On 23rd sept amazon mailed me that your oeder is cancelled due to some reasons. I called them and after long negosition they again place my order. I also ordered oneplus 3T tempared class and its body cover. Tempered glass is delivered to me on time and body cover is likly to delivered soon. But today means 25th sept I received a mail again that your Phone order is cancled with same reasons. I again called amazon customer care. Now they clearly denied to delivered the phone to me without any reasons.
                                        Sir my credit card limit is booked and I am not able to book the phone again. Bank already mailed me the EMI statement to me which are for the phone I booked through amazon. I purchases Prime membership from amazon and they are treating their prime customer like that.
