Dear sir/ mam
I am an amazon prime member.
During your great indian sale on i had ordered two shoes metro women black beaded order id #[protected] and metro shoes[protected] beige order id #[protected].
The supposed delivery was to take place today that is 25 sep 17. However no courier service guy called or attempted contacting me. I on my part called on the number provided and was told that he would attempt delivery at 1700. No one called or attempted delivery and now on checking the app i was informed that the order is being returned as it and been rejected by me.
I contacted customer service and was advised to cancel the order and place a fresh order for the same. The price during the sale for the shoes was 796 and post the sale the current price of the shoes is around 1300.
I want to know where did i falter and why do i need to pay almost double the cost for the same item with no fault of mine.
In my opinion this is akin to being duped and cheated by amazon and am inclined to take up the matter through consumer forum and if required the consumer court. I have the call record of my call to the courier person and same call log which shows no calls by him to me.
However i would like to give amazon a chance to correct the said mistake.
Kindly inform me why should i not take such action.
Awaiting a quick resolution to this issue.

Amazon India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My order placed on 23rd Aug'17. Cad U1 Usb Dynamic Recording Microphone, Black . The product was not working. So I've returned that product but till date I've not received my money back Rs.799/- neither the replacement.

    I have ordered a home theater of zebronics brand, after 6 days i got my product but it was broken, its front panel knob was cracked, i am very disappointed with this... I have claimed a request for replacing the item... Now there boy will come after tomorrow and the replacement will take a time of minimum 10 days... I am very disappointed by amazon delivery package quality... Before 2 or 3 months i have ordered a tablet and i got used tablet which was locked.. I did the replacement... I suggest amazon to improve the quality of its packing and delivery options...

      Hi this is regarding my order number[protected] on amazon india mobile app. I placed the order on 21 september and me being the amazon prime member it was supposed to be delivered by 23 september guaranteed. And i received the sms regarding the delivery update in the morning of 23 september that product is out for delivery. But when i failed to receive the product by 9.30 pm i called up the amazon agent mobile number [protected] and enquired about the delay he started making all kind of excuses of not delivering it on time. When i put him some uncomfortable questions about his behaviour and all he disconnected the phone. But here it all starts till today my product is not delivered and without contacting me he is just giving feedback to amazon that i am not contactable and continues to keep the product with him in his courier office. When i try to contact him he is not answering my call. So this stupid courier guy is harassing me for no fault of mine. I just questioned his careless attitude and unprofessional behaviour. So want company to punish this employee of his and compensate me appropriately.

          I have ordered lenovo k8 note on 21st september 2017 and i got the date of delivery by 25 september 2017.
          When the product was not delivered, i called to customer care and they informed that the product got damaged and the supplier returned the product, they are not ready to deliver a new product, as per the voice of cc executive "if you want that product place a new order" and they are not ready to give me any offers
          What should i have to do, you guys please tell,
          Why amazon people is this must irresponsible, they are not treating the customers like the flipkart does.
          I want to register a compliant regarding this...

            Sir/madam,
            I have order a smartphone on 21st sept. And i have been guaranteed by amazon that my product will be delivered by 22nd sept. But till now 25th sept. I have not received the package. Also i am a prime member but tell me what the hell is going on. And also i want to know that, this is the way you treat all of your customers by giving by giving them fake information. If that is true you should close your company. I have a very bad experience, i am very disappointed by your seller services. Also from now i am not going to avail prime membership in future.

              Hello,

              I purchased prime membership on 21st of september as i wanted to order some products for one day delivery. On the same day i ordered one plus 3t mobile phone under great india sale offer and my order number is[protected] and sony earphones with order number[protected]. I was expecting the delivery on 22nd september. I got a call from amazon agent with phone number +91 [protected] at around 7:30 pm on 22 september and he asked me if he can deliver the product for the next day as the weather was not good and i asked him if can deliver the same before 12 pm and he said it is fine for him and then i told him to please leave it for the day and deliver for the next day. Next day, i got a text with different number i. E. [protected] and the number was switched off. I tried to complaint through email and i am attaching the screenshots along with this message. They told me that order will be delivered by the end of the day and they told me the same at 9:40 pm of that day. I already have told them that i will not be able to receive the order for next day as i need to leave and this was the only reason i purchased prime membership so that i can have my order before leaving. Now its been 4 days and the status of my order is still out for delivery. No one is picking up my call. I think they have are smuggling the product or there is something illegal going inside amazon. This is a very bad response from amazon. I want my refund from amazon and they are just letting it go. No one taking my complaint seriously. The best part i thank myself is i selected pay on delivery method otherwise i would have lost my 26k. Still i want my prime membership charges to be refunded but no one is responding to my mails in a good way. Please check the screenshots.

                I order 22-aug 2017 one 32gb pandrive in 399rs on cash on delivery. I received the product but when i open the box i found the sd card reader in box its cost is around rs 10 in open market. I complaint this on amazon customer care but after that my account is hold and many times i complaint regards this but no one solved today is 25 sep 2017 still account is hold. I also send the my address details and card details but account specialist hold my account till date. How can i solve this issue

                Can i go to consumer court for solve this issue.

                  I am a prime meber of amazon and a regu;lar buyer. This same thing had happened with me twice. I have ordered my moto g5s plus phone on friday midnight and it showed me that it will be delivered by monday. When i tried calling the agent he said i will be there in your are in 30 mins. But he didnt come there and after that he stop picking my calls. I called up amazon customer care they said we can only send him a mail to deliver on time we cannot calll the agents from our end and ended the call in between.
                  Such terrible resolutions from amazon is a big shame on amazon. If you want to build your reputation please recruit some responsible and professional agents.
                  Upset with amazon.

                          I have place a wrong shipping address for my product which order id:[protected] then i will contact to customer care via chat option regarding this issue. The executive name "aditya" connect with me. Then i will request for change shipping address. Instead of changing address he ask me my credit and debit card details and expiry date of card. How can you do this with customers. You will take a action against his otherwise i complain in cyber cell for asking me my card details.

                            Today morning, 25sept. 2017, monday, i placed an order of titan karishma analog champagne on wrong address and did the payment then i noticed and cancelled the order.
                            I complained about it to confirm my order status. After that they put my account on hold. I cannot access to my account. Will i get my money back and by when. Please unhold my account and refund my money.

                                I have refund pending from amazon of rs. 759 from past 1 month and my bank is citibank.
                                Bank need anr number to track the refund and amazon is not providing me with a anr number that are saying that they do not have any anr number but providing me with a reference number which of no use from banks side.
                                Im very sure that is pending from amazon side. Please help.

                                  I have ordered for two products at a time (Seagate hard-disk 1 tb and protective cover, which was showing in suggestion). I have paid 4099 for both products. However i only got seagate 1 tb hard disk. I called amazon customer service and they said that i have only paid for one product which i recently got. I advised him that right now the price showing for seagate 1 tb hard disk is rs. 3, 999. Agent also confirmed that this product was in sale from 21st sept to 24 sept. So i dont understand, right now the price is showing 3, 999 and during sale the price was 4099 (As per amazon agent). Actual the price was approx 3700 or 3800 but he said that gst was applied of 600 approx; however, the price is showing inclusive taxes then how can they take more money for the same product. Now i said them that i wanna return the product as size is not comfortable but they denied that there is no return option on this product. Please help

                                    Been more than 2 weeks that I have cancelled this item. Neither is Amazon picking it up nor refunding my money. I have sent them multiple emails. They confirmed they will refund within 48 hours of cancellation even if there is a delay in picking up the cancelled item. But they have gone back on their word.

                                      I ordered j7 prime on date : 21.09.2017 my money deduct from bank but order not confirm (Bank tran. No. Billdesk /jpnb[protected]/[protected]/mobile).

                                      Then i revise the payment again, payment done (Ecom[protected] amazon \) order cancel automatically and payment not refund yet.

                                      How they cancel my order at the time of payment i made, my order was ready to ship showing in my amazon account.

                                        I was planning to buy a puma shoes and topped up my amazon pay balance with 1500 which was successful. I tried to add 1500 more when my payment failed.

                                        Now i have received a mail from "[protected]@amazon.in" mentioning that my access to amazon account has been locked because my payment information was not confirmed. I was asked to fax my credit card statement with my billing address to[protected].

                                        But when i try to send the docs the line keeps coming busy and they have given no means to verify if the fax machine is working at their end.

                                        Calling the customer care is of no help since they say they can't do anything because the team who blocked my account can't be contacted by customer care and i must send the fax only.

                                        Also, the email ids "[protected]@amazon.in" and "[protected]@amazon.in" are giving delivery failure.

                                        So now i am left with no means to use my own rs. 1500 since my account is locked and no way to contact the amazon team which blocked my account.

                                        Kindly unblock my account or refund my amazon pay balance to respective bank account/debit cards.
